My water purifier invoice date 18 July 2018 is under one year warranty.Technician from Eurekaforbes has come today and informed me that water filter is not working.In addition to that, he asked me for the service charge of Rs. 350/-

I took AMC for 5 years from 29.04.2018 for RS. 8530 but till date single service as not been done. The service suppose to give thrice In a Year and in every year candles to be replaced.

It is very poor service. After paying lumps amount and not attending services You all most all cheating customers and collecting the money.

The iron filter is leaking, water is dripping from the filter. The music is not playing while using the aquagard. The switch for the music is not responding. The switch for water doesn't respond at all times, sometimes it does not. Very inconvenient. Please repair urgently.

I purchased the ro from them and after 6-7 days no one comes to install the ro.
I submit a complaint 5-6 times.
And every time they say's technician will come today or tomarrow but till date no one has come.

If you guys can't even install a new product. I am literally afraid how will you give us a services for warranty.

And secondly i purchased the kent ro for my other house the technician installed...

We have been facing problem of water leakage with our purifier for quite some time. We raised the complaint over phone and there is hardly any positive response. Since 24th may, our complaint remains unresolved - [protected]. Despite multiple calls and wasting our time. This is quite pathetic and frustrating.
