I called Airtel regarding broadband on 18/12/2015 and they explained me the plans and told that sales person will come and collect the ID proof shortly and told connection will be established within 72 hours of collection of the documents. The sales person came on 20/12/2015 and collected the documents and told login will be created for me the next day. But there was no response for 72 hours i did not get any message from Airtel side too. Later I called the sales person and asked about my connection, he told there is network error. I called Airtel broadband and asked for my status, they told that is there no issues regarding network and they will look into it. The next I again called the sales person and asked why I did not receive any message about my login, he told that some people won't get the message and connection will take long, I told i will speak to higher officials and cut the call. Next day i got a message with reference no and booking no from Airtel i.e. on 25/12/2015. But still connection has not been given to me. I don't know how long it will take either. Please look into this immediately. My fixedline account no is [protected] and installation order no is 48224963.

After waiting for more than a week. They now say my area is not coverage. BSNL can cover my area and airtel cannot. It was not the answer I was expecting from airtel side. They say my home is 300 meters from junction box and they can not give connection. I asked if they can provide in future they said no. Too bad airtel.

    I am airtel 4g dongle user bangalore, I would request to not to take, it was ok when initially when I was taken but later my dongle is not at all connecting, Even after giving complaints they not even bothered and asking to wait for 90 days to get it resolved, so request everyone to go for another network if you are looking it in bangalore.

      I am calling 121 to complain about the network issue, however whoever calls me getting not reachable. Worst situation is, i am calling from my landline keeping mobile in my sight, i am getting not reachable, however phone shows full tower. Raised the complaint in Sep2015, got a response saying new tower will be placed. I don't know whether new tower got placed or not, but it is little bit better. However call drops are there. Activated to overcome incoming call issue by missed call alert, unfortunately I am not getting missed call alert also for the calls which I got not reachable. Even for the call what I made from landline. BAD NETWORK SERVICE, AND REALLY IRRITATING WHEN WE SEE ADVERTISEMENT ON BETTER AND FAST CONNECTIVITY. IT IS NOT 4G IT IS FORGERY. Note the following complaints, [protected] has been noted for future network planning. Closed without my concern. Update on Reference no[protected] regarding network on your airtel. New site has been planned for the shared location to enhance network coverage.

        Dear sir, I had applied for national mobile number portability-in at airtel office vapi Gujarat with valid UPC no & documents, as you know MNP proceeding time is 7days.during this period i got two sms 1 from AG-AIRFTA Your request for porting the 827xxxxxxx to airtel has been received. 2 from AB-AIRRTV Dear Customer, validation of your documents for porting your mobile no [protected] to airtel could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest airtel store. when I show this sms to airtel executive she said there is no matter... your no. Will be port in. Be relax. But after 7 days her statement was same... And now after 13 days she refused to provide port in facility & saying I can't do anything, now she says come from 1st step even after 13 days without any hesitation her behavior was so rudely ...so Plz take action...

          Dear Airtel, Airtel has deducted rs 41/- from my mobile no-[protected] today at 7.50 a.m against using my internet. My phone was on charging all of sudden there was some tone of starting my internet, which I have closed long back and for the same I have recd. the sms no. I have not used internet, This is the Airtel co which is deducting money from my mobile no . this has happened so many times. I have got assurance from Airtel that in future there will be no duductions, but sorry to say they ar repeating the same I request you to kindly refund my money otherwise I have no option except to stop the number and lodge a compaint against Aittel. thanks My no-[protected]

                I have visited airetel service centre sanjay place, agra to get my data card[protected] closed by making full payment. The service personnel mr vinay, mr ankit and mr manish refused to attend the call eventhough i have taken token citing that data card pertains to hyderabad. I had been informed by 121 that card can be closed anywhere in india. The personnel there refused to acknowledge complaint letter nor they didnot reveal superior name nor phone no. The service was also refused on 24/12/2015. Kindly advise sekhar [protected]

                  I got a new connection from airtel on 12.12.15.My number is [protected].I recharged with rs.300 & i also recharged with a data pack for Rs.100 on the same day. I again recharged with Rs.100 on 14.12.15.As on 14.12.15 morning, my accountbalance was Rs.384 in main account.I used internet, my entire data was used up & without any notice my entire balance of Rs.384 was detected for the internet usage.I contacted the customer care. They asked me to sms STOP to 1925, i did so & received the deactivation confirmation message.(see the jpeg image). Again i recharged with a new data pack.After exhaustion of my data pack, this time also(21.12.15), Rs.40 was detected from my main balance even after the deactivation confirmation message.Again i ve sent STOP sms to 1925 & now also i got the deactivation confirmation message. Let me have the following clarifications- 1.whats the role of 1925 here.Even after confirmation message, my main balance got deducted.why? 2.According to TRAI, when a data pack was taken up by the customer, no amount should be deducted from the main balance without customers explict consent. Also alert sms should be sent in steps.But no such alerts were givenup for me & the entire main balance amount of Rs.384 & rs.40 was looted by the company without my knowledge.I kindly request you to take necessary action to get my money back in my main account.                     I have useing airtel postpaid, issue is my december month billing. i have 1536mb data free in bill plan. asper airtel sefcare i have used 1534.5mb only on 4th of december night 11.45pm next 5th december onwards new billing cycle ll start but they have charged 1146rs. i am not ready to pay extra charges please resolve this issue. thanks.

                      Hi, This is regarding my request for porting my Airtel number from one circle to another which I submitted on the 7th of November. I had submitted all required documents to Airtel JP Nagar, Bangalore store as requested by their manager. I had also submitted the original NOC document from my previous company on whose name the connection was. After 48 days, 30 calls, 4 visits to the Airtel store, I think I have wasted enough time and faced a lot of harassment but still my number has not been ported. False commitments have been given every time I've called Airtel customer care or visited Airtel store. Now I have been requesting Airtel to return my original NOC and other documents since I cannot wait anymore but they are not able to do that as well. Mr. Veeru, Manager, Airtel JP Nagar store wants me to submit some new documents from my old company as he says the process has changed now. My question is, if the process has changed after I submitted my request, why should I face the harassment? This is the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider. Airtel has proved that they take their customers for granted. Worst network in Bangalore, and on top of that, such poor service, I don't know what they boast of. I have lost all my patience. I want my documents back so that I can change my service provider and take a Vodafone connection. I believe they are much more professional than Airtel with a much better network. I did get two calls from Airtel customer service and they again assured my complaint is being worked on, but neither did my number get ported, nor have my documents been returned. How many times should I listen to your false promises. It has been more than 2 months now. Request you to give me a solution asap. Or my next step would be to go to the consumer court and file a harassment case against Airtel!

                            Please de activate the above sim, because it was earlier belongs to one trader, the shop was burnt subsequently no response with them, The same sim was allotted as new . After few months past we have received a call that the number was assigned for requesting, they contacted Air tel they advised that you have an under standing with the user then we will re allott the same to the trader. So that is the reason we will give this number to the trader and we have obtained a new 4G number for us .                               I am having a CUG349 plan. I changed my sim from my blackberry to iphone. At that time I called your customer care to give me suitable plan for mobile internet, at that time they told me that I was already having 2 GB internet facility in my plan. But after few days o[censored]sage i got an SMS from your company that my bill amount is going to be around Rs.3000 and immediately I called your customer care and informed them about internet usage bill amount. They in turn informed that you already have around 900 MB unutilized mobile data still left. Your executive assured me that they will look into matter and correct the bill amount and they will not charge me for my internet usage till 2GB of internet. I regret to inform you that you have billed me Rs.2863.18(earlier my bill amount usually come around 500 per month from last 3 years). I got fed with your services because I was charged unjustifiably for my internet usuage and everyday I got repeated assurance from your customer care department that they will correct the mistake(which they didn’t correct till now). I then called Customer care and requested for number portability because I was frustrated. Then they offered me a discount of Rs.500/- as per their authority. My average billing amount for last 3 years is about Rs. 500/- which you can see from your record itself. You are requested to look into matter and waive off the internet charged as internet plan was already part of my plan as per information provided by your customer care. You can see my conversion with your customer care executive which is already recorded in your system. I am looking forward for a positive response from your side without further delay. I hope you will look into matter and waive off the internet charges and inform me as soon as possible. In the mean time I am paying Rs.2290.68 under protest as asked by you just to avoid the late penalty charges. I reserve the right to move my complaint to court/consumer court at your risk and cost.                                     Airtel activated superstore service without any confirmation from my end and deducted rs.35 from my account balance . I've requested to deactivate this service within 1 hour with full refund .. What they've said once service has been activated due to company policy we can not refund it. Even though manager denied my request . due to company policy why customer will do suffer ? And why they've activated this service without my confirmation ? I'm requesting to get proper justice .. This is a kind of fraudulent activity done from company end and from there service end. Mostly uneducated agents are sitting to provide service to there valuable customer . I'd like to get a refund . please take an immediate action on this. Thanks in advance .

                                      Complaint no:48779936 Our airtel digital TV often has connectivity issues..the engineers don't come on time to resolve the issue and even before they come they ask for service charge even though it's free service because its under warranty.. The customer service is bad..they don't understand what we speak and they hang up.. This is really disappointing because its our second month with airtel and we have an expensive cable connection as well..but what's the point if we can't watch cable..because of connectivity issues..

                                        Hassles I went through when I attempted to convert my Airtel prepaid to postpaid. 1. Nobody came for address verification but they marked as false address. 2. Area pincode was not available so in the outlet they fed some random area pincode of their choice and processed the req. 3. I somehow found that as I was very particular about billing address and asked them to correct, but they said my area pincode is not available in their system. When I tried to explain all of these to the customer care through email, they did not understand whatsoever. Eventually I cancelled postpaid conv req and now switching to Vodafone.
