    I have opted for quikr rto service from hyderabad to transfer my car registration from karnataka to hyderabad on 28th july, paid rs34325 and handed over my orginal car registration card and noc, till now no one from quikr resolved or responded to my query, i have been following up over email but no single response from quikr. I am now very worried about my originals and money paid online to quikr. Do i need to register a police complaint about this case?

    Please call my at [protected]; following is the email I received from Quikr on 29th July, post that no response from Quikr team which really bothers me a lot as professional company like Quikr also has poor customer service.

    And

    I was told to reach below contacts who don't respond back to my emails or calls...call my cell [protected] ASAP to address this issue.

      I ordered certified mobile phone in excellent condition on 14th august 2017 and it was delivered on 19th aug 2017 but the product was totally damage and not working as well as there are lots of scratches on the device no network connectivity, battery problem or device problem that no idea because cell phone getting on/off on/off several times automatically and there is no battery back-up. Device always show not registered on network even i have already changed sim card from vodafone center.
      So product was very costly and it is totally waist as i called in quikr to ask about 07 days replacement warranty or refund then they said it will take 10 to 15 days. It means there is also wastage of time as well.
      Overall that is very bad experience till the time.

        Hi team,

        I had paid rs 300 to make my voltas ac sale more convenient and had put my price at rs 22000. Laxman gore calls me and tells me he will make my ac sell at rs 24000 and he has buyers pan india to do so. He will take care of the selling part and i do even have to bother. But i would need to make a payment of 1200 for this to happen and i would also be eligible for 9-10 more appliances.
        But to my horror after the payment was made (Apart from dat day), he stopped taking my watsapp messages or calls. Only when i told him dat i would put this matter to the grievance cell, he replied back. Now tell me, is this professional work?
        Neither did he sell my product but to my surprise i am getting mails from quikr saying that my price is too high! Reduce the price so that sellers will take notice!!
        Why did laxman gore make me false promises? I feel so cheated by this act of his i cannot tell you.
        Putting my faith in the grievance team i am writing this. Please return my entire 1500 promotional money that i have paid to quikr and i will delete my quikr account. Or sell my stuff at rs 24000 as promised.

            No professionalism just fake information to get money on the name of premium ad.
            I have posted a ad on 19.08.17. Same moment received a call from mayuri named telecaller that there is no use in posting free ad, paid 2000 rs. & your ad will be treated as premium ad & you will receive more queries as more people will see ur ad. But post 24 hours after making payment my ad is not seen anywhere. For quickr staff, be professional for ur word. Don't fool sum body to get money.

              About 2 weeks ago, my mother lost her iphone. 1 week later, i searched a lot to find a certified refurbished htc one m8 on quickr. I ordered it.

              Today, i received a plastic phone. A cheap htc e8 dual sim. The ad, invoice, box, everything says m8 but the model is an e8.

              Fine. So i contacted quickr. They said i have to send a mail to them with the screenshot of the imei page and the invoice's image. They said they will reply in 24hrs.

              It has now been 2 days. No response.
              And i have only got a time period of 5 more days after which the product will become un-returnable. (7 days)

              Pathetic service from quickr.
              Still waiting.

                Dear sir,

                I had purchased data pack (Pack id: qkrall327540dat) for rs 2596 with validity of 15 days. Minimum time required to utilize the database was 5days. Due to some real emergencies, i couldnt access or open the database package even once. So i requested the quikrjobs team and the key account managers to cooperate and provide the extension of the pack for atleast 5days time so i can utilize the complete pack. Though after multiple requests to everybody on mails and calls, i was not provided the 5 days extension which lead to the complete disappointment towards the service part of quikrjobs.

                  Dear team,

                  This is regarding my advertisement no[protected], where quickr has taken the material from us on august 14, 2017 but still we have not received our payment, when we asked from the buyer for the payment to quikr, we came to know that she had already paid the same on august 13, 2017 to the company. Earlier, we have been committed by quikr that the payment term is 24-48 hrs but it seems they are giving false committment to the customer.

                  Today, we got a shock after speaking with a customer care executive and the gentlemen name was satish, who is saying that as per company it takes 4-7 working days in making payment to the customer after the shipment to the buyer. When we asked him about the escalation matrix then first he told that he is final authority to talk on this but when we asked him, how it is possible
                  In such a reputed in big organisation, only the customer care executive is the only person then he said that the manager is not there.

                  Please look into the matter urgently.

                    I have purchased product through quikr door step delivery.
                    Seller clearly said product is in working condition but when i got the product it was damage due improper packing of product for which quikr has charged me 674 rs. Now the product is useless for me because they have damage the gas pipe.
                    Now quikr is backing their hands and saying that's not our fault it's between seller and you.
                    Quikr has damaged my product during transportation and when i asked delivery boy to open package he said quikr will send someone for unpacking the package.

                      Hi i bought a htc window 8s (Used) from madhu from banglore she says mobile ws on when packed but its not working when i received in mumbai

                      What should i do.

                      I called and chat with madhu on phone [protected] she said i told packers to give a call to buyer. She said my phone was on when it was packed. But when i recieved it. The sim slot is not working and touch screen also hav eproblem.

                      Pz help me in this matter immedietly.

                      Quikr management is not giving any responce for this.

                        I am pradeep singh purchased mobile on quikr payment made to quikr on day purchased. Confirming with the seller today that quikr team collected the mobile from the seller on 16 aug 2017 and gave him the slip. Now when i am tracking online delivery datw mention is 23 aug 2017 now my question is why you people taking so mch of days for product. Second today called customer service they said you need to talk to seller becoz they dont have any info. What the hell are you people are telling i did a big mistake by dealing with you people

                          I purchased old dining chair from quikr and made a online payment of rs 2084 for quikr doorstep service.

                          Till date they have not delivered the item and also not replying to emails.

                          Even i escalated this to ceo [protected]@quikr.com. Still no response.

                          If anyone is transacting with quikr please be aware since they are fraud.

                          They do not believe in service, only fool the people to get there hard earned money.

                          Request to quikr team, either deliver the product or give my full amount in refund.

                            This is regarding my add[protected] on quicker door step which got sold on 14th august and i scheduled a pickup on wednesday 16th august (10-12 pm) and it didn't happen. I didn't receive any call regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of pickup. It is when i called up the customer care they said the slot is confirmed but they are not sure why it didn't happen and they will get back to me. Same happened at the buyers end (Rishan malhotra [protected]).
                            I got a message at 10:45pm on 16th saying we tried to call you but i never received any call.
                            I scheduled a pickup again for today 17th august (12-2 pm) and called to confirm, they said the buyer haven't confirmed the delivery so it will not happen today. The buyer on the other hand called the customer care for delivery schedule but nobody got back to him.
                            Is this a joke?
                            You guys are charging almost 500 from each o[censored]s for the transfer and this is what we get???
                            I have taken two half days from office for this! I want the pickup to take place tomorrow and a refund of the transfer amount for the harassment we faced!
                            If you can't do this please refund the full amount to the buyer, i will remove my add and sell it elsewhere!
                            This is ridiculous!

                              I had a conversation with seller listed on quikr regarding purchase of a used iphone 7 plus -128 gb, his advt. Was listed & i sent an offer of rs.31000, he accepted & shared his number. I had a conversation with him & he said to transfer rs 3000 via paytm for confirmation & rest afterwards, he shared mobile pics, imei number & even a parcel pic from dtc that it is ready to be shipped as he is in urgent need of money. After it he blocked me on whatsapp, neither responding on call, nor picking up the call & even deleted the advt. From quikr.
                              His no. [protected] & he told his name as raghav/ sameer.
                              (Pics attached for reference). Plz help me in getting back my amount sir & prevent people from such people duping honest public.

                                We order apple computer. We checking many seller in quicker and then after many checking, we like one apple computer. And its cost 65000 and we offer 34000. After our offer they accept.

                                Then we got many message from quicker about payment. Please pay.
                                Or some thing like that. Dear buyer in case were not able to make payment. Please pay here.. Also

                                "you are getting this email as you made an offer of ₹ 34000. Seller accepted your offer but you are yet to make the payment.
                                The seller has just accepted offer from another buyer. Hurry up! Make the payment before others do, to complete your purchase."

                                So we paid. After payment, we got message from seller, they say, we are in us, and we not possible to selling to you, we will refund your money.

                                We talk there and after talk, they not receive our calling they contact us what apps.

                                Then we checking his seller id and detail so i found number and i contact. Those number they listed for selling, this person say, we not sell quicker and some one spoof my phone number, what happen now?

                                  I have ordered for used cot with matresses from quicker, it was in good condition at the time of order n pickup but it got damaged during the transportation.
                                  But the delivery boys told i[censored] reject the product ur delivery charge will be detected like that so i called to the seller directly n asked about the damage, she said there is no damage at the time of pick up, she asked me to keep the product n make complaint regarding the damage to quickr

                                  Delivery boys also said the same but now i called customer care n explained about the damage, now they said nothing to do after the product is delivered like that
                                  I need justice for this

                                    I have received my order related to id :ad id :[protected]/ad id :[protected]on dated 31st july 32017, both product has major damage which cant be avoid, at the time of delivery i have asked to quikr delivery partner "gati" to let me check the product but they refused, when i opened the box i found both products has major damaged, one of the product which is "kenstar cooler" it's completely damaged, since then i have complaint more than 12 times n every time i have sent emails with pics in which they can easily find the damages, after no responds on emails, i called quikr multiple times every times they ask for the pics n i told them i have shared the pics on my mail kindly check, they refuse tha they dont receive any pics, they do receive the mail but there is no pics, every time they ask for the diffrent format pics to be send n even i sent all the pics in all possible format, but so far they are not accepting tthat they received any pics, they do not even confirming that which mail they received and which they dont. They dont even responding or replying on my mail's, they know that these are their fault and the product got damaged during transit, which is completely their fault, so they stop responding and not even accepting thet they have received the photos which actually they received.

                                      Hello,
                                      I am akanksha.. My ad i'd os[protected].. Today my teakwood dining table got sold for 5735. It was written that convenience fee is rs518 and cash back 150. When the payment was made from the other party the payable amount to me came rs. 4857. Y the cash back is nt given to me??.. I will not let delivery person to take the table if 150 isn't reversed.

                                        Be aware of www.quikr.com website since they dont credit the cash back they promise and which is also mentioned in their terms and conditions as payable.

                                        My case registered with Ticket No:[protected] with them:
                                        Order an item and while doing payment used the code QUIKR500 to get 500 Rs Cash back on using the site confirmed as valid code and it been 2 months now still they haven't credited, first they said coupon is not active when sent them print screen of their terms & conditions which its valid, then they are saying that they have asked their finance team to look into this and now they are saying that they are checking as it was valid for 1st 10, 000 customers only.
