Refund Amount not credited

Tickets with below PNR No# cancelled on 05-Nov.Got a mail from IRCTC that amount cant be transferred to bank due to TECHNICAL ISSUE. Please submit NEFT detail on equery portal. I submitted the NEFT detail with cancelled cheque screenshot on 15-Nov but yet amount has not been credited to my account.

Feedback Regarding Lack of Bedrolls and Poor Service in Coach

Dear Indian Railways Team,

I would like to bring to your attention some issues I faced during my recent train journey.

1. No blanket or bedsheet was provided even though passengers expect proper bedroll service, especially on overnight journeys. This caused inconvenience and discomfort.

2. The staff placed a bundle of bedsheets right next to my seat, which not only occupied my space but also disturbed...

Ticket cancellation refund has not been done yet

I have cancelled my ticket for the train "kriya yoga express" on 18th September, it was said that the refund will arrive within next 3 days, but it hasn't arrived yet in my bank account...

Overpricing

The vendors at the railway station always charge higher than the MRP, and it has been in every railway station I have travelled. Most vendors fabricate the MRP tag so they could sell in higher rates. When asked about why they do so, they say that they have to give the commission to the contractor who has got the tender and some amount also goes to the corporation....

Regarding refund

I have tried to book a tatkal ticket from Jodhpur to Bangalore in this process money has been deducted from my account by ticket not confirmed when I requested for refund they initiated one refund but I have tried twice and there are two succesful transaction so i request you to look in to the matter and resolve it...

I bought new sim card just 5 or 6 days back and this is the first time I am trying to register myself on IRCTC with this number. Ripoff

I have try to deposit amount to IRCTC wallet but the money was debited from account but it was not reflected in my IRCTC wallet.

I booked a Tatkal ticket on 10 August 2025 for train 12401 / KOTA DDN AC Express from Delhi (Hazrat Nizamuddin) to Dehradun when 2–3 seats were shown as available. After payment, my ticket showed TQWL, though availability still showed seats. This indicates a technical glitch, forcing me to cancel the ticket. ₹175 was deducted from my refund despite the fault being on your side.

Kindly process a full refund and acknowledge this complaint.

    Spoiled food supplied

    Dear IRCTC Customer Care,
    I travelled from Chennai to Salem on 30th July and had pre-booked vegetarian food through your catering service. The meal served included idly and vada.
    Unfortunately, both items were of extremely poor quality:
    The vada was spoiled, had a foul smell, and tasted rotten. I felt nauseated after just one bite.
    The idly was hard and inedible, seemingly made from old batter or previously cooked...

    Request for Refund for untravelled Ticket

    I Have booked a return Journey from Chennai to Coimbatore on 13.07.2025 in Train no: 12695 vide PNR [protected]. I am aged 76 yrs and my co-passenger is 73 yrs.
    Due to fire near Arokonam in Chennai Coimbatore route most of the train are cancelled or delayed start.
    This train no: 12695 scheduled to start at 15.20, started from Chennai @21.03 hrs.

    IRCTC eWallet transaction failed even transaction successful from Bank

    Address: Indrayani Nagar, Pune

    Rs 3400 was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet with Transaction ID [protected] on 26th June 2025. This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC ewallet deposit History but amount deducted from my SBI account.     I am A Puja Rao, Not able to create IRCTC account.
