I have done a wrong recharge of rs 448 on my airtel number using my airtel app instead of my father's airtel number. I was trying to contact the customer care but i think they blocked my number. I then contacted them from another airtel number of my mother. They are not shifting the recharge.

Performed the online recharge of 448 through airtel web site on 30th dec 2017 from hdfc bank
The amount got deducted from the account however i received the message as recharge failed.

I have loaded money into my airtel money wallet. But when i am trying to use that money for bill payment, it is saying debit from this account has been disabled. When i called customer care they are telling that i have to send the photocopy of my pan card and aadhar card and they then they will allow me to use that money. Very slow internet service, subscribed for 4g and having an access for h, h+, e, type internet facility. Several times i have complained. Now i am in bangalore which is an international city.
