I have purchased my DELL studio laptop direct from dell (service tag: C6HV3BS) on Aug'09. After purchase of my system, I have faced weird problem with my DVD-ROM. It’s got replaced three times, which I think is a manufacturing defect from DELL. Because all two DVD-ROMs can`t be faulty.

I have contacted customer care several times for same problem but I didn`t got any satisfactory answer, why my DVD-ROM is replaced for so many times. What is the real problem? Every time
They say that some serious decisions are going on regarding this problem. Our technicians are working to resolve this issue.

Currently my laptop is in under warranty when same out of warranty then what will i do.Pls suggest me asap & resolve problem permanently.Tray drive is better than Slot optical drive.

    For the last 55days, I am struggling to get a workable DELL laptop after duely paid for it. Even to this date they did not give the laptop.

    It was on 12th March, 2010, I have given an online order for a DELL laptop ( model No. S541214IN8 Inspiron (TM) 1464 for an amount of Rs. 36300/- on 12th March 2010, with the configuration, Processor Intel® Core™ i3-330M Processor (2.13Ghz, 4Threads, 3M cache), Memory 4GB (2 X 2 GB) 2 DIMM DDR3 1333Mhz, Hard Drive 500GB 7200RPM, Display 14.0 Widescreen HD WLED Glossy Display with True Life™ (1366x768), Operating System Genuine Windows® 7 Home Basic 64 bit (English), etc.. The response were with in minutes. Within 5 minutes, I got calls from DELL with details of remitting money through internet banking. When I said that I was remitting the money as DD, with minutes I got email letter with DD details. The next day, on 13th March, I had telephone call from DELL on not seeing my money, but on 12th March itself , I paid the price of the laptop through online banking through the account of my friend Krishna kumar. I sent DELL all its detail. At this time I was assured in the phone calls that I will get the laptop on the fifth day. On not seeing the laptop on the said date, I sent 4 email letters, but no reply for any letters. So many phone calls I made, no phone will be attended. Actually, I was seeing the bad side of faceless online business and the sheer irresponsibility that I never expected from reputed firm. At last on 13th day I got the laptop.

    After charging for two days, it on 26th I opened the laptop. Actually, in the beginning itself, I noticed a display problem with the laptop. Lower part of the monitor had got a wavelike brown dispersed ling and the pictures in this region was not clear due to colored patches. Graphic configuration and display adjustments failed to correct this defect.

    On the sixth day, ( by this date, actually I have not used this laptop even for 10 hours), when I was installing a commonly used chemistry software, the laptop abruptly stopped working. No display is seen. I have tried to reboot the system several times, then tried to system recovery options as mentioned in the booklet provided, but all were in vain. I sought the help of computer experts here, they said that there is hardware display problem with the laptop.

    On the next day itself , I sent two express letters in the Chennai address seen in the invoice I received with the laptop. No response to the letters even after 10 days. After so many trial, on 12th April, I got in connection with Dell toll free number. On 13th through online instructions, Dell engineer confirmed that the laptop is a dead one and agreed to replace it with a new one. They sent immediately four letters to sign and send to the Bangalore Dell India office. On the next day itself , I sent the letters, (Pick-up Declaration.doc, Bill of entry doc 1.doc, Authorization Letter doc 1.doc, form 16 kerala.pdf) by speed post.

    On 19th April , there was a call from Dell saying that within that week somebody will come from DELL to take away dead laptop. On 30th April, i.e. after 15 days, one man came from Calicut Dell office and took away the laptop. On 3rd May 2010, through telephonic conversation made me to know that the original configuration I actually ordered is now not available and conveyed the message that I will be given Hard Drive of 320GB 7200RPM in addition video card of 1GB. Though this is not the configuration I ordered, I am doomed to compromise with your suggestion. Now in your new quotation it is seen that Hard Drive 500GB with 5400RPM is that which is going to be given. I have seen that 500GB with 7200RPM is getting with drawn from your website, it itself shows it has got some problems. Because of your misleading advertisement, I have lost valuable 54 days by this date alone.

    Here the laptop companies and shopowners are asking for two days or a maximum of three days to provide a new laptop or computer. There were similar cases default system with other companies like Sony, on the third day, their company men reached with a new system to replace the default one. Here I am waiting for the last 55 days for a computer after duely paid for it as they said. Trechery of this company still continues. I don't know how many months more I have to wait for this DELL laptop for which I have paid duely before 55 days.

    DELL — replacement of laptop

    i got the new laptop on 23rd june but i wi-fi was not working.i called at dell but they sent the engineer at my place.the engineer told for the replacement and taken my request for it..but since now, they people didnt reply...my sevice tag no. is BNHG3BS. and the case no is 220844.

    DELL — defective laptop delivered and no response to my complaint registered

    i bought a new laptop 15 days ago online.on delivery i found it to be defected.(gap between LCD &LCD bezel),i submitted my complaint 10 days ago regarding replacement of the LCD and LCD bezel .dell said that it would be replaced within 48 hrs & there is no response from dell side till now.     Hello Sir,

    I am also facing similar kind of issues with DELL and DELL support guy told me that my laptop will be replaced. Its been 15 days i have sent the scanned, signed copies of the documents to DELL.

    Is you laptop replaced now? and how much time they took in all this process? Please help me what should i do for quick replacement.

    Dell Laptop — Replacement

    I have purchased a laptop one month back and just the next day it got crashed. I have been complaining continuously but the Dell executives keep my phone on hold every time for more than 25min . Then the phone get cancelled on it's ownl. No call back ever has been arranged ever. Nobody till today ie. 8 th dec has even come to collect the laptop also.
    PATHETIC SERVICE provided by Dell. I had never expected this kind of a behavior from their staff and company people.
    I would now suggest everyone not to buy Dell computers.
    If I don't get a replacement in next 10 days I am gonna go to consumer forum now as I have instantly within 5 min. Swiped my credit card to buy the laptop.
    TAKE THIS AS HIGH PRIORITY OR ELSE DELL IS GONNA HAVE A BALL OF A TIME

      This is Vasumathi from India. I would like to take your advice before filing this case in consumer court.

      I purchased a DELL Laptop when I was in US in July-2005 and I purchased international warranty in India in Sep-2009,I had to service my laptop when I traveled to London,Uk.

      I faced so many issues with UK technical support team in terms of servicing my laptop.

      At the end, UK technical support agreed to compensate the issues by repaying the original cost of the laptop. UK tech support told me to get in touch with US tech support as I purchased the laptop in US.

      But, US tech support refused to pay the same. I have communicated the same back to UK Tech support and India warranty support.

      Currently, DELL India warranty team agrees to replace my laptop with a new one but not ready to repay the original cost of the laptop. But I want the original cost of the laptop as agreed by UK tech support.

      I have mail proof for all the communication I had with UK and India tech support and warranty support team.

      Is it advisable to file this case in consumer court? Please advice me

      Dell Laptop — laptop part

      my dell laptop gets heated up very soon after switching on ..sometimes it restarts automatically and battery backup is also low.My laptop is under warranty period..if possible pls give me dell service center no. of lucknow.

        Hello, I am Ramprasad Dhakad I have purchase Dell Laptop and I have the problem in my laptop that it's lip and the lan port are too loose. Actually this problem is from the beginnig from the time of purchase on about 23rd June 2009 but I don't have time to talk to customer care of dell to tell them about the problem and not having the proper contact number to call them because their is no any service center. and now I'm having the number and complain about the problem but they directly denied that they will not giving the solution just because of I've not call them earlier about the problem, but my service period means the waranty period is of 1 year which is supposed to exit on 22 June 2010. so they should provide me the service. they are saying that this problem is created by the using the laptop but I told them that definetly when I'll use the laptop then only I will be aware about the problem and the lip is not looses just becouse o[censored]sing the laptop only for the 300 days. then how could I asure that the laptop will remain safe after 2-3 year it will completly damaged according to them.

        please please sir kindly help me whatever way it would be possible because I couldn't do anything against of them just because they are not in the city means no service center in Indore.

          i purchased studio-15 laptop in july2009, and u would be surprised to hear that its mother board got crashed in a month . Although the part was replaced at ur service center, delhi,but after facing a lot of problems.

          i am so disappointed to know that one year is not yet completed & i am still facing many problems everyday

          its DVD writer is NOT working now. And also its mouse stops working at times, sumtimes its blootooth device stops working.. i.e one or the other problem

          Its really sad & disappointing to know that such a reputed company like DELL is not standing true on its name. My faith on the company is totally shattered.

          So many problems in less than a year.
          Do u think all this will increase a customer ‘s satisfaction. Definitely NOT !!

          I am a student & i can’t effort to buy its accessories or a new laptop

          Its my request to the company to provide me the extended warranty free of cost as a compensation or at least replace the defective laptop with a new one (but in that case too whats the guarantee that the new one wud not b defective)..

          I arranged money bcz i was planning to extend its warranty but now that my faith has been lost
          i am regretting that why i purchased DELL and cursing the person who suggested me the name of DELL.

          If this compensation is not possible for the company , then kindly send ur executive and i will give him this defective laptop as a GIFT to the company. I hope this would make u happier.
          Bcz may b customer’s Dissatisfaction is ur foremost aim.

            I have recently purchased a dell laptop. I was told that the Antivirus software i got (McAfee) is for 15 months duration. But now, after one month of purchase, it shows that my limited trial period for antivirus software is finished and i have only few days left for the use of the software. Please help me out....

            Also this laptop has got the battery issue....the battery empties so rapidly that it takes only an hour to be totally empty.

              sir, recently i made the payment for buying a laptop of dell by depositing the required sum of money at a citibank in the name of dell india pvt ltd.i have done the required formalities for placing the order as suggested by a dell sales person.on his advice i had sent him the scan copy of the deposit slip as proof of my payment.but still now i have not got an order number and no reply has been forwarded from dell to me.my quotation number provided by dell is IRIS3488964.

                I purchased a dell inspiron 1525 from a certified retailer R.J Computers, G-7 bajaj house, 97. nehru place New Delhi india. on the 19th of february 2009. with an onsite warranty of 18 months.

                i came across a problem with my wifi minicard in the january 2010 and reffered to the dell customer support to take over it. but i was refused support on the website quoting that my warranty is over.

                i corrected the problems with the drivers myself and forgot about the warranty issue.

                not i came across a new problem in march 2010 with the ac adapter, which is quite ok in appearance as far as i know and is a genuine one that came with the dell laptop. but whenever i connect it, the laptop displays charger cannot be determined.

                whereas i called dell customer helpline, i was said that my warranty has ended and i insisted on a word with the support technicians. my laptop on the time of my purchase was registered on my uncles name Mr. Niyaz Ah kawa, 9/300 satyadeep apartments east of kailash, new delhi.

                now the support technician denied help, and beated around the bushes asking me my contact numbers, and all. and finally said that the laptop is not registered with the name i said it was. and disconnected the line.

                i am working as a freelance journalist and the problem of my laptop not being functional has cost me.

                i have came to know that the ac adapter fault is a worldwide manufacturing flaw by continous research and surveys conducted online. and that the dell has not done anything in the previous 4 years to solve the issue apart from frying the customers to buy a new $100 ac adapter which experiences the same fault in a month or too.

                i hereby tend to ask the reasons for the following:

                if i purchase a laptop in february 2009 and have a 18 months warranty (the purchase invoice i have with me) how come the warranty expire in november 2009?

                if there was a technical flaw in the adapter, why wasnt it taken care of before taking it out to the market.

                why was i denied support in account of a fake reason that the laptop was registered to some other name

                and

                i insist for a compensation to each and every customer experiencing the same problem in exchange to the laptop (which are in thousands) in a cash amount equal to the value of laptop at the time of purchase.

                and or rupees 1000 per day to me, unless i am provided technical support and my adapter and motherboard is replaced.

                in the event of non-compliance, i would be instigated to raise the issue in the international media.

                  I purchased Dell Inspiron 545S on 5th December 2009 in Chennai. On 10th March 2010 afternoon, it stopped working. I complained to Dell on 10th. On 13th Marhc, service engineer (from TVS, on contract with Dell) replaced with refurbished motherboard. On 14th it did not start and same problem diagnosed over phone with Dell. Since 14th March was Sunday, I complained on 15th March. The service engineer came with parts on 20th. The part was not working at the same time only !!! The part was defective !!!. I was informed that new parts will to come from Singapore and will be replaced by 26th. I received follow up call from Dell on 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th. I talked to Sibi, Smith, Hamid (Manager), Ravi. I have not received any follow up call after that. I called[protected] and talked to Chris. He said some body will call me but, nobody called. I have sent email as well.

                  I want to inform to Dell international. Let me know if any body has email id.

                  It has been over a month and no progress.

                    i had bought dell inspiron laptop around 1 month ago.for a small problem regarding laptop i had cald customer care no.and had a talk with a guy cald parag gogia.the issue was resolved and since then i never put any complaint or contacted dell.but now after one month this person called me up and told me to check my email as it is regarding some upgradation.he told me to follow the link in mail and whatever he said.i did so,only to realise that now he had a remote access to my pc as he could open any folder and could see my wallpaper without me clicking anything!! and may be he was able to view me also as the pop up said"ur screen is being viewed"!! his desk no. is[protected].after that he disconnected the phone as well as the session but i am still not sure whethr my pc is safe or not.

                        I had purchased a DELL Studio 15 in February 2009. Within the first 2-3 months i started facing issues with the Laptop. SInce then i have practically changed every part of the laptop except the body. The customer service has been even more APPALLING. People on the phone give call back promises but it never happens. So many parts and so early. Once i spoke to some Supervisor and he said that after all its a machine its bound to have issues and i was like is that a joke or are you serious. A Professional from DELL talking to me like this made me realise how serious they are with a customer.

                        It's an absolute CRAP of a service that DELL India provides. Incorrect information is the prime factor.
                        Everyone tells me something else.

                        The machine given to me is no different. Faulty parts, reoccurence of replacing things and so on..
                        I just regret being a DELL customer to be very honest.
                        All i wish is a response and to be treated like a customer and not like a joke.

                        DELL — Lack of tech support

                        Dell tech support is pathetic. Case No7238452 Unable to boot using pendrive. Model Vostro 3400. They said doesn't support pendrives more than 2GB. I need a resolution. Its stupid to say it can't support when windows recognises the same. In the BIOS the pendrive sometimes gets detected as floppy. The same works on other laptops including Dell's and desktop systems. I need a resolution.

                          There is a Narinder singh (who told in locality) that he is employee
                          of Dell, Mohali.
                          who lived at 1481/Phase 3B2 Mohali. till (Feb/March) month end

                          He shifted above residence and did not pay Rs 400/- to the maid who
                          worked for him.
                          Maid(Savitri) is trying to get in touch with him by visiting Dell. She
                          has already spent huge money/effort on this. But failed to reach him.
                          Kindly ask security to help Savitri/ her husband when she visits Dell,
                          Mohali security/Reception next time.

                          Narinder singh also has not bothered to pay electricity/water bill of owner.

                          If you could trace this person, you will be great help to the poor
                          maid. This is a huge money for her.

                          To Harass a poor woman maid is not good.

                            I had heard a lot about the Laptop of the your Company. So I decided to purchase the Laptop of your Company. But I feel I made the most wrong decision of my life.

                            I booked the model no. S541251N8-Dell Inspiron (TM) 1564 Laptop from M/s. Vidhur & Co. Pvt. Ltd. vide R. No. 284 dt.[protected] dt.[protected]. I was informed that the Laptop would be delivered to me within 10 working days. Further I was informed that delivery of the Laptop would be done by a Company Official & the visiting official would do the installation and demo. The delivery, installation and demo would be done in front of me.

                            But the actual story is totally different. The Laptop has been delivered to me on[protected] by courier in my absence (After full 19 days). I am trying to call the Customer Care Service No. [protected] since last 5 days without any result. So I decided to call M/s. Vidhur & Co. Pvt. Ltd. who washed their hands stating that they cannot do anything more. They were the booking agent of your Company It is highly regretful to state that none of the promises made to me have been fulfilled. In this situation I am forced to write this complaint.

                            In case if my complaint is not looked into. I will be forced to take appropriate legal action against the Company.

                              to begin with let me introduce myself. i am a retired doctor from the Indian army, who placed an order for a laptop for my son who is doing engineering at Birla Institute of Technology. the details are as follows :-

                              despite repeated enquiries & telephone calls the said instrument was not supplied. Subsequently on 18 Feb 2010 i was informed that as the said model could not be supplied & they are changing the order to Order No 0518777.

                              now they have changed the order number to 0542134 and then somebody contacted me from dell and said they would deliver it by the 21st or latest by 22nd of March. it is already the 23rd of march
                              as you will observe it is over 2 months since i paid for a laptop & there is still no sign of it.
                              i can't fathom how a company who claim to be leaders in computer hardware can be so irresponsible & cause such hardship to your customers.

                                Hi,
                                The LCD screen on my DELL studio 15 broke and i purchased a new one over the phone , Rs 10,500 for the screen and Rs1364 for an on site technician. This happened on the 26th of January. The person from DELL who took my order promised me the part in 5 working days and also added worst case would be 7-10 working days. After a month i received a LCD screen and 5 days later a technician came home only to tell me the part sent was not the right one( inspiron 15).
                                I have called up the Dell customer care more than 30 times over the last 2 months and they have not responded to my plea of a cash back too. Technical they have stolen my money!
                                After around a month and a half one Mr Dinesh called me and told me he would solve my problem, and its been 2 weeks since i have heard from him now.

                                Over all i advice anyone buying a DELL Laptop to please rethink the decision.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I ( Bhartendu Mihir) had paid for Dell Inspiron 1564 Laptop; System tag: F1Q15BS; Express Service Code: [protected]; Quotation number IRSO3340983 on date 23 Feb, 2010 and I got it delivered at Chennai, India on March 1st 2010.
                                    I would like to mention it that I have bought the Dell Inspiron Laptop for my sister residing at Chennai, India; while I am working at Jamnagar, Gujarat and I had done my payment through credit card.
                                    I would like to write the events date wise as it will make things much more clear to understand.

                                    1st March, 2010
                                    The laptop was delivered.

                                    6th March, 2010
                                    Laptop was given to Dell Chennai service centre (in consultation with Dell Technical Support Team) as it was found that the system is not able to detect the DVD drive.

                                    9th March, 2010
                                    When the call was made to Chennai Dell Service centre to know the status, it was a shock to know that the along with the optical drive, the mother board need to be replaced too.
                                    Well, if we need to change the motherboard of a 5 day old laptop, it speaks volume about the quality of Dell laptops, isn’t it? Anyway, after the motherboard and optical drive of a laptop is being changed within the very first week, not much is left inside of a laptop supposed to be brand new. So I requested the sales person Mr. Manish Satija, (from whom I had purchased the laptop) to kindly consider my request for the change of laptop as it is a new one and it hadn’t been a week even. Well, the request fell on deaf ears as he washed his hands off by saying it’s now Dell support team’s responsibility to look after the affairs. Hasn’t it been of much more mature nature had he taken the support staff in conference and resolved the issue then and there. Anyways, then I checked the mail which he sent me while sending me the Quotation for the laptop and I observed that the name of his supervisor had been missing form bottom of the mail, unlike other dell sales person.

                                    10th March, 2010
                                    Called Dell customer care to register complain that the Chennai service centre team is saying they can’t repair the laptop before 8th march, which is much more than the minimum days for service that Dell promises.
                                    But no matter how much I insisted they did not write the complain saying that since three days are not over, they can’t write it. Though I reasoned that your very own service centre is saying they can’t fix it by today, so until they do something it won’t be repaired within three days as Dell promises. (That’s what they told me. It takes Maximum three days to fix any issue)

                                    I called Dell customer care to inform of my problems and register complain now as three days were over. (I must appreciate Dell support staffs attitude of letting mistakes happen and then writing complain instead of preventing it at the first instance).
                                    Anyways, the agony doesn’t end here, I had to call more than 5 times to register complain. As the person whoever was picking up the phone used to transfer my call to another department and then after holding for many minutes the call would get disconnected. Well, I would definitely make a suggestion that it would be a nice gesture and of much help to customer if the support staff rings the customer back if there call is dropped while transferring, as they always first take all required identification data, before listening to the problem and realising that it’s not related to them.
                                    So after learning the names of half of dell support team finally my complain was registered, case no. 2922905. It was informed later by the Chennai service centre team that the laptop could be collected on 12th march, 2010.

                                    When my sister and my brother went to collect the laptop, it was found that the pre-installed MS Office, Mcafee and the Adobe reader that came preinstalled were missing. And upon asking the service centre person he replied that it couldn’t be installed. The service centre person then called someone on phone but no matter what he did, he was unable to install them. And he told my sister to take it without getting these software installed. So, I instructed my sister to leave the laptop in service centre itself.

                                    As the dell customer support team is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, I couldn’t register complain earlier, and by know you can very well imagine the irritation, anger and agony a customer must have gone through.
                                    So on Monday I registered my complain yet again and have requested them to please replace my laptop. Sorry I am not having the complain number right now, but it can be checked in my name, Bhartendu Mihir, isn’t it?

                                    At last I request you to please resolve the matter and please replace the laptop with a new one, because the motherboard and optical drives have been already replaced and even then it’s not working properly and is still lying in Dell’s service centre since 6th March, 2010.

                                    I have purchased Inspiron 1464 which I received on 6th of March. On arrival I noticed that the web cam of the system has an inherent technical problem with the hardware and would need a replacement. On calling the technical team they had tried to resolve the issue with trouble shooting and advised that the problem with the hardware and need replacement.

                                    On 18th of March 2010 I was advised that my replacement request has been processed and approved. There after I called on couple of occasion to confirm the same and was advised that the replacement would be done with 20 to 25 days. Yesterday I called back again to check what was happening with the same and learnt that though the replacement was approved, not actioned as yet. Today I received a call from replacement team that they have actioned the same today and would take further 1 months time to complete the whole procedure.

                                    I have purchased the system with faith in the brand name of DELL and never anticipated that a brand that totally depends upon the service that they provide over the phone to have this kind of service levels.

                                    Today I was on call with dell for about 1 and half hours with several different agents and each time the call was dropped before the resolution and I had to call back again. Finally I sat down to write.

                                    Here what I would like to understand is that how come I received a system with inherent fault was there no quality check. Further, if there was a lapse is it not dells policy to handle such cases on priority bases. If not is there no SLA that they have to handle such cases. If no is the way I can understand my rights as a customer who had already paid full amount before even seeing the system and received a bad one. If not is there a way that you can now expedite the process just to compensate on it. If not is there a way I can request for full refund of my system, and not have anything to do with dell ever again.

                                      Complaint Directed for the attention of Regional PF Office Bangalore-

                                      My Name is Samrat Goud Pasham and I had applied for my PF withdrawal through Dell International Services Limited at the Regional PF office in Bangalore for account number KN/BN/24960/22913.

                                      The request for withdrawal has gone well over the prescribed 6 month SLA and furthermore the online application for checking status http://www.epfindia.com/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx does not even register a work order and says that my request for withdrawal has not been received?

                                      Please expedite this job and do the needful and do feel free to get in touch with me if you need any further assistance from my end

                                      Same problem with thousands people out there. Dont have any clue what to do. I am waiting for 2.5 years. Dell have not submitted my application yet. Everytime they are saying, ... "as you aware we are dealing with govt. authorities (RPFC, Delhi) &amp; we do not have any control on their processes. There is some internal delay hence this process got delayed, so you are kindly requested to bear with us.".
                                      I have been waiting for 6 months. No clue whatsoever. We need to write to Michael dell directly if this is not done.
                                      There is another way. We need to write a written complaint to the PF office saying that employer is not responding.
                                      I am also facing same issue. I submitted online request in EPFO UAN portal and then in next few days I got PF amount from NTT data in my bank account, but for Dell it skipped without any notification. I sent email on [protected]@dell.com but nobody is responding.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop in the month of May last year. The service tag no is 6K2C3BS. The booking was done by a dell representative, Namita Srivastava in Croma, Pune and I had opted for payment by Citibank credit card in 12 installments. While booking, Namita told me that the installment would be at 0% interest. Later when I received my credit card bill, I came to know that I was being charged interest for the laptop. I contacted Citibank and they said that there was no such agreement with Dell. I tried contacting Citibank through e-mails but did not receive any satisfactory reply. Most of the times, they did not bother to reply also. They did not even give me proper service and they also did not reply to my e-mails regarding after sales service.

                                        I tried innumerable times to reach them but all my efforts were in vain. I have wasted a lot of money and energy on them to get the issue resolved but nothing happened. I demand an apology and compensation from them and if they do not give me proper reply, I would be forced to approach the consumer court.

But its OS is corrupted and I don,t have Windows 7 OS cd in my Kit, I tried to talk on your toll free number with ur Technical And support group they have given me Case no 2521389 but they are not able to solve my problem.

                                        Sir please tell me how i can solve my problem or I will suggest to other its better to go for HP, sony , Lenovo but not for Dell laptops due to poor service.
