I had raised an mnp request from airtel andhrapradesh circle to airtel maharashtra circle on 1sep'16. i had completed all the relevant documentation as per mnp requirements and have received a confirmation from airtel that the number will be ported by the 17th of september. i have received an sms to this effect.

This has not been actioned by airtel on the 17th, post which i had made numerous calls to airtel customer service. i have received repeated assurances that the porting will be done and my new sim would be active in a matter of hours. this has not happened.

I had sent multiple e-mails to the customer service division and have not received a single satisfactory response. reference is ref36513910|] mnp

Having got fed up, i raised a formal complaint through their internet portal and have registered the same under reference po[protected]. to my dismay, when i tried to check for an update on this reference, the airtel complaints portal shows that this reference is not valid. has my complaint been deleted? i am providing the original message sent by airtel below which clearly shows the reference number.

I​n addition to this, after series of chasers, they have deactivated my old sim (ap circle) and have not activated my new sim (pune circle). the old sim has been deactivated at around 5:30 pm on 21sep and the new sim has not been activated. i am now stranded in a new city away from home and family without access to data or phone calls. ​

I​ would like to raise a formal complaint against bharti airtel on the following issues

1) mnp request not actioned as per the promised time. (still not resolved
2) airtel have deactivated my old sim and have not activated the new one for the past ​8 hours.​ this has caused major grief for me.
3) airtel have collected roaming charges on calls and data from me during this period ​
4) airtel have provided inaccurate and false information in almost every communication with them.

I need my new sim activiated without any further delay.

Thanks for the response on the activation of the sim . Already reliance SIM was deactivated . How can I send SMs from the old ( Existing SIM) Pl advise me to get it activated . Is it possible to send SMS from the alternative number i.e. [protected]. Pl let me know and give solution to my problem

      I am nt receiving messages from anyone. I am unable to receive the OTP for any online transaction nor my messages are outgoing due to which i am face huge problem since 1 month. I hv registered so many complaints to customer care bt dey couldn't solve the problem till date. I am very disapointed nw. If i dnt get prob solved within 3 days, i wil port my number to any other cmpny. They hv stoppd incoming nd outgoing msg facility to my phn. It is not acceptable al any cost.

          I bought a airtel 3g dongal. Take a plan rs1150 per month. But the connection is too slow. I m not been able able to browse anything its buffering all time. I complaint in customer care regarding this. They give me complaint number71327468 and told me it get resolve in 3 dayz but after 1 week i again call them they told me your complaint not exist. They again give me new complaint no. 71472432. And told me solved in 3 dayz now this time next day call come to me from airtel regarding my complaint i told him everything then he replied let him check he will call me in 10 minutes and update in his server it is resolved when i again call customer care giving my compaint number the executive told me it is resolved updated in server but to my end it is not resolved because in a phonecall he told me he is checking and again call me in 10 minutes and close my complaint. Then again i call customer care they gave me new complaint no. 71559904. What should i do please help it almost 20 days i complaint about my dongal problem every time new customer care executive receive my call and give me complint number from starting complaint no. 71327468, 71472432, 71559904 these are 3 complaint number in airtel office the last complaint receive by lovish from chandigard office airtel customer care. Please resolve this issue.

            I m aiyyappan from coimbatore i buyed 2 numbers of dongle & 2 numbers of H3-card (sim card) from airtel company purchased in lakshmi mills coimbatore airtel office on 12/09/16. they told that they will come & verified my address proof and give the connection for activation the sim. on 16/09/16 i received message through my contact number that the verification not get completed & told to contact your point of sale. i went to airtel office in lakshmi mills asked about this. no one came for verification from airtel still now. they said that it will verified on 18/09/16. on that day also no one came to home for verify. so i went to airtel office on 19/09/16 they told that the connection will get activate on night itself but still now there is not get activated. this the way of dealling the customer for getting an connection for using the net. i m using my personnel number is airtel for
            last 8 years. thats y i trusted to buy data card from airtel. but airtel service is so worst here. no one came here for verification for my home without came they not giving activation.

              I am using airtel for the last 5-6 years. But now they have started cheating their customers. I have experienced that they are deducing my main account balance when i am using internet, even when my data balance is still left. They are doing this for last 1 month. So, i got annoyed by this and sent a message to 1900 for porting out. Then their customer care executive called me. I said that i dont want to share any problem with you people, i am just porting out, so please don't disturb me. I was surprised by the way that person replied. She replied in a very rude way that I m cancelling your port out request. Is this the way to deal with your customers?

                This is in reference to our complaint regarding non functioning of internet services for our airtel account number [protected] and airtel fixedline/broadband no.[protected]. Initially the net was on and off i. E. It used to get disconnected frequently every 10mins. But on 12/09/0016 i regret to say the said line was disconnected or the line was dead.

                We have even lodged the complaint to airtel office, mumbai about the internet connection and we received the reference no as 72635416 and on 20/09/2016 reference no was given as 73152832.

                Following are the dates we have lodged the complaint:
                1. 07/09/2016
                2. 08/09/2016
                3. 09/09/2016
                4. 12/09/2016
                On 13/09/2016, the issue was resolved on temporary basis up till one week i. E. 20/09/2016.
                The executives convinces us that they are going to send some good technician but in vain. The technician came on 08/09/2016 at around 5.00 pm and left by 5.30 pm saying that he is going to the site to check the connection and will come back to resolve the issue. But then the person dint turned up and did not even bothered to inform us.
                We have even informed your customer care executive about our office timings are 10.00 am to 6.30 pm. But then they sent the person on 09/09/2016 after 6.30 pm. We have given our registered and alternate mobile numbers for contacting us they are least bothered to call us before coming to our office. We always make a complaint in the morning and the executive informs us that the technician can visit only after 5.00 pm.
                We are not getting any proper service from airtel regarding the same and we are suffering as we are not able to receive or send mails to any of our customers.
                This is really disappointing that the employee of such esteemed company is not responding and not resolving the issue as desired.
                I request you to kindly send your technical person to solve the issue at the earliest.
                Tired, exhausted and frustrated by complaining about frequent internet disconnection twice or thrice a day i. E. Internet is on an off for about 10 – 15 mins. Sometimes its for 1 - 2 hours continuously. We pay our airtel internet bills on timely basis. Still we are suffering because of your bad services.
                Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                  Hi,

                  I was using the airtel number # [protected] from past 10 years and recently on 5th sep'16 i lost my mobile somewhere. By the help of airtel customer care i have blocked the outgoing and incoming calls on the same day. After 2 days on 7th sep'16 i visited airtel office near jayadevea hospital bangalore and requested for new sim card. They had collected my adhar card with photo for new sim card and charged rss. 245- and they have not issued any bill or receipt from the counter and told us it will be activated withn 4-5 days. Now today is 19th sep'16 almost 14 days over and still the sim is not activated. Today i visited again airtel office near jayadeva and enquired about the activation of sim card but the story is changed. As per airtel team the sim is registered in some other name and to convert into my name it will take 15 working days and activate the number.

                  Now my question are below"

                  1. When i purchased sim on 10 years back i personally subimitted voter id card the bought the new connection with proper name and address - why the proper details are not updated in your database???
                  2. If the sim was in other name, please share the scan copy of the provided id card of earlier submitted to verify
                  3. Why rs. 245/- is charged and bill or receipt is not given to us?
                  4. No proper response from any of the airtel team.
                  5. Airtel team is shouting on us for there mistake
                  6. Still how many months is required to get the connection activated.
                  7. Who will pay the loss of my 15 days transition amount???
                  8. Can we get any better response from the team or airtel itself is like this to all customer???

                    My number [protected] was required to be ported for which i approached the airtel agency at lotkunta secunderabad
                    mine was a prepaid sim from allahabad and wanted to be posted tosecunderabad due to my transfer
                    initially i was told to pay Rs 200/-
                    later after a month on asking for the progress i was told to change to postpaid which did by giving Rs 500/-
                    Now after two weeks there is no progress
                    on asking i am been given a vague answer and hinting to change the SERVICE PROVIDER as airtel may not be able to give good support
                    Thanks anyway for your good support
                    i will surely switch to better SERVICE PROVIDER
                    but kindly help me in refund of said amount'.

                      I am customer of airtel prepaid my number is [protected] i am getting a message that on recharge of Rs.26 i am getting power plus i.e 1.2p/2 sec for 84 days validity then i recharge but i am not getting that benefit when i call ur customer care executive they reply me no message send regarding that they also told me the validity period was 7 days but i am getting the message validity period 84 days to look this matter positively else i am bound to use portability sysytem

                        I am prashant singh parmar and owns a 4g lte wireless connection in zirakpur, punjab. I have bought this on 17th july via an agent whose number was listed everywhere near our locality.

                        Agent's name is suresh. He has fooled me as he promised to give a waiver of 500 rs. For 3 months but i haven't got any deduction so far in any of my 2 bills.

                        Please note that normally people get 500 rs. Off for 2 months when they submit dongle but here he has promised and i had asked for 3 months waiver of 500 rs.in my bill on behalf of corporate discount.

                        He (Suresh) has promised to give me waiver on my bills for 3 consecutive months but i didn't get any. How have you employed such fake people for your sales.

                        When i have asked about his office, he said that i cant provide you office details although he has provided number of his senior. I had a word with him and he said you can only get waiver for 2 months only.

                        Now, he is promising that i can get only 2 times 500 rs off and that will be coming in my next billing cycle which i dont trust at all.

                        So, the problem is why i haven;t got any deduction so far in my bill and that too, i should get 3 months waiver as promised by suresh.
                        I have raised this to the airtel complaint authority as well. They are saying that - do you have any written commitment?
                        My question is - who gives the written commitment?

                        But i would like to have a waiver of 3 months. 500 rs. Is not a big deal but you cant simply fool people and get the sale done.
                        Take appropriate action on that sales guy and refund 1500 rs.

                        In 20th September 2016 airtel offers me 1gb 3g data for 28 days as a best offer plan . So I recharged for 197 rupees. But I cannot get 1gb . Only I get 800 mb . Airtel really cheat me .
                        My Airtel DTH No-[protected], i try to recharge through online lot of time on 01/09/2016 but always is show recharge unsuccessful, when i check my bank accnt details Rs.263 2 time deduct from my account. how can get back my deduct amount

Maine islke liye nodal officer se v bat k but wo v meri bat nhi sun rhe hain.
                          So requested to please help me and solve my problem because of that i m effected financialy and mentaly and that is too iretateing for me and my faimly.

                          I had applied for a new broadband connection 6 weeks back and after 2 weeks a guy from airtel called and told me connection is not possible and amount (Rs. 1000) will be refunded in 3-4 days. It has been more than 1 month now and there is no refund till now.

                              I have applied for a broadband connection (899 plan +99 for unlimited local/std calls) and have submitted the documents (Application number : tblr 7190160) to your airtel sales person nitesh[protected] on 17th september.

                              I have paid rupees 1000 /- for installation charges to your sales person of which 500 rupees will be provided as cash back in the first bill.

                              There is no response from your sales person nitesh and the status.

                              I have registered a complaint with [protected]@in. Airtel.com, [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
                              There is no proper response.

                              It is really frustrating.

                              Please do the needful.

                              Thank you for your assistance.

                              for my new connection they have updated my address with wrong pin code.

                              The correct pin code is 560037.

                              I contacted customer care and they requested to mail to [protected]@airtel.com to update the address.

                              [protected]@airtel is requesting to contact [protected]@in.airtel.com as it is related to broadband.

                              I have dropped to [protected]@in.airtel.com and there is no response.

                              your sales team has updated with wrong address and now i need to follow up to and forth.

                              Please help me in resolving this.

                                Please help me reverse the recharge done on wrong number. Recharged was done on the number [protected] which was incorrect. The transaction id was[protected] and the amount paid for this transaction was rs 185. The correct number on which recharged was to be done was [protected]
                                When i contacted the owner of the said wrong number, he was not able to do so. Therefore, i earnestly request your help to avoid spending my money in vain.

                                  I have made cash payments at a airtel store in thakur village, kandivali east, mumbai - 400101.

                                  However the same is not credited into my account and my phone got disconnected.

                                  I have made complaint through their service centre by call 121, but no action.

                                  Had complaint to their nodal office will all required information. 4 different airtel officers contacted me so for. Every time they start questioning me from beginning. But no action yet.

                                  It looks like, airtel is encouraging their employees to commit fraud.

                                    I didn't had internet connection for more than 20 days in August 2016. But Iater in the month, I received message saying that I have used 80% of my data limit. I have send several emails to Airtel Broadband Team and there is not a single reply from the team. I don't know what is going on and who used those data. I wanted to know who had used my data.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I, Byas Narayan Agrawal, am a subscriber of AIRTEL Mobile Postpaid connection with number [protected] (MP & CG Circle). I am requesting for paper bills from last 2 months. I got calls from appellate authorities but everytime they just said that I will get paper bill in next 5 days. But I never get any paper bill even after almost daily follow up. Now they have stopped services due to non-payment of bill.
                                      I want to know whether paper bill is my right or not? If the fault is on part of AIRTEL, then how they can disconnect the services? The reason for request of paper bill is that I travel almost all the days of month, so office staff can pay the bill on time if I get paper bill on time. But even after so much request to Airtel, I didn't get any solution for this. Now they have stopped services on that number.
                                      Please guide us how to proceed further.
