False service and Bill

My plan was for 20GB monthly with 7MBPS speed promised and I hardly use 1GB or 2GB a month too when needed with the worst speed than expected and promised from Company. If I can regularly pay a monthly bill of rs1000 plus every month without fail, I didn't find any reason why I wont be paying the genuine bill. I have lodged many cases in past with service and speed issue but all these guys were interested in was monthly timely bill payment...

Deliberately wrong info from company

Dear sir..
I m using Tata DoCoMo since last 8 years.
I got numerous msg frm DoCoMo regarding spl rechrge of 87.
When I talked to cust care today..
that personnel said " this recharge is not available now".
and she suggested me a spl recharge of 249/-
whn I availed that 249/- rechrge..
again I got the msg abt the spl rechrge of 87/-.
this instance is now very regular with my number.br...

TATA DOCOMO - Wrong charges and harassment

I already paid the three months advance rental and disconnected your services at the end of three months... So, I do NOT understand what this outstanding amount of Rs.1854 /-is for? If this is the for your dongle then you may take it anytime ... Its of no use to me...

Outgoing calls restrictions

I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (899 unlimited plan) from past 3 Years. My docomo mobile no. is [protected] . I am regularly paying my bill on time.

Now they blocked my number saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.”

I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose....

Fraud in billing and harassment

I had Tata docomo data card which promised 4 MBPS speed whereas all I got was 512KBPS to 1 MBPS with very bad signal.
When I asked them to cancel they have charged the whole month bill.

No response to my queries but keep calling every day asking for payment. Finally I am fed up and paid the bill amount as per pro-rata basis but I do not want this kind of harassment for any other consumer. Hence raising this complaint.br...

I can't send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.
While customer care shows busy and on my docomo app it shows number barred for non payment. I wonder how it is possible.
Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers. I tried to call costomer care and still ivr tells for busy.
