Updated by raghu113 Tata Photon has replied that they may resolve the issue only on 18/04. Our reply attached.
Dear Madam,
We thank you for your response. However, we shall be happy if you could please ponder over the following issues.
1. We have raised the connectivity issue on 23/03/17 and informed that the photon is not getting connected since 13/03/17. Error Codes # 777 & # 678 - remote computer did not respond.message.
2. After a lapse of more than three weeks you are informing that the issue will be resolved by 18/04/17.
3. This means that you take more than 25 days to resolve one issue.
4. Does this not speak a lot regarding your lack of commitment to resolve customer issues.
5. We have not been able to use the Photon Plus for more than a month after having paid for the frequent re-charges. The validity of my current re-charge is expiring on 15/04/17. Does this mean that we will have to again re-charge the same without having been able to use it even for a day during the last one month?
We now await your immediate response to the above issues.
