I canceled the ticket online it showed 1000 dedution and 6500 refund, They never payed the promised amount in their site .I waited 1month for credit card statement update but didnt find the refund amount .with the help of emails air india given back 1315 ruppees and say i have not canceld properly. This is unacceptable to me they dont have record its not my problem they have to do refund in time. not partial refund after 100 emails .

I have filed consumer complait online this is not
good, Its problem for me bank and 2months it toook for refund that too not a
correct amount I have paid the remaining amount to bank .
How can your site say some ting and you do differnt after 2months saying
sorry for the inconvineence . I do remember the website while I
canceled the ticket, so as per that I paid HDFC cards. Dont think
customer is fool.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
