I have interacted to your customer care executive MR Jitender Kumar on Monday 03/08/2015, regarding renewal of my car insurance which has been expired in May 2015. After filling all the requirements this number was generated MT[protected]. Mr Jitender informed me that inspection person will call me for inspection within 24 hours but no one has called me yet and also I have called to your customer care executives today for 4 times. All the time they have told that Mr Jitender will call me in 2 hrs, but again I have not received any call . Kindly help me on the issue.

    Hi, I have purchased a two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar (Attached the purchased policy details). However, I had to made two transactions as the first transaction was failed but the amount was paid to Policy Bazar. Details of two transaction are as below: a) First Transaction (Failed transaction): Date- 19th june, Payment Mode- mobikwik wallet, Transaction id on mobikwik- DMBK[protected], Amount- Rs 1008 ( I don't have any other details as while website redirected me to Policy Bazar after payment made on mobikwik portal, the transaction failed and thus don't have anything else to provide. But yes policy details could be helpful in that) b) Second Transaction (Successful Transaction): Date - 23rd June, Amount - Rs 1008 Now I have been writing to Policy Bazar, however, a guy named Nitish Kumar, Two Wheeler Insurance Team has already acknowledged that they found details of failed transaction (attached is the snapshot of mail), however, I am still waiting for the refund and have been writing to them but no one is replying. Leave aside replying no one is even acknowledging my mail. Its been more than a month now since my transaction failed. Could you please help?

      Application No: S[protected] Plan Name: HDFC Life Personal Pension Plus Name of Customer: Lokesh Kandpal I bought HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS with annual premium of Rs 51, 750/- on 20 Jul 15. Ref ::::::: (( APPLICATION ID 25370680 AND S[protected] Pl attend to following grievances wrt my application under ref FIRSTLY. ::::: I was made to understand by the salesman at POLICY BAZZAR that the HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS is offering 100% withdrawal of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS of Rs 13, 00, 000/- approximately; at the time of maturity THAT TOO WILL BE TAX FREE...as against ...THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI which permits withdrawal of only 33% of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS of Rs 16, 00, 000/- approximately; at the time of maturity as tax free and rest to be invested in annuity for pension. I was told that the difference in TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS at the time of maturity of the two pension schemes VIZ HDFC PENSION SCHEME AND NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI;;;; which is higher in later scheme; was due to insurance cover in HDFC PLAN which is not so in NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI. SECONDLY Due to this above mentioned information about HDFC pension plan by your salesman, I decided to purchase the said plan. However as I now read in ILLUSTRATION FORM sent through your mail ::: wherein it has been mentioned that on "TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS at the time of maturity: I may be required, by legislation, to use all or part of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS to purchase an annuity", WHICH IS IN TOTAL CONTRADICTION TO WHAT I HAVE BEEN MADE TO UNDERSTAND... THIRDLY AS THIS POLICY : ie, HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS is NOT offering 100% withdrawal of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS AT THE TIME OF MATURITY AS I Was MADE TO UNDERSTAND BY THE SALESMAN :::::::::::::::SO I REQUEST to cancel my policy and refund the amount forthwith to my account FURTHER WHEN I APPLIED FOR THIS REFUND THROUGH COSTOMER CARE NO :::: I was given to understand that I can be refunded of the amount only after 10 working days w/o interest for the intervening period. THIS IS AGAINST CONSUMER's interest AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. Pl organize to repay or refund amt forthwith. In case of delay organize refund with admissible interest.               Dear sir,

              It is more than 3 month(6th April) since I paid money for HDFC Click to Invest.In starting while there salesperson told me that there will no medical and no need to submit any hardcopy of documents for this plan.but after 1 or two week when they told me to submit some document again i submitted all document twice.but I did not receive any policy, After 1 month they told for medical that is not mentioned me while i am purchasing this.but after discussion with CRT department I agreed for medical and on 6th june 2015 my medical conducted.Now its 28th june but i did nott receive any policy.since its almost 3 months i have paid money(9000 INR) my money is going waste.

              Its a worst decision of mine that i thought to go with policy bazar.Useless web site and fleecing guys like me... when accepting the money you just grab it with both hands and do it in 2 seconds. Shame on you guys. I'll file a formal complain to IRDA.

                  I was looking for a two wheeler insurance through Policy Bazar, I have a two wheeler vehicle Yamaha R 15 reg date is May 2013, and i have purchased it for Rs 1, 29, 000 but the quotes of Policy Bazar is like from IFCO TOKYO is saying the IDV value is of Rs 1, 34, 000, how it is possible if the showroom price of bike is Rs 1, 29, 000, because of this i got very confused to buy two wheeler policy from online...

                  It is more than 1 month(6th April) since I paid money for Star Health and when asked for refund, it is more than a month and you guys still need another 20 working days to refund... Useless web site and fleecing guys like me... when accepting the money you just grab it with both hands and do it in 2 seconds.                     Even after 3 days my policy has not been issued. I have already made the payment but I don't understand the delay. If I would have opted for ICICI lombard which was my previous insurer I would have received the policy instantly without any delay. Thats why you guys sucks and can never behave professionally. I made a wrong choice with policybazaar which believes in poking customers every second till they made payment and forgets after that. Shame on you guys. I'll file a formal complain to IRDA.

                      A representative\broker of Bharathi Axa cheated me and stolen 20000 rupees from me.I paid in cash.He used my money for his personal purpose and submitted a cheque in bharathi AXA which got bounced back.This representative\broker misused my customer information and created multiple policies in my name without my knowledge or approval.I complained to Bharathi axa.I provided all the proof regarding multiple policies and receipt which i received confirming my payment.Still they did not take any action.I lost 20000 rupees investing on a policy.i want to notify the public such that no other people gets cheated because of bharathi axa representative\broker who contacts you regarding the policies.Bharathi axa will not address any complaint on their own employees.You will definitely lose money if you invest in their policy.DO NOT trust Bharathi AXA representative

                      Hi,
                      For Policy Bazaar application number 25859066, I made the payment through the gateway directed by Policy Bazaar and the amount has been deducted from my Credit Card, but neither the policy has been issued, nor any mail from you that the policy will be issued.

                      I was walked through the transaction by your executive, Pawan Kumar (Emp code BE06162), so when I told him the credit card transaction was complete, he said me to forward the message from the bank to [protected]@policybazaar.com.

                      He confirmed the receipt of the mail and said that the issue of policy will get sorted in a 4-6 hours. However, it past that time and I have neither received the policy nor a mail confirming the status. You people take the payment & never confirm the insurance, tell me solution as early as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                      mis selling of product by false promise

                      Hi! I was contacted by policy bazaar executive and they offer me some ulip product and made promise for additional benefits to me. They offered me lower fund value below the current value. But they didn't do this.

                        Hi, I am getting unnecessary call, mail and messages from policy bazaar everyday.Even after i told them i am not interested in their policy.Even sending fraud mails like i am trying to book some policy and asking me to complete transaction.

                        These guys are accessing complete personal details from date of birth, contact details etc and i am not finding any way on the website to delete the profile, its a fraud website how could the customer service person access my date of birth and salary details these are supposed to be confidential..i am not interested in taking any policy from this website and if the problem still persists i will take necessary steps.

                              I renewed my car policy through policy bazaar.com on 8th march 2015.I bought a reliance general.insurance policy and this is my policy no [protected]. The car details that are printed on the policy document that I received are incorrect. I raised this with policy bazaar and its been almost a month now and they don't even respond my mails properly. Only keep sending the same reply. They just haven't resolved my issue and have wshed tr hands off the same.without even resolving the issue at hand.

                                Dear all, Lets create one joint application and submit to Finance Ministry, IRDA & to the Hon. Prime Minister. We really do not know that what is the total number of the fraud they are doing. We all should file RTI to the IRDA and should ask about the complete details. They are playing with the money of the customers. In my case executive made me paid for the wrong policy, my city was covered. Lets say, I have paid 8500 and the refund and cancellation will take 10 days. If there are total 100 customers and if they have paid the same money then total money is 850000 Where is the interest for 10 days???? Agar sahi details nikali... to amount bahot zyada ho shakta hai... We should not allow any one to play with our money... at all...

                                  My name is Manoj. I had visited "Policy bazaar" in the end of the month of February 2015, regarding personal loan and all the policies they were providing for the same. I gave the details required for initial input and as expected received a call from some agent on the next day itself regarding the schemes which are provided by policy bazaar. The one thing they repeatedly told and I enquired was the time it will take for my loan to be approved. The deadline they gave me was as follows: The day I will submit my form it will take - 2 days for processing - 2 days for inquiry - 2 days, at max 3 days for the approval and I will have the money transferred or will get a cheque by the end of 7 days The initial phase was very smooth as expected from any agency and there I got into contact with one agent who would be handling my case and his name was Mr Hemant Mishra and as usual he kicked off the initial requirement for my personal loan, asked for the following papers: - adhaar card - driving licence - pancard - pay slip - office address - whom so ever as additional On the next day itself the above papers were provided to him and by evening he received those papers and told that everything is perfect and I will have the money in next 3-4 days and so I didn't disturb him or policy bazaar. I got calls in office checking on my proof and identity which were provided as required. Now this was the 1st week of March and to guess it was 3rd of March and from my side all details were provided and everything was done. During all this time I used to get at least 10-12 calls regarding all queries and all the help they needed to fill in the gaps on my information. Now starts the actual work from their side and I was expecting a call from their side after a period of 3 days which I didn't get and the biggest of all jokes I that I cant call them back on their numbers from which they called and I have to follow a chain - that was my first taste of their customer service - 4 days over and still no calls and then the only thing left was to call them back and I got this customer service no from their site and I called them back, explained my side and as good people these agents told me that they have forwarded my complain to the personal loan branch and will get a call in next 10 min. I got a call in next 1 hour and now this agent - Mr Hemant Mishra called me and started to explain that, " Sir I was about to call u..." and then he gave me the first bouncer and told me that I needed to give him an additional paper for giving address proof. I asked him that why didn't he inform me the same when he had sent someone to collect these forms and when he called me to inform that I had sent him all the forms which he didn't answer. Now when I provided him with the same, he informed me that now it will take only 3 more days and by far I will get my money on 10th of Mar . So I waited for these 3 days and then again I didn't get a call on 10th so I called customer care and again informed them the same and they forwarded my complain and told me that I will get a call in next 10 min, which I didn't get on that day. So I called them back and then they informed me that the agent has left and will contact you tomorrow dot on 10 am. Till now it was good happy days and on next day I got a call from Mr Hemant Mishra and then he informed me that the my papers are under process. He told me that I will get my money in the coming 2 days and now I was feeling bit uncomfortable but since I required the money and I was on the receiving end I felt that I should be patient. Then 2 days after I didn't get any calls from him so again I called the customer care and told them my problem, they forwarded my complaint and I thought I will get a call but I didn't. So I called them back around 5 times with same response and now I started to feel irritated and I blasted for first time and now they directly provided me with the number of personal loan branch and I called on that number and there my agent received the call and I asked him why didn't he called me back and there was no reply and then he told me that he had spoken to the HDFC bank agent and things are under process but by now I was feeling very much irritated and for sure Mr Hemant Mishra's word had lost all the creditability and so has policy bazaar. So I told me him to give me one date and he told me Sir 3 days you will have the money in your hand, so I didn't disturb him but that 7 days process had gone to 20 days and still nothing in sight but money requirement was becoming urgent day by day. Now on the 3rd day I called him because I by now knew that I cant wait him to call me back and so there iy goes, no one was receiving the calls on the other side and again I needed to call customer care and asked him if Mr Hemant was there and he replied in positive so I told them to inform him to call me back which he didn't on that day. All my limits reached my max, when he called back and told me that it is still under process and will take time so I told him to just cancel that but he requested me that sir just wait for some more time and I will get it. But by know I knew that policy bazaar don't have ethics, are totally unprofessional and the lies they say are way beyond I ever had to face. I told the agent to cancel the loan process and everything, he told me that he will cancel it. I told him to return all the papers which I gave him some 5 days from today which he told me he will sent on the next day. During this time I started to get calls from policy bazaar to take schemes: car loan, home loan and credit card etc. Now this explains all that in their profession. Now that it has been 5 days and I hadn't received my papers back and now Mr Hemant Mishra is not attending my call, what do you expect from me. Sir I know your branch address but because I am too busy right now I am not able to go and speak to you people personally.

                                    Hi, I am Sanjay Raut my cell no is [protected], I booked Cigna TTK health Insurance ProHealth Insurance Plans through Policy Bazaar, application number 22471936 on 24th feb 2015. Application/Proposal Number PROHLT[protected] Transaction reference number is BUTI[protected]-R[protected]. I was walked through the transaction by Policy Bazaar executive, Mr Anup (Emp num BE01969), so when I told him the payment transaction was complete, he said me to forward the message from the bank to [protected]@policybazaar.com. He confirmed the receipt of the mail and said that the issue of policy will get sorted in a 4-6 hours. However, it past that time and I have neither received the policy nor a mail confirming the status. Regarding this matter I have try to Mr Anup for this but since last 7 days he is not responding to me. He is intensely not receiving my call. I am surprised when Policy Bazaar has to sell product, Policy Bazaar executive calls from a Delhi number are unlimited and forcing to take the policies but now not even ready to listen and Policy Bazaar executive were not able to issue policy even after taking payment. I made the payment through the gateway directed by Mr Anup and the amount Rs. 22319/- has been deducted from my Bank, but neither the policy has been issued, nor any mail from Policy Bazaar that the policy will be issued. So cancel the same and refund my amount Rs. 22319/-. Please transfer the amount of Rs. 22319.00 (Rupees twenty two thousand three hundred and nineteen), which I paid on 24th feb 2015, back to my account immediately and oblige. I am not interested in any policy. I need a confirmation about the cancellation of the policy at the earliest. Take action fast on the subject and call me immediately to solve the matter. Thanks,

                                    Same problem faced by me really a goofed up company . U must go to consumer forum for this at the earliest. We have not yet graduated to be digital in the true sense... Out education and efficiency of executives is boots low. Our quality of software is even worse...

                                      application no;S[protected] one of your executive [shashi kant sharma] called me on 15/01/2015 for HDFC TERM INSURANCE plan. he promised me that latest by friday evening, my medical checkup process will be completed and policy will get inforce on saturday. you can cross check with your call recordings. I dont't know who is fraud, is either ploicybazaar or shashi kant your executive. Now i don't want this policy anymore. I want my money back at any cost.
