Accidentally used the same label for two different packages. & now no one is Responding to us either on Mail nor call pathetic service by Delhivery Courier

TRN ID[protected], for the mentioned TRN ID we have accidentally shipped 02 shipments on Different Date (One which was picked Up on 14th Jan 2021 Traces can be found on Panel & another was Picked on 15th Jan 2021). The traces of the 02nd shipment that we handed Over to the Pickup boy cannot be seen on Shiplyte Panel as its a Duplicate shipment that has been sent under One TRN ID).

What we need right now is to kindly get in touch as soon as possible to the Operations team of Delhivery Shipping Partners & Locate the Duplicate shipment also cross verify with them that on which HUB address currently the Shipment has been located right now, basically we need the exact location or update on the Duplicate shipment that has been sent.

The Pickup Boy that came to pick Our Parcel was Vijay Jhadav[protected]

This is a Pure Error on Side of the Delhivery Shipping Partners that they are not scanning the Parcels Properly & just processing them to the another HUB - we need a Strict action to be taken against the Delhivery Pick Up Boy Vijay Jhadav[protected] for this Error

Sometimes delhivery show the date of parcel return in your online protal :[protected] Then another date:[protected], then the third date:[protected], what a joke.
Our vendor hub is 7 km away from your Delhivery hub. And this parcel has been in your hub for 7 days.

Even after complaining to delhivery, no problem is being resolved.

Hello we live in Dwarka Sector 7 ramphal chowk area in B block in our lane there is one Delhivery courier warehouse. They open there shop at 5.30 am and start making noises. thier tempos come into the lane in every 5 min frequency through which they occupy whole lane to load unload their packages. it makes us difficult to move or vehicles as the lane blocks usually they occupy near to 50 bikes parking space. In the evening they drink openly there and make noise and abuse each other loudly. they have filled the drain with there litter and have blocked it completly and in covid times also there were more than 20-25 boys come here roam without masks and gather and make the place unhabitable. its a residential locality and such warehouses are not allowed here please take action asap. the whole lane is disturbed by them and want them to relocate their shop somewhere else.

has not delivered to me since 6 days...so, please deliver it to me as fast as possible.

I have a tracking number:[protected]. The shipment was suppose to be picked up from my house. However it never got picked up. No call were made to me . When i checked after few days the tracking number stated that pick up was cancelled on my request. however i never got a call from anyone. Delhivery cancelled my pickup without informing me and didn't even try to pick it up.

Wishmaster has taken my product from me and now you are saying he does not have this product and canceled my return too.
My return request was canceled and my product was not even returned. Then I went to office and went to office and asked where my product is, So the manager refused and said, they do not have the product.
Then I told them please check your CCTV. Then he said, he does not have it and cannot show yet.
I remember completely on which date they took this product from me।
Please help me.

My name is Axit Patel. I am having a very bad experience from your side. My queries are not being answered and there is no way to get in touch with you as well. You guys turned Unicorn this year and you don't even have a dedicated customer care number to service your clients. Lack of transparency and lack of communication goes to show how important customer service is for you.

I am sure you must have heard of Shree Maruti Courier, Shree Tirupati Courier Services, DTDC, Shree Anjani Courier Services etc. None of these are as big as you yet even they have dedicated customer support numbers for their clients. I am not even mentioning FedEx, UPL etc.

You do not have any customer care number where clients can reach you to resolve an issue. Your customer service email replies after 48 hours. Whatsapp chat is not useful at all, very limited options. Updates regarding shipments are trash as well.

You need to match your customer service to your level. Your attempt at customer service is just plain pathetic and pitiful. This incident has made me very cautious o[censored]sing you in future. I am sure, One client doesn't mean anything to you but I am planning to post this review everywhere and hopefully other people will realize how shocking your customer service is!

Hi I'm simran yesterday delivery men ne call kiya aur bola ki ap iti(bagar) aa Jao m ghr aa k nhi de skta to mne socha koi ni m aa jau phir aadhe rashte aa k phir vpas phone kiya poocha kha h mne bola rashte me hu phir bolta h to m shamko aauga to phir mne bola m jo aadhe rashte m aa gyi vo to ladai karne laga misbehave karne lga phir product delivery bhi nhi ki aur kl vpas delivery code.aaya to phone bhi nhi kiya ...toh ye kya misbehave delivery boy h

This is so irresponsible behaviour by Delhivery that my courier of vehicle with LTL number[protected] from Bangalore to Haldwani is just going here and there from past 10 days and it has not been delivered to me.
There is no number I can call to for Delhivery’s support. They don’t respond to emails . Such a careless and pathetic service.
I am going to raise this concern from the higher authorities for this irresponsible behavior

Why my order was updated as delivered where I have not yet been received it .

And please make sure why I am experiencing the bad with delhivery only where other ones are providing the service properly.

Please I want my order an on urgent basis also its a PPD order.

Mera delhivery AWB no[protected] jo ki 30 dec 2020 se raigarh me available hai . Jo ki mere address se 47 km dur hai.
Delhivery executive door delivery karne se mana kar rahe hai. Last 2 dino se unke office se pickup ke liye arrange kar raha hu, waha pahuchne ke baad call receive hi nahi karte, finally baat hone par aaj unke hi area me deliver kane ki baat hui thi. Aaj pickup k liye pahuche to call pick nhi kiye, kai call karne par baat hui, jispar batya gaya ki aaj office close hai.

Na hi door delivery kar rahe hai, self pickup arrange karne se bhi cooperate nahi kar rahe hai.

Please update the site regularly and provide fair details of tracking iam facing more trouble due to your nonupdated site since 1 week of dispatch kindly update the site as soon as possible

I have bought a puma shoe worth 5K from amazon, unfortunately the size which i got is smaller, so i asked for return process and amazon suggested to return the package to the seller by myself.
So i contacted Delhivery to pick up the parcel and ship to the the seller, they have provided me a AWB number and a bill which i have attached and after a couple of days i have got a text message from Delhivery that the package is delivered( to the seller)
But when i contacted amazon for refund, amazon executives stating the package is not delivered to the seller, they asked for AWB number of Delhivery as proof that i shipped it from my end, i have provided the AWB number but from the Delhivery website they cant able To track the AWB number and i got surprised.
Then i sent out mails to Delhivery executives and asked for the status of the shipment by referring them to the AWB number they too are not able to find the shipment details.
The issue is not resolved for more than nine months and whenever i send mail to them seeking the tracking details they simply forward it to some executives with in their team but it will not be closed
Moreover they are not at all worried about customer frustration, it’s been 9 months now and no News from them at all.
I have the text message which i attached and the bill they provided, i am intended to get an answer for all the suffering i have been gone through the nine months
