Good afternoon, my son sms from my mobile by scratch card and send and i recd call for couple invitation as per time slot prefer in rcity ghatkopar and sms code recd was r9. I had given 6 pm to 7 pm on 16/03/19. I had guide on phone that 45 minutes presentation and if not like there after gift voucher for 2n/3d for domestic and 3n/4d for international coupon will be gifted. There after in evening i recd call that gift voucher + snacks + movie tickets + snow world coupon will be hand over to us. I had reach at 6.10 pm with my wife. I had been guide step by step the presentation from ms pragna madem for 1 hours and 20 minutes there after mr abhishek came on desk. There after mr atul came on desk. There after mr apurva came on desk. All the above concern person excluding pragna madem forced me to take membership. The conversation end on 8.50 pm. I had been harassed and i had left with my wife without coupons as per commitment given by above staff. It very surprise me that the negotiation is so high on table that how customer can judge the bottom price of the membership during approx.2 hour and 45 minutes. I am been cfo working with fortpoint groups in automobiles industry from last 18 years.
I feel very bad experience specialy for club mahindra as a brand is working like this.
My humble request to the club mahindra that if they cannot afford the above commitment given to customer then please stop cheating the customer.
I been the customer will definately share the feed back in social media because i had left early office and attend presentation 2 hr 45 minutes instead of 45 minutes and left the office feeling insult and cheated.
Only i was sitting around 8.30 pm and staff were around 10 to 12 persons. That mean that all the above staff r only kept for harasing the customer by hook or crook and best part of the presentation was that the membership related conversation start only after 2 hour presenation. That mean customer is not aware that how all will come one by one for presentation and harased to us. I. E. Stop begging the membership to customer to customer beacuse club mahindra is itself brand and i thing should lose the tag in market.
I can also complaint and lodge fir in police station because i had all recording in my cell phone.
But i thought it will spoil the reputation and waste of time of my.

    When i enrolled, i have been promised that asf charges are applicable every year, however these fees should be paid only when we avail the holidays for the year. Hence, i have accumulated 3 years holidays and i have also accumulated asf for these 3 yrs. Now, when i tried to pay 1st yr's asf, so that i can avail 1st yrs holidays. Now i have been requested to pay all 3 years asf. This is nowhere communicated to me. This is frustrating. As a customer, we will pay the asf whenever the holidays are consumed. Without holidays utilization, why should we pay these asf. This is cheating really... We have anyway paid the membership fees, this is not fair to get money from customers.

      I had opted for an membership with club mahindra on october 2018.

      I had paid initial 5000 to block the membership

      Due to financial issues i requested them to refund the 5k which was initially paid

      Till now i have not received the payment and there is no response from the team as well.

      It has been more than 6 months now, i need this money urgently.

      Please look into this on top priority and do the needful

        Please refer my earlier complaint dated 4.03.19 regarding not confirmimg booking against the paid asf.

        I was trying to book my holidays in white meadows manali and dharmshala 2 studio apartment in the month of june 2019. Butnot confirmed due to current year asf not paid.

        I have received phone call from chennai office assured that it will be solved in 3 working days. But till date no teply nor confirmation of booking.

          Club mahindra holidays company agent (Salesman) tell me another (Total amount) & now a days your apploye tell me another (Total amount).

          For white studio.

          I already paid

          25, 210/- x 8 = 2, 01, 680/-
          Cash= 15, 700/-
          Card= 20, 000/-
          9, 998/- x 9 = 89, 982/-

          Total amount= 3, 27, 362/- (I already paid)

          And tell me asf money (14, 500/-) paid when you use membership,
          Paid only this running year money pay.

          Now when i already paid 3, 27, 362/-
          They tell me you also pay asf money every year (15, 300 x 25 = 3, 82, 500/-)

          So i stop my next four payment (25, 210 x 4 = 1, 00, 840)

          Club mahindra holidays company was cheat me..

          ... Please refund my money as soon as possible...

            I complain here about not refund my money back.Now it shows that this complain resolved but it's not resolved and I am still communicate for refund.I communicate through email or call but they denied me for refund.What we will do.I Saw on internet that there's a thousand of complaint against Club Mahindra holiday but consumeraffir not able to take any action against them nor they able to get refund from Club Mahindra for the innocent people.Si please do some action against them.So never do this type of Fraud with any one. They not share terms and conditions to the members nor tell about the cancellation and refund policy.When I ask them for refund they said me that their job is only to give Membership not to cancel.So Ask my sales manager Mr Sagar Shrivastav Mobile [protected].And take some action against them and help me to get refund.

              My club mahindra membership no is 2739158. My name is komal prajapat. On 10 feb 2017 two club mahindra sales person came at my home and they explained me the policy of club mahindra holidays. I agreed to their policy due to their lucrative plans. They provided me various vouchers. But after 2 months of membership i tried to book my 1st trip but no hotel was available and even their helpdesk was also not supportive. Till today after 2 years i haven't booked their any hotel or i can say not able to book because o[censored]navailability of rooms. And after 2 years i come to know other conditions which that sales person didnot told us.1st is that i have to pay an asf amount every year till 25 years for which that guy said that for special services if you want to avail than only you have to pay asf otherwise not. 2nd is that as i told customer care person that i'm not able to book any room because o[censored]navailability then he said that you have to upgrade your policy to purple as for white member advance booking starts only 15 days before. Due to this condition all the rooms get booked and i could not get that. Due to their so many terms and conditions i have become frustrated i have already spent 30000+9474*24= some where around 270000 rs and still 220000 emi is pending. I am going to stop the future emi and i want all my money back. Please bring me out of this vicious cycle.

                I was given a call to attend mahindra time share presentation for 45 minutes and i will be given 3n/4d unconditional gift voucher + movie voucher.

                I reconfirmed the same 2-3 times. I attended the presentation on 2nd mar19 at seawood grand central mall. I was assured we will receive the same with 2-3 days.

                I followed up with mr abhishek (Mob: [protected]) who called me for pres. He assured me that it has been processed and will soon receive on mail id.

                After that he stopped attending my phone and responding us.

                I was little surprised for this unprofessional behavior of mahindra executive.
                I feel they directly represent mahindra image but such misleading selling is highly disappointing.

                Kindly probe into the matter and necessary actions. Else i would like to share my experience on social media's so that others do not fall victim to it.

                  I am dr. Jyoti i have taken club mahindra membership season white and apartment studio (Membership no. 2856672) making down payment of rs. 39, 840 by cash to ayush sharan bhargav (I'd 26509) during their visit in gwalior at 19/02/2019 and on the next day i told him to cancel my membership but nothing happened. So i decide to write cancellation request myself. I mailed cancellation request to club mahindra and

                      Through this message i would like to aware people about how this company is engaged in calling people to their venue by giving false commitment which are not fulfilled and simply a wastage of time. Today we were informed by club mahindra representative in udaipur (Mobile no : [protected]) that we are selected out of 250 people and invited to amantra hotel in udaipur for availing a free gift (Gift voucher for 2 nights free stay in club mahindra property within rajasthan and a movie voucher) by club mahindra. We were told that a 40 min meeting is arranged to share club mahindra presentation followed by handover of free gift voucher. The free gift will not be linked with any membership commitment from us and will be given on spot. Upon reaching venue we were asked to fill a form and shown a presentation (Mr shailendra - club mahindra jaipur team) and it was much of a pressurised approach by club mahindra team to take their membership. We told that we need some time to think about this membership. We requested for sharing the gift voucher but surprisingly no such gift was given today to us and club mahindra team's response was not very polite after we denied for taking a on the spot membership.

                      I would urge club mahindra team not to adopt such type of practises which wastes a persons time. As per my opinion, it is simply a marketing gimmick to call people to their events and waste their time. Pls do not trust their commitments of free vouchers. They will even say that free voucher is ready and just needs to be collected after meeting their team. They will make no of calls to ensure that a person comes down to their venue. I completely wasted my time today and didnt got any such assured free gift so i am writing it to save other peoples from getting into such traps. Regards, amit porwal udaipur.

                      Its been almost 10 days and club mahindra team is saying that they are looking into it. No action has been taken yet and i just saw that few more people after me have experienced same fraud from cmh. Its time to escalate it legally.
                      As required i hv shared my details on ur facebook page. Now look forward for CM team reply on this fraud done with me.
                      I complaint through your portal as well as customer care and official mail to club Mahindra but they are not responding. Pls do the needful for this.

                        Sub: cancellation of club mahindra membership and refund club mahindra membership amount-reg.
                        Due to personal reasons, i want to cancel my club mahindra membership no.2853621. I request you to make the necessary arrangement of refund the club mahindra membership fee of ₹31, 530/- it's been more than 2 months no executive has contacted me. I haven't even avail any offer from mahindra holiday club. I have informed the inconvenience to the executive name prabhu from chennai office. After i told him about the cancellation he didn't even respond to my mail nor my phone call. Because of his pressure, i took the membership he even discloses the colour code to me during the meeting and instited me to join the club at the earliest (That day itself). The executive also assures to help at any time but now he doesn't respond at all.
                        Now i humbly request you to cancel my membership and refund the membership amount.

                          I have taken club mahindra membership on 02/03/2019 by paying rs 39840/- by my credit card.
                          When gone through the papers provided to me i was
                          Surprise to know that i was given white studio where as they promised me for white 1 br membership.
                          Also they told me that the rci membership is life time but is for 02 years after that the renewal is to be paid.
                          That also intently updated wrong email id and my date of birth.
                          My email id is [protected]@gmail, com whereas they updated [protected]@gmail.com which neither i nor my daughter is having.
                          They also updated wrong date date of birth as 15/12/1989 where as my dob is 10/05/1963
                          I applied cancellation through email on 05/03/2019 and through courier to corporate and registered office of club mahindra mumbai and chenni on 07/03/2019
                          So my withdrawal/cancellation request is with in 10 days time from singing of application for membership so as per general condition clause 8.1
                          I am eligible for full refund of amount rs 39840/-
                          So many interaction id are created but no response from any one.

                          yesterday i managed to change wrongly entered email id by club mahindra executive please send again all emails send on wrong email [protected]@gmail.com
                          my correct email id [protected]@gmail.com
                          also provide the status of my request for cancellation of membership application.
                          i applied cancellation of membership application on 05/03/2019 under general condition section 8.1 but still no communication received.

                          I have not received the refund of my membership amount rs39840/- till date after cancellation of my membership on 13 march 2019.
                          aprox 80 days over and they have informed me that refund will be given within 90 days.
                          I doubt that they will refund the money within 90 days.
                          Please take up this case and get me full refund as per section 8.1 of general condition clause as i submitted my cancellation by email as well by courier.
                          I attached all documents in my previous correspondence.
                          So this case is still open not resolved till i got refund of my membership amount.

                            Have you ever heard of paying 73000rs to a company and you cant book a single stay for thar and they said nothing is refundable.
                            This holidays company are a fraud.
                            I m using club mhindra white studio membership nd after paying 73000 if i want to book a room they are asking me to clear my dues of 30000 more and as they promises me to use the complimentary nights before paying money and now the senior executive brijesh goel is not attending our call

                              Member id 991735

                              This is to inform that booking was not confirmed on june booking 90days before.
                              We trying to book studio apartment from 23rd june to 1st july 2019, 90days before as per norms but booking not confirmed due to current year asf.
                              Company issued tucklagi farman internally that no confirmation of booking against the paid asf.
                              Company not informed the member of the same.
                              This is totally unjustified to the members.
                              Please take necessary steps to solve the issue.

                                I have filed a complaint here regarding my "membership is not being canceled" on 23rd of feb, 2019. Within 2 days i got a call from chennai stating i would be contacted by my regional branch and they will start the process soon but till today i am not being contacted by anyone by call or email, my membership is not being canceled, i am still getting the sms that my emi is due for tomorrow, and my membership fee refund process has not been started yet. Please help me get justice.

                                  I had attended the presentation on 10th feb 2019 and the sales person had told to swipe for rs 5000/- initially and then decide, if we are not interested then the amount would be refunded. So i had to use my credit card for the swipe and received the sale copy.

                                  After a week, i had called the sales guy (+91-[protected]) and requested a refund since i was not interested to take up the membership. He took the request and after 3-4 days he said that refund was processed from club mahindra side. However, the amount has not yet got credited in my credit card account.

                                  The sales guy was out of reach, the office people have no clue and said they will get back.

                                  I have attached the sale copy as a proof that this was done.

                                    This post is in accordance of withdrawal of membership application no jul/2018/25yrs/226370. The membership id is 2839603.

                                    On 02nd october 2018 myself somnath daschoudhuri (Co applicant) and my wife mrs pratyusha maitra (Primary applicant) had applied for 25 yrs white season room studio membership during a face to face session with club mahindra representatives sutirtha mukherjee and imran at hotel jw marriott at kolkata.

                                    We have paid a down payment of rs 37, 330 which is 10% of the total membership value of rs 4, 18, 300 through credit card. Also the same credit card has been documented for making 48 months emi payment @ rs 10, 669 per month.

                                    On that day we had done this application in haste and after serious evaluations we decided on very next day (3rd oct) for withdrawal of the membership with immediate effect. Under no circumstances we were willing to continue this membership and our decision was firm and non negotiable.

                                    The membership booklet provided to us mentioned a free look period of 10 calendar days and hence we are requesting for full refund of the dp as well revoking any credit card emi withdrawal standing instruction or mandate.

                                    After numerous phone calls to sutirtha mukherjee, club mahindra kolkata office, i recieved an email stating that they are looking into the cancellation / refund issue and will get back by 02 working days. Sadly that never came.

                                    I kept calling those guys from different numbers but they didn't respond appropriately to resolve my issue.

                                    Below were the sequence of events -

                                    5th oct - reply to my initial mail - generated interaction id[protected] no further email related to the interaction id even after repeated reminders.

                                    8th oct - reply to one of my follow up email - generated interaction id[protected] no further email related to the interaction id even after repeated reminders.

                                    30th oct - received an email from sandipan banik (Kolkata office) stating cancellation processed after 10 phone calls made to various toll and toll free numbers! After follow ups they say that refund will be processed within 90 days from cancellation date of 11th oct.

                                    22nd oct - sudhir poojari, member experience management responds to my follow up email stating my grievance will get resolved in 4 days. Nothing happens actually!

                                    6th feb 2019 - reply to one of my follow up email - generated interaction id[protected] no further email related to the interaction id even after repeated reminders.

                                    6th feb - again sudhir poojari - writes "as per calculation it has been 85 working days are completed. We request you to bare more 5 to 7 working days to complete the refund process"

                                    25th feb - raj dodia, member experience management responds to my follow up email generating stating my grievance will get resolved in 4 days. Nothing happens! The due date has already passed.

                                    Now they donot reply even on email forget phone calls.

                                    I would take help of this forum to take this matter strongly and escalate to highest levels to get my complete refund asap.

                                      I have a memership with clubmahindra every time i try to book a resort post a regular booing date starts i don’t find rooms but my brother who is not a member always ends up getting reservations even at the last moment and he also gets freebies like breakfast inclusion, free mineral water bottle and even free passes to game zone. Where as we even being members have to pay from our pocket for breakfast and always ends up getting a water carosle in our rooms.

                                      This is cheating and we even after paying lakhs i’d rupees are not served better. I think we have been cheated.
