Tata docomo is one of the worst product I have seen. Recently while I recharged for Full Talktime 200, it came only 170 and 30 rupees reduction.

I ignored for the first time. When happened second time, after a lot of struggle(changing the language to call), their Customer care said, "Sir, this is happened because you did it online. You should have went to a shop and do there". I mean what the ****? Are you guys in living in 1900.

When I say at least there should be mention the same in online portal instead of writing it Full Talktime and they have no answer.

So Tata docomo is the worst product I have faced and they behave like its 1900.

Yes... Thanks to Tata Docomo, they have refunded the amount. Hope they do not do same blunders with other customers too. Because its really frustrated and most people will not get clue to complain. They should correct the Full Talktime tariff data of 200 asap.

    This is to let you people know how Tata DoCoMo cheats people with Post paid connection.This happened during December where I got call from DoCoMo saying once I manually make the payment the post paid service will be cancelled, but to my disbelief I see I still get bills for jan/Feb for not using the service.

    I have clearly mentioned about the incident to agent who called for paying the bill that I have not used the service and got feedback that we will revert the charges and later I get a Tata legal notice that I am suppose to pay.

    These guys are fraud and eating peoples money.

      My plan was for 20GB monthly with 7MBPS speed promised and I hardly use 1GB or 2GB a month too when needed with the worst speed than expected and promised from Company. If I can regularly pay a monthly bill of rs1000 plus every month without fail, I didn't find any reason why I wont be paying the genuine bill. I have lodged many cases in past with service and speed issue but all these guys were interested in was monthly timely bill payment even though the issue is not resolved and customer is not given the proper service for what he is paying.

      But this is a sheer case of cheating and fraud from Tata companys end harassing the customer with false promise of speed and not resolving the issues on time due to which I lost many official assignment and my business unit revenue was hit, which is in thousands dollars, which is just because of the worst internet speed.
      Now the bill is not genuine and forcefully being put on me though my issues were not resolved and I didnt used the services or internet if someone can check my usage for the number and I have business revenue loss and I was mentally harassed due to bad service and speed provided from the companies end.

      Now I am getting legal notice which seems to be another trap and fraudalent activity from the company, when a costumer is suffering and cheated no one comes forward but when then company want to recover they will impose all sort of rules. If still the company want to go ahead for legal proceeding I too challenge them in court for the compensation of the mental harassment due to business loss which wan mainly due to worst internet speed during the major companies assignment.

          I m using Tata DoCoMo since last 8 years.
          I got numerous msg frm DoCoMo regarding spl rechrge of 87.
          When I talked to cust care today..
          that personnel said " this recharge is not available now".
          and she suggested me a spl recharge of 249/-
          whn I availed that 249/- rechrge..
          again I got the msg abt the spl rechrge of 87/-.
          this instance is now very regular with my number.
          kindly do something needful.

            I already paid the three months advance rental and disconnected your services at the end of three months... So, I do NOT understand what this outstanding amount of Rs.1854 /-is for? If this is the for your dongle then you may take it anytime ... Its of no use to me...

              I have been using postpaid of docomo for more than six months and on 25th jan 2017 i applied for conversion of postpaid to prepaid by clearing all outstanding amount till the above date.Then everyday i recieved call from tata docomo people trying to convince me not to convert to prepaid by giving offers but i wanted to convert to prepaid so a disagreed to them then they told me that they will forward the request to convert to prepaid.After some day i recieved a message that your request has been cancelled because of improper documents but i have given the same photo and the same documents which i have given during issuing of postpaid sim and i completed all the formalities .But its been two months i m recieving call and mesaage from tata docomo to pay the outstanding amount of february and march which is just unjust to me because the mistake was not from my side.This is just very unprofessional behaviour from the company as they are not able complete the demands of their customer .They should not try to force anyone not to convert to prepaid by cancelling their request.I ready to block docomo number i have already abandoned that sim which is not in use since last 2months.please convert to prepaid and im not going to pay this extra amount which is because of their mistake

              I want my postpaid connection to get converted to prepaid connection as soon as possible or i want the connection to be closed .Im not going to pay any amount since i have paid amount till 25th jan 2017 and applied for conversion to prepaid with all requisite documents that were needed.So please convert to prepaid or close the connection .Its not my mistakw so why should i pay and also the sim card is not in use from two months so why should i pay.

                Their office near Chennai has an woman selling sim card at ₹99 which cost₹50 when I asked for the mrp rate she started cursing me and my mom in front of all I'm 16 and my mom is 39 I felt helpless my name is Rishabh nahar when countinously asking for ₹50 sim card she was postponing the date again and again it's a very huge distance she abused me and my mom I had to travel to far to get my old sim back which was stolen and had important calls for my mom coming in that no.

                  I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (899 unlimited plan) from past 3 Years. My docomo mobile no. is [protected] . I am regularly paying my bill on time.

                  Now they blocked my number saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.”

                  I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle.

                  When I called to customer care everyone is providing different stories which they are not intimated in the time of taking this service.
                  I am unable to make outgoing call from my mobile, please help

                    Last month i recharged my mobile [protected] for rs 68 with the offer of 25paise call rate per min for 90 days. but now the call
                    rate is charged @1.7/ sec. Even after sending the mails along with screenshot which has transaction id [protected]
                    for proof of recharging the tata docomo comany is not ready to set the call rate as per the offer and they are telling that the number was not recharged at all last month. like this they are cheating customers.and they are asking me to recharge my number again with cutt off rate
                    Please find the attached screen shot, check the transaction id and solve our
                    problem.

                      As i am docomo customer since 13 years Today I got my phone showing emergency calls only so i went to docomo store for issuing duplicate simcard and they assured it will activated within 3 hours but till time the same should not be activated As i am a businessman got severe suffer and they again told to me it may take 3 days and i am also enquired through customer care but they told me it will take 24 to 36 hours so I am and my business got upset today

                        I had Tata docomo data card which promised 4 MBPS speed whereas all I got was 512KBPS to 1 MBPS with very bad signal.
                        When I asked them to cancel they have charged the whole month bill.

                        No response to my queries but keep calling every day asking for payment. Finally I am fed up and paid the bill amount as per pro-rata basis but I do not want this kind of harassment for any other consumer. Hence raising this complaint.

                            I can't send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.
                            While customer care shows busy and on my docomo app it shows number barred for non payment. I wonder how it is possible.
                            Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers. I tried to call costomer care and still ivr tells for busy.

                              I am using tata docomo sim. From last few days I getting unmwanted calls, don't know unknown or known person he is. But is very much disturbing to handle this things.I am a married women it's too much harrasing for me when I get a abusive calls in front of my in-laws. That person calls me from different number.those numbers are [protected],
                              [protected], [protected] .I get daily 14-15calls from this number.I don't receive them. Then he tries from another different number and it goes on.please identify those numbers as soon as possible. And block them. Please send the details of those numbers. And help me out from this harassment.

                                    Its better to visit the nearest TATA DoCoMo Store in person with ID proof and get the details within a hour. Because as per your content you are in urgency. Also it would be the better solution for this. Most of the service providers wont provide the details in maill and ask customers to come to stores in person and ask for ID proof of Photo ID & Address ID hard copy.

                                      I wanted to have the unusable Tata Indicom Walky telephone instrument provided by the Company. My phone number is[protected] and is not in use for ten months now. The company wants the full amount of the instrument that works out around Rs1900 for replacement. Fair enough! The company says that once the amount is paid the instrument would be replaced and every month Rs. 100 will be credited into my account till the total amount is repaid by the customer! I asked them to replace the instrument and instead deduct every month the cost of the Instrument in the same installments which the company wants to credit into my account, because I have been an old customer- perhaps the earliest to have got the connection in Chennai when it was first introduced. You may kindly note that when a customer applies for a new connection he needs to pay the same amount!
                                      I have given this telephone number to many of my readers(being an editor/Journalist) and do important transaction through this telephone. I have put to a lot hardship on account of the intransigence of the company. I pray that your forum will seek for details of this complaint and help in getting my complaint redressed.

                                        I am a tata docomo subscriber bearing number [protected]. I got a sms at 7.23 PM today at special recharge of Rs 41 i will get 41 rupees talk time and 300 mb data for 28 days. But when i recharge the same at 10 Pm i got a different offer of 36paise/min rate cutter for 28 days .

                                        I tried to call the customer care but they didn't talk to me instead of talking to me their representative reroute my call to someone which kept ringing for 10 minutes but no body pick it up.

                                        So I request you kindly please solve my case and give me Rs 41 talk time and 300 mb data as per the offer i got through my sms.

                                        I have raised the request to close my postpaid connection which I am not using from last 8-10 months. Customer care executive is not supporting me and still they did not close my connection. Every month I need to pay bill unnecessarily.
