I was roaming from Panchkula To Ghaziabad. My Airtel 4g services was working fine in pachkula but in the evening when i reached ghaziabad airtel 4g services was not woking and ghaziabad is a 4g city. so i contected cutomer care support on 121 around 4 times and they haven't provided me any solution instead of that they just kept my call on hold for several minutes by saying we are transferring your call to our senior and then after keeping on hold they disconnected the call all 4 times i called them. now i'm going to switch all my families all 5 airtel connections to another telecom services.

    Sir / madame With reference to the complaint no. 66988410 my airtel no [protected] I have been calling airtel customer care on 121 and 198 since 28 dec and have no solution, i have not been able to use or access data on my no. [protected] the bill has been paid and 11 gb of data pack is avalable i have visited the airtel store and gotten a new sim issued under the same no viz [protected] i have also visited apple store and checked all my hanset settings it has been difficult to handle so much. all my work is dependent on my phone and access to data emails whatsapp etc no one from your entire teaM HAS CALLED ME YET . my issues remain unsolved after numerous conplaints and visits to airtel store please treat this utmost urgently and resolve. The most unhappy customer of airtel thank you Rachana.

      My balace is getting reduced every month by INR 99, when I checked with 121 they said international roaming is active on my number hence its the charge for that, but I never requested to avail this service, i need my full refund & stop the service immediately.         I bought new airtel sim on which i got 1 gb 3g data for 28 days, now after getting activated when i connected it via wcdma mode having full network in my home firstly it took almost a minute to get connected and after the speed was very poor i could not even open google home page no browsing nothong i was shocked then i reconected it then also same problem i then connected it on my laptop via dongle there also full network of 3G but no response from host. When i switched to 2G then i was able to do browsing. I did a complaint regarding this on one of the stores they had noted my address and all details and said that representative will call u but its been 1 week and no sign of respone Phone no.               I have to receive a refund of Rs.1591.53 from Airtel, and it has been over 6 months and I still haven't got the refund. Thrice, in writing they have confirmed that the money will be deposited to my account. But whenever I follow up after their deadline they again give another deadline and another false promise, and make up some reason, why the money couldn't be transferred. Each time they find some document which I need to submit to get the refund. Finally when I submit it they promise to repay the amount and again don't pay the refund. The complaint number is 700690392508041226418. I have wasted so much time and energy fighting with Airtel over the refund. Please help me sue Airtel legally for harassment and fraud.

                75 rs has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. I registered a complain with customer care, complain no CBDOV[protected]. They told a service has been activated so they stopped the service But they are not ready to return the money. Is Recharging a Airtel mobile a. Crime?? I didn't activated any service so why should i pay that too 75 rs. Talking to customer care is waste of time . I just wasted 30 min, my issue is still pending Hope here matter will be resolved quickly.

                  Sir/Madam, I am using a airtel sim from last 3 years, suddenly incomming and outgoing call stopped, then when I am calling to customer care they told me that there is some documents issue. then I give the documents to nearest retailer and they replace my sim card, but the problem is same, then they told me to contact nodal officer of Airtel, then I emailed to nodal officer, they also asked for new documents, but after 3-4 days they also said that this sim can not be activated. but why this is happened, I can not understand, this is my permanent sim card, and I can not refuse it. I need to activate it .

                        I am mohankumar B H, i took airtel dth connection on 18th Nov-2015, that time service provider did a mistake he was activated Freedom South Mega 26 HD 1M (Upf NRC Rs. 1190) COD Online[protected] After next due date i asked Airtel customer care executive, they are taken request and change the tariff as "My Plan Kannada" monthly subscription fee rs.141/-only so done recharge rs.165/- actually they may not change the package that time, today our account show service suspended due to low balance, so after noon i contacted customer care they are telling, your present package is Freedom South Mega, you should recharge rs.150/- than call to customer care & request. so i recharge the amount 150 ones again i request about change the package and i collected reference number also that No: 48874199, and they are said with in one hours it will change and one more details they are given that is missed call option [protected] you just miss call, you got your account details, but i am not receive any single massage. and still our request pending, so i decided to complaint for justice

                            I have a postpaid number. And the bill is shown on the airtel application. I've made the payment thrice and they've deducted 557 rs from my bank account but the amount is always unpaid. Previously I had made two transactions on a prepaid number, an amount of 640 rs was deducted from my bank account but never credited into the account.

                              I am facing issues with two service requests, and the worst part is no one in airtel is listening. I have reached out to appellate authorities and nodal officers but they are also bunch of buffoons. One is with a new connection ref: Lead id's: [protected] and lead id: [protected]. The request was made on 23rd Dec 2015 and it has not completed till date. Another with a connection transfer request:61889966. This is pending from[protected]. And the worst part is I have not used the connection from that time and still I have paid the bill. My reuqest: Complete the pending actions quickly and waive off one months bill

                                I have recharged my mobile with Rs 249 for 3G pack for 28days and internet remain in use for few hours then it stops. I have called to customer care on 26th Dec and it again works for few minutes and again stops. Again I have called to customer care executives again they told me to switch off my mobile and restart it it will start functioning and again same thing happened internet worked for few minutes and again it stops working. Today I have called customer care executives for same problem and Miss sunita told me that the problem will solve in 48 hours and I have told to speak me some one senior and she said that it is not possible, I again called the customer care and Miss Neha picked the phone and same think repeated and she said it wil take 48 hours and when I said to her to talk with some senior She transferred the cal to Miss Sunita and again and again they repeated it twicely and transferred the call to each other and try to make me fool and when I forced to talked to someone senior they transferred the call to someone and he assured me again that first I switched off my mobile and then after turned on it wil start working but it is sorry to say that it was only to make me fool.                                     As per the screenshots you can see that I had 1620 MB and 1060 MB (Total 2680 MB) of data. Airtel has generated bill of Rs. 1420 and reason is that the data limit has exceeded where as I had cosumed 114 MB of 1620 MB till the last day of the bill cycle. I use wifi most of the time. Number : [protected] This has happened before multiple times and I keep track of data usage after that. Came to know these claims are baseless. Also I asked to shuffle mypacks to roaming outgoing instead they changed to UK\Canada calls. I would appreciate if you could help. Thanks

                                        I purchased Airtel 4G Broadband Connection from the Airtel Store in HUDA Market, Sector 31, Gurgaon, Haryana, in May, 2015. I was the first customer to purchase the broadband connection, but I soon realised that the internet speed was only 3G and 4G service had not even begun on my 4G Broadband Device which was given to me by the Airtel Store executive. I waited for 2 months for having 4G services started on my broadband, until then I was surfing on 3G. I had an internet plan of 5GB data (unlimited). It is an advance rental plan, I paid the rent of 3 months in advance as per requirements. I was told that I will have to pay only a monthly rental for the Device as I have already paid in advance for the 5GB Unlimited 4G Data plan. Yet the services began 2 months late and the Store executive was rude to me when I visited the store and told him that 4G services had not begun. He kept mocking me and told me that he never promised that 4G internet would instantly begin... it would take 2 months not 15 days. But the internet speed was never up to the mark and when I told the Airtel Store executive about it, he told me that there was no established 4G network tower in Gurgaon at that point of time. The Airtel Store executive was rude whenever I complained of inconveniences. Due to a lot of inconvenience that I was facing with the 4G Broadband connection and its billing, I wrote an email to the Airtel service specialist (attached in images). After his response (attached in images) I decided to get the internet connection cut and get the network services on the Airtel Postpaid Sim disabled as well. I visited the Airtel Store in the last week of July as well as in August and at both times I requested the Airtel Store Executive to disable the broadband internet as well as sim services on the Airtel Number [protected], Relationship No: [protected]. The executive told me that he had put up an online request for the closure of my broadband connection and disabling the sim; he also told me that August was the last month of internet usage on my advance rental payment plan so I need not pay any amount for the cut off of services. He also told me that I need not be worried as I will not be bothered by any further communication by Airtel. Inspite of visiting the Airtel Store to get the broadband services cut off, there was no change; till date every month I get emails to pay monthly rental for the broadband connection. I get phone calls every alternate day from unknown service numbers and the executives later identify themselves as Airtel officials; I have to repeat the above mentioned details so many times. After hearing, all officials just apologise and tell me that they will forward my request and I won't be disturbed in future. But nothing happens, I keep getting calls, sms and emails for unpaid bills. The most recent email I got from Airtel was that there is an outstanding payment of Rs. 2229.8, and legal action will be taken against me in case I fail to pay. From where did this amount generate? It is totally unknown to me. The Airtel people sent me a notice that they have been calling me, sending me messages as well as paying personal visits to me. The truth is that they have been harassing me on phone and emails inspite of me having made numerous requests. Nobody tried to visit me though. I am a student, and I shifted with my family to Gurgaon last year. We are new to this place and now retailers as well as service providers turn hostile. This is total harassment. Please help me. It is a sincere request. I am tired of explaining my problem to callers from Airtel. I will not pay for services that I got cut off more than 4 months ago and never used that 4G Device after requesting closure of broadband services. Nobody helps, they just say that they will forward my request, but nothing happens.
