I have ordered a cool blue mojito and classic cold coffee but i didnot receive the bill. I was told i will get the bill at the end but i didnot get the bill even then. I saw a board that states i will get back my cash paid. So i request you to refund the amount i paid.

Cafe coffee day is redefining the heights of pathetic service. I placed an online order for coffee and coffee maker on 14 March. Till date it has not been delivered. Pathetic customer care - you got to be lucky to get your call answered.. And if answered the response gives you a feeling of why you called.

The response I get is out of stock. I am alunabke to understand why they sell something if it's not in stock....

Ordered an expresso maker on apr 11, 2019. Called 3 times, 13th apr, 16th apr and 19th apr and everytime was told that "the order will be shipped today". The attendants in ccb brookfield near aecs layout bangalore is a matter of concern especially from shift between 5pm to 3 am.
