I had opted for a membership plan but cancelled the membership within the defined 10 days period. As per the document kid we signed it said the full refund will be done in 30 "days". But the email confirmation of cancellation says 90 "days". We waited, followed up over calls and emails. They are doing nothing. So never go by their statement of opt right away and cancel within 10 days options. Worst experience ever. This was not expected from a company like clubm. If the refund service is like this, i do not know what pathetic service will it be had i taken the membership.

    Club mahindra has offered a membership to me
    Membership id – 2853848
    Mr rohit and mr ritesh sharma attended us and told about membership and showed us a rosy picture. After which i decided on to join as a member i have paid the basic amont of 28500
    But after tht day... Those two men could not be contacted.. They never picked ur the phone nor called back.
    There was no call for confirmation nor any mail confirming the membership..
    I felt i was cheated..
    When contacted at the office.. Was shocked to see that the contact number and mail id was wrongly written in their file.. (But in the copy they gave me it was correct)
    My doubt confirmed.. Tht i was cheated
    Asked for refund (It was mentioned tht if contacted before 10 days..100 percent refund will be provided)... And i sent the mail for refund within a week
    . But still no response
    Feeling frustrated and cheated
    Plzz help... Want my money back
    And action against those twi agents.. Tht i had to go through so much trauma and dejection

      We were called for meeting at marriot..
      Mr ritesh sharma and mr. Rohit attended us.. They showed us a rosy picture of being a cm member.. We agreed on certain term and paid the intial amt of 28500 rupees
      But its been almost a month. V have not recieved any mail... Nor those concerned persons are picking up our calls.. We are feeling cheated and not satisfied with services of club.. Want our money back... Plzz help
      When also v went to the office of clb mahindra.. We were shocked to find that our phone no. And email id was wrongly written in their file.. This shows.. They intentionally cheated us..

        I have paid 28, 500/- on 29th january 2019 via credit card to the salesperson of the club mahindra. Unfortunately, i have to change my mind regarding this membership very next day and i have tried to contact the same salesperson but he couldn't solve the issue. Till 11th feb i couldn't log in on the club mahindra's website so i couldn't file my concern before that. On 11th feb 2019, i did the 1st email to the member experience team and again on 20th feb 2019 regarding the same but till today i haven't got any emails from them except for those auto-generated from the support team, not even any call from the responsible person. So, today i am here to file my complaint regarding the same. I want to cancel the club mahindra's membership which i haven't even started using, i want the refund of my membership fees and now onwards i don't want my credit card to be charged with any emi of this membership.

        Even after doing everything the Club Mahindra wants, I am not getting any response from their side. What should I do now? Can anyone help me here? I simply want Club Mahindra Holidays to start the refund process of my membership fees and stop the EMI of the same membership as soon as possible.
        Please arrange a call back for me. Or Email conversation would be preferred as I am a doctor so I might not take calls every time.

          Worst customer support and member expereince team. Cm after taking membership fee damn care about yor requirement and concerns. Frustrated for last 3 years... Lost all my days of vacations. Last mail sent to them as follows. Advice never get trapped with cm


          Same old statements.. Same old procedure of making someone..

          So many times times, i told it is difficult to know who is calling and asked cm to give some time slot.. You can message me before calling.. We have whatsapp now on which you can easily tell who is who and when i will get a call.. But i think intent has to be there to resolve the issue... Cm has taken all the money of membership so they will not care now but cm forgets that if cleint support / handling is good, one may go to enhance the package, also perceptions of any company is build from one person to another.. So cm should not behave like this.
          Also, same old style.. I do got call from cm yesterday (Friday) despite telling all the time that connect with on saturdays, again your procedure of call is done and you damn care about anything else..
          Company like cm is not able to resolve a client issue for more than 2 years now although when they go to trap a new client cm give so many wonderful offers, free packages to fool them.

          They do have connected, 3 different executives but same illogical reasoning of ASF is not paid without knowing the reason of why because of club mahindra irresponsible behavior for a client who have paid entire membership fee.
          I was told that they will work hard to get approval to get 2 of my ASF discounted as if it was my fault that i have not paid the ASF and on the other side I'm anyway getting messages that Rs 37412 waiver will be given to me along with rs 5000 resort credit. I'm not sure than what the executives who called me are working so hard to get approval on waiver of 2 ASF.
          Moreover, no one was aware that it is because of CM intentional attitude of not resolving my issue year on year that I have not paid ASF charges. Every year CM does that to fool me.
          Also, when i requested to send me on mail on whatever they can do for my issue, i didnt get any response but definitely other CM executives called me, again telling me that they are concerned and will work on this issue..

          I have seen this pattern every year without actually resolving my issues. This is the reason why i wrote worst member support.
          I hope some day CM will understand that they should not eat up my hard earned money and make an individual feel cheated

            My membership number is 2831688. The sales person name is vinodh and he gave lot of false promises and didn't allow me to read the documents as the documents were handed over to me after paying initial amount of 36k and remaining in 48 installments. He told me that at any point of time, i can cancel my membership if i don't like the service and all money will be refunded any time. I waited for 3 weeks with no membership id and i got frustrated as they never replied on the same. I called several times and decided to cancel my membership by calling customer experience. After one month, another sales person named sudheesh called me and asked for an appointment. He came to my home and requested me to continue the membership and he also confirmed that i will get full refund if i cancel anytime. He told me that he will take a special care on my membership and requested me saying vinodh (1st sales guy) will loose his job if i continue to cancel. He collected all cheques. I asked him to deposit the cheques starting novemeber but he deposited the cheque in october itself despite several reminders. I am very much disappointed with the service and cancelled my membership on october 14th, 2018. There was no response from club mahindra side and i went in person to their office in chennai. I met a person swapna and a sales team head. They apologized me saying that both the sales persons gave false commitments to achieve their sales target. Also they told me that they will get a special approval to refund all my money (46k - 36k advance + 1 emi). I have recorded complete conversation for safety. Its almost 3 months completed now and there was no call or email from their side. Whenever i call them, either they ignore my call or say email sent for approval. I want my money back. I will release all the audio calls between me and club mahindra staffs.in the conversation they agreed its their fault and try to refund my money back. I already raised this complaint but the status show its resolved. This is not resolved.

            There is no response and they granted me a vacation as a goodwill for the amount i paid(45k) and last 3 weeks they say some reason to ignore me.It looks like Club mahindra never keeps promise.

            Club mahindra promised me to give a vacation as a goodwill to resolve this crisis but that too they cheated by dragging and never pick up calls if i ask for updade.Thameem was the person who got involved in this.Club mahindra seems to be an unprofessional club and i request people to be aware and if possible don't take membership in this club.

              Hello,

              My membership id is : 2815714.

              To whom so are it may concern my name is rutvik shah and i have bought club mahindra membership with a dream to enjoy a stay at tree house resort at "binsar villa" situated at uttrakhand.in fact i also registered my stay at the same place as per procedure i. E. Approx before 90 days. But to my surprise, the booking status was showing "waiting" all the time.
              Even though, the date of stay has arrived but no change was experienced in booking. Hence, i tried contacting the resort personally themselves, so as to get a clear picture of the situation and i was very dishearted to know that "booking in tree house (Binsar villa resort) is not possible at all because some painting work is going on there". I feel i have been cheated ever since the booking started.

              If the reservation couldn't take place then why the website and mobile app are representing the resort is available for stay..??? You can not play with feeling of your member who are waiting for stay in tree house, it clearly show that you are doing fraud with your customer once they are took your membership. Again your executive from member relationship are told me that wait for your last day of booking, your chances are high... Shocking... Your resort is not available even resorts are not sustainable how can you fool your member???

              After so many conversation with your custom relationship executive now they are confirm that binsar villa resort is not available for stay and are providing some pathetic options in bargaining tree house like 1. Cancel the booking before two days. 2. If you want to stay in binsar villa - tree house than change the plan of holiday to march (Which mean i have to cancel my flights, 8 nights club mahindra nights and my time. 3. Stay in binsar valley which hasn't tree house, only normal rooms are for stay. So if you are not in condition to stay your member then give them mention stupid option and once again make them fool and helpless.

              For the time being i have booked binsar resort, because i am felt with no option, since i have invested a lot but still my desire to stay in tree house, binsar villa has not been fulfilled and now to fulfill it i have to spend all my time, energy and money. I. E. 75000 rs for flight booking and transportation, time and 8 nights of club mahindra nights. Now who is responsible for compensating all these. If i have book your resort in waitlist and resort is in condition for stay and after that haven't confirmed my booking then i will take all these responsibility but your resort is not in condition to stay for customer after that you allowed me for booking then only club mahindra is responsible for all these.

              I am very disappointed with such behavior i hope i will get a solution to this expenditure of mine and 8 nights of club mahindra.

                Sir, i paid an amount of 31500/- to get the member ship. But i don't want to get it as i m not comfortable with the policies and services of it. At the time of presentation they were giving very positive response and told us that rollback can be done in 15 days, means till 28th feb. But now they are not responding. No customer care no. Is giving any proper response. What should i do now? I mailed on given mail as [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. But no response i get. I paid the amount by credit card. I met to the person in dehradun office. But now nobody is bother about us.
                Pls help me to get my refund.

                  I took membership and paid dp & 3 emi thru credit card on feb 09 2019. Since i was unhappy with the service, i sent written application duly signed by me for cancellation at their corporate office mumbai and at amhedabad office on feb 15 2019 (Within free lookup period of 10 days). Subsequently, i sent atleast 5-6 mails and called on toll-free number multiple times so far but still struggling for their confirmation of membership cancellation and refund of full amounts paid by me. My membership id is 2855683.

                    In september, i had purchased a hdfc forexplus card and reloaded it with more than 1000 usd. As per the offer terms, club mahindra was supposed to provide a 2n/3d voucher for the same. After reloading, i did receive a link from hdfc on email though, stating that i am eligible for the voucher and need to fill details so that club mahindra can reach out to me and provide the voucher. After numerous complaints, finally got a call from clubm executive shikha from noida and we had a meeting on 7th december 2018. Post that was promised a voucher in 15 days, it's been 70 days and now the executive has stopped responding after telling me she will check and get back all this while. Absolutely pathetic experience from 1st day with club m. And you dare not respond by saying contact with your partner brand. Club m is supposed to provide the voucher and not hdfc. If there is any more clarification needed, call me at [protected]

                    Called the club mahindra customer care but they simply told that hdfc will provide the voucher, which is strange as it is club mahindra who is supposed to do that. Also checked with hdfc, and they say it is club mahindra who will provide the voucher. It has been a pathetic experience to say the least.

                      Till date I have sent almost 10-11 emails regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of my deposit, and have received only one mail confirming acceptance of my membership cancellation request dated 30/11/18.

                      Have called your office several times, earlier the operator used to connect me with your staff subhlaxmi, later she started avoiding d calls then your operator told me, my case is put up for final settlement and concerned will call and mail me d status but till date none of your executives have called me or sent any mails confirming d grind status of my deposit .
                      Have already given d bank details, as per your company policy the refund s are settled in 90 days time.
                      This is just a reminder to remind you that my case is completing 90 days on 28/02/19.

                      Hoping for early settlement before 28/02/19.

                        Myself mahesh bhalkar, attended your seminar regarding membership at kolhapur location as on 19th dec 2018..

                        During the meeting your representetive mr. Aniruddha has explain us the membership details very well..

                        Then we are very positivelly made payment of rs.2000/- by card swapping on the account of pre booking membership fees... Also i have confirmed that this is only token amount paid and will be inform you the final decesion within 2 days..

                        After then due to some personal problem finnaly i have decided to take your membership after few months.. Then i request for refund as on 21st dec 2018 for amount which i have paid.. But still date no any proper response received by your representitive..

                        Kindly give me proper status for said refund.. And refund my amount on urgent basis...

                          Dear All,

                          With My membership number 2852634, I express my total dissatisfaction with the service and after sales services I have been provided.

                          Mr. Harpreet Singh, my onboarding manager has given me all the wrong information to associate me with this Bliss membership, for which I have shared the details in the below email. In order to make my first booking I called the call center. I tried 4 call on the call center on 04/02/2019 where no one answered my call, all I had to go through was 10 mins staying on the line for each call, as I wanted to make a reservation at Club Mahindra Pavana. Frustrated with this experience I called my Mr. Harpreet Singh, he aligned my call with the call center in 20 mins. The person on the call center told me that the bliss members child are not in the position to book this property, Otherwise Promised by Mr. Harpreet. My dilemma Dint here.

                          Mr. Harpreet Singh had told me that none of the club Mahindra properties are listed and directly available to non-member, which then became 5. I told him that there are more properties that are listed on online websites. He quickly asked me to share the screenshots. Once he saw that he gave me lame excuses for the same. Screenshots have been attached. In fact the properties are selling less that 3900 per nigh inclusive of breakfast, How has my interest been covered here as member when the same properties are selling at a cheaper rate and that to after giving me a false promise.

                          Mr. Harpreet Singh while talking the membership told me that Club M-Select will give you better deals and covers massive deals with All the Hyatts, Sheretons, Tajs. When I logged in hardly there were any of the properties selling under that brand name. These properties have 300, 200, 100 rupee dispcunts. Such names should be used unless the discounts are massive.

                          Also what service in the world raise an AMC bill on the first day of the membership. It’s generally from the year onwards,

                          He has stopped texting back and once I had to make 6 calls to get in touch with him. It has been 6 days in the membership and I haven’t used any of its services. All I ask for is justice after my frustrating experience here. I need my money reimbursed as I am not interested because of the points mentioned above. Please contact me on [protected]

                            Hi i am a red season member of club mahindra and have 20.26 holidays in my inventory. Club mahindra charges asf for each year for 7days of holidays for that year. I have 6days of holidays from my inventory for which asf has been paid and still clubm have blocked those 6days of holidays. It seems they have changed the policy that all asf should be cleared. But change of policies should be informed to the customers. I can understand that holidays for which asf is not paid can be blocked but holidays for which asf is paid cannot be blocked by clubm. They are just behind looting money from members.

                              My membership i'd is 2850849. I had purchased a club mahindra holiday membership in this january with 30% down payment via credit card of rs. 33840. After few days ask them for cancellation of membership. Then agent or employee say me that meet face-to-face and we will do best. During that period they cut other 11309 rs. Through ecs from my credit card. Then i emailed to members [protected]@mahindraholidays.com they replied me that our concern department will reach you within 2 days. But today complete a week but still no any communication from them. I also called on customer care but they also said same that they will reach you. So please help me to get refund of my 45000 rs. From them.

                                I had been issued food vouchers in lieu o[censored]pgrading my membership from white to red studio. I couldnt utilize them as i had visited a resort that was affiliated is what i was informed and didnt accept those vouchers.

                                Then i couldnt make plans to a club mahindra owned resort.

                                I had also written to club mahindra in advance to extend the vouchers considering i had a strenuous year at work.

                                One of their executives called me and suggested to wait until the vouchers expire in order for them to request the extension.

                                I am very disappointed in the answer received from club mahindra's customer care team and it seems like a blunder for upgrading my membership to red.

                                Club mahindra has retracted from their own statement of reinstating/renewing the vouchers stating they already had extended another voucher in the past.

                                Club mahindra could have educated me in advance while denying my request before the vouchers had expired. They just had been waiting for the vouchers to expire and cause displeasure with the fraudulent intention frustrating their customer.

                                I even have a written and have verbal recorded statement of their deceptive communication. Though i still don't understand the issue behind not extending these vouchers which haven't been utilized. I had been shared on account of paying for upgrading my membership or a similar service.

                                I could have utilized the vouchers if they had been accepted at an affiliated resort which was never intimated to me earlier.

                                Club mahindra's corrupt/malpractices are out in the open that will only attribute to negative publicity and refraining me from any future recommendations of your services.

                                  We have taken club membership season - white and appartment studio (Membership no 2809373) making down payment of rs 34830.00 and balance amount through emi through aayush sharan bhargava (Id 26509) and vibhav awashti (Team maneger club mahindra) during their visit at korba (Cg) due to financial crisis i have requested for cancellation and refunding money on date 5-8-18 via e mail & registered letter and reminded for 15-20 times. Every time they replied (Auto reply) that our team is working on my concern and will inform within 2-3 days which never happens earlier and they have deducted emi of rs 10669.00 every month through auto deduction after lapse of 6 months they have replied vide e-mail dated 13-2-18 that the deposited money is non refundable and my request can not be considered. They have not disclosed their cancellataion policy earlier i have also requested their bankers for not deducting emi aganist the membership. Even than they have not instructed their bankers for stopping the emi deduction and continued for the same and they have taken rs 98844.00 so far. I have not availed any services nor utilized their free gift bouchers and free tours etc.
                                  It is requested to please help me for getting the hard earned money refunded from the member experience / relatations mahindra holidays & resorts (I) at the earlist.

                                    I was sold the cm membership in october last year with the understanding that i will be able to get reasonable days of accommodation during off season with my membership level (Blue). I was also given the complementary stay for 5 days to try out the services and resorts. However after becoming member and paying 45000 in down payment and emi i am not able to get the desired reservation even during off season for complementary stay nor i am allowed to cancel the membership even though i haven't used any of their services.

                                    The customer service is very frustrating and is just doing the lip service.

                                    I have requested them to cancel my membership and provide my money back as soon as possible however they are reluctant to do so saying i have crossed the stipulated period to cancel the membership. How do i know the quality of service to decide my continuation until i use it? Their policy is not customer friendly. Pls help...

                                      I am deeply unsastified with unprofessional behaviour of executive where to commit that the demo for application usage and also amount paid 07 working days back which is not reflecting in my id

                                      Multiple complaints and mail send but not getting any response.
                                      Reason for cancellation with 7 days of agreement as below

                                      1. Unable to login to application, despite of multiple calls to executive he is ont ready to support.
                                      2. Payment made but still showing as overdue on your portal
                                      3. No support on calls or executive also ont ready to support
                                      4. Clearly informed to your executive to cancel the policy within 5 days but your team is not ready to take cancellation request
                                      5. All false commitment and unprofessional excutives who are not ready to support, am not willing to continue with my membership.

                                      Urgently consider cancellation request and let me know the refund process

                                        My name is Aayushi Agarwal and I bought a membership from Club Mahindra in July, 2018. I was eligible for one international and one Indian holiday after paying three emis and so I paid them. After paying these emis when I tried to avail my holiday I got to know that everything I was told was a lie and that there are other charges to be paid that I was not told about. I was disappointed and I tried reaching out to everyone. No execs have spoken to me and they continued taking emis without my permission or consent. So basically, I have paid them over 80, 000 rupees and have got nothing for it.

                                        They have harassed me for the past few months and I'm only losing money. Please help me. I have all the email interactions, phone calls etc to present to the honourable court as evidence.

                                        I was given false promises by Ms.Juhi who I bought this membership from and then due to the lack of information and unavailability and the challenges I had to face I had to call her manager Mr.Pramod who also became unavailable to take any calls and did not respond to any messages or calls. After this I visited the office personally and I was told that my case will now be handled by Mr. Vinayak from the member relations team but to no surprise he also didn't answer to my calls or messages. After many a tweets and discussions and my requests to withdraw my membership they are still not responding.

                                        It is horrifying how customers are treated and in the above mentioned discussion it was quite surprising how Ms.Juhi spoke to me. This has been a constantly harrowing experience and I am shocked how such a reputed company can do such a thing.

                                        I demand every penny I have paid them back.
