For the mobile number [protected] recharged 509 offer threw online recharge backage. Its show offier 90days offer calls free and 1.4 gb free per day. But store person told your mobile not elegible for data recharge for my mobile number.

Store person and customer support team is not support very bad responce. No one anwser correctly

    Registered on airtel money wallet last month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been freezed in my account. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. Complained 2 times on customer care but they making fool all times..ac no. [protected]

      The airtel landline back end team are changing our landline basic tariff plan to broadband connection without even informing us!, this has been repeatedly happening and we have placed a complain, but the tariff plan is still not been restored back to the old plan, and our phone gets disconnected quite often because of the unprofessional manner in which the airtel backend team are working in changing the tariff and services without the consultation.
      We wish corrective action will be taken by the airtel higher up in this regards.

        Hello this is mohan rao poatpaid customer since 10 years and now got to opt another network if this issue wont get cleared with urgent action as the location i live is not haveing the internet frequency v people here are with almost 3000+ airtel customers may opt to another network if this continues.. And the positive thing if this frequency gets gud another additional5000+ connections may come to airtel so have any urgent action location sc colony

          I have using Airtel sim from last 5 years but from last 2 months I have facing network issue on my sim. I have talk with customer care they suggest me to replace the old sim with new sim. Then I replace the sim and airtel store take charge Rs. 60/- for sim replacement. But after sim replacement I have till facing same problem all time network issue I can not call, Get 3G data as 30 kbps download speed which is below 2G speed. Please try to solve the issue.             Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount rs. 500 on 25/01/2017 as the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broad band connection. I requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care & then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one so i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet.

              Airtel is the worst broadband provider. I live in pashan, pune, and for the last 3 months i am not getting proper speed. The plan is of 40 mbps and the speed which i usually get is 3-4 mbps.
              Every time i call customer care they say that outage is going on in the area. This has been happening since last 3 months, don't know which outage in fixed line takes 3 months to fix. Are airtel technicians illiterate?
              Each time i pay my bills on time, they also have high charges as compared to other service providers. Airtel has monopoly in pashan area, there is no other broadband service provider in this area, hence i am stuck with airtel.
              Really, airtel only know how to bill customers, one of the worst companies for broadband connection.

                  It's very disappointing when airtel promotes its wallet by "use instantly". I created an airtel wallet for irctc ticket booking. I credited wallet by 800 rupees but when i tried to buy the ticket, i got a message "debit is not allowed" neither the customer care reply to email ids.in our country getting tickets is not so easy. I feel helpless inspite of having money in wallet, i am not able to use it. My number is [protected]

                    I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i have also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                      Ported my number from vodafone.
                      My voda number had stopped working and airtel number is not registeted as it saying when i call 59059.

                      Please do the needful verification urgently.
                      As i want my number to start immediately

                        airtel 4g sim stopped working suddenly

                        Suddenly on 3rd feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                        All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                        Worst network i am facing right now.. Even sometimes during a conversation suddenly whole network vanish. Same as data too.. Worst speed i ever used.. Sir i honestly request u.. Plz keep ur quality for which airtel is known to us... We r ready to pay more but can't compromise quality...

                          Fwd: confirmation of no charges of internal calling with add on number.
                          Dear sir/madam,

                          With reference to the above mail, i received the call from airtel today morning. After long discussion with the your executive, she is agreed that internal calling between primary and add on number is free. But i don't agree with her that it is free internal calling but if you exceed calling limit i. E.720 calls per month, you will be charged.

                          How it is possible, if internal calling is free, you can not include the internal calls in monthly 720 calls.

                          And i checked my previous bills, you have charged me for my add on to primary no. And same time you are charging rs. 99/- rental for add on number.

                          With disappointment, i request you to reimburse charges which you charged me for internal calling and want to discontinue with you.

                          Kindly, deactivate my airtel postpaid billing and whatever plan is there. I would like to go to continue with some other mobile services.

                          If you don't reimburse charges, i will be forced to go to consumer complaint.

                          Greetings from Airtel!

                          This is in reference to your email seeking information on the port out procedure.

                          I am disappointed to know that you have considered moving out of Airtel network.

                          As discussed, National Mobile Number Portability (NMNP) allows you to retain your mobile number in any part of the country even when you change your state or operator.

                          Port out steps are stated below for your reference.

                          1. Generate Unique Porting code (UPC) by sending an SMS PORT<Mobile no>to 1900.

                          E.g: PORT 9810XXXXXX to 1900.

                          You will receive an auto message from 1901 giving you an 8 digit alpha numeric unique porting code. UPC is valid for 15 days from the date of generation.

                          2. Once UPC is obtained, you will have to approach the service provider of visiting circle to whom you want to port in to and fill the application form with relevant documents.

                          3. Port Out will be completed within 7 working days. During this period, you will not be able to use the services for 4 hours in the night (from 10 PM to 5 AM) and the same will be communicated to you via SMS.

                          Request you to note,

                          1. The connection should be more than 90 days old with the existing operator.

                          2. There should no outstanding amount payable. Please dial *121# to know your outstanding amount payable.

                          3. There should be no pending cases/complaints/case in court with regards to your number.

                          4. The number should not be under contractual obligation with existing operator e.g. company owned company paid accounts.

                          5. For a number consolidated under myPlan Family, you will have to first deconsolidate the number. Post deconsolidation, the benefits of myPlan Family will not be applicable.

                          6. There should not be any ownership transfer request in process for the said number.

                          I am also disappointed with you from changing your words or sentences constantly.

                          As discussed on telephone ([protected]), give me confirmation in writing waiver of my last bill Rs.811.94.

                          I think this is the less waiver amount that what you have unnecessarily charged me from my add on number to primary number.

                          I will be happy to be discontinue with false committed mobile services to move forward to best mobile services.

                          Just spoke to your Executive on[protected], she has agreed to waive my last bill Rs, 811.094 and offered me a new plan Rs. 299/- including 1020 including local and STD calls plus 20 GB mobile data free and free unlimited family calls between my primary no ([protected]) and add on no.[protected] and agreed to same to confirm me on mail.

                          Same I have got waiver of Rs. 811.94 by SMS and monthly plan but I have not received any CONFIRMATION MAIL about the same.

                          Again, I would like to know what are the charges from 26th Jan 2018 to 5th Feb 2018, the period of the conversation regarding dispute.

                          I just called to 121, one of your executive told me that instead of Rs. 399/- rental of 30 days, you will be charged only Rs. 133/- for these 10 days.

                          Kindly give me confirmation for my new bill plan, waiver of last bill and charges for these 10 days of disputed conversation.

                            I port my numbee idea to airtel newly. I pay and recharge my mob number [protected]. With 555 frc.. But airtel neteork is too down ohn my area. Simeone trying to call me number not reachble problm. Internet too slow pack speed 4 g but i use only bad internet speed. Outgoing call tooo much problem is that when i trying to call 15 second lgte hai ring jaane ko.. But jyada baar aisa hota hai ring ki avaaz e nhi jaati.. Dunia ka no. One network to aise bol dete hai.. Helpline pay call kiya koi resulation nhi.. Incoming. Call problem. Outgoing call problem.. Internet speed problem. Network okroblem.. Plz solve..                               My airtel prepaid number seems to be inactivated today. I have been using this number for more than 5 years. Please reactivate it. I will be back to india next month from usa. Your help on this would be much appreciated.

                              I am using this number for all my banking transactions and provided to other services as well.

                              You have all my documents with you. Please don't ask me to come to your store to activate the number again as i am a non resident indian.

                                Recently i i've switched from jio to airtel expecting better data services, but it didn't happen, even though i use in 4g coverage area, when i use youtube, play store and some streaming apps data services are good and have a speed of 3 to 10 mbps.
                                But while playing online games like war robots, some app, and browsers doesn't get 3g/4g networks it just settle in 2g speeds of 100kbps or low and some times it strick's at 0kbps, usually ian a mobile gamer, i play a lot of online games and i've lost many battles and races by this kind of networks, i'm frustrated about this, and now i realize and feel guilty for switching from jio to airtel, jio has very much better network than airtel with low prices.

                                I hope this issue will be resolved, or else i will have to switch back to jio.

                                  Sir i am a age old customer of your air tell from past 12 to 14 years and i am writing with pain all this i got a message stating that my call and data pack is getting completed so i recharged my cell with rs 448/- on 24th january, 2018 and again i got a message that my pack is getting completed so i recharged my cell with rs 509/- on 25th january 2018, again i got a message and i recharged with rs 509/- on 28th january 2018, please do not send that false messages wee will be busy in some work and tell somebody regarding that and they will do that work please try to avoid such type of mistakes such that the customers will be loosing hope on your company. One more thing is that today around 6.54 pm i called to [protected] for a period of 8 minutes and they have deducted around rs 8/- i contacted customer care regarding this they told that u have called to land line it is not landline number it is air tel number and they are telling that there is no record regarding your balance deduction so i kept quite and again i contacted [protected] for a period of 2 minutes 46 seconds the same thing happened and when i contacted them,, the same reply in the third case i contacted [protected] for a period of 1 minute and 54 seconds an amount of 57 paise or some thing got cut from my balance when i contacted they same reply i and they disconnected my phone please try to rectify my problem u think it is very small issue from ur side but it is very difficult to bare such a things from our end please try to understand and rectify the problem very urgently and do needful at the earliest possible. Hoping an early reply.

                                    The network is worst, with its coverage. The complaint given regarding same in 2016 still not resolved. Everytime to use the data need to be out in open space or road from inside the office premises as neither my customer nor anybody can hear anything, and frequently call drops. Stop fooling customers. Need compensation for the loss due to it. The audacity of the company employees is too much where they even can't escalate the same issue directly to the network team. There is not resolution for the error. To use there service we need to be always out on road, if by chance you are at home or in side office your mobile is equivalent to a trash. I ask for stern action against this company and a compensation of my loss of ₹20lakhs as revenue. Who would provide me this loss.

                                      When I recharge rs.25 in my airtel account within some minute I received a messege that my airtel GAMEPIND service has been renewed and I have been charged rs.25 rupee.I called customer care but they said I am not gonna get any refund.They didn't even inform me about any renewal of this service.The customer service executive said the he can only deactivate the service.I told them it has been renewed but the don't listen to me and just blobbing some sorry and cut the phone.I want my rs.25 back, thats all
