In fact me and my colleagues and friends – all are using Woodlands, as it is an international brand as well as you maintain the quality on top priority. And we were quite satisfied with your company. But last time, I bought a shoe from the Woodland Store, called Aero Club, Grand Hotel Arcade, 15/7 J.L.N. Road, Kolkata 7000013, Franchise – J.BOSECK & Co. on 4th August, 2010 (4.08.2010), Invoice no. 4134, TIN No. [protected]. The ID of my shoe is GC 0321106 Camel 42 footwear. It was quite expensive shoe for me. But two days before, I found that the Scholl of my both pair of shoe were absolutely cracked. I was so shocked. And immediately I went to the above mention outlet. But the salesman said that to change the scholl, I have to pay Rs. 450 and the rest amount, your company will bear. I am so surprised. You know that it’s an expensive shoe and I did not expect the cracked scholl in seven months from the date of purchase, which was really embarrassing. And now your company asked to pay me another Rs. 450 for repairing. I and my colleagues did not expect this from the brand like Woodlands. I guess it will create a very bad reputation to the people like us. And I hope your company will pay the full amount or replaced my shoe to a new one. You should concern about your reputation. Otherwise we all bound to switch from your brand to other. The salesman gave me the token no. C.F – 121, dated: 10.03.2011. I hope you consider my request and will not charge any amount from me further. I am waiting for your feedback.

I have purchased sohes from the woodland shop at AERO CLUB , woodland store , Shop no.15 , Gr. Flr , Dev Arcade mall , SG Road Ahmedabad,

My complaint is that After wearing a shoes for 2 to 3 days. it was found both the shoe having a diffenet color shade and after i have check in detail for the finishing and other paratmeters and it was found that a lather is used for the making of shoes is different for each shoe , Shoes article number is same but lot is diffent.

There is a different fininshing work is done for both shoe , diffent hight is found.
I discussed with woodland store , but they are not ready to replace the shoes

Im student from d.u and im very disappointed with your shoes.[model nubuk,article no.GC 0424107].Bought on 28th feb 2011 i.e a week before.I can't express the trouble i am facing as i can't wear them.The day i went college wearing them my whole day went in fighting the pain it caused.My toes were red when i took them off.To get the shoes replaced i went back to that woodland store( i.e at J-21,sector 18 atta market,noida-201301)they denied to replace it because of dirt my 1 day travel had brought it.since that i haven't worn them yet.i ll be highly obliged if you u could replace them as being a student 2100 rps is a very big amount to pay.

I purchased one pair of woodland shoe( No. 4092 and colour is DCML) from Left Right Left, B-33, Janpath Market, Lucknow- 226 001. The book/receipt no. is 54 and serial no. 2659 dated 11.02.2011. After weared these shoe for one weak and now the colour of the shoe have changed. Now both the shoe are from different colour. I am staying in Bareilly and not possible for me to go back to Lucknow for this purpose. Tell me the way how to get red from this problem. Kindly suggest me to change this shoe from any shop of Bareilly where woodland shoe are there.

The Woodland Shoes are the good but they are the Worst Service Provider , They are not listing to the Complian and not giving proper response at all . WE must open Charity and raise the Fund for them as they are the Bagger Big Chitter in INDIA.

My shelf sudhir pandey and working in a reputated pharma company. and I purchase a shoes costing -2195 Rupees 4-6 months back. from Aeroclub -wood land store shop no;15,ground floor Devarcae mall,S.B HIIGHWAY,Ahmedabad
the leather of shoe get rough after few months and make a complain to concern aero club and they support me and send the shoe to New Delhi through Complaint no: CF-111,G-4041.
But no replacement of shoe has been taken and given reason is that 'I used different polish for shoe'. Is It possible to used low grade polish to high cost shoe ?
and i need complete replacement of shoes.

i require shoe laces for G-4035. the outlets in pune have them only in 110cm length. but the shoe requires them in 80 cm length.

i bought a new woodland shoe from showroom of new delhi located in connaught place ,but after wearing it only for 2 days the stich got broken and the shoe opened up , when i contacted the dealer instead of replacing the shoe it took it told me that it wold be send for repair to the company store and i ld gt it back within 15 days , but i have not got it back and even the dealer is very rude in talking . please let me know was it right on the part of the company to repair a 4000 rs shoe within 2 days of wering and even not returning it on time if they have to repair .please help me to get my shoe or my money back to me .

I bought woodland shoes model no GC 0124105 KHAKI 43 FOOTWEAR on 11-08-10. from Woodland Store ,Chikhal apartment,Shop No-1,2,3 L.T.Road , Borivali-West Mumbai (Receipt No-5049). I was using my shoe regularly but on 02-02-11 i noticed a crack in one of my shoe sole.I am a regular user of woodland shoes for the past 15 years and generally the experience has been good ,that's why this brand loyalty.I was very confident that this issue will also be sorted out amicably.BUT this time on approaching the Woodland store i was told that sole will be replaced only on payment basis (Repair slip no-196).Well, if such high priced shoes of a reputed brand last only few months than it appears that the company is spending more on advertisement than on quality of the product which needs to be corrected.I truly believe that better sense will prevail and my faulty shoe will be repaired free of cost. AS in today's world it is difficult to find such loyal customers like me.

Sir,
I purchased woodland shoes last february 2010 from shop from jodhpur which is on Sardarpura C' road opposite police station. and the sole cracked from heal, and which i gave to the shop back again on 25 January 2011 which they returned to me after 22 days on 18 Feb 2011 unrepaired or unchanged shoes.
They said if sole changes then i have to pay Rs-450/ they have done neither of it

I am Mallikarjuna K had bought a pair of woodland chappal at one of your outlet in Bangalore (Aero Club). After six months o[censored]sage, sole failed & chips started coming off from the sole. A complaint was logged regarding this at the Aero Club Showroom, Bangalore. One of the branch manager took the complaint and said that sole will be replaced by forwarding the same to the head office after taking the bill.I was also issued a repair bill with repair slip no 281. I basically stay at a place called Toranagallu, 350 kms away from bamgalore. After giving the chappal for repair, i have visited showroom thrice.But disappointingly to bring to your notice, after visiting the showroom thrice the manager said that can not be repaired.
Woodland is a brand name which everyone prefers. But if such is the quality of service your are providing, then i am sorry to say you that you have given franchisee to a wrong person. This will surely affect your reputation. I have attached a repair bill copy along with this mail.


Hope that at least you will respond to this mail & take necessary actions either by repairing or replacing with a new one. This is one of the worst company i have ever come accross. Please don't buy woodland shoes/Sandals

i bought a woodland shoes woth Rs.2600 during the month of august 2010 from reliance foot,mangalore. But within 4 months the shoes has worn out. Hearing the quality of woodlands it was my first purchase of woodland product but i am cheated. I have lost faith in woodlands. I amthinking of going to consumer court and local media regarding this. Please find a solution for this

Myself Prabhakar belwal this is to inform you that i had cheated by the woodland store in
Marathalli , Bangalore.
On[protected] i went with my wife and and brought a pair of ladies sandal .

Next day she wear the sandal and walk for some 500m the sole (base of the sandal) was removed and the woodland sticker at the base is also coming out.

so on[protected] i was went to shop and asked them to exchage it with another one ,but saleperson told me that this is not a be replacable.

The way these sale guys are behaving was also rediculuous first they were not entertaing us and misbehavoured
while purshasing ,after seeing the sandal i ask the sale person that i am having doubt about the reliability of this item .

They told me they don't have any other piece and they assure me nothing will happen.
Now he told me max he can repair which i don't want becoz not wearing for one days the items is demage i think no one will accept repairing.
Pls take immediate action against these type of people.

i have purchased GC0418107, green color from " Aero Club Woodland, Crown Plaza - Faridabad, which has got torn out with in two months of purchase, date of purchase , 24/11/2010 & i have given it back to stores on 22/01/011.

The cost of shoe was 2693, please guide what must be done if such a costly shoe is also getting problem with in few days & not being entertained by dealer in a proper manner.

I had brought the woodland shoes of Article no[protected] from MG road camp Pune area. At the time of purchasing the sales person & cashier told me tht I can avail the free servicing for the 1 yr frm the date of purchasing. So after 3 month due to some small damage i took my shoes to the satara road store they gv full servicing facility but whn i went to kothrud stand woodland showroom the sales person say they (he ) can not do any servicing or repair the shoes after 6 month. so i ask him how can this possible if satara store is ready to help me out how u people are not so he say you can go to that store only. I think any brand company is same all over the world so this kothrud store is like this. As i am from service industry we give value to the customer not the money or facility so i think you people should think about my query so that this things wont happen to any other customer & also to me.

I have bought a woodland shoe @ M/S AERO CLUB (doot no 11/40B,fashion Tower,Nr Rymond shope,Cherootty Road,Calicut- Kerala.Ph no[protected] on 03/11/2011cash memo no (M) 076.Article no :GCO160106 .RS 2395/-.Now the soul gum is remoov from soul.The same compliant is occured my friend and he shows his shoe @ the same shop last week,they informed him that this is first compliant repoted there and they gumed the shoe and returned ,now the shoe is not ok at the same time gum is droped frond skin of the shoe.I dont know how this happend the artice of a branded company and hanled very lasy and also careless local sevice.I don't want gum it again because i trusted that this type of complint is not occured orginal shoe and the shop may sale fake one.Please do the ncessary step at the earlist, other wise i will register a complint at consumer court.Expecting a satisfactory result at the earliest from your side @ earlist.

i purchase my shoe from patiala (punjab)woodland showroom from woodland outlet on 3/01/2011 its model no. is sma602 black 41 no. and i weared this shoe only 5 times till date that is 14/01/2011. and now shoe becomes totally open from side by the joint and total pasting between sole and upper part opened and sole becomes deattach from the upper part.i gets shocked by this i already buy this at very high cost. pls do thsi as early as possible otherwise i lodge a case againt company.

I had purchased sandals from Woodland showroom in B block inner circleConnaught Place New Delhi on 13th December 2010. I wore them for the first time on 22nd December 2010 for a formal party at night. Next day when i went to wear it again I saw that a small part of the skin of the heel had chipped making it unwearable. I took the sandal to the store on 31st December 2010 and lodged a complaint vide complaint no.CPIII/247 dated 31/12/2010 and they sent it to the company( so the store claims) for expert opinion.After repeated followup i got a response in the negative that nothing could be done. I am appalled that a company of such repute selling high end products doesn't care for its customers. i was not given any written explanation. It is a 4000 rupee sandal .i want it to be replaced.

Dear Sir,
I had very bad experience from my last purchase. I bought a pair of shoes from Woodland showroom at Thane (W), Naupada it was replaced from Kalyan showroom due to some fault in shoe.
Details are as follows.
Article No. : GC 0570908 KHAKI 41 FOOTWARE , PRICE : 2495/-
After usage of this pair within 11 months time Right leg shoe sole broken in two parts of bottom. After visiting the showroom, they didn't respond. Though they admitted that this is manufacturing fault till then no responsibility was taken and I am asked to pay, if you get the Sole pair in a month’s time.

I used to appreciate WOODLAND brand a lot and after this experience, it could be difficult to come back to store again. I am expecting positive response at least for the manufacturing defects.
I hope that you will help me regarding the matter. I will expect you people are solve this matter otherwise I will go to Consumer Court.
