Customer care service not available

Today I reacharged for Rs229 plan .reacharge is pending beacuse of operator not responding. called customer care service since morning 100 times. "this telephone number does not exist" the answer ehich I got....

Recahrged for 259 but from 20-06-21 only 3 channels available and remainingchannels showing no signal with error message. tried contacting customer care for 3 days and not even getting connected. need refund or validity extension for this period. if you cannot resolve it please refund the full amount which was paid to you at the time of purchase and take back the dish and use it in your home....

Many channels removed

Hi,
This is continuation on my previous complaint, many of Malayalam channels have removed from my subscription pack with out our knowledge.

I have subscribed the malayalam package for 6 months, where as many of channels missing since today afternoon onwards . I have raised another complaint on 19-Jun-21 stating on Sony 6 channel subscription which is not yet closed (subscribed only for sony 6 and all sports channel...

Kannada Khushi Plan

I recharged today for kannada khushi plan.i recharged thrice and Money was deducted but only last attempt was successful.
Also channels under the kannada Khushi Plan are still not available.
Not able to contact customer care...

Customer care always blocked for register number

Some of the channels showing no signal, so tried to connect to customer care but couldn't connect, from my registered number I couldn't connect from long time, once I call from new number I couldn't able to connect next time with that number, last time even after recharge no channel's came, after trying with so many number I am able to connect but they technical issue. This kind of issues happening again and again, very bad customer support,...

Recharge of 229 was made but malayalam news channels are not available...

Payment Issues

I made payment for recharge to my account around 5:23PM today through Phonepe and the payment was successful and debited from my account and also shown paid status in Phonepe. But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.

Channel subscription

Fed up with SUN Direct on Lock down time. Subscribed Sony 6 Channel via customer care, she told 15 min to 2 Hours for channel activation..

When compare to other operators like Airtel and TATA sudden activation makes customer happy. I use to complaint on sun direct on all my recharges and channel subscription

I am going to swap to Airtel/TATA soon, which gives proper response on customer complaints. Why you paying...

Pack expired before the due date

I recharged my sun direct ac on 26th may thru phonepay. But by june it expired by 15th. We tried to call customer care but they are not even accepting our call. Can u plz help us...

Recharge malfunction

I recharged twice in sun direct website but the money was debited but I did not receive the recharge yet please do me recharge or refund me the amount.Now it's been 4days and they did nothing....
