    My item was picked up from my place last week however the delivery agent refused to give any acknowledgment slip and took my item.Till date i have not received any update or refund of my money.The merchant here is Ajio and delivery partner is Delhivery.The courier person who took my item was - [protected] his Name is Birachi Bhoi.

      I have been trying to return 18 items purchased through Ajio.com where Delhivery courier is the service provider.But purposely they are cancelling my return requests.I sent them multiple emails but they do not reply

        Delhivery field agent did not reach me out at my home for my doorstep delivery. Order was supposed to be delivered 3 days back. The agent could not attempt delivery for the first two days. 3rd day, the tracker showed expected delivery time 12 noon. I was available to receive the order during the mentioned timeline. The agent called me at around 6 pm when i was not able to receive the call. He did not ring the doorbell and posted a fake comment that i returned/cancelled my order. This is unacceptable. The order is really important for me and it is already late by 4-5 days and now its in return transit. I want this query to be resolved as soon as possible!

            I have a return pickup fir warrenty on 11 nov. And its reached destination city by 16 november, Now its been 19 days without any delivery attempts.
            I have raised complaints several times, every time they ask me to wait for 2 days. After that no updates. This keeps going on. Plese help

              For this tracking number[protected], I checked the tracking on the delivery website and the product is at my nearest delivery facility for 3 days. The delivery facility in my city holds the package for a week and then automatically returns it.

              To make sure that the package is not returned, I called the local delivery office and the guy on the other end talked rudely and when I asked why they are not delivering it, he said that they have not received the package yet. So, I asked if the tracking is showing wrong information then he said that the tracking shows wrong info and he hasn't received my package yet in a rude way.

              This has happened with most of the people in my city as on google everyone has rated the delivery courier 1 star stating that they hold the package and return it without even calling the customer. They have returned my packages too many times without even calling me. So, I'd request you to solve the same.

                I need a refund coz i have paid the amount 2 times... firstly i paid through gpay ..bt yr agent said it is nt credited to ur account so i gave him cash but.its debited frm my account and...google pay officials...confirmed that amount ia successfully transacted to ur account...

                  I am keep getting your order on the Way this is your pin pin.. But they never call us and delivery our products because they Ignore customers. No proper contact number or no proper response from delhivery. They are all auto bot message system. Company need to provide proper action against ravulapalem east godavari delhivery branch they are people never delivery orders in time. They don't have contact numbers. That so funny. Delhivery need to learn from Ecom express they are real delivery department with proper contact and communication with customers. You delhivery people just fool customers

                                The shipment reached to Thane on 13th November and it gone to Vashi whereas the pincode mentioned in the delivery address is 421301 which is for Vashi and this is not happening for the 1st time.

                                Need the delivery asap.

                                    Recently I placed an order on Hopscotch which I was told to get the delivery on time. On 20th November the first delivery was expected whose tracking ID is[protected] on website Delhivery. I expected call from the delivery executive who was supposed to give me a call once he reach the above-mentioned address. I kept on waiting all the time but the person didn't deliver didn't make any call to me rather he escalated that order had returned.
                                    Then I thought he might deliver it next day and call me, nothing happened. I raised a complain to hopscotch and Delhivery informing about the no call and Delhivery executive.just after the complain I received a mail stating that they will get the delivery by tomorrow I also requested them to send the delivery executive no. As am unable to make sure if he is at my door steps or not. They confirmed but never send me the contacts. Further, I found out that product is out for delivery but it didn't deliver to me now, they have updated that I will be getting it deliver by today which I found to be a false hope from Delhivery and hopscotch. Kindly help with the same as the order is really important for me.

                                      On Nov 11 2020, I ordered Samsung mobike from Samsung online store and paid in online. ORDER ID is [protected]. Delhivery is that courier partner. ID is[protected]. The product reached my nearest location on November 13 but after that I am not getting any update. i raised multiple complaints in both Samsung and Delhivery website but issue is resolved. On Nov 20 2020, I got message that my product will be delivered but after 3 hours, I got message like due to in complete address my product was not delivered. I shocked that It is proper address and Not even contacted me and delivery agent simply updated fake tracking mark

                                      I too had the same experience from Delhivery through Samsung shop. It reached nearest hub in 3 days but after that full of fake updates daily like unreachable mobile for 3 days. After my continuous calls and escalations everyday, at Last they started updating address is incorrect. Got so frustrated, escalated to Samsung CEO. At Last they delivered product that too in damaged state.
                                      Samsung should reconsider their delivery partner who is very unethical

                                        On november 1st i got a delivery from amzon through delhivery. It was a COD order but i paid through my bank account upi and it failed and the agent told me the payment is failed i should pay him by cash. But the amount is taken from my account. Its the 20th day the amount is not refunded. I enquired with bank and they said amount reached beneficiary account. Please give me solution for this. I was calling their customer care number from the day of transaction but no use.
