Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time.     On 15th September 2016 I applied for a new broadband connection, paid 1000 rs as installment charge filled application form to a person named Anand (no: [protected]) who was wearing airtel tag.The above mentioned person is not attending to any of my calls from then, on contacting customer care they informed that though account is created, doesn't show payment of 1000rs.This whole thing is delaying the process of new connection.I have the bill with me in which serial number appear as TBLR7156400.I expect you to do the needful

    Same problem for me everyone used to call me and tell we are very sorry but till now my internet connection has not been installed its been 15 days since i the guy came for verification. They collected the money .
    Very bad response from airtel. When i call the agent named kalpana she rarely took the calls and answered me. Sometimes she used to end my call and say that sir i didn't get your call very very bad from airtel i didnt expect this from them.

      My Airtel Broad band connection number is [protected]. Every month we make payment for this connection on time however today when I have called up to Airtel customer care to register complain as my broad band connection is not working at all since past 3 days, according to them they are unable to identify any details in system using this number. How strange!! Few months before as well when I have registered complain for the same issue they have not responded me and after my multiple follow up they have send technician at my home almost after 8-10 days from day of registered complain. Today the worse thing I faced is Airtel customer care executive disconnected my call while talking as i was trying to register complain and blocked my number. Is this how the world's biggest open network (company demands but actually it is worst) going to provide service?? The number Airtel has provided us and through which every time I am registering complain suddenly they are unable to find that and disconnected my call. If they are not ready to take my complain then the company should know if they are going to send us any bill we will not make payment as I am not getting my service so there is no question of making payment. Airtel customer care service is the worst service provider (extremely bad) I have ever experienced.

        I'm currently on roaming.
        I'm able to get messages & use mobile data but not receiving calls & unable to call.

        Airtel has blocked incoming & outgoing without any reason.

        Incoming & outgoing for both my numbers are blocked by airtel.

        Kindly, unblock it immediately & also look into it as this emergency

        Note:Tried inserting sim cards on other hanset & also switch network to manual.issue still persists

        Lot of members are worried that they can't reach me & neither I can.

          Today I sent a email to your desk to reactivate my number if I was given either 2.5 GB DATA or if you ca change my all freebies to 3G DATA along with my existing 1GB. Your agent called me and confirm me that it is possible to change all your freebies along with existing DATA 1GB. But after activation she informed me that it is not possible.
          What is this ? Is it right behavior ? We want to continue with you but if you make us fool like this way how it is possible ?I have sent email to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com but no reply from them.

At alakhnanada airtel store I had given all my documents and requsted for port my No. And on 01.09.16 I have provided porting code to them but my No. Is not started on 17.09.16 again I visited the same store and they have taken my alternate contact No. saying that they will call me and my No. Will be activated but till now it has not been done and I am very annoyed with this kind of customer service from airtel.

                Airtel IPTV shutting down

                I have been using airtel iptv since its inception and wish that airtel continues its service. The most important feature that iptv offers is access to recorded programs of 1 week duration and this was the basic reason why we opted for iptv.

                Now airtel plans to shut down its services causing unnecessary inconvenience and expenditure on monthly subscription and limited access to recorded channels.

                My airtel number was unable to receive calls from my sisters jio mobile.
                Jio was confirmed that airtel not allowing lot of calls when she checked with jio.

                When my sister called to my number she getting a voice message like the number is busy and this route busy even though my mobile is free condition so one day we have tested in same place where both the numbers in my home.

                    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] on 12th september 2016 with inr 33. As i had more than 600 mb 3g data and 500 mb 4g data as i had recharged with inr 276 (1.5 gb data + 100 talktime) previously so i didn't want more data and i wanted only validity so i did recharge with inr 33 as here the validity was 28 days with 85 mb 2g/ 3g/ 4g data. But after doing the recharge on 12th september 2016 which was my last date of validity with inr 33. I have lost my all previous data more than 600 mb 3g data and more than 500 mb 4g data but in the scheme it is clearly mentioned that will get 28 days validity and 85 mb 2g/ 3g/ 4g data. And i was simply looted by airtel. And there was no carry forward my previous data

                      Till date 23 days went from i made shifting request but your airtel service men are not ready to care my request. i dont have time to keep on calling you.
                      No proper response from airtel.
                      Each time me only calling as a volunteer to know about status no one contacted with proper details. i dont want these kind of pathetic and stupid service. hereafter i dont want to waste my time with you people it seems you never want respond my query better i will move on to some other network who giving better service than you please tell me the procedure to disconnect.

                        I have a post-paid plan of 1999, in which calls are free with 100 sms national/local per day and 10 gb 3g internet. my 10 gb net was exhausted on[protected] after almost 21 days since my plan cycle is 20-19 of month. on 13 th, bought smartbyte and was using as usual.. for 11-13 (2 days), you have charged me 500 rs. for using 13 gb net. don't company have common sense. 10 gb used in 21 days and 13 gb in 2 days. this is totally cheating. i will not recommend airtel to anyone. company is fraud.

                              Airtel has been fraudulently charging me for 8mbps data plan for past 12 months, where as in reality the speed supported by airtel cables is not more then 4mbps

                              I have been raising this issue for past 12 months and airtel team has been making one or the other excuse on pretext of checking hardware n switches

                              I received call from airtel technical support yesterday around 3.30 pm updating me on the hardware/cables laid in my society (flower valley) don't support speed more then 4 mbps speed and i have to downgrade to 4 mbps plan from my existing 8 mbps plan

                              He admitted to the fact that sales team from airtel are misleading customers and selling fraudulent 8 mbps plan & the cables/ hardware don't support more then 4 mbps speed

                              I have call recording of my conversation with the airtel technical support person which can be shared as a proof as and when required

                              So my claim for fraudulent data plans from airtel holds true and i have been cheated by airtel for past 12 month

                              Airtel has been fraudulently charging me for 8mbps data plan for past 12 months, where as in reality the speed supported by airtel cables is not more then 4mbps

                              This is really disgusting and like day light robbery on part of company like airtel by resorting to such cheap means of making money

                              I need reversal of 8 mbps data rental charged to me for past 12 months else i have to go legal way for resolution to this airtel's fraudulent billing practice

                              Airtel needs to be dragged to consumer court for misleading consumer and resorting to selling of fraudulent data plans

                              It's really shocking to know??? - when everyone at airtel technical team is aware of the fact that airtel cables in my area dont not support 8 mbps data speed then how come in first place airtel is selling fraudulent plans of 8 mbps speed for past 12 months and cheating customers???

                              Airtel cust. care ppl call me from different locations and i have to explain same problem over and over again to diff. set of people. i fail to understand what is so confusing and puzzling about my problem. knowingly every airtel rep. right from technical to customer care acts ignorant in-spite knowing the fact that "airtel cables & hardware does not support 8 mbps speed in my residential area" and keeps on giving me false assurance to resolve my slow data speed issue. "this is like height of fraud and cheating customers"

                              As on date there is no resolution to my problem and i am still getting unstable data speed and the speed varies from 4.5 to 8 mbps randomly making browsing and surfing really unstable and problematic

                              I have categorically told airtel customer care that i am not going to pay aug'16 broadband charges (15th sept'16 was my due date) as i have been cheated by airtel for past 12 months by selling and providing fraudulent data plans

                              I am not going to pay any further charges for my broadband usage till the time my slow browsing speed issue is resolved

                                I have paid rs 1000 for getting of new broadband connection.. After one week, i got message your area is not feasable for broadband connection.                                   Dear sir,

                                  This is with ref. to my service request no. 72420590 for landline number[protected] in the name of mrs. nirmala goyal (my mother). i had been provided the connection by one of sales person of airtel, named mr. abhishek (mob. no. [protected]). he committed to me that airtel will provide me a modem and a landline instrument free along with my connection (having call recordings of his commitment) that will be provided to me within 3-4 days after my connection gets activated. my connection got activated on 27th aug 2016. after 4-5 days i followed up with him for landline instrument but he said that it will take some days. i called him after few days and he said that the same will be provided within 1-2 days. every time i call him he says that it will be provided within few hours. after long follow-up he asked me to contact with his senior authority mr. sisodiya (contact no. [protected]) when i contacted him he said that he will provide me the same within few days but he didn’t provided it and every time i called him he use to say that it will be provided shortly. after a long follow-up both of them stopped receiving my calls and when i called again and again mr. sisodiya misbehaved with me and said that he will not give me instrument and i may do what i can do. i do have call recording of this conversation also and all the previous conversations. i again called back mr. abhishek and told him that his senior is not cooperating and asked him to provide me handset. after 4-5 calls he told me that some person with whom he has took approval for providing the handset is now transferred and now i need to visit metro tower office and request for instrument. further he asked me to request to mr. sisodiya only for which i out rightly denied. i asked him that i will escalate the matter than he said that i am free to complaint anywhere i want.

                                  Dear sir, i request you that being a bank employee it’s not possible for me to go to metro tower for requesting and collecting a landline instrument. and further it is also not fair at airtel’s end to ask me to do so. i request you to kindly provide me the landline instrument and take necessary action against the above mentioned employees of airtel as they are hampering the image of company also.

                                  I have already launched an official complaint against mr. abhishek and mr. sisodiya (ref. no.[protected].

                                  Dear sir, i know that a small customer like me hardly matters for a big company like airtel, but i still hope for a quick and positive response from your side.

                                  If you need call recordings i may upload them on any social media site and provide you the link or else i can provide you the cd.

                                  My offer told that on recharge of rs 19 = you can talk for 28 days @ 30 paise per minute but on recharge of =19 today at 18:21 message starting came benfit @1.4 p for 4 days, on talk i found that only this rate is being charged. is it not a fraud by airtel

                                  I received a call from Airtel asking for call recordings. I will provide it to them, but on public forum only not on there mail id. I am thinking, What would have happened if I haven't recorded those calls. Worst ever experience. Totally disappointed.

                                  Resolution not yet provided. They had offered me a billing adjustment but I have already paid in advance for 6 months as per scheme. Further the amount which is being offered is also very less according to the value of handsets being provided by the Airtel

                                  Though the company is ready to provide me billing adjustment for handset cost. But they are not ready to take any action against the two person who are responsible for all this. They are saying that it's our internal matter. But its not there internal matter. The one who faced the entire insult, harassment and problem is the customer, so how it could be there internal matter. Is the company so much dependent on these type of people.

                                    Its been 20 days almost and nothing has been done. When there is no connection available at my location why and why airtel is holding my 1000 rupee for activation. I have even applied 12 days back for refund on airtelrefund online with cancel check but airtel literally not doing anything.

                                    I dont know what is happening, neither the connection is provided and nor the refund is given back. Is this the airtel services to the customer?

                                    Account Number assigned to me is [protected] .

                                    Many times the 3 days are gone and I am fed up of 3 days promise from airtel. Kindly, refund my activation charges to me immediately.

                                    And suddenly, I received a call from Airtel, that Rs 500 will get reversed, But I dont understand why Rs500? I have paid Rs 1000 for activation and no connection is installed at my premises, so why the hell airtel will deduct Rs500?

                                    I need all my money from airtel. Its height of Airtel.

                                      I using my airtel app for recharge purpose.

                                      I have recharged my airtel 3g dongle on 8th september 2016 for rs.1497 (Airtel's new recharge plan for 12 months validity period for data). Rs.1497 debited from my bank account, but recharge is failed. After 1 minute rs, 1497 credited from airtel. (This time no problem)

                                      After 20 to 30 minutes, i have tried to again recharge same amount rs. 1497. This time also rs.1497 debited from my bank account, but recharge is failed. Till now that amount rs.1497 not yet credited to my bank account.

                                      I complaint to airtel presence over twitter, email and customer care. But they said to me every time, "please be assured we have escalated your highlighted issue to our concerned team."

                                      Customer care ref. No is conrc[protected] & cbnrd[protected].

                                      Why is my refund pending so long?

                                      I am extremely disappointed with airtel support.
