There was already an existing DP box since last more than 8-9 years. Airtel team was trying to add another pillar (round shaped with 6 feet depth) and destroyed the garden fencing and green grass etc completely. Call centre giving false information

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of airtel. I am a postpaid airtel user of Mobile(Bangalore xxxxxxx), 4g dongle and dish. Airtel broadband downgrading the plan automatically

My airtel broadband user id is:[protected]_dsl
My subscription plan is 16 Mbps 80 GB per month, but the airtel always changes my plan to 8 Mbps automatically, I have registered complaints several times for this but there is no such permanent solution. Should I file FIR against this?

Moreover, the customer care doesn't have any knowledge about the speed and anything. Pathetic service....

Bad network of voice clarity or 4g

Default device and unusual consumption of data

Wrong balance deducted

Ridiculously cutting net usage

This is to inform your airtel company is cutting my pocket. Till last year if we recharge for 1 GB . 3g net pack it was running for 1 whole month . then reduce to 15 days. And now only 10 days. Rude advisor, wrong deduction, slow internet many many more
