Transaction failed but monthly sun direct pack amount debited.

Hi Team,

I recharged my sundirect today10july at 8.30pm ... for tamil value pack one month, Rs 242. (including tax) debited from my account, but transaction gets failed.please resolve my problem immediately if amount will be refund or pack will be reflected...

Payment Got Debited Twice

I have recharged for Malayalam Value plan first and I got failure message from your website and amount got debited from my bank.So I tried another plan Malayalam Economy that also got failure message from your website and amount got debited from my bank.After some time any of one package got success.

Is my money get refunded? If so when it will be credited?...

Amount deducted but recharge not complete!

I have recharged with 1436 rs. 6 Months+14 days back. Amount was deducted but the subscription is still not active. I lost my money. Customer care number has been busy all the time. I need the issue to be resolved ASAP also I want the lost subscription days to be added to my account.

sun direct recharge - amount deducted but transaction failed.

Hi Team,

I recharged my sundirext dth today for tamil value pack 6 months, Rs 1449.71 (including tax) debited from my account, but transaction gets failed.

Is my money get refunded? If so when it will be credited?...

Recharge Amount Rs 639 deducted from my SBI account but recharge failed

Address:c5 29 mohan nagar, salem steel plant, tamilnadu

Today 9.7.2021 I recharged the sun direct for Rs. 639 (Card No. [protected] & Mob. No. [protected]). The amount got deducted from my account. But I received the message as "Recharge Failed".

How can I get back my amount or make that recharge successful?

Amount got debited from google pay but recharge not done

I have recharged for my relative home sun direct DTH on July-8-2021 for 199 amount got debited from my account via google pay at 9.26PM but recharge not done . Kindly refund the amount RS.199 or do needful.

Tv Recharge successful but tv channel doesn't work

The sun direct customer executive tell refund the amount to recharger. but the shop gay tell does not refund... But I don't work on tv channel kindly fix my issue...

Regarding recharge complaint

I recharged sundirect plan for three months through Google pay for Rs 554/__on dated 1June 2021 vide UPI Transaction No[protected] . I spoke to sundirect customer care on 2nd June 21 but they refused that it was not received
After I comp!aimed to my bank as well as google pay. After verifying records it was found that the amount was credited to sundirect
So I requested to you kindly look into the matter and do the needful...

I have recharged for my home Sun Direct DTH on July-01-2021 Thursday for 239.99 amount got debited from my account via Google pay at 8.18 am IST. But recharge not done. Connection issues and customer care worst service

I'm calling morethan a time to inform about connectivity issues no one responding till now what the hell is happening with your service . delay recharge means your disconnect ur service correct same way do your work in issues I'm paying money right then why your doing like this ###...
