I submitted the requisition slip to Canara Bank branch of Sector 10-A Gurgaon on 4/1/2015 for issuance of a Chequee Book of 20leaves. The Bank was contacted on 13/1/2015 and it was told that it was issued by the Bangalore Branch on 12/1/2015 and it was advised that the Post man and the Post Office be approached. I am daily in contact with the Postman. He gives only one reply that when he has not received it wherefrom he would give. On 20/1/2015 I received a SMS stating that I should collect the cheque book within 15 days of the date of issuance otherwise the same will be considered as invalid. On 22/1/2015 I submitted a letter to the Manager bringing out the facts and figures and he assured that he will pursue the matter. But it seems that no one is going to bother as I receive only one reply that I should wait.
I want to know as to how long I should wait and now what is the next course of action to get the Cheque Book.It is a shere harrassment to the customer.
I request for sorting out of the issue and get me rid of the mental agony.

        I Withdraw 2000/- the amount Rs. 2000/- on 25/12/2014. At 7.10pm from station road Canara Bank ATM Machine but I didn’t received money At 7.10pm & same amount debited in my Account. At that time there is no security to told about this so Next day I told in Canara Bank Station Road Branch They told orally to wait for 48 hours. After three days they told to everything is ok with us you go to our Canara Bank Khanapur Branch ATM Section. Next day i gave written complaint in Canara bank request them if you any doubt please check in your CCTV CAMERA.           I am abhishek raj a/c no.[protected] with your branch 2310 at gopalganj has been availing the education loan. I have started paying the emi for same. As I come to know that interest paid can be shown in tax deducations under section 80E. So I requested at your branch to issue me a provisional certificate for same so that i can show this to my employer. I visited bank branch, Gopalganj many times but any guy has no idea about this and giving excuses. So I request you to please help me out in this matter.

              Online banking fraud

              Am writing this on behalf of my 64yr old retired mother who lives in Delhi. A few days back she got a call from some person who said he is calling from Canara Bank and that her debit card is deactivated. He mentioned all the information to her regarding our accounts, numbers, address etc which was all correct and she believed it was a genuine call from the bank. He asked for the CVV number at the back of her card and my mom has never done...

                  This is to inform you that I am a account holder of canara bank and I am using ATM card of canara bank and my card got expired on 10/14 after that also I have not received the new card after calling customer care and branch than I have received ATM card on 02/12/2014 after 1month but when I was using ATM card at that time the card was showing is unauthorised card after that I content branch incharge he told me sorry sir we have not activated your card we will activate your card within 2 working days but after that also 7days has been past but the card is inactive. I have not received Form No. 16A from the branch till today[protected]. TDS is deducted from the account for the assessment year 2013-14.                         Want to know that how to reset transaction password online? I contact branch but the net banking is not working in the branch. So, they tell me try on Canarabank.com. But, there is no such option of RESET OR UNLOCK THE TRANSACTION PASSWORD... Please help me out in this it is very urgent...

                        my transaction password was locked, i re- set my password and try to do transaction but it shows that transaction password has been locked and contact your admin, when i visited branch they told me to do it self. and i am unable to do transactions from my account. please confirm.

                            On 16th November 2014 I'm using my Canara bank debit card in Canara bank ATM. To withdraw amount of Rs.20000. After withdarawl I got teared Currency notes. 3X1000 rupees as Teared notes. Whenever i go to withdrawal in canra bank always problem in their machine. Note: And I was go to canra bank branch they told it was not from our ATM. Bank employees are also FRAUD guy's and Bank also FRAUD. They told we can't replace your currency notes. For transaction details of Rs.20000 3X1000 = 3000 teared 12X1000 = 12000 dirty notes ATM BRANCH (NORTH VELI STREET) CANARA BANK BRANCH (NORTH VELI STREET) Madurai. Please beware of these BANK.
                            Yeah. I'm also facing the same problem. This is worst bank. Dont choose this bank.

This is regarding an amount which is yet to be debited to my account On 22/04/2014 i had gone for shopping to Asmita super market(mira road) and swiped my Canara debit card(for Rs 1237) but due to some issue the amount didnt go to the supermarkets account but it was deducted from my account.So i had to pay them in cash After that i submitted an application to Canara bank(Mira bhayander branch)for refund of my money . Since then i had more than dozen rounds to the manager requesting him to get the amount in my account asap.But to no use.The manager gives me thousand reasons and asks me to wait. I have no idea why it is taking such a long time for the bank to give me my money. This is a matter of shame for such a renowned bank to ignore such issues. I m looking forward for a response asap from the Bank and my money as wellIts more than 6mnths and i am still waiting for MY money Ummul [protected]

                                  I have an account in canara bank, Singanallur branch. Acc No:[protected], Customer ID: 63952140. My net banking has locked since jan-2014, due to this i don't have a chance to check my transactions. However the problem has resolved two days ago. I have shocked when i check last six month statement. Rs. 1309 has transfer to MYLATHAL P on 30-jul-2014, without my knowledge. Without any intimation how bank can transfer the amount to other account.
