They Shipped Wrong Product, Still charged money

I ordered an agriculture-related product from [] with Order No: CIQC[protected] for an amount of ₹600, with payment mode as Cash on Delivery. On [18/12/2025] at around [12.20 PM], the delivery person came to our address with a packet.

The following shipment was about to deliver yesterday and delivery person called me last evening i was logged out from office and i asked him to hand over to security person but this delivery guy asked me OTP i gave him OTP and same time security person was in 3rd floor till the security person came down this person escaped .

The product is a scam product as the description is something else and the product inside the packaging is something else. There's no name of the company from where this product has come
