My name is Nixon Joy. For the last 4 days (from 29/09/2021), I am not receiving the malayalam channel Asianet. Only this channel is not working. In this channel, The video and audio is stuck and sometimes it shows No signal. I contacted the customer care and told them about it on 29/09. They told me that, if only one channel has this problem. Then it is due to the signal from the channel, and they can't do anything, and the channel will be back within hours.
On the next day, I again contacted them, then they told that a technician will come and will check the problem. On Friday (01/10/21) he came and simply removed and reinserted the smart card and checked the antenna connection and the problem is not solved. He collected 180/- rupees from me. He said it's the problem of the channel, the channel is upgrading and so on, and the channel will be back by 6pm on 01/10/2021. But the problem is not solved.
Yesterday (02/10/2021), I contacted him, then he said we will first replace the cable, it costs 12 rupees per metre. I asked him why would we change the cable, except the channel Asianet, all other channels are working. Then he said I don't know. Then I asked him, What if the problem is not solved after replacing the cable, then he said we have to change the set top box.
Anyway he will be coming today(03/10/2021) to change the cable.
I don't know what they are doing. My set top box was changed once within a year due to this same problem. I think they are doing this on purpose to earn more money from people by cheating us.
Today I will check, if the problem will be solved of not. If not, Then I will change the connection...

    I was raise so many complaints for 2 years on Sun Direct customer care & their nodal officers for adding so many major( paid & free to air) channels on their DTH whichs not available on their platform .When channels are already offered to them but Sun Direct didn't added any offered channels (like zee network channels).
    I told them that when channels are already offered your company so why aren't adding those channels. But they didn't listen to me.

                I have done payment of rs-240 (Telugu economy pack for 1month.) from my sundirect app via upi mode through my phonepe account.
                Amount is credited to upi id [protected]@hdfcbank.

                Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done(it is not showing any status). I contacted phonepe support they said, recharge is sucessful from their end.
                My sundirect id number is [protected]
                Kindly pls look in to this.

                              Sun direct is always a very very late bad worst service I have ever seen.
                              If I have recharged I would call a sun direct customer care service for my picture telecast.
                              If any price changed for any pack there is no notification with that pack in sun direct app.
                              Customer care service is very very very worst they can't attend the call or it says check the number u have dialled but it's the customer care number in sun direct app.
                              Chatting service is also worst it's never be a attention for a customer question and at first they not connected with customer.
                              If I subscribed any single channel from sun direct app that's also not been picturised after a long war between customer support service then would be channel be telecasted.
                              It's a very worst service.
                              If I want any process in sun direct service there is a great war to gain that process.
                              Very very bad worst experience with this sun direct app.

                                Hi,

                                Today on 14-Sep-2021, i called to Sub direct customer care to place request to re-install the my Dish, they have advised me to pay Rs.250 for re-installation, but when i asked will i get any payment receipt or invoice for the same, they said i will not get any sort of Invoice and that is what is process been followed in Sun Direct, as per the Law, i required Invoice acknowledgement for the services and if any installation parts (new cable or some electrical things ) been replaced. because last time when i place this request, customer agent said i can collect the payment bill from Field engineer, but he refused to provide bill for Rs.250 for reinstallation and replaced the good working cable with new cable and asked me to pay Rs, 350, for which also he didnt not gave any invoice or payment receipt, So totally I paid for Rs.600 and never got the payment receipt from the fielded engineer or from the customer care.

                                    Few channels were not coming on the current set top box, after a discussion with sun direct employee from local department he agreed to provide/replace the existing set top box with a service set top device (not new) with a charge of 150 rupees for adapter and I have already paid the service charge of 150, so for 300 rupees it was agreeded to replace the box.

                                    But they collected 500 rupees from my parents when they came for replacement. So in total 650 rupees was paid, I don't this is fair. Because the new itself is 500 rupees if I upgrade.

                                    Please settle the extra amount collected.
