I am getting calls/missed calls from [protected] several times at awkward times. On calling back, they are telling wrong number or number of PCO. Kinldy request to block this number so that they cant disturb anymore. Please look into the matter. i dont want any further disturbance from this mobile number. Please take initiative from your side to block such things

    1. I called in October 2016 to have my tata photon disconnected. I was told that I would get a discount of Rs 500 and that my plan would be changed. To that effect I received an SMS as well
    2. In the next month, I was not given any discount but my bill plan was changed
    3. Then I again called - several times to esquire on the issue and requested once again that my number be cancelled.
    No resolution was done.

    Today the customer care executive actually rudely asks me - why Didnt i seek an email confirmation?

    On grounds of 'principle' I will not pay the balance Rs. 500. When i was given a discount; why should I pay? The lax and callous way that tata has handled my situation and the rudeness with which the executive spoke to me are appalling. The executive told me if i dont pay, i will keep getting calls.

    It is all indicative that Tata has no wish to resolve the issue; but just wants to harass the customer.

    I want my complaint to be taken to the highest level - I would like to lodge a formal complaint for harassment.

      What is the current status of this issue??Whom you are trying to make fool?? Done Everything from my end as per your suggestion. Checked my call settings too..Every option under that disabled.. Why you are giving generic answer??? Just want to know how come you are confidentally saying it's a call forwarding issue ..Who is the technical person gave this information??Just want to know how he investigated??Want a high level investigation on this...As it's done by purposefully by someone...

      Just Want to inform you people got call again from one of your lady employee rather than giving solution she disconnected my call.
      I asked very specific question but she not able to give information. Being a part of tata group Donot expect this type of cheap service at all
      From you people. You are facing network issue you can reach me at [protected] no also..But want to know current status. As from yesterday facing problem like anything.As per the below suggestion did everything from my end but no luck.So do it from your end and resolve this issue ASAP.

        I stay in chennai, after vardah cyclone of Dec-2016, my tata photon data card was not connecting.I have raised connection issues, but that are not resolved.

        I cancelled my connection on Dec-2016, but the tata photon is adding up the bill amount to my account and sending reminders to pay, while, i am not using the connection after dec-2016.
        Currently it sum up to 1880/-

        We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that the internet service for the photon number was permanently disconnected on 09-MAR-2017 and the billing was stopped on 25-FEB-2017 with the reference number[protected] registered on 21-FEB-2017 and you had received your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 13-FEB-2017 to 24-FEB-2017 with an amount of Rs. 154.02. The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 1880 and due to be paid at earliest to avoid payment reminders. However, usage is reflecting in all the 3 invoices (JAN, FEB & MAR 2017). Hence, we are unable to reverse the charges. Further, we request you to write to [protected]@tatadocomo.com from registered email id for e-bills. Kindly note that your final outstanding amount is Rs.1880/-. We request you to clear the same.

          Hi,
          I had made a MNP request for Tata Docomo CDMA to GSM sim connection in March in Hyderabad, but at the same time, I had to move to Bangalore, so because of roaming the televerification was not happening.
          So after porting of CDMA number, I could not complete the tele verification. Just now I have got a message that the number is disconnected due to verification pending.
          Could you tell me how I can get that number back again.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            We regret to inform you that even after a lapse of 18 days no resolution of the complaint has been done. The facts are summarised below for your kind understanding and needful actions.

            1) We have been using the photon + device since the past 5 years and there have been some low speed issues on and off. But we were able to connect to the net.

            2) we are using the Photon+ in Photon Whizz mode as per advice of your technical team and was able to get connectivity at a lower speed.

            3) Since the last 18 ~ 20 days there is absolutely no connectivity and the device is unable to connect to the internet. The error code # 777 & # 678 is coming.

            4) It indicates that device is unable to connect to remote modem / server.

            5) We tried the "Activation" but activation failed.

            6) The signal strength has reduced significantly and it is now inly 2 ~ 3 lines against earlier full signal strength. Also, if you check for 10 mins, the signal strength varies from 0 to 3 and is not at all stable.

            7) We are staying at Beml Nagar about 85 Km from Bangalore with PIN Code 563115.

            8) Yesterday, I had taken the Photon Device to Bangalore and found that the device is getting connected at Bangalore but not at Beml Nagar.

            9) From the above, it can be concluded that it is a network issue and this signal strength needs to be improved.

            10) During discussions with your call center experts Mr Syed, Mr Abdulla, Mr Teja, it was informed that due to increase in number o[censored]sers in our location, the signal strength is very weak and no improvement in coverage is possible at this time.

            11) You will appreciate that even after a lapse of 22 days, no resolution of the technical problem seems to be in sight.

            12) The contention of your team that we should use the photon only in Metro cities is not at all feasible for working class people and this aspect was never informed to customers when we purchased the photon + which was touted to be the best in its class.

            13) In fact your marketing executives have been telling us that we can avail spped of 3.1 mbps and your ad. line has always been : "Get Speed Get Time".

            14) we have been totally cheated by M/s Tata Photon thinking that you being a professionally managed company you will definitely honor your commitments to your customers.

            15) We would humbly request you to reimburse the monetary equivalent of about 48 GB of data available and close our account. We are totally disgusted with the attitude of your so called "Technical experts".

            We once again request you to accept our request in the interest of justice and fair play.

            Tata Photon has replied that they may resolve the issue only on 18/04. Our reply attached.
            Dear Madam,

            We thank you for your response. However, we shall be happy if you could please ponder over the following issues.

            1. We have raised the connectivity issue on 23/03/17 and informed that the photon is not getting connected since 13/03/17. Error Codes # 777 & # 678 - remote computer did not respond.message.

            2. After a lapse of more than three weeks you are informing that the issue will be resolved by 18/04/17.

            3. This means that you take more than 25 days to resolve one issue.

            4. Does this not speak a lot regarding your lack of commitment to resolve customer issues.

            5. We have not been able to use the Photon Plus for more than a month after having paid for the frequent re-charges. The validity of my current re-charge is expiring on 15/04/17. Does this mean that we will have to again re-charge the same without having been able to use it even for a day during the last one month?

            We now await your immediate response to the above issues.

              On 29/Mar/2017 I provided all the documents at TataDocomo Service center ( Airoli, sector-8 ), as per the acknowledgement for the same I got a SMS on the same number with the ref. no.[protected] and the date to resolved mentioned as 4/April/2017 . But unfortunately it is not yet resolved even the concerned people are not contacted to the Reference/Alternate number either .

                My photon no is [protected]. I submitted a request a[protected]and documents on 11 march which got processed on 17 march 2017 for tata docomo dongle for postpaid to prepaid migration but i was told i need to pay 15 day bill for that without usage. I raised complaint[protected]. And recieved a message that my connection would be terminated in 2 days on 22nd march.. now on 7th april I received a message that they were unable to terminate so i need to pay the bill for the month even i did not use the dongle for a day. This is pure harassment and i will be taking action against them as they are fooling customers like this . I have already asked to file a case in court for the same .

                  I have two post paid numbers of Tata Docomo. It is shown in the bill for February, 2017 that the amount of data used is 20058 kb. They charged Rs.2000.58 for it. But I have used mobile data hardly for 2 hrs and did not upload/download any video. So it is impossible to use so much data within that interval. Moreover they have not shown any rate of data usage charge, Although they have fixed Rs.1 per 100 KB data used. They should immediately review the bill and give me the details of data used.

                        I am totally disappointed with Tata DoCoMo. in Dec 2016, i gave a request to migrate my number([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid but they did'nt do it. Again i gave request after paying the "BILL - Rs. 700" without even using it, but as usual they didn't care to migrate and they sent another "BILL" and threatened me to pay the bill. and i paid Rs. 681 without even using my number!! Again came the SURPRISE to me - one more bill came up...and it is still continuing even after giving the request 4 times to Tata Docomo Brand Store in Kormangala as well as Jayanagar (4th Block) . The representatives are so pathetic that they don't even care to process the request on time !!
                        So, i request everyone not to take Tata Docomo Connection EVER AGAIN !!!

I have been a loyal customer of tata Docomo from a long time but now I am so irritated by its irresponsible behaviour that I want to port my contact number as soon as possible. My contact number [protected] was disconnected on 30/3/2017 without any prior information. And the Docomo store representative has said it may be continued after 15 days. How can my friends & family members contact me & also my contact number is linked with my ATM card which cannot be used without otp.

                            I have use Tata Docomo services atleast last 10 years and i am satisfy with your services, but my last bill is much higher then every month, so i call your customer care no. 198 but no satisfactory ans.
                            I have regular problem from the last 45 days that in my number its sending SMS in the number of 54999818. For SMS its deducting 3 rupees/SMS. I spoken with Tata docomo customercare and they didn't gave me any satisfactory resolution on this. This all happening without my knowledge. Kindly help me to solve the above problem and refund my 91 SMS money which are deducted till now. Tata docomo number [protected].

                            Ok thanks for deducted Rs.150/- from my tata docomo bill of Rs. 398/- but im not satisfy for this. Very sad to say you atleast 10 yrs tata docomo services, i thought now i leave it as soon as possible.
                            So, i will change services for tata docomo to other mobile services (Portability).
                            pls give me some instruction about how to do this and also post paid to prepaid service.

When I took sim around 4 years ago I gave my Aadhar card to cell shop owner but now customer care people saying that the sim was registered with some lady number. number is [protected].                                 My cell no is [protected], i have migrated from Postpaid to prepaid, i cleared by bill but now my outgoing calls have been stopped.On line i checked the account shows zero balance.In Tata docomo when i enquired they asked me to pay Rs 45 and the next day they asked for Rs 345, but still on line the balance shows zero.

                                Can you pls suggest urgently what is to be done.

                                  I am using your services for more than 6 years in Chennai.
                                  From past 1 year I am facing a problem with missing alerts.
                                  Each time they are charging 1 rupee for 3 numbers.
                                  If I switch off my mobile, then I am ready to pay for the call I missed during that time. But because of your network issues (or bad network) I am not able to get calls, then this is your responsibility to provide the details for free. Or else you need to improve your network ASAP. Kindly resolve the issues.

                                    My name is parth vyas, and i am using a docomo broadband last 1year. I am regularly pay your bill. But i was facing a problem dally to dally with dclm down and frequently disconnection problem by the server. I did so many compliant in 1 year. But i didn’t get any kind of permanent resolutions. Even 17th feb 2017 also i was sending a mail to all respected docomo sir & mem then after senior engineers visited at my office this are the name mr. ashish parmar manager, mr. ashwinbhai, mr. dinishbhai but your senior engineers are fail because the are not able to rectifie my problem still. Mr. ashish parmar know all the truth but he told me there is no problem from our side. I also send him all snaps by whats app & ashish parmar’s mail id
                                    Ashish parmar doing nothing for my problem. I think he don’t won’t to work.

                                    Only my wifi router was change my port was change 7 to 8 time. then on 18th march 2017 after 1:00pm your net was disconnected to 6:56 pm. 6hrs no internet connection. You company was not able to provide a good customer service. Because your company employs won’t work and that was the main resin that last 1 year i was facing frequently disconnection problem. If your company want to my case study then i am sending you a Link with 208 snaps for ping test & net disconnect with date and time 17th feb 2017 to 18th march 2017 so please kindly check my all snaps and please give me a permanent solution of this frequently disconnection problem.

                                      I had a post paid sim card of tata docomo, i went to service center to stop my post paid connection, i was told by offical there that you need to submit outstanding bill and it will be resolved, but after paying the bill they again resumed by simcard with post paid service and additional 350+350 money was added as bill to my account.During that period i had not used the sim card at all.

                                      Offical at service center are not in mode to even listen to complaint, and now i am getting mail stating i will get a legal notice if amount not paid within 7 days

                                        In feb 2017 I have received bill of amount Rs.2278 which is surprising as I never had such high bill. Hence I checked by bill and found that it shown against Data usage.
                                        I actually had issue with data speed with Tata docomo and had hence installed Wifi at my house from other service provider in Mid Jan 2017. Since than I started using this wifi over my phone. But the usage though done on wifi (4G speed) is shown in my bill of Tata Docomo. Hence I complained about this to there customer care. But they are only arguing that bill is correct.
                                        After couple of argument the complaint was forwarded to higher authorities for verification and after 2-3 weeks I received the mail that the bill is as per usage. They are not able to tell me how they verified it.
                                        My repeated explanation to them have failed and I need to resolve this.
                                        I also requested them to check my bill history over three years since I have started the usage. But they are not ready to verify.

                                        Now since 10 days my number is disable for calling on outside numbers other than Tata Docomo
