I purchased ccd coffee machine on 19th nov 2019 and it's in warranty. I written mail to ccd on 19th august as while making coffee, water was coming from base of orion machine. After multiple follow-up orion machine docket number 14930 created on 02nd sept for pickup of machine. I am still waiting but no pickup arrangement done. Meanwhile i reminded ccd many times with my e-mail that please arrange pickup but they are not replying my mail.
Please resolve it.

This complaint is regarding the refund which did not take place in the last 72hours.
The order at the ccd cafe was placed through the app and was cancelled by the concerned ccd employee due to unavailable items.

The payment was made through phonepe

I have returned the rental coffee machine to ccd authorized distributor "maa agency salem" with complete accessories in febraury (17/02/20) month since i had to shut down my cafe business due to some personal reasons.

Coffee day is suppose to refund the security deposit of rs.25000/-, am continuously following up with concern sales in-charge regularly but nothing happened till now

Its been six months now, coffee day team is just giving excuses every time with unacceptable reasons. I have waited enough & decided to raise this issue in this forum.

Also they have deducted a sum of 8500 rupees in the total refund as they claim it as rent that i have not paid for machine even its unused for more than 5 months by me but i agreed to deduct the sum amount of 8500 rps even though i suffered heavy loss and distributor agreed to pay a refund of 16500 in telephonic conversation.

Then he excused lot of reasons to refund my amount and payed only 6500 and remaining 10000 is unpaid by him still when i reach out distributor he is not responding still and company executive is giving excuses...

Please review all the above provided information & do the needful

Dear sir/madam, (Ccd senior customer management team)

It is with regret that i raise this complaint on your ccd outlet at rr nagar, bengaluru - just to clarify this is the one where you have fresh bean roasting and retail sales - not the ccd cafe outlet.

I bought two half kilos of freshly ground coffee and a cigarette pack totaling to rs. 731. The lady in-charge asked me to pay through your phonepe card machine - and i scanned the qr code from my bhim app - which confirmed payment and debit from my account right in front of her - but your machine didn't provide the receipt.

She then called me later in the night and pleaded that i had to pay again as otherwise she can't close the transaction books for the day - i obliged and paid again and asked her to resolve the other payment.

Despite several follow-ups, including one more visit to the outlet, all i received were dodgy answers. On the second visit, there was some technician from phonepe who asked me to show the transaction and was audacious enough to tell me the transaction was not on 'their' system - i quietly told him, check the details after which he fell silent.

Again, on the second visit, i purchased a pack of cigarettes - 'both' card swipes failed saying transaction-invalid - just a moment earlier, i had successfully paid through one of the cards in another outlet right opposite the ccd outlet.

I raised a complaint in the bhim system and received a response that the payment was credited to the merchant account.

I forwarded this after which the lady called me again asking inane questions like did i receive the reversal - i said no and as they weren't able to help, i will write to ccd hq - she said 'go ahead' and cut the call.

This is the pathetic state of affairs. May i request that you take cognizance of this complaint and help me get my refund of the double payment.

Also, outlets such as this sully your good reputation as a coffee chain that has earned customer respect. I suggest you have better qualifying metrics before you allow such outlets to be opened as otherwise you will sooner than later end up getting a dent on your business.

Recently i went to a ccd outlet at medica hospital, ranchi. They asked ₹50 for a bottle of water. Although i didn't look at the mrp but i am pretty sure it won't be that much as i had previously bought same for ₹20 a few year back. Even if the price would have increased it wouldn't be that much. Please look into it and take strict action against such vendors.

received it damaged, i am attaching the pictures of damaged product with this mail, i want to replace this product, as soon as possible, please look into this matter.

But caffeecoffeeday customers care not refund my money lot of time waste but no solution provide he say that that is your fault.

Today[protected] @ 7.30 pm visited ccd outlet, damodar villa, kothrud, pune. And ordered combo of mischief coffee + cheese chilli toast @ rs. 238/- + gst and chocolate - joie for rs. 120/-. The expected bill amount was expected to be rs. 238+5% = 249.9 + rs. 120, totaling to rs. 369.9

I was told to pay rs. 410/-. I raised overcharging issue on the counter but to no use. The shop did not give an invoice to me even after requesting several times. Further, i called your toll free number, received number of store managers, called the manager (Mr. Kiran), got a callback from mr. Pranav who said that he shall call back in 5 minutes, but no call back received.

The chocolate purchased was really in bad shape, photos attached for your reference.

I dono why only CCD Marathahalli branch is serving with non higenic sugar for a coffee worth of 250rs. I think after death of CCD CEO, no one is capable of handle the chain business despite store employees. if any new CEO takes the charge please take the action if not CCD will be in the hands of the stores incharge. It's not my anger it's my humble request...

Today on visiting a ccd store in mohali (Detailed location: near hp petrol bunk & khalsa college, phase 3 a, sector 53, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, chandigarh 160055), we ordered a latte coffee of 158 and a super snacker combo of 210. The employee made a bill of 436 (Charging an extra amount of 72 for a chocolate syrup on top without giving any knowledge about it). Now on asking a bill she said that it is misprinted. She could have generated it again by reprinting it but instead she was laughing. So i got a kot with me. Look into the matter as the board on the counter stated a refund on not getting a proper bill.

This is to inform you that i'm regular customer to btm ccd. I could see some variations in items price and they are not keeping tissues anywhere. Even in washroom i'm not finding any tissues when i ask chaitra she is telling that she ordered but not getting the items. But the truth is they have hidden the tissues in cupboard and not giving for usage. I don't know what is the reason for not using it.
Also they are asking to transfer funds through gpay or cash. The bills are not proper they are charging more.

Kindly take proper action before the reputation of ccd becomes worst.

Was charged 990 instead of 600 for four items at ccd cunningham road... When i insisted on bill one mr. Adil hesitated...
Then i was give a hand written bill i have that bill with me... I'm very disappointed... It's very bad... If i don't get a proper reply... I would upload the bill on social mediai would i go to consumer court with this... Because i didn't get a computerised bill
