    I was an employee of your ccd from[protected] in hyderabad location, store prasad imax.
    I left job in 2016 and in 2017 i applied for the pf withdraw, i submitted the needful document as per the instructions from mr. Ramakrishna (The account department of ccd in hyderabad). But somehow i did not get any response from the organisation. Hereby i request to the management to do needful to process my pf amount to credit in my desired bank account.

      Dear sir/madam, (Ccd senior customer management team)

      It is with regret that i raise this complaint on your ccd outlet at rr nagar, bengaluru - just to clarify this is the one where you have fresh bean roasting and retail sales - not the ccd cafe outlet.

      I bought two half kilos of freshly ground coffee and a cigarette pack totaling to rs. 731. The lady in-charge asked me to pay through your phonepe card machine - and i scanned the qr code from my bhim app - which confirmed payment and debit from my account right in front of her - but your machine didn't provide the receipt.

      She then called me later in the night and pleaded that i had to pay again as otherwise she can't close the transaction books for the day - i obliged and paid again and asked her to resolve the other payment.

      Despite several follow-ups, including one more visit to the outlet, all i received were dodgy answers. On the second visit, there was some technician from phonepe who asked me to show the transaction and was audacious enough to tell me the transaction was not on 'their' system - i quietly told him, check the details after which he fell silent.

      Again, on the second visit, i purchased a pack of cigarettes - 'both' card swipes failed saying transaction-invalid - just a moment earlier, i had successfully paid through one of the cards in another outlet right opposite the ccd outlet.

      I raised a complaint in the bhim system and received a response that the payment was credited to the merchant account.

      I forwarded this after which the lady called me again asking inane questions like did i receive the reversal - i said no and as they weren't able to help, i will write to ccd hq - she said 'go ahead' and cut the call.

      This is the pathetic state of affairs. May i request that you take cognizance of this complaint and help me get my refund of the double payment.

      Also, outlets such as this sully your good reputation as a coffee chain that has earned customer respect. I suggest you have better qualifying metrics before you allow such outlets to be opened as otherwise you will sooner than later end up getting a dent on your business.

            Recently i went to a ccd outlet at medica hospital, ranchi. They asked ₹50 for a bottle of water. Although i didn't look at the mrp but i am pretty sure it won't be that much as i had previously bought same for ₹20 a few year back. Even if the price would have increased it wouldn't be that much. Please look into it and take strict action against such vendors.

                Today[protected] @ 7.30 pm visited ccd outlet, damodar villa, kothrud, pune. And ordered combo of mischief coffee + cheese chilli toast @ rs. 238/- + gst and chocolate - joie for rs. 120/-. The expected bill amount was expected to be rs. 238+5% = 249.9 + rs. 120, totaling to rs. 369.9

                I was told to pay rs. 410/-. I raised overcharging issue on the counter but to no use. The shop did not give an invoice to me even after requesting several times. Further, i called your toll free number, received number of store managers, called the manager (Mr. Kiran), got a callback from mr. Pranav who said that he shall call back in 5 minutes, but no call back received.

                The chocolate purchased was really in bad shape, photos attached for your reference.

I think after death of CCD CEO, no one is capable of handle the chain business despite store employees. if any new CEO takes the charge please take the action if not CCD will be in the hands of the stores incharge.                     At nsp CCD 1employee Nisha asked us very rudely to leave the place wen we complained against the garlic bread&cold coffee.., she told she want to serve only her few customers who give her outside perks ...so we must leavve this place if we hv soo much problem.
                    Found a plastic paper in cafe frappe while drinking. This happened on 14th feb, 2020 at 12.30 pm at DLF cyber hub outlet in Gurgaon. This is totally unacceptable

                      Today on visiting a ccd store in mohali (Detailed location: near hp petrol bunk & khalsa college, phase 3 a, sector 53, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, chandigarh 160055), we ordered a latte coffee of 158 and a super snacker combo of 210. The employee made a bill of 436 (Charging an extra amount of 72 for a chocolate syrup on top without giving any knowledge about it). Now on asking a bill she said that it is misprinted. She could have generated it again by reprinting it but instead she was laughing. So i got a kot with me. Look into the matter as the board on the counter stated a refund on not getting a proper bill.

                        This is to inform you that i'm regular customer to btm ccd. I could see some variations in items price and they are not keeping tissues anywhere. Even in washroom i'm not finding any tissues when i ask chaitra she is telling that she ordered but not getting the items. But the truth is they have hidden the tissues in cupboard and not giving for usage. I don't know what is the reason for not using it.
                        Also they are asking to transfer funds through gpay or cash. The bills are not proper they are charging more.

                        Kindly take proper action before the reputation of ccd becomes worst.

                            Then i was give a hand written bill i have that bill with me... I'm very disappointed... It's very bad... If i don't get a proper reply... I would upload the bill on social mediai would i go to consumer court with this... Because i didn't get a computerised bill

                                I and my friend visited cafe coffee day (Ccd) at sco 143, sector 28-d, chandigarh on 19th november, 2019 at around 6.15 pm. We purchased items for rs. 631/- and i paid in cash for the same. But i was not provided bill for the same. When i insisted, the lady at the counter said that she was unable to generate the bill and that i could have another another bill of some other customer left behind for similar amount or a handwritten bill, which i refused because these are dis-honest practices and not ethical on her part. The items purchased by me included one garlic bread sandwich with cheese, one spinach-corn sandwich and two cappuccino coffees. I registered my complaint with ccd customer-care on phone the same evening on 19th nov'2019 and the complaint ticket number provide to me is 196833. I condemn such dis-honest practices at ccd and request full refund or a credit voucher for an equal amount viz. Rs. 631/- at the earliest.

                                      Respected sir/madam
                                      This is regarding my online order dated 13th august 2019 on shop. Cafecoffeeday.com.
                                      I have already submitted my complaint 2 times on this forum.
                                      1. Dated 10th september 2019
                                      2. Dated 2nd october 2019
                                      The email provided in reply of ccd team is invalid "[protected]@cafecoffeeday.com".
                                      I have already given my phone number [protected] in my complaint. But ccd team is not contacting to resolve the issue.
                                      I have also send email 3-4 times on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but they do not reply on that email.
                                      I have called them 2-3 times on [protected] but their reply is not reliable. They told me that there is some production issue and i'll get my product by 10th of september. On 10th september i raised a complaint at this consumer complaint forum & received a call assuring me that i'll get it very soon. On 24th september i called again to know the status of my order mr. Rajendra told me that there is a production issue & if i want to cancel my order & want to get refund he'll take my request & assured me that i'll get refund within 5-7 days. Now it has been more than 11 days, i neither got product nor got refund. The coffee machine worth rs 6500/- (Approx) is waste without these capsules.
                                      Kindly arrange refund for the capsules ordered dated[protected] & machine also as this machine worth rs 6500 (Approx) is totally waste without these capsules.

                                      Please help me to resolve this issue.
                                      Waiting for your right action against twice ignorance of your notification.
                                      I hope that i'll get a positive and quick solution at this consumer complaint forum.

                                        Address: CAFE COFFEE DAY,6th cross,BEL ROAD,BANGALORE, 560094

                                        Today we bought 4 pc's of rich cocoa fantasy pastries with rs 552. Those were not at all fresh. They were hard and dry. With so much money only 4pcs of pastries just too expensive and we ate the stale one.
                                        We bought this from cafe coffee day 6th cross, bel road, bangalore (Adjacent to karnataka's cm yadurppa's house).
                                        Please take action.
