Recently i went to a ccd outlet at medica hospital, ranchi. They asked ₹50 for a bottle of water. Although i didn't look at the mrp but i am pretty sure it won't be that much as i had previously bought same for ₹20 a few year back. Even if the price would have increased it wouldn't be that much. Please look into it and take strict action against such vendors....

i want to tell you that i have ordered milk frother from caffeecoffee day website on 29 February, 2020 PO number CCD[protected]CUSTOMER [protected]) and i have received the product on 9 march2020 but i have
received it damaged, i am attaching the pictures of damaged product with this mail, i want to replace this product, as soon as possible, please look into this matter.

Today[protected] @ 7.30 pm visited ccd outlet, damodar villa, kothrud, pune. And ordered combo of mischief coffee + cheese chilli toast @ rs. 238/- + gst and chocolate - joie for rs. 120/-. The expected bill amount was expected to be rs. 238+5% = 249.9 + rs. 120, totaling to rs. 369.9

I was told to pay rs. 410/-. I raised overcharging issue on the counter but to no use. The shop did not give an invoice to me even after requesting...

I dono why only CCD Marathahalli branch is serving with non higenic sugar for a coffee worth of 250rs. I think after death of CCD CEO, no one is capable of handle the chain business despite store employees. if any new CEO takes the charge please take the action if not CCD will be in the hands of the stores incharge. It's not my anger it's my humble request......

Today on visiting a ccd store in mohali (Detailed location: near hp petrol bunk & khalsa college, phase 3 a, sector 53, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, chandigarh 160055), we ordered a latte coffee of 158 and a super snacker combo of 210. The employee made a bill of 436 (Charging an extra amount of 72 for a chocolate syrup on top without giving any knowledge about it). Now on asking a bill she said that it is misprinted. This is to inform you that i'm regular customer to btm ccd. I could see some variations in items price and they are not keeping tissues anywhere. Even in washroom i'm not finding any tissues when i ask chaitra she is telling that she ordered but not getting the items. But the truth is they have hidden the tissues in cupboard and not giving for usage. I don't know what is the reason for not using it.

Then i was give a hand written bill i have that bill with me... I'm very disappointed... It's very bad... If i don't get a proper reply... I would upload the bill on social mediai would i go to consumer court with this... Because i didn't get a computerised bill...

I and my friend visited cafe coffee day (Ccd) at sco 143, sector 28-d, chandigarh on 19th november, 2019 at around 6.15 pm. We purchased items for rs. 631/- and i paid in cash for the same. But i was not provided bill for the same. When i insisted, the lady at the counter said that she was unable to generate the bill and that i could have another another bill of some other customer left behind for similar amount or a handwritten bill, which...

This is the 3rd time happened due to indus machine when ever the service person comes on the machine all the ac's got short circuit and now all the ac are not working each time we have to spend[protected] bugs to the technician ac mechanics and each time we have changed mcb switch from the metre. I request the cafe coffee day to release the amount of 40000 rs as compensation and take your machine back....

Today we bought 4 pc's of rich cocoa fantasy pastries with rs 552. Those were not at all fresh. They were hard and dry. With so much money only 4pcs of pastries just too expensive and we ate the stale one.
We bought this from cafe coffee day 6th cross, bel road, bangalore (Adjacent to karnataka's cm yadurppa's house).

At that time i got a call from ccd & nothing happend after that. My issue is still pending nobody is responding from ccd.

I'm a regular in ur ccd branch madhyamgram badamtala, kolkata -129, i smoke as i'm a chain smoker and so i don't sit inside while i order cofeee at ur smoking zone whenever i come. But today while i switch on the fan the employee bharathi comes hurriedly and insult me and warn me to stop the fan and sit inside.. I never find this kinda of arrogant behaviour from any staff of ccd ever across india. She is saying there is a huge consumption...
