I requested for a new braodband connection through an agent (Karthik, Mobile no: [protected]). After completing the application processing the agent has informed us that the installation will be done within 4 days. I have paid an application processing fee of 2000 thru cheque (Cheque No: 621566).

Since the installation has not happend. I had been calling the agent from the 4th day. The agent is not responding. Called the Customer care and inquired about the application status (Application No: TBLR 0122434), They have informed me that they cannot install since the port is not available in our area (Murugesh Palya).

I need an explination regarding returning back the money.

    Subscribing me without consent

    My name is Manisha Phadke and by mistake, having Airtel prepaid no [protected]. Airtel is cutting pockets of its own consumers who by mistake have shown trust in this company. There is AIRTEL TALKIE SERVICES in which Airtel has enrolled me without my consent and cutted Rupees 30 for 30 days .I came to know about this fradulent practice only when I got an sms for money cutting .I am deeply Thankful for that sms. I dont have time to listen to movies and that too on phone.

    ON ONE HAND AIRTEL STARTS ANY SERVICE WITOUT INFORMING THE SUBSCRIBER AND IF SOMEONE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS FRAUDLENT PRACTICE AND TRY FOR CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO THEN THAT CALL IS ALSO CHARGED.

    I want to deactive Airtel Talkies immediately.

    Airtel — Subscription without my consent

    I have been in Air tel prepaid plan for the past six months. I had been charged Rs.25 on 19 November 2009 without any notice. I didn't subscribe to any of the offers by Air tel. With no reason all of the sudden i had been charged Rs.25. I would request Air tel to refund my money back.

Though Mr vinay chugh ' (custmer care) apolojized for that now there is another AIRTEL TALKIE SERVICES in which u have enrolled me and cutted Rupees 30 for 30 days .I came to know about this fradulent practice only when u send me an sms for money cutting .I am deeply Thankful for that sms. I dont know about u mr chugh but who has the time to listen to ur movies 4 three hours and that too on phone.Same is the case with job alert also ur continusely sending me sms for that .Idont know wheather u r also charging me for that.ON ONE HAND U START ANY SERVICE WITOUT INFORMING A SUBSCRIBER AND IF SOMEONE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT UR FRAUDLENT PRACTICE AND TRY UR CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO THEN HIS CALL IS ALSO CHARGED. Mr chugh I think u r paid there only for apologizing and some other team mate o[censored]r so called custmer care office is helping filling coffers for ur co.IS AIRTEL IS REALLY GOING BANKRUPT THAT THEY ARE DOING THESE THINGS what reputation u are earning .sometime back u also started mrk service in the same way charged me for that and then removing my name after my complaint. Mr chugh please increase ur tariffs i[censored]r feeling heat or close down but dont do frauds.

      At last... I'd to write this... rather, Airtel made me to write like this...
      What a pitiful service... what an irresponsible service... I pity Airtel...thats all I can say...

      It is the 6th year I've been using my Airtel Number and it is not different from the beginning. I've been keeping the limits of my patience till now....long 6 years--- from 2004 to 2010, but now, it is the ultimate torture I've received from Airtel and it is time to call it quits with them.

      Always..., as every Airtel customer knows, their customer service was rudish and utmost irresponsible... and they've been looting customers shamelessly (as they've the highest degree of tariffs and costs, compared to the peers)... All this, we, poor customers suffered...only because of the Only one benefit...better coverage. For the sake of only this, you've been playing ball with your customers.

      6 years I was a post paid user and I (and all other scape-goats of Airtel) paid a lot extra to Airtel. Recently I thought of converting my plan to Prepaid. I've paid all penalties to them for this ' crime' (as they consider) and at last, I lost mobile connectivity for 1 day. I'd paid the required amount to transfer to new Prepaid tariff, also, paid extra amount for recharging also. But they disconnected the service!. While contacting the pathetic customer support of this world, they were talking only non-sense talks which is sufficient to make a frustrated customer to reach his heights of BP.

      I'm planning to tear off my SIM card - the only reason I retained it was thinking the difficulty in informing all my friends about the new number- and burn this into ashes.

      Airtel, thanks for all your 'valued' services so far.

        I am now undergoing a miserable experience. I paid my broadband bill of Rs. 992/- on May 4, 2010 and the Union Bank of India, Chamiers Road Branch, Chennai 18 cleared it and the amount duly debited from my account and its been updated on my passbook. I have been receiving calls from AIRTEL @ 2 calls a day since end of May asking for the cheque no. date of clearing (May 6, 2010) and now the bank statement. I did not mind giving the cheque no. and date it was cleared. But its too much to expect a customer to provide a bank statement for a sum of Rs,992 and that too present the same at their head office in Chennai as if we have nothing else to do!! I am a customer of Airtel for maybe 10 years or more!!

        By chance, an executive named Vidya slipped up and admitted that this amount's been credited to my mobile account and would I pay this Rs. 992 again?!!!! I wonder how such a big company could be so stupid!!!

        The funniest thing is my wife is the AM in Union Bank of India and I have a good mind to visit the top executive of AIRTEL and give him a piece of my mind!! I am not going to pay the additional amount so that their books tally!!

          This is quite shocking from company like Airtel. I had paid my dues for the number [protected] & also intimated to disconnect my number at the Thakur Village service centre, Kandivali (East). My request was honoured by the representative at the service centre & also he updated the same in the system. Immediately I had received call from Airtel retention department convincing me for staying along with them. I had told specifically that I don’t need any service right now as I’ll be going out on foreign assignment. The executive told me that he’ll keep the number reserved for me so that when I’m back in India this number can be used. I told him not to block it as I’m going for 3 years period. I told him to disconnect immediately & shared the same with the call centre executive. I was informed that in 3 working days my line will be disconnected.

          But it is quite shocking that after 6 months i'm being forwarded with outstanding dues of Rs. Rs. 1529.88 /-.

          Initially I was very loyal to Airtel & shared my family while leaving India to go for the Airtel landline & internet connection so that I’m always connected to them. But such emails are quite disturbing & going to inform them to remove all Airtel connection from today. I have lost faith in the company.

            I have purchased Airtel DTH in Janury 2010 but from May 31, 2010, it is not working. I have lodge complain on phone with Customer Care on 1st June 2010 and they lodge the same with promise to solve the problem within 24 Hours. But till today i.e. 7th June 2010, they are just promising like this, no body come to solve the problem from their side. Even when i pursue them again & again, they just disconnect the line or put me on hold for long time. So, please let me know what I have to do now?
            I have purchased Airtel DTH two year ago n my customer Id is [protected], but frm 10.11.2010 it is not working.               To Airtel Broadband Management,

              This is to report that ever since I have opted for Airtel's broadband connection (I use the Wi-Fi service since the last 6 months), I have been experiencing disrupted connection in every 1-2 minutes. I had raised a request last sunday (30th May 2010) for relocating my connection to a new residence. I was told by the person fixing the wired lines and who had collected all my documents that the engineer who would start the broadband service would come on Monday (31st May). Nobody came, despite repeated calls to Mr. Vinod, Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Anil Chaturvedi until Thursday 3rd June, 2010. The engineer, Mr. Anjum, who came on thursday said that I am experiencing the issue because of "hardware error" (shown on ping) on my company-owned laptop. He also made me speak to his senior Mr. Sanjeev and it was decided that Mr. Anjum ([protected]) would get his own laptop on Friday (4th June, 2010) to test the issue. On Friday, Mr. Anjum, connected his own laptop to my Airtel connection and after less than a minute turned it off saying that there was no issue in his laptop. I requested him to let the ping run for 2-3 minutes in which he noticed that the 'Hardware Error' and 'Destination Host Unreachable' error occured on his own laptop too. This just proves that the issue was NOT because of my laptop but he was not willing to accept that. He then made some changes on his own laptop and the connection was smooth thereafter. I asked him to make the same changes on my laptop, but he did some trial and error setting changes which did not resolve the issue. He again mentioned that the issue is with my laptop to which I disagreed with as had that been the case, he would have not received the same errors on his laptop. At that time, Mr. Anil Chaturvedi called him to check on the status and he lied to him that he never got the error on his laptop. I spoke to Mr. Anil Chaturvedi and told him the truth that the error occured on his laptop as well and that he made some changes on his laptop due to which connection was uninterrupted on his laptop. While I was talking to Mr. Anil Chaturvedi, Mr. Anjum remarked "Madam aap mera dimaag kharab kar rahi hain". I immediately told the same to Mr. Anil Chaturvedi ([protected]) and asked him to teach some manners to his service engineers. Mr. Anjum left immediately after that without resolving the issue I had reported, saying that some other engineer would work on my issue. He also mentioned that he would inform me who would be coming and also provide his contact number. I reported the same mis-conduct to Mr. Yogesh ([protected]) the next day. Mr. Yogesh also told me that he would arrange for another engineer the same day (saturday). On the same day, I also asked Mr. Anil Chaturvedi to send some other engineer and he mentioned that he would let me know. The entire saturday and sunday went by without Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Anil Chaturvedi and Mr. Anjum letting me know who was coming despite repeated calls to all 3. Nobody came and the issue remains the same. When I am on the wi-fi network the connection keeps getting disrupted every 1-2 minutes. I am using wi-fi network at my office using the same laptop and I have never experienced any network disruption. Moreover, a lot of my colleagues use the company provided laptops at their residence and have purchased Airtel broadband connection but have never face such a network disruption issue. I fail to understand how can the issue be linked to my company owned laptop; had that been the case everybody in my office would have faced the problem using broadband connection at home. And if there was an issue with my laptop, I would have faced connectivity issues in my office wi-fo network too, which I have not till date.
              I just want to highlight the apathy, lack of knowledge and really bad behavior of your representatives. My issue is still unresolved and till date I would have made atleast 30-40 calls to all the 4 people mentioned above.
              I would appreciate if this is resolved at the earliest, else I would be happy to cancel my connection rather than face all the harrassment.

              Airtel Broadband — deactivate my broadband connection immediate

              Sir,

              I am Neelam Vajpayee. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my user id is 14869436.
              Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
              3 times and they sent me auto reply mail that they will contact me for deactivation.
              But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
              Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out

              telephone — bad connectivity & line just goes off the air

              I have a reliance telephone connection for the last 5 years. It has never worked satisfactorily. I have made innumerable complaints, but to no avail. The latest problem is that the bill has not reached me and they have promptly disconnected the phone for not paying the bill.
              Some body needs to wake up & resolve my problem at the earliest.

              Airtel — Will not fulfill customer contract

              My current contact with Airtel to fix the below problems has been 37 phone calls, 15 texts and 13 emails over 1 month. My frustration level is beyond high and I am absolutely sure that Airtel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

              - The contract I signed said I would receive 4 months + 300 Rs in credit. After 6 weeks I was told my credit had expired and my service was disconnected. Despite faxing in twice and e-mailing 6 times my contract with the 4 months on it and hearing from 12 different people that my account would be refunded within 24 hours, my account has been disconnected for 6 days.
              - For nearly 3 weeks we only had about 4 English channels, the rest of the channels we pay for (CNN, BBC, Bloomberg, PIX) are all black. The company initially said they would refund us for this time period, but on recent phone calls have said this is not possible.
              - I have been trying to add the Zee café pack to my TV for 2 months. I have texted, called and even asked engineers that come to the house. No luck.
              - Our reception is horrible, the picture gets fuzzy and goes out every other minute, it is almost impossible to watch an entire show
              - When I have contacted customer support via phone, most of the time I am hung up on when the representative cannot help with the complaint, I have received many many follow up calls where I select “UNSATISFIED” as my response, but this does nothing.

              Bharti Airtel Broadband — Request is not fulfilled

              I registered the request on Apr 05, 2012 @ 8:45 PM having request no 13965890 regarding the change of name and contact information of my Airtel broadband connection. The executive told me that your information is updated by Apr 07, 2012 but till now the information is not updated. If I try to call the airtel customer care several times but unable to connect with the executive. Please help me out to resolve this.

                very poor network is existing in indirapuram area
                not able to make / recieve a single call without call drop and no voice
                I had to install a landline as Airtel only gives false hopes and do nothing about any complains. The best was that I was told that they tried to reach me but my phone was not reachable.. 'THAT'S WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM... NO SIGNALS'. If Airtel was serious in resolving the issue, they could have installed signal boosters in the residence/flats of people having Airtel connection. But they are just indifferent...

                  AirTel — bad signals

                  dear sir,
                  i am using your airtel sevicess since last 3 years . till last year i am very happy with u r servicess.but this year i am facing so many problems with in all parameters .1)the signals are very very bad. in some places all other services like idea, bsnl . works with good clearty of voice.but airtel no !signal. and no clearty in voice,, realy headack..
                  2)tarrif.u people tempting the customers with your disturbing sms . incresase the charges, when i was taken the tarriff of 399/- per mounth . now with u r blessing it gone to more then 500/-
                  and the bill u r sending with out details u charge all indian taxes plus what what .. every month i will get less then 2000/- min per month .
                  3)using airtel is fear..

                  5)i got ex with u . know i want to change my mobile servecess. this next month on wards i will go for VADAPHONE ..i think that the better. with n no of tarriff.

                    I am using airtel mobile services from last five year and from last two year i am having airtel postpaid connection and was totally satisfied with their services and plans. Two months ago airtel provided me a scheme (value pack US, Canada and Europe @ 2.50/min) for which they charge 45 rs per month. I availed that services and was getting discounts accordingly. And my call usage was going high because the rates was nominal but this time when my bill is of more, now they are saying that they cannot provide me the discounts because you are calling on U.K mob. but i have already received the same discount earlier for same country U.k mob. when ever i am calling 121 they are just give excuses that we cannot do it and all.. i am not getting any resolution .

                    Can any 1 help me with this matter.

                    Airtel — False commitment on ISD call charges

                    Dear SIr/Madam,
                    I am customer with airtel since last 7+ years and my mobile number is [protected].

                    I have had a horrifying experience with airtel since last 3 months. During this time, I have spoken to 5 different 121 executives, 4 nodal officers and 5 appellate team members and no one has been able to resolve my concerns. I have sent more than 8 emails and the last 3 have not been responded at all.

                    On October 5, 2010, I called the Airtel customer care (121) to enquire about any ISD plans available for me. I was informed by the customer care officer that there is plan according to which if I pay Rs 45 per month then all my ISD calls will be charged at Rs3 per minute. I got this plan activated and started using my airtel number for ISD calls. However, when I received my bill I noticed that the ISD calls were charged at Rs 10. Airtel sent me a bill of around Rs 20,000 I raised this issue with 121 and nodal officer. The nodal officer Sandeepan promised to look into the call recording for resolution of the issue. After listening to airtel’s internal call recording I was informed on 18 November that yes I was right and will be given the suitable waiver. I received the waiver on 18 of November and was very happy.

                    However on the same call on 18 November with Sandeepan, I asked him what are ISD call rates going forwards? To this Sandeepan committed me that my ISD call rates will remain Rs 3 per minute and I need not worry about it. I trusted his word and continued using my airtel number for ISD. Again when I received my November bill., I noticed that I had again been charged ISD calls at Rs 10 per minute. This was shocking as Sandeepan had told me that my call rates would remain Rs 3 per minute. I called back Sandeepan to inform him of the problem. However this time he refused on the commitment he had made to me on 18 November.
                    I did not understand what to do and discussed the matter with the appellate team. The appellate team took more than 1 month and then one fine day I hear the answer that they can only give me a waiver of Rs 4016 and rest all my ISD calls would be charged at Rs 10. I do not understand that why despite a commitment from Sandeepan on 18 Novemeber and the previous months problem they did not resolve the problem. In addition to this information, I would like to highlight that My airtel bill clearly says that ISD [protected]@2.99 (Rent 45).
                    I have the all the communication with airtel that I would like to share with your team. This will be enough proof that airtel has sent me the wrong bill and has not been able to resolve my complaint since last 2 months.

                    I would like to highlight that it has been a severe case of mental harassment to me. I have made calls to airtel’s concerned department almost everyday without resolution. Numerous times I was promised a call back but hardly received one. And the worst part is that they are now not even replying to the emails.
                    I believe that since their employees have made me a false commitment (Sandeepan on 18 Nov.) then they should be responsible and I should not suffer as what is happening now.

                    I just ask for my correct bill to be sent to me. NOTHING MORE!!!!!!

                      I have problem setting Internet Connection in Blackberry handset with service provider airtel. My handset is registered. Connection of internet sacntioned and amount deducted from my account .I got a message to contact 7070 customer care. After several attempts nobody is helping me instead misguiding, disconnecting, putting on songs and telling we are connecting to supervisors but never connecting. I am working in a reputed company & travelling a lot hence need badly internet connection in my hand set. It seems Blackberry & Airtel combination is my greatest mistake which I want to tell my 200 gadget lovers by sending email if my problem not solved by next 24 hours.                         I had taken airtel lifetime prepaid connection after submitting all the documents from Airtel Stores and the number alloted by them was [protected]. It worked for few days and suddenly stopped working. Today when I went to the shop and enquired about the same, they said they don't know anything. Then I called 999 and came to know that the number was discontinued. I had a balance of Rs.900 in that phone which they refused to refund. I don't understand how a company like airtel can do such frauds (giving the connection and then forfeiting customer's money?)

                        I am Alkesh. I agree with you. I am also experiencing same issue. I converted my postpaid into pre-paid 15 days back. Even after submitting all required documents on first day Airtel hasn't started my outgoing service. I approached customer care at least 5 times and airtel distributor (Bhageerathi, New Sangvi Pune), however every time didn't gave me proper answer. Can anyone help me here for raising complaint against Airtel for this case?

                          I am using Airtel GPRS plan of 200 MB for 7 days (@ Rs. 25/-). This plan was renewed on 4-Jun-2010 at 1:00 AM (got an SMS for renewal). It seems that there was a balance deduction of more that Rs. 100 for all usage after that. Complaint launched immediately after receiving a flash message for balance deduction fo Rs. 84/- at around 2:15 PM. Complain number[protected]. However, Airtel claims that the usage exceeded above 200 MB, which is incorrect. It is not possible for usage to exceed 200 MB in short time. The mobile handset too has data counter, which I track, and accordingly, my usage is around 60 MB in 10 days.

                            I am holder of Airtel connection from past 10 years now (with the number [protected]). Though i never had any issues with my number but one instance has completely changed my perception towards Airtel.I repeatedly received calls from Airtel in order to purchase a new connection from Airtel. Somehow i agreed upon taking up the new number (i.e [protected]). Airtel demanded some amount of registration for this new number along with the first bill. I made a payment of 900 that included Rs 500 as the registration charges and Rs 300 as the bill amount. However few days later, i noticed that my new number is no more activated, and without my knowledge the number was disconnected. when i brought this to the notice of Airtel, i never got any help rather i was transferred from one person to another. This was very disappointing for me as i was with Airtel from past 10 years. I was explained that there were some past dues for some other number on my name due to which the service has been taken off. I was upset knowing the fact that Airtel didn't even inform me and the services were taken away after accepting the bills. This was sheer deception for a customer.I have lost my trust in Airtel and don't wish to continue my services.

                            Airtel is notorious for useless, ROUTINE, unprofessional, evasive responses to user complaints. Overall, the solution to many of their unsatisfactory services, both ooperating and trouble-shooting, would appear to be a thorough re-check and rewriting of all relevant software (and rectificaton/ replacement/ upgradation of hardware ex. for signals) and revalidation. also, why should Airtel let spammers and advertisers intrude into the time and life of cell phone users, as a matter of these people's rights, and are there no rights of phone users, to get Airtel to stop them if a user does not want them? AIRTEL obviously loathes to the right-royal honest method of resolving consumer issues, and perhaps is able to get away with its half-hearted methods smacking of public deception despite competition due to excessive greed as phone rates have legitimately fallen steeply due to competition. Another reason for Airtel's unfair practices may be because its rivals in the field are also doing the same things ?

                              Hi Sir,

                              I had taken Airtel USB Modem with Data Card no - [protected].

                              I lost my USB in mid-Feb 2010. I registered complaint with Airtel, & was told that my complaint has been registered & the number would be blocked.

                              To my shock, I received a mail on March 11, 2010 saying I have to pay outstanding bill. The bill number was [protected].

                              I didn't understand, because I had already lodged complaint. I called up Airtel office, & I was told that my complaint would be taken care of.

                              I received a similar mail on April 12, 2010, again I complained at Airtel office, & same reply that it would be taken care of.

                              By that time, I had left Bangalore, & as such, I don't have any idea, if there were any field visits.

                              I received some 3-4 calls from Airtel officers, everytime I mentioned my complaint, & the reply I received was that someone from the managerial level would get back to me.

                              So far noone.

                              Then, on 10 May, 2010, I received mail from Mr. Prabhanjan ( prabhanjan.[protected]@airtel.in), that a legal action would be initiated against me, as I haven't paid the bill.
                              He asked to contact Mr. Ashok ( [protected] or [protected] ). Both numbers remained unavailable for 2 days!

                              I wrote him a reply, registered a complaint with nodal officer ( [protected]@airtel.in, nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in ). I got an acknowledgement ( Ref[protected].
                              But noone responded so far.

                              On May 13, 2010 I registered a complaint with Appellate ( appellate.[protected]@airtel.in ), got an acknowledgement ( Ref[protected].
                              As usual, noone responded.

                              Then on 17 May, called up Airtel office, finally managed to speak to a Manager, Mr. Umesh R ( Interaction no[protected], and came to know that my initial complaint for lost modem hasn't been registered itself.
                              He told me to send mails again to Appellate & Nodal Officer.

                              Sent mails with the Reference no mentioned to Appellate, Nodal Officer, & MR. Prabhanjan again on 17 May, 2010.
                              Got acknowledgement again ( Ref[protected] Appellate, Ref [protected] Nodal )

                              Noone responded again.

                              Now today, got mail from Airtel ( collections.[protected]@airtelmail.in ), saying a legal notice will be issued in a day or two.
                              I was given contact no of Pushpa ( [protected] ) for queries.
                              When I called her up, she talked in the most rude way, saying that she will send the legal notice to court on June 5, 2010.

                              Finally somehow, with great reluctance, she agreed to set up a call with a Manager, on June 5, 2010.

                              I have lost hope, & am very frustrated, feeling harassed.

                              Will someone listen?

                                Hello,
                                In April 2010,I had placed a request at Airtel Relationship Center,Khatipura.Jaipur for converting my existing post paid connection into pre-paid one.
                                They took all the necessary documents required for the request.They also gave me the Pre-paid sim for the further usage which got activated in a day's time.
                                But on 26 May 2010,some female customer care executive from the Airtel Relationship Center,Khatipura.Jaipur called me up saying that some signature on address proof document (I had submitted copy of my passport) are needed.
                                I went to the center and again signed the documents.
                                Next day,Incoming and outgoing on my mobile was barred.And later the sim was deactivated.
                                I went twice to the Airtel Relationship Center,Khatipura.Jaipur for my grievance and they twice gave me deadline assuring that my service will be resumed.
                                But till now nothing has not been done.
                                They made a error of not ensuring that all the signatures has been taken from the customer and now I am suffering for their mistakes.

                                Then I contact nodal officers through the email nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in dated June 2 ,2010.Then I got a auto response that the will be contacting me in 24 hours.But they did not contact me even after 60 hours.
                                Then I tried contacting them through the airtel nodal office telephone contact .But it was of no avail as every time i called they either stated that their system is down or need more time .
                                Finally after speaking to 6 Nodal officers,I got a response that my number has been permanently disconnected due to incomplete form.
                                I mean this is ridiculous and highly uncalled for.Why should I suffer just because of incompetent Airtel staff at their Airtel relationship center,Khatipura,Jaipur whom I had submitted the forms twice just because they forgot to take three signatures on the address and ID proof submission photocopy.

                                I am not going to quit this issue for sure.

                                  i bought airttel DTH before 9-10 months, and now its not working, i called to customercare from 29 th of last month, but they all guys are making fool , they cant giving me solution, while my Airtel DTH is under warranty period, they are just making fool me ,every day, even they cant give commitmnet otr final time, just they have words, wait we ll solve out, now with in 8 days, they cant give me solution.other side ,everyday my DTH balance are going decrease.
                                  my DTH is stop here, but they are charging also.
                                  i am in request please do the needfull,
                                  i dont know, whu such these companies making us fool every day.
                                  AIRTEL is a stupid companies, just they are making money with fraud bills and others, while they are not providing services

My complaint in this regard is not being addressed hence I am facing a lot of inconvenience. It is also causing monetary losses as calls are not materializing.                                     My airtel landline no[protected] only works rarely in any month. Every month the set gets dead for many days and there is no solution.                                     We have a landline [protected], and the instrument (Provided by Airtel with their logo) is defective. I made a complaint - 3600146.

                                    I was informed that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. Next day I was informed that AIRTEL has stopped attending to Instruments since OCT 2010 and it has to be taken to their Service Center and repaired at cost. While providing the connection we were not informed about such arrangements. In fact the instrument was once replaced when it was defective.

                                    How can they unilaterally change service conditions. No intimation was given regarding change of service conditions.

                                      I have made several requests/complaints to deactivate DSL Usage Charges (Gaming Calls) since Feb, 2010. My initial complaint was to deactivate and deduct the last 3 months usage charges and the issue was rectified and I was promised to deactivate the charges. But from last 3 months I am getting the bill statement along with this charge Rs. 99/- and every month I am calling customer care to adjust this amount. But this service was never get deactivated. Please can you look into this issue urgently and get rid of this issue in my bill statement. Though this adjustment was made on my bill every month, I was still paying the tax for the same from past 8 months.

                                        This is to inform you that undernamed person having a AirTel Digital TV Connection at Gandhinagar (Gujarat).

                                        The matter is:Oon 02.06.2010 at 01:14 PM, I have received a message from AirTel digital TV service provider on my registered mobile connection that Recharge your Airtel digital TV account today and get 10% more. Recharge with Rs 200 or more. Offer valid for next 48 Hrs only.

                                        Accordingly, after reading message received from Airtel digital TV, i rushed to a Airt Digital TV dealer and recharged by Rs 250/- on 02.06.2010 at 06:10 PM. But my Airtel Digital TV account recharged by Rs. 250/- only i did not get (more 10%) i.e. Rs. 25/- on recharge.

                                        After this i called to the Airtel digital TV customer care to give complaint on 02.06.2010 at 06:45 PM and than Mr. Abhishek, Customer care executive told me that this offer was wrongly send to your mobile no. and there is no discount offer for you on any recharge and told me that i am unable to lodge your complaint against this matter.

                                        I am very surprised that this type of mistake can be happend by by the AirTel Digital TV Service Provider and they are cheated to the customer by giving wrong written statement to promote their Product/Business and cheated the public.

                                        In this connection, you are requested to please take the matter seriously as the service provider is cheated to innocent public and customers and it is my humble request to take immediate action on the matter.
