Sir,

I have bought a woodland shoe @ M/S AERO CLUB (doot no 11/40B,fashion Tower,Nr Rymond shope,Cherootty Road,Calicut- Kerala.Ph no[protected] on 03/11/2011cash memo no (M) 076.Article no :GCO160106 .RS 2395/-.Now the soul gum is remoov from soul.The same compliant is occured my friend and he shows his shoe @ the same shop last week,they informed him that this is first compliant repoted there and they gumed the shoe and returned ,now the shoe is not ok at the same time gum is droped frond skin of the shoe.I dont know how this happend the artice of a branded company and hanled very lasy and also careless local sevice.I don't want gum it again because i trusted that this type of complint is not occured orginal shoe and the shop may sale fake one.Please do the ncessary step at the earlist, other wise i will register a complint at consumer court.Expecting a satisfactory result at the earliest from your side @ earlist.

    i purchase my shoe from patiala (punjab)woodland showroom from woodland outlet on 3/01/2011 its model no. is sma602 black 41 no. and i weared this shoe only 5 times till date that is 14/01/2011. and now shoe becomes totally open from side by the joint and total pasting between sole and upper part opened and sole becomes deattach from the upper part.i gets shocked by this i already buy this at very high cost. pls do thsi as early as possible otherwise i lodge a case againt company.

      I had purchased sandals from Woodland showroom in B block inner circleConnaught Place New Delhi on 13th December 2010. I wore them for the first time on 22nd December 2010 for a formal party at night. Next day when i went to wear it again I saw that a small part of the skin of the heel had chipped making it unwearable. I took the sandal to the store on 31st December 2010 and lodged a complaint vide complaint no.CPIII/247 dated 31/12/2010 and they sent it to the company( so the store claims) for expert opinion.After repeated followup i got a response in the negative that nothing could be done. I am appalled that a company of such repute selling high end products doesn't care for its customers. i was not given any written explanation. It is a 4000 rupee sandal .i want it to be replaced.

        Dear Sir,
        I had very bad experience from my last purchase. I bought a pair of shoes from Woodland showroom at Thane (W), Naupada it was replaced from Kalyan showroom due to some fault in shoe.
        Details are as follows.
        Article No. : GC 0570908 KHAKI 41 FOOTWARE , PRICE : 2495/-
        After usage of this pair within 11 months time Right leg shoe sole broken in two parts of bottom. After visiting the showroom, they didn't respond. Though they admitted that this is manufacturing fault till then no responsibility was taken and I am asked to pay, if you get the Sole pair in a month’s time.

        I used to appreciate WOODLAND brand a lot and after this experience, it could be difficult to come back to store again. I am expecting positive response at least for the manufacturing defects.
        I hope that you will help me regarding the matter. I will expect you people are solve this matter otherwise I will go to Consumer Court.

        shoes — sole broken

        purchased one pair shoes on 28 May 2008 FROM BATA SHOE SHOP at kesavadasapuram PATTOM P O TRIVANDRUM KERALA on 28/05/2008 .It s left sole broken by 8 cm .Approached the dealer on 02/07/2008 but he hesitated to either repair or to give compensation . Reqest immedite action. BILL IS KEPT WITH ME.

Right from begning the lace bottom was short and lace holders are tearing lace. The front side stitches also teared within a month.The dealer refused to entertain me. Kindly see immidiatly. Sir as I am a legal person but having faith on settlement out of court.

            Pasting of Sole

            Dear Sir,
            I have purchased one pair of Woodland Shoe from thier Authorised Retail Sale Outlet AERO CLUB, Woodland Store, Shop NO 6&7, Ground Floor,b.wing,city railway lines,solapur-413001.vide Invoice No 2497 Dated 15.11.10. Suddenly after 15 days Pasting of Sole of both shoes removed . i am very much surprised that company is charging almost double of the market price of their quality and when in this case i asked store person to replace the shoe they immidiately refuse to do the same and taken that shoe to repair vide there Repair slip No 71Dated 24.12.2010.This is our appeal to replace the shoes not to repair.

              I HAVE PURCHASED A PAIR OF WOODLAND SHOES MODEL NO:- R1GC 0321106 ASSR ON 03/06/2010 FROM THE WOODLAND STORE ON ANDHERI KURLA ROAD, SAKINAKA,MUMBAI.I PAID RS. 1675 FOR IT.THERE WA A SALE DURING THE TIME.I STARTED UING THE SHOES ONLY IN JUNE.I USE IT ONLY FOR WALKING.I NEVER USED IT IN A ROUGH MANNER, OR DURING THE MONSOON TIME, ALTHOUGH YOUR SHOES ARE SUPPOSED TO WITHSTAND ROUGH USE AND ALSO SUPPOSED TO BE WATER-PROOF.ABOUT A MONTH AGO,THE THREAD LINING OF THE RIGHT SHOE STARTED TO TEAR OPEN,AND I HAD THE GIVE IT TO THE COBBLER TO REPAIR IT.AND SOME DAYS BACK,THE LEFT SHOE THREAD LINING HAS OPENED.

                I think the ones made for women are named as "woods" rather than "woodland" ... I guess, thats the case with your ones ...
                Woodland has reintroduced its sub-brand “Woods” which caters to the formal wear segment. Woods was first introduced in 1998-99 as a semi-formal brand but was withdrawn after a year as it failed to make an impact. This time the company has worked out a different strategy for Woods. While currently Woods shoes, bags and accessories are being sold at Woodland stores, the company plans to open separate Woods stores selling only products under the brand to give it a distinct identity. “Woods will have high-end men’s and women’s footwear, bags and accessories, priced much higher than the Woodland range. It will be targeting a niche market with small boutique stores in upmarket locations limited to the metros. Woodland is opening five such stores this year — two in Delhi and one each in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.

                  Mkt by: Aero Club, Gurdwara Rd,
                  Karol Bagh, Delhi – 5.

                  There is one major problem/ fault with the shoes that I have bought. Woodland shoes have a reputation for their grip on any surface (whether plain, rough, snow, mountains etc).

                  However the shoes which I am using have no grip – I mean zero grip on a wet surface. For eg. if I am walking on a normal road and the road is wet, these shoes don’t hold on. Instead they slip due to which I have fallen on the road a couple of times. The grip on these shoes is inferior as compared to a local brand.

                  I think the material used to make the sole of these shoes (maybe this lot) is a faulty one due to which the grip is so poor. This is really not acceptable as I have paid such a high price for these shoes.

                  Having said the above, I would like a replacement of these shoes as these are really dangerous to wear and walk on the road (especially on the fine flooring in restaurants and malls). If you need I can send these faulty shoes to your office for your review and reference. You can personally try them on to verify the above complaint.

                  Woodland Shoes — size 44

                  Iam looking for woodland shoes model no 2100 camel colour since last 2 months but size 44 is not available in any woodland store mumbai what is the problem no one is entertaining me. so plz do the needful
                  I have purchased one pair of woodland shoe no. 418107 camel42 from your authorised dealer m/s occasion point alwar ph.[protected] m.[protected] vide bill no. 5253 dt. 02/07/2010. right from very begning the lace hooks were tearing laces very frequently and lacebase was also short. the stitching of shoe from corner get unstitched. as i am wearing woodland shoe from 15 years but first time i am facing such a problem.
                  sir, i do not want to aporch in court of law if i receive positive responce form your side other wise i have to take hard steps as your dealer is not responding on my complaint.

                  I purchased a pair of shoes SM 1015911 black 45 footwear (leather) for Rs 4395.00 on 5 Feb 2012 from Aero club,shop no 21-22 SAHARAGANJ Mall Lucknow vide receipt no 201252 .Today while polishing the shoes ,it was brought to my notice that there is a crack on the toe of left shoe.The shoes were taken to the shop keeper for replacement, who declined to honour the warranty.It is a manufacturing defect.How come your dealer does not help customers to resolve their grievance.Could you kindly look in to the matter .

                  I got some portion of skin got badly wounded near my heel, the portion of the shoe internally stitch has torn out.
                  This is because of the internal shoe design may be there would be something wrong in the design of the shoe.

                  we are purchasing the shoe only for the brand, our expectation is very high, now i can, t wear the shoe, i am using wood land shoe from last 10 years, it is first time i am facing problem like this, what can I do, I do not know, my friends suggesting me to published a complaint in Internet media and to file case against wood land.                   However i started wearing this shoe since Jan'12...
                  Till now more than 10 pairs of "Jockey" socks got damaged from front approx Rs 1500. Wearing and tearing is due to manufacture problem inside the pair.

                  On dt: 04.03.12, i visited at your store at Agra.
                  Straight away they denied to accept the problem. However on showing damaged socks, store in-charge said that "drop your shoes...i'll wear this shoe and will see for 3-4 days...if i found problem then only i'll fwd the complaint". Just see wat your in-charge is saying...

                  Kindly arrange for replacement of shoe, otherwise i'll go via Consumer Court...

                  I think there is a serious manufacturing problem in one of the shoes (right pair) that I feel some sort of "numbness" around thumb and nearby areas of my right leg. I examined it closely and found out that something is protruding inside the shoe just below the shoe lace flap and irking at the nerves in my foot (really painful to be frank). Initially I thought it will be alright but after 4 weeks, still the problem persists. Sensitivity in that particular is almost not there and am feeling a lot of pain and discomfort.

                  I really feel the pain now. Don't know what to do...Having paid such a huge amount to get a pair of shoes, I would like to get it replaced/repaired.

                  I really don't have time to visit the showrrom from my workplace which is far from Brookfields. Also on weekends, I travel to Trivandrum.

                  If required, I can send this shoes to your office so that you verify if I am right or not.

                  Urgent action is required in regard.

                  Please do the necessary immediately.

                  Secondly employ atleast humble salesperson with two ears to atleast listen to the grieavance of the customers.

                  Now to tell you my experience with one of the factory outlet in vaishali Ghaziabad at Ansal plaza is that, that I purchased two pairs of footwear believing that woodland is known for its comfort and what it charges is worth it. And it was not for the first time that I went for woodland footwear because I am a customer of this brand since ten years but finally that was my last purchase in the month of August 2013.

                  If possible try to consider my complaint and replace my footwears with the new one.

                  It is really unfortunate for a company like woodland which is not at all caring for its customers.

                  I, therfore request you to kindly consider my post because I am not only a customer but also a researcher in the field of Brand Management & Positioning.

                  I the below mentioned presenting few lines for your information and necessary action.

                  2. I have purchased Woodland shoe model - G 52777 Green 41 Footwear (Leather) from M/s Aero Club, Woodland Store, 3/4 York house, Opp. Electric house, S.B.S Road, Mumbai- 400 001 vide Cash memo No. 8627 dated 25 Jan 13.

                  3. It is intimated that after purchasing, within 2 months the sole got removed from both of the shoes. Then I gave it for repairing and collected back after 15 days. Then again after 2 months the same has happened and I requested the showroom manager for replacement of the shoes. But they repaired with hard pasting after 25 days. After 2 months again the sole is getting removed sowly. Sole has become so hard like stone and now the condition is that it cannot be pasted any more.

                  4. In view of the above it is requested to replace my shoes or guide me about what should I do with this ?

                      My self Munish Kumar, working as electrical engineer in Indian Oil Corporation ltd. in Panipat Refinery. I have puchased one pair of shoes (cost 2500/-)from woodland show room near Nehuru park ,maodel town ,Yamuna Nagar. After 3-4 month one show upper part got melted. Hardly I wear these shoes 10-12 times in parties. I goes to shop owner for repairing/replacing for that , he take my shoes and said that contact us after 15 days. When I came after 20 days the shop owner refuses and reply these shoes are not repairable and not to be changed. He uses rough lenguage and treated as me is guilty.
                      Woodland company is a reputated company and assure their customers for good service. But when I facing such problem I realise that I should never purchase Woodland Shoes.

                      My name is dushyant vikram singh, I have purchased woodland shoes worth Rs. 2599.I had only wear the shoes 7-8 times but it have some manufacturing defect, I goes to woodland shop at Bittan market, Bhopal, M.P they take my shoes and said that contact us after 15 days. When I came after 20 days then the customer care executive told me that this is not a manufacturing defect and which was repairable we have done, I request him to send the shoes to company for Re-repair then he told me that we cant do that. Then i have decided that i never purchase the woodland shoes, and never suggest to my friends for purchasing of woodland.

                          WOODLAND/TROUSER DEFECTIVE — defective woodland trouser

                          I had bought trouser from Woodland showroom in Gwalior. In very first wash, the trouser got completely discoloured. I requested woodland showroom to change the trouser. I even told them the date of purchase and the bank statement for same. they completely denied to accept the trouser and told that it will not be replaced anyway. this is the worst experience anyone can have with such a reputed company. If anybody from Woodland customer care reading this, please make sure that no customer gets such a shock like me.

                              I had purchased a pair of Black Footwear (Article No: SM001) from one of the outlets in Bangalore. The address of the outlet is as follows:

                              The above said product was purchased on 08-May-2010 which was worth of Rs. 4995/- (Four Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Five Only). Post-purchase, I was also assured of the product by the Salesman for 5 years. On the contrary, within six months o[censored]sage of the product, it worn-out in the sole & the inner layers (especially right footwear). When contacted the above said dealer, I was assured of a good return or possibly a exchange of footwear of the same price. Today, I was given to understand from the dealer that I have received a reimbursement of 60% of the total cost of the footwear.

                              I have been brand loyal to Woodland, and have been using the products for years now. I believed that the products had a good durability and added one more product into my kitty. With the described experience of mine, I think I should change my views about the brand now.

                              I also tried reaching the toll free number [protected] which was switched off, hence without an option I had to write to them to re-consider the percentage of reimbursement or if possible an exchange at the same price.

                              After many reminders I get a reply "According to terms & condition of our company we give warranty for three month only for manufacturing defect against the cash memo from the date of purchase. As per your mail product purchased in may 2010 that's why we have given reimbursement of 60% of the total cost of the footwear .This settlement has been given as a special case otherwise we do not give any settlements after 3 months from the date of purchase."

                              Whereas the shoes were not one of those which had manufacturing defects... and why does one give a guaruntee of 5 years in case of only 3 months...... and why did the outlet agree and send it to woodlands if it had no warranty after 3 months.....

                              Hope if someone can help me with the escalation matrix

                              Woodland shoe — Poor Quality

                              I am regular user of woodland shoes, but now the product quality goes down and down . Few days before, i bought one pair of shoe model G-4085. just after 20 days, i had return to shop for repair (sticking the sole) and asked the sale's boy that, "company did any quality check on it or not". He just smiled and said it will done in 3 days, thank you.

                              Woodland shoe — irresponible service

                              Respected sir,
                              i purchased a wood land shoe from AERO CLUB, WOOD LAND FACTORY OUT LET, MAARTHAHALLI, BANGALORE on Dec-2007.but after two months the whole colour faided and the back counter is completly gone.then i went to that shop for repairing because the company providing one year warranty.but they asked me some money for repairing.At that time i argued with them then they told me like they are ready to repair the colour faided parts and remaining will be chargeble.i aggreed with them.but again they cheated me..they repaired very very badly and they not at all repaired the colour faided part and they are argued with me and told me like they are not ready to clean the colour faided part.
                              at last they charged Rs: 220.
                              Now my Shoe is looking like ten year old one.Repair slip no is 544, Dated 07/03/2008. RTQ[protected]. Kindly please take necesary action as soon as possible.

                                I have been using Woodland Shoes since last 5 years.
                                All these years woodland’s name lived upto its
                                expectations and I never had any complaints with the
                                products of the company. I was so pleased with the

                                friends also.
                                A few days back however the trust was broken, as the
                                pasting of my recently purchased shoes damaged (from the

                                When I asked about the repair of shoes I was assured it will be repaired in 3-4 days and will be informed accordingly. But when I gone their after 3-4 days the shoes was pasted very untidely .And it was pasted form the local shoe maker and the pasting of the shoe is not up to the mark . I dint pick the shoes and tell them to repair once again. But next time also the shoes are repaired not accordindly. I talk to the manager of the showroom and asked them for replacement of shoes one of their sales representative Mr Vikas shows bad behavior towards me and also shouted on me therefore I want that shoes must be replaced and strick action should be taken for the showroom

                                  I have purchased a shoe from A to Z Fashion, Sector 17, Chandigarh but the sole of both the shoes have been cracked and useless. Then i approached the shopkeeper for its replacement because of poor quality sole pasted on the shoe of very famous branded company i.e. Woodland. But the shopkeeper has refused to replace the same and charged 600 rupees for the replacement of sole only. So i have decided to complaint the MD of Woodland. But today when i read all above complaints against the woodland company then i knew that the reputation of the company will be no longer in coming time and also know that the complaint to MD is useless and wastage of time only.
                                  I have purchased a woodland shoe worth Rs. 1800/- from A to Z Fashion, Sector 17, Chandigarh about 8-9 months back and worn the shoes approximate 100 times. But it is regretted to point out that the sole of both the shoes have cracked and become useless. It is a very serious lapse on the part of such a Branded Company WOODLAND. I approached the shopkeeper for its solution then he charged Rs. 600/- from me for replacement and sole and not ready to replace it free of cost.
                                  When I approached the shopkeeper for the solution of my broken shoe sole then the salesman of A to Z Fashion, Sector 17, Chandigarh told me that you have not worn the shoe regularly. His means that i have to worn the shoe daily all the times the sole of the shoe have been made for this. The sole of the shoe have been broken for less use of it. It means the sole was already reduces its life even when it was in the shop and start loosing its life from the date of manufacturing.

                                    bought a shoe from woodland bandra 4 months back linking road store... noticed a defect in one of the shoe lace holder broke , took it to chembur store for repair got it repaired 3 times then finally still it dint get fixed , chembur store got it replaced to diff model

                                    Post that again piece showed a dff issue , the stich started coming out ... again went to chembur store

                                    till date its been more than a month we havent got any revert from anybody, chembur store said they have sent it to thier delhi office, when called delhi toll free number gave complaint number -LRP-343,however they said it has not reached delhi

                                    we dont get any numbers of the superiors from the employees ,as we want to esclate it further
                                    but they refuse to give the same

                                    pls intervene and lodge this complaint againts them

                                    we want our money back as we dont need the shoe any more

                                      I had purchased one shoes from AERO CLUB WOODLAND Store,AA2,Second Avenue,Annanagar ,Chennai-40 on 18/08/10.The shoe article number is GC 0031A Black 41 and was priced at 2495.00 .after discount it was 1870.00.Bill number is 4652 dated 18/8/10.
                                      The shoe sole has got damaged and I am not in a possition to use it.I took it to show room and they told me it cannot be repaired.
                                      As a customer I am terribly dissapointed .I was not expecting WOOD LAND shoes to get damaged so soon.My previous shoe also had sole damage and it was repaired by sending back to factory through same store.It's a big dissapointment to throw a shoe which I pay a premium and buy with such a trust in the Brand.

                                        First of all the attitude and behaviour of the salesmen/worker or the shop is intolerable, as I wrote in previous email they asked me to bring shoes and they will send them for an expert opinion.

                                        I visited the shop again, from the beginning they started saying that it is not a manufacturing fault, it is a fault from your side. I asked, if he is an expert and is that is a expert opinion? Yes, the man in the shop said `I am an expert’.

                                        Only after a heated conversation they agreed to send them for an expert opinion.

                                        Today ( 23/11/2010) I received a call from the Shop and they said it is not Manufacturing fault and I can collect the shoes from the shop.

                                        When I asked for an written Copy of Expert opinion, they said that they cant provide and don’t have time to talk over phone for my complain.

                                        My question is if an expert has examined the shoes and they are saying its not Manufacturing fault, than why are they avoiding and not giving anything in writing.

                                        I bought the Woodland product on 8 October from “M/S AERO Club” (Address mentioned below) only as you can see the date of my previous email (8 november), I went to the shop at 4th of November, not even a month have gone by.

                                        The shop keeper is acting just like that replace/repair cost will be imposed on them and the Woodland product is not a Original pair but they are selling fake one’s in the brand name of “Woodland” .

                                        id gone there twice in the 9th month Sept 08.. frist time they said they are open but on sunday it was closed ( from alleppey to cochin only for this 70 km) .. then the next time ( from quilon to cochin only for this 160km) the shop was open, i tried out the shoes.. they did a soling inside and it was un bearably too tight and your legs dont fit inside coz the height is taken up by the soling.. and dont understand why they dont look at all these when they do some thing.. and all the more un practicle to travel all the way from quilon or alleppey to just pick up the shoes..

                                        In the month of Oct / Nov 08 the shop courriered it and its still not reached...
                                        the shop person is saying okay we will reduce the sole.. we will send it etc etc etc and out of the 1 yr of buying the shoe... shoe life will be 9 months by the shop keeper..

                                        i wanted to mail in long time back itself.. but then dint find the right time to do so...
                                        I hope there will be some effort from your side to solve this issue, beliveing in the brand and image of the company.
                                        either pay me back, i can get another pair of shoes from other brands and need not waste time and money in making the 5000 bucks shoe a 10000 bucks shoe.

                                        i bought a pair of shoes article no. gc0287106 size 43 colour khaki worth rs.2795/- on 13.11.10 bill no. 3778......within a month upper leather cracked like anything..after efforts i could lodge the complaint in the woodland store at atlantis mall civil lines..my claim no. was 81 dated 28.01.11..on 13,02.11 i was informed by the store that my claim has been passed & i can aval that..on 15.02.11 ivisited the store and was surprised to see that only 70% of the claim has been passed..THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE TO ME....in fact not less than 100% claim is acceptable.when store recommended for 100% claim approval how come 70% has been approved ? your shoe is torn out in a month causing mental and social harassment to the consumer and u are instead of being apologetic showing an indifferent attitude towards consumer harassing him again..it is not your discretion to decide a claim arbitrarily.
                                        therefore it is requested that kindly approve 100% claim & take appropriate action against the person responsible for passing that 70% claim and tarnishing your consumerfriendly image..

                                        I have purchased shoes from Woodland R1GC 00011A ASSR FOOTWEAR on date 23/07/11.
                                        After wearing the shoes for two days it stiches came out.

                                        I returned the shoes to Manager of AERO CLUB, Wood Land Store Pune.
                                        But he has refused to give back money or any replacement till time I get another one.
                                        He told me that it will take 10 days for NEW shoes. but till that time what I have to Wear?

                                        I experienced really pathatic service from Woodland Store and this store should be banned into the India.

THEIR SHOES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE. I AM USING WOODLAND SHOES FOR THE LAST AROUND 10-15 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING A PAIR OF WOODLAND SHOES " WOODS" WHICH I BOUGHT FOR RS 2400/- ( MRP 4000/- ) DURING SALE PERIO, SOMETIME BACK FROM WOODLAND OUTLET IN DELHI. WHEN I BOUGHT THE SHOES I WAS TOLD THAT THESE ARE LEATHER SHOES AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. HOWEVER AFTER WEARING ONLY FEW TIMES ONLY THE CRACKS HAVE DEVOLPED ALL OVER THE SHOE. THE SOLE OF THE SHOE IS ABSOLUTELY NEW. WHEN I WENT TO THE WOODLAND OUTLET UNDER THE BRAND NAME "WOODS" THEY AND SHOWED THEM THE SHOE THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE SHOE. IT IS NOT EVEN LEATHER. THESE WERE IMPORTED FROM CHINA HOWEVER DUE TO COMPLAINTS THE SAID ARTICLE IS DISCONTINUED BY THE COMPANY. HOWEVER THEY TOLD ME THAT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME I HAVE TO GOTO WOODLAND SHOWROOM WHICH IS IN THE SAME MALL I.E. DLF PROMINADE, VASANT KUNJ AND DEFINITELY THE SHOE WILL BE REPLACED BECAUSE THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THAT. I WENT TO WOODLAND SHOWROOM WHICH IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE SAME MALL AND GAVE THEM MY SHOE. THE STAFF OVER THERE ALSO ACCEPTED THAT THERE IS MANFACTURING DEFECT AND THEY WILL SEND THE SAME TO THEIR FACTORY. THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE REPAIR SLIP NO. 75, DTD 15.08.2011. IT IS ALSO WORTHWHILE TO MENTION THAT I ALSO BOUGHT ANOTHER SHOE FROM THERE FOR RS 4000/- WHICH GOES TO SHOW THAT I AM LOYAL WOODLAND CUSTOMER. HOWEVER AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS I GET A CALL FROM THE WOODLAND, DLF PROMINADE, VASANT KUNJ THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE BECAUSE THE SHOE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED.
                                        IT IS RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED THAT ONE BUYS SHOES FROM SUCH A BIG BRAND NOT WITH THE INTENTION TO GET IT REPAIRED OR REPLACED BUT WITH FEELING AND HOPE THAT SHOES OF SUCH A BIG COMPANY WILL BE COMFORTABLE AND DURABEL. HOWEVER I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUTE OF YOUR STAFF SAYING THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE BECAUSE THE SAME CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AND THAT TOO AFTER ACCEPTING THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. IT IS SUBMITTED THAT WOODLAND IS A BIG COMPANY AND SHOULD ALSO VALUE ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BUYING SHOES HOPING THAT THE SHOES THEY ARE BUYING ARE DURABLE ALSO AND NOT OF ANY INFERIOR QUALITY AND ONCE IT IS BROUGHT TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY IT SHOLD ACCEPT IT GRACEFULLY RATHER THAN TRIES TO RUN AWAY FROM IT FOR THE OBVIOUS REASONS. THIS IS NEVER EXPECTED FROM SUCH BIG COMPANIES. I THEREFORE AGAIN REQUEST YOU KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REPLACE THE SHOE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I (Nitin Gupta) have purchased a new Woodland Footwear (Model : G0572) from MGF Mall, Woodland Showroom (Ph :[protected] Gurgaon on 04.12.11, I have paid Rs. 2695.00 for that. At the time of purchasing, they have given me a shoe from their Desh Board to check, It was OK, after that they gave me a new piece from their store, I asked can i check this one, They told that it will be ok, but when I have wear that shoes their was so many problems in this shoes :
                                        1. Pasting of Right leg shoes was not proper
                                        2.Right leg shoes is not in fitting , means when I wear it bend on a single side

                                        After 3 days, I had again gone on that showroom, they listen my complaint, but told me that replacement is not possible, they will send this pair to their Dehradun factory,I have left the pair, yesterday (16.12.11) when I go their to collect the same pair, I found that their was no improvement , still the problem was same, Now again they have put that pair & told me that again they will send it & re-check & replacement is not possible. Pls tell me that how many I will go their & they are taking the complaint lightly, Now I need the New pair of that shoes, Kidly help me for the same & suggest what can I do ?

                                        I am writing from Hyderabad India. I have purchased woodland shoes in july 2014 as I thought that these brand has the reputation for the durability and toughness. From the day I purchased the product I have been having problem with the sole and the other parts of the shoes. I have given the shoes for repair two times till now. even though its 11 months I have bought the shoes I have not able to use them for one month fully. Please look into the issue and see to it that some justice is done. As of fact I am feeling that I have wasted my money in believing your brand .
