Online banking fraud

Am writing this on behalf of my 64yr old retired mother who lives in Delhi. A few days back she got a call from some person who said he is calling from Canara Bank and that her debit card is deactivated. He mentioned all the information to her regarding our accounts, numbers, address etc which was all correct and she believed it was a genuine call from the bank. He asked for the CVV number at the back of her card and my mom has never done...

      This is to inform you that I am a account holder of canara bank and I am using ATM card of canara bank and my card got expired on 10/14 after that also I have not received the new card after calling customer care and branch than I have received ATM card on 02/12/2014 after 1month but when I was using ATM card at that time the card was showing is unauthorised card after that I content branch incharge he told me sorry sir we have not activated your card we will activate your card within 2 working days but after that also 7days has been past but the card is inactive. Please resolve the issue a I am fade of from canara bank otherwise close my account. Account number[protected] ATM Card number-[protected] Regards.

          I, sarma Parthasarathi, with A/C No.[protected] applied for tds certificate from Murbad Branch of Carnara Bank, Kalyan(w) on[protected] for term deposits.. I have not received Form No. 16A from the branch till today[protected]. TDS is deducted from the account for the assessment year 2013-14.             Want to know that how to reset transaction password online? I contact branch but the net banking is not working in the branch. So, they tell me try on Canarabank.com. But, there is no such option of RESET OR UNLOCK THE TRANSACTION PASSWORD... Please help me out in this it is very urgent...

            my transaction password was locked, i re- set my password and try to do transaction but it shows that transaction password has been locked and contact your admin, when i visited branch they told me to do it self. and i am unable to do transactions from my account. please confirm.

                On 16th November 2014 I'm using my Canara bank debit card in Canara bank ATM. To withdraw amount of Rs.20000. After withdarawl I got teared Currency notes. 3X1000 rupees as Teared notes. Whenever i go to withdrawal in canra bank always problem in their machine. Note: And I was go to canra bank branch they told it was not from our ATM. Bank employees are also FRAUD guy's and Bank also FRAUD. They told we can't replace your currency notes. For transaction details of Rs.20000 3X1000 = 3000 teared 12X1000 = 12000 dirty notes ATM BRANCH (NORTH VELI STREET) CANARA BANK BRANCH (NORTH VELI STREET) Madurai. Please beware of these BANK.
                Yeah. I'm also facing the same problem. This is worst bank. Dont choose this bank.

                  Hi. This is regarding an amount which is yet to be debited to my account On 22/04/2014 i had gone for shopping to Asmita super market(mira road) and swiped my Canara debit card(for Rs 1237) but due to some issue the amount didnt go to the supermarkets account but it was deducted from my account.So i had to pay them in cash After that i submitted an application to Canara bank(Mira bhayander branch)for refund of my money . Since then i had more than dozen rounds to the manager requesting him to get the amount in my account asap.But to no use.The manager gives me thousand reasons and asks me to wait. I have no idea why it is taking such a long time for the bank to give me my money. This is a matter of shame for such a renowned bank to ignore such issues. I m looking forward for a response asap from the Bank and my money as wellIts more than 6mnths and i am still waiting for MY money Ummul [protected]

                      I have an account in canara bank, Singanallur branch. Acc No:[protected], Customer ID: 63952140. My net banking has locked since jan-2014, due to this i don't have a chance to check my transactions. However the problem has resolved two days ago. I have shocked when i check last six month statement. Rs. 1309 has transfer to MYLATHAL P on 30-jul-2014, without my knowledge. Without any intimation how bank can transfer the amount to other account.

                          In response to my application for inter net banking, I recd. in a sealed cover the details of pass word etc. After I changed it to my new passwords for both viewing & operations; I found that in spite of my best efforts I could not open, as every time I got a message stating either Password or My Pan number is invalid.                             I received a SMS from canara bank stating that 12000k debited from my SB account with out my notice. I called canara bank customer care they informed that the compliant has to be given directly in the branch. When i visited branch non of the employees were listening to me & i finally went to meet bank manager he said u have drawn the money from atm. i replied him that i have not drawn any money from my ATM. he said due to some busy work he will register the compliant after 5 days as there was series of holidays. after 5 days i called again asking for the compliant number they are not responding to me or not even baughter to register the compliant. My 1 month salary was gone no one from bank side responding to me.

                              To, Bank Lokpal Respected Sir, My name is Abhishek Singh Bhatnagar and I have placed a cheque in Local clearing on 19/9/2014, of 2 lakh rupees, cheque number is 000321 of HDFC bank and I have issued cheque on behalf of that dated 23/9/2014, but that cheque is not cleared and my cheque got dishonored, which lead to bad impression on my creditability in the market. On inquiring in bank they said that your cheque is not traceable. The thing is that we are not getting local clearing in one week also, and on inquiring we are getting such a rubbish answers. The cheque is begin placed in father's A/C his name is Ajay Singh Bhatnagar and his A/C number is[protected]. No one is giving any appropriate and satisfactory answer and nobody is trying to track it also. So please look in to this matter on higher priority and do the needful to this.                                 I had made an FD for Rs.25000 with Canara bank, Rajpur Road, Dehradun in 1992. Bank kept on renewing the FD till year 2003. In May 2003, without my request, without my permission and without any notification to me, bank transferred my FD money to current account which does not earn any interest. I discovered this in 2012 and from than onwards, I gave my representations to Canara Bank at branch, circle and head office levels but bank has falsified all information. When I lodged my complaint with Central Govt., department of Banking Services, bank gave them false and misleading information in order to save their skin.

We contact to the branch in which we having our account, they told me to write a mail to corporate internet help line. We have written the mail 2-3 times, We did't get any response.

                                    Am dharshna from erode, tamil nadu, am doing my MTech second year. I have applied for education loan and I got the cheque for first year. But for second year manager is making a big delay since three months saying that my father is having agriculture loan with over due and after settling your father loan only I ll give you education loan. is there any norms that if father has any loan then his daughter's loan will be cancelled .
