I wanted to port my existing number to airtel, i requested for the same by registering online on airtels website, the lady executive called me and asked when can she send the person to me, date time finalized, but no one appeared, until i requested for it again! the person did come this time, took all my documents, but it's been more than 10 days, and my number is still not ported!!
i contacted airtel again, the same lady this time too, and now she says she doesn't know anything about it, and cannot help at all and she cannot contact the very person she sent to me that day!!
and to top it all, she hung the phone while i was still speaking!
