Disconnection/Refund

I have taken a 1-year subscription pack from sun direct with 6 more months remaining. Currently, the service is not working.
I would like to disconnect the service and get a refund as per TRAI regulation. Neither the call center nor the dealer is accepting the disconnecting/refund reuqest....

Unable to recharge and website is useless

I have tried to recharge many times but the amount gets deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful. I tried to contact them via telephone but they are busy always. Their website is also not working. totally dissatisfied with sun direct services and their website....

I have recharged my sun direct today 19-07-21 for one moth pack Rs 199 Tamil pack amount was debited from my amount, but recharge not completed. i lost my amount. please refund it sir/madam...

Sun direct no signal for HD channels

Even though I recharged for 11 HD channels the Telugu Silver pack I could not get any. When I tried to consult the customer care, there was no response even I could not speak to them, because I could not connect to them even after 50 to 60 trials. Will you please Help me?...

Amount debited but recharge wasn't successful

Sun direct,

Yesterday I recharged for 238.42 (14/7/2021) but it wasn't successful. The amount is debited. This is happening for the second time. the first time I tried to complain but the representative said that they haven't received the amount or showing any transaction but my amount was debited and didn't return.
Please take action immediately.

sun direct recharge failed, amount deducted

I have recharged my dth account via quick charge in sundirect.in, on 14/07/2021 at around 3:05 pm .
I tried via gpay 2 times and via debit card another time .
In these 3 times money got deducted but the recharge status is showing failed. Transaction references are : 37694259,
37694153 and 37695854. I tried calling customer care and also mailed on the shown mail id provided on there website but no response happened from...

I had recharge my sundirect through debit card and google pay but both time payment successful, recharge failed. Third time it got recharged, please help with refund process...

Amount deducted but recharge not done

I recharged my Sun Direct account for Rs.199 from the sun direct app, the amount has been detected but the recharge was not done.. and I visited the nearest store to get it recharged.. but the amount has not yet refunded.. and the recharge has been done twice, so I need the sum of Rs. 398 to be refunded to my account as soon as possible....

Whenever tried to reach customer care its totally useless. There are numbers for 24/7 support which says busy or the number does not exist and the same goes to Tollfree number with the IVR tries to transfer the call to an CSR executive...

I had done Recharge Tamil Silver HD pack. Paid but still not active. I called customer care she said she resolved, 1 hour later it will be active. But 1 day later also same problem persist. Every time after recharge same problem happen. Worst est customer service. I had used TATASKY fraction of second it will get recharge. We can modify everything online. But SUN DTH REALLY WOREST....
