I am a sun direct user and the validity of connection expired on 5/9/2021. On the same day of disconnection, ie, on 6/9/2021 I received a message from Sun Direct that I have an offer of 3 months pack for Rs.559/-. I tried to re-charge online, but failed. Then I tried the whole day to contact your customer care number [protected], but every time I was getting the reply, the number is engaged. Then again in the next day early morning I tried to get same number and got it luckly and I was directed to make the payments in three parts ie, Rs.500/- Rs.50/- and Rs.10/-. I did so and then again tried to contact the customer care number for activation. But there was no response for more than 3 hours. Continuously I tried and finally I got the number and I explained the situation to the lady who attended my phone. She told me that she will give the direction for activation and I will get the channels after two hours and I have to keep the TV switched on till I get the channels. I told her that I am alone in my home and I have to go to my works by 9.00 AM, but she told that it will take time to activate my connection. Now my questions are;
Why I should wait for such a long period for getting the connection after paying the amount you asked ?
Why there is no response from your customer care number ? Any Officer from Sun Direct may contact your customer care number to know their irresponsibility.
If you can deactivate my connection within seconds from the time of expiring validity, why you can't activate my connection on my payment ?
Why I should contact your customer care for activation after payment of amount, though you are offering me concessional package through mobile messages.?
In the morning by 10.38 AM I received a message stating that my complaint is registered vide No. SR[protected]. Again in 04.03 PM I received another message that my complaint No.SR[protected] is resolved to my satisfaction. I don't know what was my complaint and who resolved it and what satisfaction I got from it.
