I have a mobile no [protected] which i recharged on 16/11/17 for an amount of rs448/- through internet banking. On seeing the transaction not materialising immediately, i opted for doing it again. To my surprise both my amounts of rs448/- debited and credited with airtel. I have received the talktime offer for only one rc and on 25/1/18 it was ceased. When i tried the call centre they have confirmed that i will get only on offer and the second amount is lapsed. And i will not get anything out of it. When i escalated the call, they asked me accept that it is my mistake of doing it twice, and if requested only they could extend rs200/- worth of talk time that too on mercy. I got no option but to request and take the talktime of rs 200/-.

This really hurted my feelings as they asked me to request then only they will extend that talktime. That too as if have commited a great mistake of doing so.

    Dear airtel team,

    I am unable to receive incoming calls on my airtel number since 2 weeks. First i thought it will be my mobile issue as because of trust on airtel number and my loyalty towards airtel.

    I have changed my sim port and mobile but issue still persists.

    I have missed my many important calls, complaint on customer care but they don't care.

    Please resolve on priority. I have provided my alternate number as you can't on my airtel number.

    I have taken new SIM as suggested by customer care but there is no resolution. Its been 17 days since I am facing this issue and no one from Airtel is able to resolved this. Its time to do the MNP then. Thank you Airtel for providing such a pathetic service, I hope I see the end of Airtel very soon, courtesy JIO.

      I am using airtel prepaid number:
      [protected].

      For the number [protected], rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance, causing considerable inconvenience.

      For the number [protected], on feb05, rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. Again, this was done even though roaming was turned off and data was turned off.

      Please refund the money and i request in the strongest terms to not do this again. I request you to tell me how to prevent this from happening. This is unacceptable.

        Airtel — not able to use main balance for 448 plan recharge
        My number: [protected]


        Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 448 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I hve balance of rs448. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 448 and cant be activated with mobile balance. But why shld i spend money when i hve balance in my mobile.
        Airtel is now customer friendly.
        I think it's better to change service... I am totally upset...

            Hi, gamepind service activated on my mobile without my knowlegde. Rs90 charged in last months bill and when asked customer care exec, they do not have any clue. I keep getting messages that from airtel and rs30 is charged everytime.
            This is a service that i’m not even aware exists but being billed and having to pay for it.
            Please fix this and reimburse the amount. Also ensure that this doesn’t happen in future.

                This is regarding my sim activation. I was on travel abroad when my sim with international roaming plan stopped service. I came back to india and visited nearby airtel office to check the issue. They issued me a new sim saying my original one is damaged and new one will activate in 4 hours. After 5 hours i got to know that the new sim 20 digit number was wrongly fed in system and thus the sim is not activated. Office staff again issued me new sim and said this one will be activated in 4 hours after an heated argument. Also receive sim update request via email but now it's been more than 24 hours issuing the second sim and still it is not activated. Even customer care didn't provide help or the escalation email to 121 did not have any impact. I have lost my credit card and other valuables while i was in us and this number is linked with all my cards. I have to use this airtel number to contact to block my cards and inform insurance folks about. Am in such a critical situation and the service these people provided me is excellent. Worse staffs and service. Really don't know what to do or whom to contact for this irresponsible behavior of airtel company and staff.

                  Most of time "all line are busy" and call drop and connecting to a call also take time and sometime just does not connect.
                  Internet speed worst. 4g just name sake, speed is just 2g.
                  Most part of mumbai is facing same issue after closure of rcom.
                  If paying for 4g plan need proper 4g speed and connecting to all webpage and social sites.

                    I have recharged on 26th jan 2018 with rs. 93/-, in which i got unlimited calls and 1gb data for one month. But on dt.[protected] i got message that my data is valid for[protected]. When i called customer care he told me that your pack data is over and you got this data from airtel tv app. I have windows 3g phone, then how is this possible that i can get data from airtel tv app. I have not used airtel tv even single time. This is very unfair and i am very disappointed with this kind of response from airtel.

                      Have ported my sim from bsnl to aittel. After port i am not getting incoming calls from bsnl network. Also phone is not working during roaming. I have visited twice on customer care. They have changed the sim but again its not working. I called customer where in the senior represemtative keep on telling me everuthing is fine. He said talk to bsnl. Then i said its not even working on roaming to which he said everything is fine sir and disconbected. Request you to resolve the problem else stop taking port request i[censored] guys cant handle or dont know how to handle. I called at customer care of haryana from number [protected] on 4th feb at 5 pm. And the number which i get ported is [protected].

                      Please resolve incoming problem and roaming problem and take action against airtel customer care rep who was unprofessional. As per hkm everytjing is fine and i am mad who has visited customer care twice and have called custoner care many times.

                            I migrated from bsnl to airtel prepaid on 16-may-2016 in maharashtra and from that day i have problem to send sms (Local and national). I also called to customer care above 30 times but they didn't do anything. They always say "we will solve out in 24 or 48 hours"but it has been 2 years. I haven't gotten the solution. Please help me out to get rid of this problem.

                              Dear forum. As one of the customer of airtel dth, i am very much unhappy with their services. I was not able see live match between india and south africa 2nd odi on 4th feb. All sony teens channels are not being broadcasted on the stipulated time. It pops out a message as "athe channel is currently not available from the broadcaster. We regret the inconvenience".

                              Other sony channels are being broadcasted. Only sports channels are restricted. While the same comes in live and can be viewed by sony liv app. So it's a clear misunderstanding between the airtel and sony network. Customer have nothing to do. I paid for the channel as takes a package of all sports channel.

                              So as i was not able to view the live match, i raise my voice against these dth provider. This is not the way. I strongly put a complain as i have committed my time and plans for this match. So who is responsible for my loss. Simply putting a message of regret doesn't solve my concern. I will go to court on same. And company should think to compensate on my list of time and plan.

                              Please suggest and solve the query.

                                From last two days my sim is blocked my mob no is [protected] i had recharged for rs 399 pls look into the matter, my email id is [protected]@gmail. Comsuddenly on 2nd feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                                All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                                I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

                                  I had unused data of around 180 gb (My plan was 649 bucks plus taxes), i called the customer care to inquire plans and came to knew i am getting same benefits under 499 plan, i was already being cheated.
                                  After i requested to change my plan so i would end up paying less for same benefits. All of a sudden i lost my previous data for which literally i paid a hefty 800 a month.

                                  I want my data back or wavier in my next bills. I am not gonna pay my bills until i get a clarification and settlement.

                                      Internet speed of 4g on airtel is terribly slow. I recently upgraded from a 3g sim to a 4g sim. The speed offered by the 3g speed was satisfying. I hence decided to stick with airtel although jio offers larger data packs at cheaper prices. I am however gutted at the ridiculously slow speed that the airtel 4g network is offering. I did a speed test yesterday at around 11pm and would you believe my download speed was 2.2mbps 😠

                                        Hi i started process to port my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and then got regular calls (10 call in a day from airtel side and hence decided not to go with this unprofessional company. From last few days getting calls in local languauage stating you wont be able to work with vodafone also. They threat me on phone which is very immature behavior from airtel side. Really want to take legal action against air tel and his partner who called me at 1053 am (Today — sunday — 04th feb) from number [protected]. They actually forced me to switch to airtel from vodafone or else i wont be able to continue with any of network :- (
