I AM PRESENTLY HAVING A BROAD BAND CONNECTION OF AIRTEL WITH A PLAN OPTION OF SPEED 128KBS. BUT NOW I WISH TO CHANGE MY PLAN FROM THE RS.600/- MONTHLY TO A PLAN GIVING ME A MINIMUM SPEED OF 256 KBS. KINDLY ENHANCE MY BROADBAND CONNECTION SPEED TO 256KBS BY CHANGING MY MONTHLY PLAN.

My airtel connection has to be shifted from indrapuram, ghaziabad to sec 54 ,gurgaon. I had called the customer care for it on April 1st and the ref no. is 327426.
I was told that it would be done within 2-3 days.So far it has not been done.

Airtel is harassing a ten year long standing loyal customer who pays an average of 2000/- Rs monthly bills, for the reason a simple address change from Hyd to Rjy.

Airtel friends chat is one of the worst servive, i ever seen. Why don't TRAI ban this service. This is spoiling the young age. For this many relationship going to end. Please sir stop this service. This is the way to waste money nothing else....
