[1]the transfer of membership by an overseas residing member was approved vied mail on dec.11th 2018. By email from mhrl chennai[mr. V seshan]
[2] fully compliant details were furnished by applicant on 26th dec.2018 by email with copies to concerned transferee.
[3] no acknowledgement as a business courtesy was ever received despite repeated email reminders
[4] transferee [mr. P. Patni] was finally called to mhrl pune and paid full transfer fees on my behalf on 21st jnauary 2019.
[5] was advised through mr. Patni to furnish kyc linked add on documents on 20th february 2019[though not defined in earlier instructions].
[6]though mhrl boasts of transferring membership in one week it now 87 days despite repeated calls by mr. P. Patni to mhrl. Pune
The self certifying complaint resolution is a misleading false claim.

This "ghisa pita" stock e-response does not make any difference.The transferee in India Mr. P.Patni, has been in repeated contact on phone with Mhrl Pune desks-Ms.Heena. He has been given false promises for last several months. as they say,
'taikh pe tarikh'. like any sarkari daftar.![Even sarkari desks are better !
This BAD Experience to me is not unique to any one who is NOT a prospective buyer.! Seek end of this 'Tamaha'
Dear sir my member is is 2754008 we are booking kanha for 19 may to 22 may we have booked other room for my parent but refuse to booked room for customer relation officer and we have booked rook for same night and same resorts for rs 24000
we are member and why i paid rs for same resots why not booked other room for parents

    Dear club mahindra team,

    Ref : membership application feb/2018/25yrs/205868 dated 14/2/2019. From your goa branch in patto-panaji. Downpayment of rs.30, 000/- through credit card.

    I canceled my application on 15/2/2019 the very next day due to reasons explained to your sales manager. The hardcopy of cancellation request has been sent to goa office as well as corporate office in chennai by speedpost followed by emails to your sales managers in goa office and member relations / member experience email id. Your branch manager in goa office has informed me that he has processed my request from his side and has asked me to wait for refund. It is over 30 days now. There is no commitment of any date of refund.

    Note : as, i have cancelled the application immediately next day, your sales team*goaoffice has not created membership id so my email id is not registered.
    I had sent followup mail w. R. T. Refund to your customer care id (Memberexperience and memberrelations) but they cannot give proper reply due to unregistered email id.
    Hence i had to write to in this forum to draw your attention.

    30days is a long waiting period.

    I will appreciate if you can advice your team to credit my refund in next 3-4 working days. Please update me from your side.

      I have taken membership (Clubmahindra member id: 1388927) in my name. After one experience of a holiday; i had decided to close my membership and not expecting any refund.

      We paid about rs 200000. After so many calls and emails they are still reluctant to cancel it also the sales officer promised so much but after taking membership he is not even receiving our calls
      I felt cheated as i thought i am spending my money in the right and prestigious company but i was wrong
      I even do not want my money back; just close the membership is only expectations. Very disappointed. They keep sending asf due letters. And not letting me know whats formal process of closure.

        I have taken membership in the name of my wife moulika shrivastava (2836601id no)
        We paid about rs 90000 till now and after a very pathetic response from sales officer and club mahindra executives we decided to withdraw it
        But after so many calls and mails they are still reluctant to cancel it also the sales officer promised so much but after taking membership he is not even receiving our calls
        I felt cheated as i thought i am spending my money in the right and prestigious company but i was wrong
        I just want my money back as i have not taken any of there services yet

          I got a holiday voucher from club mahindra on buying XUV on 2nd March 2019. While registering the voucher validity was showing till Dec 2019. After registration, I received the voucher details which mentioned validity till 26 June 2019. I am trying to book the resorts but all the dates are not available till 30th June, 2019 in all resorts where I am planning to visit. I am trying to contact club mahindra customer care but not able to talk to them. I want my voucher validity to be extended.

            I have a useless purple membership of club mahindra as whenever we do bookings 4 months prior to travel dates then only we get confirmation or else it is always full, they have less resorts and rooms compared to members, my useless purple studio membership i’d 2280085 so i really don’t know what to do as club mahindra is not giving refund if we cancel the membership so it is useless being member of club mahindra holidays, the cost of this membership is ₹10.5 lakhs and if you calculate simple interest @12% per annum so it comes to ₹1.26 lakhs and additionally they charge 16k as asf charges which is ₹1.42 lakhs and they provide just 7 nights so per night we are paying ₹20, 285/- per night and that also with waiting period of 4 months advance booking, the executives and management keep telling lies as last year when i was been told to pay asf charges and they offered me 2 nights in writing but till date they didn’t add 2 nights in my account, i desperately need help to overcome this clubmahindra and i want them to refund me my money which they are not doing. My purple studio useless membership i’d is in my name deepak kukreja and i’d is 2280085.

              My money from credit card had been debited without my knowledge. All the promises made at the time of membership turned out to be false.

              Due to the bad service by club mahindra i wanted to cancel the member ship. I have totally paid them rs 42000. I registered the complaint for cancellation on 11th march. And till date i have no response or any call backs.
              Daily i sit and call the customer care for nearly 4=3 times a day and all they say is for me to wait till end of the day for getting a call back from cancellation team.

              Its 20th march today and till now i haven't got any calls.

              I was told that the issue was escalated to someone called swapna from cancellation team in chennai branch and that she will call me. But even after multiple escalation club mahindra team doesn't bother about customers.

              Within 2 day again the club mahindra team will debit money from my credit card and i feel they are not cancelling my membership for this purpose so that they can have more money. This is intolerable.

              Worst service and response any organization can ever provide. Frauds

                This has reference to my visit at mansingh towers for the date 16/3 to 19/3. I would like to elucidate some very important information so that you could work on this.

                For the first two nights i was given an hu due to non avalability of br and studio. The room number was 1405. Although it was a small room yet it was a wonderful stay. It was very neat and clean. Extra bed was given to us on a complimentary basis. All thanks to the staff.

                But the other side of the coin was also there. On the 18th i was given a studio apartment. Room number 1206. This room was a nightmare. The staff knew about the leakage and waterlogging in this room yet they gave me such a room.

                All night the water leaked and a pool of water emerged. There was no outlet for seepage, so it kept on accumulating. Lots of complaints were made, but they did not change my room saying you have to check out tomorrow, and we are helpless, and that there were no rooms.

                Last but not the least, when we asked for a bathing gel for the jacuzzi, they said that it is available on chargeable basis.
                In my 20 years of holidaying in india and abroad i have never experienced such a nightmare.

                  Felt cheated after getting membership (Id 2850756). After making several request for cancellation and refund no response from the company.
                  If you take the membership of club mahindra, please be very careful while signing the membership.

                  To get your requests done all you need to do is just keep calling them and they say they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Cant expect a single call back after your 15 calls and response for your 13 emails to clubmahindra. Very unprofessional people. Cant expect such behaviour from a company like mahindra

                    We have won club mahindra voucher for 2 nights & 3 days in a radio mirchi event in jaipur. When we are applying that voucher online, we are not getting any resort avaibility till[protected]. Whenever it is avaible it is showing only for one day, hence cannot book. Upon calling concern excecutive - his phone is switched off & upon calling club mahindra office in mansarovar jaipur, nobody picks up the call.

                        My membership number is 2400093.
                        I paid 17, 000+ last year in jan based on one of your colleague's recommendation.
                        I'm still on studio when i log in and was asked to pay maintenance of 21, 000+ (Which is for one bedroom), which i did.

                        I wish to remain in red studio and want to pay maintenance accordingly.

                        I request refund of the amount i paid last year and also the extra maintenance fees collected.
                        The reason i want to remain in studio is the trust i have on your company and the misleading colleagues of yours disturbing our time during vacation and luring us to pay and don, t respond when followed up!!

                        This issue has been dragging for a long time without resolution.

                        Could this be resolved asap.

                          I 've been contacting them to cancel my membership for almost 2 months now.when i call them their chennai reservation team takes the call but they say they their Pune sales team is handling my case.They keep telling me that they will they call me by evening or sometimes in 48 hours...but they never do.They keep ignoring my emails too...and keep sending me same email that they want to have telephonic conversation and that they been trying to call on my mobile.i hve not availed any service from them...so they must refund all my money back.Rs28000 +48816 thru emi.please help me deal with these cheats.MEMBER ID[protected]

                              I was added as a co applicant to membership 2760524 at my residence after collecting the required documents signatures and ecs debit as well by mr anil kumar in december 2017, how ever even after 10 months auto debit and 2 months cash deposit to company account, i was not added however ecs was getting debited, when situation was appraised to manager mr sathyanararayana about ecs being debited without making me co applicant and about the sops on collecting payment for premium card membership without being a member he was completely unaware of those sops surprised that a senior manager was unaware of the aml and reasons for lapses and was unable to provide a solution or correcting the lapse, since making payments without being a member would call for unwarranted action in aml, i have instructed the stop payment in november 2018, now due to unprofessional lapses of the team i have ended up paying the emi for 12 months, neither the customer feed back team nor the company personnel have tried to arrive at rectifying the same, instead they are suggesting ridiculously to contact the applicant while the payment has been made for the company. Such an unprofessional behaviour can never be imagined.
                              Looking forward to get this sorted out and correcting the issue.

                                Well, i want to congratulate you for making me fool of my self in front of my wife, you know i'm very strong personality and very few people have been managed to do that and good job in doing that by asking me to come for hi-tea (Which i know you guys have know what hi - tea is) in west inn. And took my 2hrs to give me that bull # voucher which is good for nothing because there no rooms available in any of your 42 resorts for any given day till june end. Which is surprisingly co-incident that how cum all the rooms are booked using this # voucher... Then i realized that you # just made me fool and now i will spread the work in social media and every where in my circle that how # scam you guys run and good thing is that i did not paid atleast for your # membership because if you cannot full fill what you are offering free i dont think you will ever deliver on your commitments. Way to goo # you just dont lost the mehindra brand from me i will buy anything which will have this # brand in front of it...

                                  I raised a request to cancel my current club mahindra membership[protected] on 7 august 2018.
                                  After continuous follow ups, on 10 october 2018, i received mail stating that money will be refunded within 90 working days.
                                  They have not refunded the money yet and not provided any response for the refund status of my previous membership[protected], despite the fact that i have not availaled any of their services. Even after 7 months, they are asking for more time to align their internal teams with zero transparency of the process. Also, club mahindra holidays lucknow office employees are not picking up my calls.

                                  Hello, I raised this request almost seven months ago, and still you are not able to resolve this issue. Now the customer care is not accepting my registered mobile number. Nobody from your team has contacted me for providing any further details. I can’t keep waiting for this long. Despite complaining on the consumer forum, there is no mail or call from your side.
                                  I request the consumer forum personnel to please escalate the matter, as nobody from Club Mahindra holidays team is taking my request seriously.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I am a maruti car owner and club mahindra has arranged a campaign at jw marriot pune on 17th march. I submitted my application of membership on 17th march evening. But i would like to withdraw this application as we already have a purple card holder of clum mahindra in our family. I am trying to reach salesperson since today morning on 18th march but he is not receiving calls.

                                    Please kindly do the needful and refund the downpayment of rs. 28500.

                                      Dear team,
                                      It was the worst experience attending the event at vadodara. Mr. Gagan’s approach was on very rude & negative side. Let customer knows the offer and make the decision.- if my answer was yes he would tell the offer or else no. He got very arrogant during his conversation.
                                      Please raise my concern to all your higher authority & provide the feedback on action taken.

                                        Good afternoon, my son sms from my mobile by scratch card and send and i recd call for couple invitation as per time slot prefer in rcity ghatkopar and sms code recd was r9. I had given 6 pm to 7 pm on 16/03/19. I had guide on phone that 45 minutes presentation and if not like there after gift voucher for 2n/3d for domestic and 3n/4d for international coupon will be gifted. There after in evening i recd call that gift voucher + snacks + movie tickets + snow world coupon will be hand over to us. I had reach at 6.10 pm with my wife. I had been guide step by step the presentation from ms pragna madem for 1 hours and 20 minutes there after mr abhishek came on desk. There after mr atul came on desk. There after mr apurva came on desk. All the above concern person excluding pragna madem forced me to take membership. The conversation end on 8.50 pm. I had been harassed and i had left with my wife without coupons as per commitment given by above staff. It very surprise me that the negotiation is so high on table that how customer can judge the bottom price of the membership during approx.2 hour and 45 minutes. I am been cfo working with fortpoint groups in automobiles industry from last 18 years.
                                        I feel very bad experience specialy for club mahindra as a brand is working like this.
                                        My humble request to the club mahindra that if they cannot afford the above commitment given to customer then please stop cheating the customer.
                                        I been the customer will definately share the feed back in social media because i had left early office and attend presentation 2 hr 45 minutes instead of 45 minutes and left the office feeling insult and cheated.
                                        Only i was sitting around 8.30 pm and staff were around 10 to 12 persons. That mean that all the above staff r only kept for harasing the customer by hook or crook and best part of the presentation was that the membership related conversation start only after 2 hour presenation. That mean customer is not aware that how all will come one by one for presentation and harased to us. I. E. Stop begging the membership to customer to customer beacuse club mahindra is itself brand and i thing should lose the tag in market.
                                        I can also complaint and lodge fir in police station because i had all recording in my cell phone.
                                        But i thought it will spoil the reputation and waste of time of my.

                                        Thanks i had share the above feed back as i thought i should share.
