There has been continuous phone calls from[protected],[protected] where airtel service providers keep calling after every hour offering their services despite clearing out to them that we are not interested in their services.When it was cleared out to them that we didn't want their services they threatened to keep calling my number again and again.I am expecting strict action against such employees who keep harassing their customers day in and day out.

    I made a payment of Rs. 150 on date Dec 19, 2015 but still my account is not updated with recharge amount. I called many times and they are saying you need to contact the third party by which you have made the payment. I said, I made payment on airtel website directly but they are not agreeing with my words even I already shared my transaction id and other details. 2. I also, request for my relocation and reinstallation but they are not properly respond and it has been couple of weeks. They are making Indian as fool and doing their business as won way.

      I wanted to port my existing number to airtel, i requested for the same by registering online on airtels website, the lady executive called me and asked when can she send the person to me, date time finalized, but no one appeared, until i requested for it again! the person did come this time, took all my documents, but it's been more than 10 days, and my number is still not ported!! i contacted airtel again, the same lady this time too, and now she says she doesn't know anything about it, and cannot help at all and she cannot contact the very person she sent to me that day!! and to top it all, she hung the phone while i was still speaking!

The registered Mobile number [protected] This is in regards of refund of the money Rs 1000 which I paid for the new broadband connection. I paid money for the applied new connection on 15th November 2015 but I was been informed that in my area there is some issues so Airtel team cannot provide services. It is like more that 1 month I have no information about the refund. I have also registered for the online refund procedure. Kindly look and update. Thank you in advance.

              Sir I had recharged from the internet net pack of Airtel worth rs.149 which was branded under a special recharge and thus promised to give 1.5 gb for a validity of 28 days on 25th December 2015 and 28th December 2015, but unfortunately I have been given only 525 mb each both the times..where is the rest 1+1 gb?Its an earnest request please dont cheat the customers like this. With lot of faith I have subscribed to your operating service on the 11th of December 2015, please dont force me to change the operator to some better ones who are trustworthy and dont cheat customers to this extent.                 Airtel promised me 4 G services in my locality and have sold a 4G plan that is received thro' a WIFI router (HUWAEI). And I have been using this for a year atleast with a fair quality coverage, I have paid roughly 2500/- as the device cost which is non-refundable, Suddenly the service is lost since 3 weeks and I was told by the airtel support that thier current lease for the tower is over and they are rebuiding it in another location. And this will take 3 months to complete. Also Airtel suggested me to disconnect the service if I can;t wait for 3 months. This is ridiculous, I have chosen Airtel based on the gaurantee they gave me while selling this plan. This is the SR No.[protected]complain no. with airtel support). If Airtel cannot continue to provide services, then they must communicate that to me clearly rather they have been charging me all these days.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I am Umesh Sharma working as V.P in Modest Group. I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Airtel. I am using Idea no ([protected]) since Six year and I was completely happy with Idea services. Few weeks back I received call from Airtel representative boosting about the benefits of services and networking offer by airtel, so I thought of porting my mobile number from Idea to Airtel. I was assuming that airtel would provide better costumer services as they claim in their advertisement. However my experience was very pathetic with you. I gave the request to port my number ([protected]) on 10 Dec 2015 with an assurance by Airtel representative that my number will be ported to Airtel network within 7 days. He took my all documents with porting fee rupees 250/- (rupees two hundred fifty only) against an inactivate Airtel sim[protected]. My number has not been ported yet after making follow up of multiple times with airtel representative. Do you really think is it better costumer services which you are commuted in your advertisement? Yesterday you deactivated my number without any advance notice or confirmation, from this unethical approach I have to suffer loss of a business deal Rupees 1, 27, 12, 500/- (rupees one croer twenty seven lack twelve thousand five hundred only). Just because of inefficiency of airtel official I suffered this business loss. On top of that I had to go through very embracing conversion with my clients and the colleague of my company. I am really highly Disappointed with my experiences with airtel and get frustrated with unprofessional and inefficient approach of airtel official. You advice to take necessary action against my complaint and start services of my number with immediate effect. I also demand compensation from Airtel for this act otherwise there is no choice left for me to take this matter in consumer court. Anticipating expedients your response on it.                         I got my no[protected] ported on ur service 6 months back, due to call failing regularly i could not use the no. (Even sim card was changed, complaint done)& i kept paying the bill. Last thursday i requested for prepaid conversion. It was promised to get done within 24 hrs. But even today sim is not working. I was told that your services are kept closed on saturday and sunday.

                          We are facing broadband connection speed problem past two weeks. We used 16 Mbps internet speed up to December 11 2015, after that it got reduced to 4MBps. We complained to the customer care, they said with in 48 hours it will be rectified and the executive said the 16 Mbps feasibility is available in that area, within 48 hours the 16 Mbps plan will be activated to your account. Every day we are calling to the customer care but nobody responding properly.                             [protected] this is my number 3G not activated in my sim, Raised the complaint 03 times but all are resolved with out completion, Please reply me i[censored]r not given the 3g service I will PORT my sim and number which is using last 04 years if your not able start 3g please debit my 3g balance in my airtel number and refund the amount of 449.00 i am using the same number and 3g with same mobile last 03 years so dont tell any sily reason about like setting change or mobile problem, and please not 10days back i m using 3g on same number and location. i was complaining 05 ti mes and phone call still not activated but your team was resolved the complaint i dont how how they solved.

                            very tired to POST complaint and call your customer care representatives and POOR response,

                            Straightly say we are not provide this number to your number - i was trying to start 3g on last one months till now no action was taken, but i receive a message ur complaint is resolved,

                            I need to start 3g service today itself, otherwise i will PORT my number to other providers,

                              My complaint has been with Airtel Chennai since Dec 23rd 2015 with SR# 62920710, I have been chasing them for last 4 days to resolve the issue, I am being given a commitment every day that today it will be done and when I chase them, they tell me that it will take another 24 hrs. This story is going on for last 4 days with no resolution, their management is making all the promises and not keeping up. And on top of it, they are generating the bill in full and charging me in full. I am highly disgusted by their unprofessionalism and making false commitments every day and not living up to their words.

                                Dear Sir My name is Amir Anwar and my number is [protected], I get ported my number from vodaphone postpaid to Airtel prepaid, my number ported in airtel prepaid on 24/12/2015 at 10.20 pm, since then i am waiting of services start on my number, verification had done at same time at 10.20 pm, since then i am continuously approaching to customer care, , they are assuring me every time, but i am helpless and disturbed due to not starting services yet.they are saying my number is already activated. but due to some technical issues services are not staring. please tell me how can i wait and suffer their casualness.                                   I have recharged my Airedale DTH on 26th December, 2015 at 02:54 pm by Paytm. My Airtel DTH customer Id no. [protected]. My Paytm order no. [protected]. The amount 220 has all ready been deducted and it has been credited in Paytm account but my Airtel DTH has not been yet recharged.

                                      I am using airtel Kerala prepaid connection since 8 years. Last few months i am noticing thay they are deducting cash balance evenif you have data balance in account. And that too dedecuted once in a while that you newer notice. I had been sending compaint and that time they will reimburse deducted amount Even customer care executives are reluctant to check what cash they deducted. They ask from you only and reimbusre th amount. That means they know about this. So everytime/day yoi have to track your balances. Again after few days you can find deductions in it. ut again its repeating. I.am fedup with them. Again to compaint, i have to access their chargeble customer care centre call and explain.                                       1. For any complaint redressal, please make a single officer responaible. Each time, different executives comment on a complaint followups.
                                      2. When customer care executive, tries to contact you and unfortunately, if they couldnt connect in first attempt, they consider the case is over!!!.
                                      3. Their communication is one sided, as if whatever they say is right. One executive told that i newer have lost any amount using net, whereas i have prrof of airtel messages to support it.

                                      Customers dont want your money, but dont robb them.

                                        For the last one year the above company is collecting all the amount which is recharged in my mobile no.[protected] for the last one year. whenever i make recharge whithin in one minute all the amount is collected just keeping paisa only. after consulting the customer care on no of times just they are saying we haver collected for loan amount
