I had purchased a laptop bearing model no. vostro model 1510 , for which i had paid Rs. 39 , 600 /- excluding delivery /courier charges which is Rs.500/- through the indiatimes shopping site.
The laptop was delivered to me at my residence and I have got the invoice of one of your Franchisee/dealer-TEKNIX and as per that invoice laptop model dell vostro 1510 , invoice dated 4th may 2009 , vide invoice no. 341 and name of the seller is TEKNIX.
Only within 2 and a half month of purchased, I had started facing problem in battery backup. For resolving the problem, I tried many times to contact the Company/dealer/franchisee, but dealer number i.e. TEKNIX could not be contacted due to the reason unavailable. Despite all efforts neither I am able to get the customer care complaint email id of Dell nor of your dealer, TEKNIX. The number provided on the invoice is [protected] is not available at all time.
I had then searched one of the contact and customer care details on the carton of the Laptop. It was for my shocked and surprise that the amount/MRP mentioned on the carton for that Laptop is Rs. 33,000/- for which they have charged me Rs. 39,600/-. I had mailed my detailed complaint on the customer care id of dell company and also got the reply from the customer care that they will shortly revert on the same very soon, but till date their revert is awaited. They have also issued many complaint number from the customer care on many occasions.
In the month of December, the battery problem got increased at the highest. When contacted, requested, and finally shouted on the executive on phone, atlast the said battery was replaced and the problem was rectified in the month of December after facing many mental tension and harassment.
At that point of time also discussed MRP issue with the company but they didn't paid any heed to my request. They simply deny my compliant and revert with a simple reply that they are unable to track my purchase details, ever after providing all the details as mentioned above. They were just ignoring their liabilities and keep my deffered on one pretext or another.
I have faced many mental tension for recover my extra amount of Rs.6,600/- paid to the Dealer/Franchisee.
Prayer: I pray to this Honourable forum to make liable the dell company and the distributor/ franchise/ dealer for charging more than MRP. Kindly grant me compensation for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- on account of cheating, mental torture, mental harassment on many occasions. Further, I kindly pray to this Hon’ble court to direct the Franchisee/Dealer/Company to refund me the extra amount of Rs 6600/- charged along with the interest @ 18% P.A. from the date of purchase till the date of realisation.

Dell / Inspiron Laptop — Difference in order deleiverd
I have ordered a Dell Laptop to sales persion into Dell.He sent me quotation for dell Inspiron.The quotation was basic one so I have cutomize it and sent my configuration and My Rate to that Laptop.I have written in the mail if you agree then call me back or mail me or reply me what would be your price for my configuration.
After 1-2 days Varun Ailawadi(Sales Person) and he agrre on Rs 36900 for my configuration after cutomization.
I asked him for cusomized quotation, he told me, don't worry I will sent you the same configuarion that you desired.
Each time on phone and mail ,I always mention my configuation.
But order was received, was on the basis of quotation not my cutomized laptop.
Here below see the 2 attached quotation he sent and my cutomized laptop.
Please help me what to do if anyone.
