On 6-Jul-21, I have booked an AC service on Urban Company app
Technician came and shown that AC has been fixed & take Rs.3050
later, 20-Aug-21 I observed that AC is not cooling then, I have request for re-visit on your app
On 23-Aug-21, very unprofessional technician came & found GAS leakage in AC.
He told me that, your AC condenser is faulty, you no need to pay anything, I will take it from Urban Company. We will replace it & it will take 1 day to arrange the same.
On 24-Aug-21, he came & fitted the copper condenser & started the AC. On very same time,
I said to him, why outdoor unit is now too noisy
& Why all parts are not fixed in AC
There were too many nuts bolt were laying at my floor.
Concern occurred on same day
1. No cooling.
2. Water leakage from Indoor unit.
3. Outdoor unit producing so many noise & I receiving complaints from my neighbor.
4. Money Loss, due to this issue I have given the money to Urban Company as well as to guest house to stay there as in peak of Summer can't sleep without AC
Urban company has very casual approach towards its customers, they know that customer is in problem but no solution is given even after 5 days.
No update on call..
No Customer Support Number.
No provision of live chat support at their App
In 5 days, I have tried so many at Urban Clap Help Center to contact them but not response
I sent a detailed email at [protected]@urbancompany.com but no response
just received a very casual revert i.e.

I want my AC in Ok condition like earlier OR need fully refund so that I’ll buy new AC
