We have been denied of service of noodles and rice and have been made to wait for over 20 minutes just to off all the lights in the premise and said that " we are closed". Id really appreciate if action is taken. We werent ask apologies for us waiting and we were INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE the premise. Attitude by the staff at 12.00am shift. Ccd is a great franchise. I hope this complaint is sufficient to take action.

I had ordered Paneer tandoori sandwich with cheese and was charged 312 rupees. I was not given bill. I Had to ask them for bill. The cost of the sandwich was around 207 in menu and even online it costs around the same. The combo of sandwich and coffee as around 330. When i asked why was that much of diferrence. Was informed since i had ordered with cheese that much amt was charged. There was something wrong. The person on bill contour was hesitating from giving bill and only when the manager said to give the bill did he obey. There was something that the manager and contour person. I just want to know why was i charged so much.

We have ordered cold coffee but they said they given us Dark Frappe. But, we didn't have the information about it.
Also, they made an excuse for that, they are not selling cold coffee because from last 6 months CCD is not providing the coffee powder for cold coffee.
When we asked for the bill, the manager said that, if you want to claim the bill, we can provide you with high amount than your bill. We said no, so they gave us hand written bill and said that the paper for bill printing is out of stock, but they gave us the computerized receipt but not computerized bills.
They fraud the customers with high bills without giving any information about what they are serving and made the false bills by hand.
In the lasy, they send one of their female worker to us for selling their products like coffee beans, espresso maker, etc for compensating the high amount of bill.

I have ordered at the counter in the evening of 1-6-19, saturday.
The bill was for the amount of rupees 521\- and i gave the cashier my debit card which swiped on the pos and told it didn't work however, the money was already deducted. Further i had money deducted due to insufficient balance for 2 times after that!!. He then collected cash from me. When i later confronted him about that showing the proof of money being deducted, he was rude and told company will refund it and it is not his issue.

Me and my wife was went to ccd at coimbatore rspuram outlet on 1.06.2019. I ordered some your products and ate. That time our cafe staf[censored]s manager mr. Niraml was misbehave at your cafe lady staff. He was touching that lady staff and try to some sexual activities and supply time touch with wife. So please kindly action that person nirmal

I have ordered a cool blue mojito and classic cold coffee but i didnot receive the bill. I was told i will get the bill at the end but i didnot get the bill even then. I saw a board that states i will get back my cash paid. So i request you to refund the amount i paid.

I also request you to maintain minimum requirements like bill generation and minimum courtesy to customers.

Today morning on 30th may 2019 at 11:06 am, ordered a cafe frappe from ccd express at chandigarh international airport (Gstno-03aflpk2339c1zw).
Firstly i was not provided any bill for my purchase and same was given only after i demanded one.
Instead of giving me cafe frappe, i was handed a cold choco which tasted horrible and was overpriced.
On calling customer care, one mr. Javed gave me a very lame excuse saying they don't entertain the complaint because it is a small franchisee.
If ccd themselves claim that they can't entertain customer complaints then why have a customer service department at all.

We live in tirupati and visit this store from time to time. Store hours are not displayed when asked, were informed that it is open 24/7. However, during recent visit, we were abruptly requested to leave at 2am due to reason that police are making rounds and pressed for store hours, we didn’t get a clear answer. Please help display store hours (Temporary or usual) upfront to prevent such situations were we are not given time to consume the food served, and with no advance notice.

The same visit, another issue we came across is that there were no condiments like ketchup etc and while we’re informed of this while ordering, it is sad if it repeats twice at the same store and most likely drive away customers and revenue for cafe coffee day.

Hope you are able to work with store manager and staff to make the visit to this store a pleasure than a pain for customers.

This mail is regarding the inconvenience faced to regular and permanent customers at your outlet in shanti niketan, delhi -110021.
I would like to bring to your notice that despite regular complaints to the manager of outlet the cooling fans are not being set up in the outdoor seating area. There is 1 cooler which is totally broken, the swing mode doesn't work, throws air in only one direction and due to this only 1 table gets to relax in this rising temperatures in delhi.
Other customers feel discriminated and fight for the table which gets the air from cooler because the leg of the cooler is broken it cannot be shifted from one to another.
There are 8 tables distributed and only 1 table gets to enjoy.
Other than cooler, there is a fan, which broke and it falls on customers if they try to change its directions which is very unsafe for customers.
It is high time that the management deploys staff to set up new coolers and fans.
Also, from this ccd, there is a outlet at chanakyapuri, taj ccd, where there is very good establishment of coolers and fans, all fans over there are in very good condition and provide good cooling.
I am disheartened by the fact that despite being a loyal customer to your company i don't get the appropriate services.
Please take necessary actions.

What is GST actually at a restaurant?
Every restaurant charge basically on the whole amount of F&B at the end. But here at #CCD, they are charging 5 % differently on every item and even 5% on the total amount. They are basically making fool us. Everybody is in now a days busy for making us fool. Even the authorized person is not looking for it too. I have called their customer service, and there is a lady named, kiran told me - do whtever you want. What is this going on.

Went to ccd friends colony nagpur with ccd corporate coupon having validity till 21/05/2019. They were not ready to accept it, but after some they take the order n than said sir this card is not valid u have to pay full amount and we can't also change the order so u have to pay I paid the amount but thing is when u can't accept this card then y you issued it making fools to people n it was issued by ccd only not any other company.
Worst experience with ccd ever.
Never recommend any body please stop fooling corporates and individuals.

This is anwar from ekta consultant, i was making follow up from last 8-9 month on-wards, regarding my payment but still they are nor responding on call or even though on mail.. Hr frisha kanoon from mumbai vikhroli branch she is not able to work, just cutting the phone, and whenever receiving the call she is in leave.. And already sended 4 th time invoices copy.. But due to her negligence same was misplace..

Yesterday i have been to ccd located in connaught place, block - b. I ordered super saver combo (Classic lemonade and garlic bread) priced rs.295 /-.
Yet as ironic as the name of this combo sound "super saver" i was charged extremely high.. Add on i ordered was cheese for a garlic bread and mint for lemonade.. Now here is the root of my confusion/ concern or shall i say "fishy business" i am charged rs.135 /- for 3 cheeses and rs.142 /- for "rush pom cheery" which i was told is a mint... Now who would charge rs. 142 /- for a mint???
Later i noticed so many complain and feedback regarding the same thing online and from one of my own friend, surprisingly it all happened in cafe coffee day located in the same spot (Ccd, b-block, connaught place)... As a ccd coffee lover, i suggest you to do some fact checking regarding the cafe located in the said address.

Hi i went to kacheguda railway station to pick my parents. As the train was delayed i went to coffee day and spent some time over there. I ordered for veg burger and paid rs208 through card payment. They gave the bill to me. Once i took my food, they said the card payment is didn't turn to be successful and i have to pay it again. But i have received the message from my bank stating the rs208 is deducted from my account. They did connect me to their manager over phone, and i have explained. They said i have to call my bank to rectify this. I was surprised about it. And i am able realise that they are trying to cheat. I left the food and walk away. The money i paid is lost. I would like to have someone intervene on this and they are not doing such cheating for any others.

Hello, iam saiyyda shohiba i left the ccd before 4years ago and i have filled all forms like clearance pf and f&f but till the time iam not getting my pf amount as iam trying to call receptionist always told that hr are busy and i contact mr. Prehlad who is taking care of pf issue after mr. Alok rawat but mr. Prehlad is very rude with the x employee he never respond as i told him sir if possible plz gave me my p[censored]an then i can apply my self but still he is given rudely answer he said come to office for details as before that he ask me my bank details adhar and pan card i have all things send him still he is not doing anything last week i told him sir plz do apply my pf then he said now iam not looking pf h. R is looking pf issues sunedha, shraddha mam iam trying to contact them still receptionist answer they are busy plz do suggest what can i do and how can i contact to them.

Yesterday, around 4 in the afternoon i went to ccd anumandai branch (Pondicherry to chennai ecr). Actually i ordered 3 items (I. E. Devil’s own, cold coffee, cappuccino) and the counter guy told 758 as bill amount and i paid him. Since, i was there with my old family friends and i was not in the intention of enquiring about the bill, we just walked out from the cafe. But later yesterday evng i just noticed that i was not given a bill. What is the possible action that could be taken?

Cafe coffee day is redefining the heights of pathetic service. I placed an online order for coffee and coffee maker on 14 March. Till date it has not been delivered. Pathetic customer care - you got to be lucky to get your call answered.. And if answered the response gives you a feeling of why you called.

The response I get is out of stock. I am alunabke to understand why they sell something if it's not in stock.

Ordered an expresso maker on apr 11, 2019. Called 3 times, 13th apr, 16th apr and 19th apr and everytime was told that "the order will be shipped today". Till date i have not received any update on where my product is even after the payment was done!!! The agents in bangalore customer care are equally unprofessional and lost. Can someone please help me out here.

As we have only once had telephonic conversation, as am a customer rented your company coffee machine for a span of 4 to 5 months through mr yeshas and we have returned back 1.5 months back itself, still i didn't get my deposit amount, your sales person is simply rotating us with useless reasons till yesterday,
Do you know sir, even government amount that too in a mode of loan, people are getting money thro bank that tooo in coalition govt, but your organisation is still keeping the money of the people who have taken your machine for rent and closed a long back and expecting the security amt will be returned today or tomorrow,
Looking smart and handsome by appearance does not matter, it should be thro work also, creating fashion dp on whatsup and other mode of communication works only when work what you are doing smartly without troubling or playing with hard earned money of your customers (Late)

Your person still asking for the documents and giving reason that, one auif=dit is approved another is asking so other documents, its ok as am also working as a senior accountant in mnc co. For a span of 7 to 8 years that too in audit section, though this sentence is not required but the reason is what kind of audit is done, is it the company's mode of work or your persons mode of work nobody can understand,

Even after so long your person has asked the document which is ready from past 3 days, but he is unable to come and collect till date, and he says, after getting the document again it takes 15 days time to get my refund, what # sir... Even the machine was packed and kept for more that 20-25 days and only past 2 days it has been lifted, by this only we can estimate that is the status for my amt...

Do you know that your company people only says that " the company is like that only" may be you tooo, but unfortunately you cant say,

Kindly now itself stop using security deposits amt from various people used to feed your customers and use some other money for it.
