Dear Sir/Mam,

I have prepaid connection of Airtel and my cell no. is [protected] in the month of January 09 there was a scheme of 100 National messages free by recharge of Rs 26/-.

So I got recharged my mumber also in above scheme. When i started to send national sms, I found that Airtel had charged Rs. 1.50/- per sms.
I also had sms scheme 360 local sms by rechage of Rs. 36/-. But airtel has charged...

Lost Mobile

I have a prepaid connection with Airtel (bearing no. [protected]). I have been trying to register the complaint to de-activate my SIM Card IMMEDIATELY. Plan offered but not activated

Airtel Broadband customer care has behaved really weird this time, it started with a call from a super charged customer rep eager to offer me some exclusive BB plan, Explorer 1099, which offered 384 Kbps day time and Night 1 Mbps Unlimited browsing, i got even a mail from that customer rep, with plan details, the ordeal then began with different customer care people calling me from Mumbai and Bhopal

Unsubscribe Fusion Lounge

Sir, my Mobile NO is - [protected]. The service of Fusion Lounge is activited by mistake at the month of May 09 but after some days i massage to you for deactivate this service but this service is not stoped by you till now. so my 15/- Rs is charged every week. if you will not unsubscribe this service then i will take a juditial action through Consumer Court. therefore please deactivate this service immidately.

regarding to false internet bill

this complaint is regarding to the false airtel internet bill... m using airtel usb modem 4m past six months 4m now... it's a postpaid connection which is under plan of rs1000/month, unlimited free... but after initial month, bill is not stable... it increased to rs2800 in the month of march, rs1400 in may and now rs1600 in june...
i've so many times called and logde the complain regarding to this problem to the airtel customer...

deactivation of pre paid number 9973381606 PATNA

Dear sir,
I purchased a simcard from muzaffarpur on 25.06.09 which was activated after few hours after varification of documents required by them and submitted by me. but on 14.07.09 it was suddenly deactivated stating that documents are not proper. whether mobile can be activated without proper verification of documents and can be deactivated after a gap of 20 days. no information is provided aboubt the defficiency in the documents....

Coin Box not working and not getting repaired

I’m Basheer from Ayiroor, Varkala in Trivandrum at Kerala, doing business. Cheating & levying extra charges

Respected sir,
I activated Airtel's unlimited internet plan by payin 800/ month rental on 15th of july. I was earlierly using 99/ month plan in which i was getting monthly 50 mb free for surfing and downloading. After being setisfied with their speed i called customer care to shift me on monthly unlimited plan for which they gave me *567# no on which i cann call & activated the service. I activated the service the same way...

Balance Cheating

I had been using airtel prepaid for 2 years.but from the last 2 months i received the message like
"Thank you for subscribing to Spicy jokes pack. your have been charged rs 30 for 31 days. To unsubscribe Dial[protected]Toll free)"
without my subscription my balance was deducted 30 rs for every month. Similarly my balance was reduced by different subscription. Eventhough I unsubscribed by[protected] number, still deduction...

SMTP Port 25 is getting blocked by Airtel!

Hi All,

Today on 17 July 2009, airtel broadband service provider is blocking the SMTP ( Port 25 ) for sending email thorugh web browsers.

Kindly check, if you face this issue then you should raise complaint regarding this to Airtel.

For non technical users SMTP Port 25 is the default port for sending email from Outlook or other applications.

Airtel signal dropping and bad response of Mr Kunal Jindal at Pune office

We are disturbed to note that the response of Mr Kunal Jindal of Airtel - [protected] against our complaint of signal dropping 80% of calls, is extremely poor. The boss seems to be out of reach of Ms Prachi and Ms Tejeswani. I do not understand why suc persons have been employed in your company. They are not ready to share the contact no of the person responsible for Pune. We would like to terminate all connections if ths continues.
