I went to airtel postpaid from vodafone 5 days back...

While submission of documents i clearly told to the dealer to give our company cug post paid plan...

But they have given my plan 299 for me...

While taking my docs dealer has agreed to give what ever the plan i asked but later he has given my plan 299

Regarding to this i went to nearest arc of airtel 3 times...

I had chose airtel MyPlan for 3 numbers in my family by transferring from prepaid to postpaid at 23/7/16. The numbers were one by one getting disconnected and reactivated in postpaid.

I was told by the representative that the prepaid balance would be carried forward when I receive my first bill.

I today recharged my no [protected] (Airtel punjab) with 1496/- from my balance.. But company deducted two times 1496/- i. E 2992/- from my balance.. N they are denying to give me my money back..
