wrong information in airtel app & airtel customer care executive

After recharging (15.11.2017) with airtel prepaid 399/- with e-recharge, airtel app shown the validity 84 days but 20.01.2018 (67 days) at noon call facility is over, how is it possible???

I have loaded money into my airtel money wallet. But when i am trying to use that money for bill payment, it is saying debit from this account has been disabled. Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 76 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

slow network when I use internet service
