I am disgusted by the service of Airtel in Ernakulam. My number is [protected]. My latest complaint no for airtel is : [protected]. Suddenly day before yesterday i found that the outgoing calls have been blocked. I called the customer care and they said that i have not submitted the required proofs(which i had already done earlier). Still i went to the office at Kadavantara, Ernakulam yesterday and submitted the required proofs(ID and photo)...

I had cancelled my broadband connection with airtel on Feb 16th 2010. On April 2nd I received a bill for the month of march. I had not used thier internet at all, as I had cancelled it.
