On 2/9/10, I had booked my flight from Blore to Jaipur for 8/9/10 (PNR7TTRVJ) that had a stopover at Mumbai for 1 hour and the connecting flight to Jaipur (7TTRVJ). A day prior to my journey, I get a call from GoAir stating that my stop at Mumbia is till 5 pm with the reason being rescheduling of flights and so unprofessional for an airline.

Firstof all, rescheduling on such short notice can’t be accepted. Secondly,why only 2 days of notice time for passengers, when am sure, at least a months’time would be spent on planning the rescheduling of GoAir routes well in advance. Giving just a day's notice to passengers is just ridiculous.

Here is the experience part. When I approached the counter in Mumbai, I received a cold response. Stating that nothing could be done. Further, I went ahead to the boarding counter, where they gave such aresponse as though it was not their problem that the flight was rescheduled. The least that GoAir could do was give proper and polite explanations. There was nothing much I could do the staff couldn't give any explanation. All the staff were shying away from the counter as though they made a crime and didn’t want to answer, I had to repeat myself to make my presence felt and heard. All I hear is “Sorry, the flights have been rescheduled.”

I fly frequently to Jaipur,Mumbai, and Delhi and fortunately this was my first time fling Go Air. I usually take the Indigo or the SpiceJet, which I have found to be byfar have excellent customer satisfaction. Since, I had to enduresuch an experience of flying Go Air, I cancelled my return flight(6DIULK) without further thought and booked with Indigo.

I've mailed Go Air on Sept 14, and got a reply on Sept 16th, which is just a standard system automated reply email which was incomplete and the content missing. I'm waiting to see if Go Air will ever plan to reply which they haven't yet.

    I was travelling by Go Air flight G8-171 from Del to Mum on 5th Sep'10. The flight was scheduled to leave Delhi at 7.50 PM and reach Mumbai at around 10.00PM. Two days before my travel date, Go air smsed me saying that the flight has been rescheduled and will now depart 2hr 50min late at 22.40PM. I asked the airline to accomodate me on another flight which was scheduled to leave earlier. The airline refused to do so and said that I would have to pay the fare differential and the cancellation charges if I wanted to shift to their other flight. The airline also said that the delay was due to a DGCA order and when I asked them to furnish a copy or the order or give me in writing that the delay was due to a DGCA order, they flatly refused. The airline also said that since the delay was less than 3hr, I could not be shifted to another flight, although, I could not understand if a 2hr 50min delay is less inconvinient than a 3hr delay.

    On the day of my travel the flight got delayed by a further 1hr 30min and I was told about this delay only an hour before 10.40 PM. When I reached the airport and protested, the airline representatives said that if I had reached airport earlier they would have sent me by the flight that was leaving around 8.00 PM. I was left wondering if the airline would listen to people only when they create a scene on the airport. I wrote a complaint in this regard to the airline and am yet to receive anything on the action taken by the airline.

      We regret to note that you were not able to utilize the said voucher at the time of booking and thus could not avail the discount, may we request you to provide us with the detail error / snap shot of the error faced at the time of booking for us to look into the same.         Dear Sir,

        I booked the air ticket in Go Air from Mumbai to Delhi direct flight (G8-375) scheduled on 30th June 8PM. I was struck up in the traffic jam for almost 3.5 hours and reached the check in counter at 7:35PM. They did not allow me with my family to enter the flight. There were 3 to 4 passengers with us had similar experience. I was really shocked when the lady officer from Go Air present at the counter spoke in a very arrogant manner without any due respect to the customer and simply did not allow us to board the flight by just giving flimsy reasons. I had requested her to allow us as i had an infant with us. I was trying to book the flight at 9:50PM however it was already delayed by more than 1 hr and Delhi was not safe in late nights. I booked an early morning flight and stayed outside the airport for the whole night. It was really horrible experience for my family. I was facing lot of problems for arranging milk for my kid and the weather was really bad outside. I had a big loss as i shelled out separately for booking the early morning flight and huge mental trauma that we had during the whole night. I need a compensation of 50K for the mental trauma and worst behavior of the lady officer

        Though its old request, can i request Goair resolution team let me know why they mark this complaint as resolved. I have neither received call nor email for compensation from Goair on this front. Pls. keep this complaint as open and let others know about GoAir poor customer support.

        all airlines try fly full. so either they over book and who ever left behind is considered NO-SHOW (which is illegal on their part and ur supposed to be compensated) or if there are seats they will give it to people who book last minute at airport.

        only 50k for the whole trauma ??? u shud get more than that just for the lady's behaviour. i[censored] have the time and money to hire a lawyer that is.

          I travelled by Go Air to Delhi on 3rd March and on landing at Delhi, I found that my bag was damaged. I approached the Ground staff who gave me a complaint form which I duly filled and received an acknowledgement.

          Even after 1 month no one contacted me. Then I sent a mail to their customer support cell. They gave me a round about stating that they had not received any complaint. Then they stated that Go Air is not responsible for any damage in transit for the checked in luggage. Finally they stated that the form filled by me is invalid and I should have filled another form. They further stated that now the matter is closed from their end and they will not help me any further.

          Now, if the ground staff misleads the customer then is it the customers fault that wrong form was filled and submitted?
          Can the airline get away with this?

            I (Dipti Sharma) want to complaint that i had a Go air Flight (G8-152) on 19.Apr.10 (Monday) at 06:00AM. I reached airport at 05:15AM. I was coming directly from Navi Mumbai. I got a coffee for self as i was down with high fever.

            So, reported GO AIR counter at 05:32AM. Go air representative said that counter has been closed, and you may contact counter no.14 where our Duty Supervisor will give you the Boarding Pass. I went to Counter 14 but Duty Supervisor refused to give boarding pass. Inspite of insisting that i am down with high fever and have a meeting in office for which i have to take this flight. She denied to give me Boading Pass. And at that time Boarding had not started.

            Her behaviour was very arrogant, on requesting her to make me talk to Duty Manager/authorized person. On This she stated that "I am the authority". And i cannot issue Boarding pass. And you have to buy another ticket.
            I had briefed her clearly that i dont have any check in luggage and have only Cabin luggage/Bag. So i can rush directly and catch other passenger waiting for boading. But she denied and didnt listened and started talking on phone.
            Upon repetitive request and making her clear about that i had important meeting and cannot afford to miss the flight. But she didnt listening and directly me to ticketing counter.

            Is it right to do this to any passenger on being late for 2mins. I had to again buy ticket on GO Air Flight (GA-334, 19.04.10 at 10:30AM). I have to again pay Rs.3430.00.

            I have to call my husband to airport, We both missed our first Half in office. Because of arrogant and attitude of Duty Supervisor i faced problem, harassment.

            When i reported the incident to Duty Manager of GA-334 Flight, she said, 2mins could have been considered. And it was not correct on behalf of Duty Supervisor.

            I could not reach office and attend meeting. Also my health deteriorated and could inform the authority same day. Able to mail today. I want a communication and action on the complaint.               I had a Go Air flight G8 222 to Mumbai on 5th April at 7:15am. I reached the airport at 6:15am and was in queue for check in. There were 2 Go Air flights operating in the morning, 7:10am to Delhi and 7:15am to Mumbai. The total passenger load was about 340 people. There were only 2 people at the Go Air check in counter handling both flights simultaneously. By the time I reached the counter, they said the counter has been closed. Almost 40 people were not allowed to board the aircraft, all who had reached the airport an hour before the departure. In these 40, some had international connecting flights, some had important business meetings, and some had a job. I apparently had an entrance exam in the afternoon in Mumbai. The passengers requested the ground staff to delay the flight by 10-15 minutes and let the them get on board. The check-in personnel denied the same and all these passengers were left behind.

              When we asked for the full refund of our airfare, we were told that each passenger would be charged Rs.750 for cancellation or for rescheduling. My Go Air flight cost me Rs.1600. Why would I pay half the amount for not travelling on the date I am supposed to, and that too because of a problem at their end. I requested them to put me on the next Kingfisher flight at 8:40am. The airfare for this flight was Rs.3600. Being a student, I did not have that kind of cash in hand to purchase another ticket. No support was shown from the Airport authority regarding this issue. There is no Go Air flight operating in the evening, and no flight operating the next day, Tuesday. They suggested us to reschedule ourselves on the Wednesday flight, 2 days after the actual travel date. There was no Go Air manager present on the airport. Only the check-in personnel and reservation desk personnel were taking care of this issue. After an hour of argument and after the media had arrived, they agreed to refund us the complete fare.

              However, this does not compensate for people who have missed their important meetings or examinations. They did not even account for passengers travelling abroad on connecting flights. Go Air has no value for their customers at all. No passenger was at fault and everyone had reached the airport on time. It was due to mismanagement and lack of personnel that this problem occurred. Also, the check in personnel agreed that their system was running slow, hence the delay in checking in passengers.

              Go Air should be penalized for their behavior with the passengers and for not keeping up with their terms and policies. It is clearly stated that Check In counter opens 2 hour prior to departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. Again, there was no passenger who reached later than 6:30 for the 7:15 flight.

              I hope there is an action taken against them and justice be done to the passengers.

              Go Airways — Rescheduled my flight by one day

              Sir,
              I have booked my flight for 5th December 2010 from Delhi to Patna in Go air flight number-G8-341 on 20th october having PNR number G5R1JA.One day before(i.e. on 4th December) airlines representative informed me that your flight is cancelled on that day, now you have two options either reschedule your flight on 6th December or take your money refund.Sir, I am going to attend my sister marriage on 6th December and I've no other option thatswhy I accepted to rechedule my flight on 6th December.
              Sir,I've to inform you that actually flight was not cancelled on that day as it is evident over the Go Airways site.Now I understand that tickets demand on that day due to Sunday is more thats why they selling their tickets on higher prices.
              Now I want to know that is there any rule to punish airlines for this type of offences or is everything ok in India?Is this punishment to born as an Indian citizen? Sir, I'm really very much upset by this incidence. Please do needfull.

                Hi,

                I travelled Mumbai-Delhi on 10.2.10 by flight G8-452, PNR - R9Y4Y4. The trolley handle of my checked in luggage, baggage tag no. 536374, was broken to such an extent that it is not functional any more. I have registered a complaint on arrival. The file no. of the same is DBRG8452. I had been offered Rs 250 for the handle. I deny to accept it since the handle costs a lot more plus the inconvenience cost should be paid. I have requested a new bag - however looks like no follow up has been done on it yet.

                Go Air — Damage to Bagage

                Dear Sir,

                I have travelled from Go Air on 3rd Oct 09 from Goa to Delhi. I received my luggage in a very shabby condition with the zipper broken. I registered my compalaint with Go Air baggage dept and they are not resolving my complaint to my satisfaction. They are offering me 350 voucher for Go Air which is useless for me. I need either my bag to be replaced or repaired to my satisfaction.

                Sir,
                I was travelling from Bagdogra to Mumbai by Go Air flight NoG8/606 and Delhi to Mumbai by connecting Flight No G8/171 on January 7, 2011. On arrival at Mumbai, the trolley handle of my checked in luggage (suitcase worth of Rs. 6000) was completely broken & beyond repair. My baggage tag No. is G8 710241. The flight was late and arrived at Mumbai at around 12.45 pm night. I registered complaint on arrival with Go Air person (Mr. Avari Porus, CSE) on duty at Mumbai Airport for compensation. He was offering me Rs.150 for which I denied and asked for either replacement of my baggage or more amount. He was arguing with me and delayed all my time for nothing getting any compensation on that midnight. It was like harassment for me instead of comforting the passenger whose baggage was damaged first of all and secondly the flight was late and thirdly delayed me for no proper respond from Go Air on that midnight. I asked him at least direct me to senior staff of Go Air or their telephone number so that at least I can explain & show them how badly was my luggage damaged and whether it was worth compensating Rs. 150 or not. He totally denied in this regard. Even did not provide me telephone number to contact. I was just detained nearby Go Air office and finally i had to come out of the airport since it was already 1.45 am in the morning. I was told that GO Air will contact me within two days but I did not hear anything from Go Air even after waiting for 13 days. This doesn’t mean that Go Air can do whatever they like to their passenger. However, I still wait for compensation for my damaged luggage and also for the inconvenience caused to me. I still request Go Air management to look into this matter at the earliest.
                I will be flying back to Bhutan on January 19, 2011 and till then I am in India for my official work till January 18. My contact No. in India is [protected]. After January 19, I will be in Bhutan.

                Cancellation due to floods in Kashmir

                I had to cancel my flight to Srinagar due to floods and expected full refund by Goair. But Goair deducted Rs. 1500 per ticket in spite of media reports that Goair have agreed to waive all cancellation charges. What shall I do next?

                  I had booked ticket on GO Air flight no G8 604 on Jammu to Mumbai sector for 6th Feb 2010.Scheduled departure at 10:05 am from jammu and arrival at 14:10 hrs at mumbai.
                  The flight was a via flight , details of route were not provided at the time of booking.
                  on boarding the flight it was know that it is jammu -- srinagar -- mumbai bound flight. and dure to snowfall at srinagar jammu- srinagar schedule stands cancelled.
                  with all these unscheduled delays no clarity is given to passanger about the current status nor any info is updated with the call centre of go air.
                  To call at call centre of goair is pathetic no representatives have any clarity nor are they updated with flight scheduled , cancellation , delays etc, to the dismay they want all source of info to be available with the customer.
                  Nor there airport goair stations are responding to any calls.
                  It is totally pathetic to travel by this airline which claims of High time performance on arrivals ,certified pilots ,etc.
                  Hope these complaints prove to be an eye opener for GO AIR and atleast they give some good on board training to their call centre representatives.

                    On 2nd Feb 2010, I travelled from Mumbai to Indore by GoAir flight no. G8-221 and my seat no. is C23. While leaving the flight I forgot to take my cellphone (Nokia CDMA 6275) which is kept in the front pocket of the seat.
                    I called airport offices of indore and mumbai and according to them no cellphone is found that day.

                      I would like to inform you that I have booked ticket in Go Air flight (PNR ‘H1FKCZ’) from Chandigarh to New Delhi dated 16th December’09. When I reached Chandigarh Airport and I found that the flight was delayed due to weather condition (Fog).

                      The concerned person in counter told me that the Flight coming from Mumbai and the same will be going to Delhi. He also suggest me that the Jet Flight coming from Delhi to Chandigarh and you can go from the same flight then you can reached Delhi around 1200 AM. Then I have booked the ticket in the Jet flight so that I can take my next flight from New Delhi to Jodhpur at 01:05 in Indian Airlines.

                      In the same time, the concerned person in Go Air Counter had note down the PNR No. and other details from my Ticket and told me that we can cancelled your ticket but the amount refunded by your booker.

                      When I checked my booker for refund money then he has saying that the PNR ‘H1FKCZ’ showing as “No Show’ not as cancelled Status. As a customer, I have done all formalities but why it is showing as a No Show as the concerned person in Go Air Counter in Chandigarh had told me that we will cancel the Ticket.

                      We request you to please change the status by cancel the Go Air Ticket. Kindly inform us as and when it is changed and we shall proceed to claim the refund amount.

                        GO-AIR FLIGHT 451 (DELHI TO MUMBAI, 5.05 AM) WAS CANCELLED ON 03 JAN 2010 CITING BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. I RECEIVED A SMS FROM GO-AIR AT 2 AM ON 03 JAN 2010.

                        HOWEVER THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FOG IN DELHI DURING THE EARLY MORNING TIME. IN FACT, THE NEXT GO-AIR FLIGHT TO MUMBAI FROM DELHI (G8 229, 7.05 AM) DEPARTED FIVE MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME!! THIS FURTHER CONFIRMS AND PROVES THAT THERE WAS NO BAD WEATHER AT DELHI AIRPORT THAT CAUSED THE CANCELLATION OF GO-AIR FLIGHT G8 451.

                        ONCE THE CANCELLATION WAS ANNOUNCED, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE GO-AIR CALL CENTER PEOPLE HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY POOR TO SAY THE LEAST. I SPOKE TO VARIOUS PEOPLE AND IN ALL CASES, THE CALL CENTER PERSON COULD NOT CONVERSE IN BASIC ENGLISH!! GO-AIR NEEDS TO EMPLOY ADEQUATELY EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO CAN SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH. IT IS REALLY A MATTER OF GREAT SHAME.

                        OVERALL, I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH GO-AIR AND IT'S STAFF. PERSONALLY, I WILL NOT TRAVEL WITH GO-AIR AGAIN. THE GO-AIR FLIGHT G8 451 WAS CANCELLED FOR OTHER UNKNOWN REASONS AND THE CORRECT REASON WAS NOT SHARED WITH THE POOR AND HAPLESS PASSENGERS WHO HAD BOOKED TICKETS ON THIS FLIGHT.

                        GO-AIR HAS DONE THIS TO ME ONCE BEFORE AND I REALLY CANNOT TAKE IT ANY LONGER. I WOULD SINCERELY ADVISE THE INDIAN AIR TRAVELER TO STAY AWAY FROM GO-AIR. IT IS OPERATED BY A BUNCH OF THUGS WHO HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS.

                        I AM TAKING THIS COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMER COURT SO THAT GO-AIR PROVIDES ADEQUATE COMPENSATION TO THE AFFECTED TRAVELERS.

                        I had urgent meeting in Delhi on 09/04/09 at 12:00pm so i had booked the ticket so early. But on 05/04/09 i had a phone call from Go Air that the my flight has been cancelled. This is very ridiculous.

                        go-air has bad reputation for cancelling flights without a proper reason. both staff (air port, call center, etc) and management is crooked.

                        govt of india should take strict action against go-air management for the malpractices that are being followed on a regular basis at the expense of poor passengers.

                          I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 311 for travelling date of 11th Desember 2009 from Delhi to Ahmedabad. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of Travel Agent. They said money refunded within 15days. still now I haven't receive.

                          I need grateful on this issue within 2 days else I am going to lodge a complaint against Go airlines and Make My Trip Travel Agent .

                          customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          On 30th of September 2008 I tried to book my seat on Go Air flight from Srinagar to Delhi for 1st October 2008, which was not successful due to some problem in the network. I tried as many as four times but every time I got failed, hence no PNR was generated. Next day on 1st October 2008 I went to Airport and purchased a ticket in Kingfisher Airlines and traveled on the same day.



                          After few weeks I got the credit card bill from my banker, the statement shows that I have been charged by Go Air on account of ticket from Srinagar to Delhi, which was not generated at all surprising that each time I tried to book it got failed and I was charged four times e; 6554 x 4 = 26, 216/=. I would like to mention that a single person can travel in one day on a given sector four times in just one flight. Then I contacted my bank and brought it in their notice (by written document) and amount of Rs. 26, 216/= was refunded to me.



                          I again got the bill on 20th December 2008 stating that Rs. 26, 216/= has been charged by Go Air on account of tickets which I never purchased. Had have I purchased then I surely would have traveled which can be ascertained from Go Air flight records. This is a serious lap and warrants quick action from your side.



                          Kindly look into the matter and bill raised is withdrawn at the earliest failing which I shall be constrained to take the matter in consumers forum.



                          Please note that I tried to book the seat but no PNR was generated. So hence I did not travel by GO Air flight.

                          I am Chhagan gahlot ,I would like to draw your attention towards the lack of efficient service at bangalore. I am a businessman in bangalore .Yesterday i had a ticket from bangalore to ahemdabad , with GO-AIR AIRLINE .


                          Yesterday i had a ticket at 15.40 dated 02 jan 2010 with goair.My flight number was G8-102 and my PNR was D71UP7 AND seat no. was 20D.

                          I reached at the airport counter at 15.10 but they didnt allow me to travel. They just said your late so we cant allow you.Immediately after reporting the incidence to ground staff, I was shocked to see the lethargic and lousy attitude of ground staff at bangalore.

                          i not only lost my money 5675/- but also a very important trip.You cant understand my loss.
                          Why they did so? Who is responsible? If I was late why the didnt call me? What the hell is the mobile for ?


                          The least precaution I can take in future is to avoid traveling with such cheap airlines however it won’t solve the problem at large.

                          I had booked a ticket with Go air for Bangalore to Mumbai (dated 12th Feb,2010) for Rs. 1800 . The cancellations charges for the ticket was told to me by the go air customer care representative to be Rs. 750/-. When I had called the customer care on 11th Feb,2010 for the cancelling the ticket I was informed that, only the taxes paid for the ticket were refundable which amounted to around Rs. 460 /-. The terms and conditions relating cancellations and refund given on the go air site does not give any such information. For your reference I have attached the copy of terms and conditions conveyed on the webpage of go air (www.goair.in).
                          This kind o[censored]nrealible and wrong information is very misleading to the customers. Through this medium I would like the forum to look into the matter and reimburse the correct cancellation amount in my favour.

                          Go Air Lines — Making money without giving Refund

                          i had consfirmed booking for 21.02.10 by Go AIR mum-delhi-mum under ref No:VWVDJ8. Due to being not well, i cancelled the ticket 4 hours before departure on 21.02.10 but to my shock i am informed that they do not refund the amount back to credit card I used for purchase but will give only a Voucher which can be used for Future booking. However they deducted Cancellation charges of Rs 750 for each sector. With above strategy, they make money at the same time force you to travel again in the Airline. This Airline follows unfair trade practice and should be nipped in the bud itself.
                          I got one ticket booked online on GoAir but later I had to cancel it. Ticket amount was INR 5,423 and cancellation amount was INR 800 and now I have come to know that I will not get refund but the Credit Note only.

                          In this Go Air has cheated me.

                          My daughter travelled on 9th Jun 2010 from Mumbai to Bangalore, the GoAir staff at Mumbai behaved very rudely with they insulted her, because she checked in early, how does this airline recruite their staff what customer service norms they have and follow, i would strongly reccomend that this airline should GoGoGo out of service.

                          Go Air has bed bugs in their seats, so please be extra careful. Do not book Go Air unless there is some pressing exigency.
                          I was in their 5.30 am Mumbai- Delhi flight on the 10th of Aug. Go sent me an sms saying that passengers need to check in 2 hours before departure time because of independence security measures. I duly showed up at the airport at 3.30 am, but the check-in counter was no where close to being open. Some rude crew showed up at 4.10 am and started to issue boarding passes. Anyhow, once I was seated in the plane, I immediately fell asleep, thanks to the insane hour I had to wake up for my flight. On reaching home, I was covered in rashes, swelling and itching. On closer inspection, I found that I had bed bug bites all over me. I am allergic to bed bugs, so my reaction is very severe. Now I cannot leave the house for two days because of the swelling I have on my body.
                          Compromising hygiene is not worth the so-called cheap ticket that Go has to offer.

                          without information the flight was routed to Patna Airport, and there it was standing on runway foe more than 2 hrs and started from there at 12.

                          This is the worst airline i have ever seen. they are stringent on everything which is related to customers but when it comes to them they don't know anything.

                          The staff is very uneducated about the policies and for each query customer has to be on hold for 15 - 20 mins. i think they have a tie-up with all the service providers and good way of minting money.

                          I am making this complaint not because I lost something big but it is more of a behaviour & ethic that matter. I travelled by Go Air Flight No. G8/173 from Goa to New Delhi on 26/03/2011. My Boarding Pass No. was SEQ/112 & the PNR No was R307BU
                          I purchased one water bottle & gave Rs. 20/- to the airhostess who was cabin crew memebr alongwith the other guy named Abhijeet Singh Negi. While she was supposed to give me Rs. 5/- back as the cost of water bottle was Rs. 15/- she did tell me that she would give Rs. 5/- back. I waited for quite sometime & when I noticed that she has forgotten, I called her & told that you had not returned the balance amount of Rs. 5/-. She once again replied that she would do that but regret to inform that she never returned the same.

                          I landed at Delhi & came out of the airport. But this episode spoiled my whole impression about the airline about which I gave very good feedback while my journey from Delhi to Goa on 23rd March'11 under PNR No.R307BU.
                          The concerned persons in the said airline need to coach these young boys & girls to learn the ethics & reflect a good image of our country which has otherwise earned a bad name due to corruption. Had this been happened with any foreigner, what impression he would carry.

                          As i had booked 5 ticket fro m air port - for ahmedabad to Bangalore dt : 16/6/11 , they have charge 62 ,000 rs .Initial they told me rs 36,000 charge total tickets charge . By after checking tickets i will find for 3 tickets they will charge RS 20937 & another two tickets they charge Rs 41 258 . so total charge will be more thenRs 62000 , which is very higher Rs 26000 i have pay more then they have spoke. .

                          There is a complaint which is not yet resolved from Go Air side.
                          I had booked a ticket on 21st Jan of Go Air from Delhi to Ahmedabad for 31st Jan for early morning in a general process. Now on 30th Jan around 7.30 pm I got the message from Go Air side that my Flight ticket of 31st January has been cancelled due to some xyz reasons.
                          Simultaneously I had called to the Customer Care department on 30th Jan where in executive (with whom I spoke) said that my amount of flight will be returned to me with in a 1 week.
                          After getting the confirmation of return I had booked a ticket for 31st Jan from Go Indigo from Delhi to Ahmedabad for 31st jan. Now the problem which I got that on 30th Jan at 9.30 pm I got the message from Go Air that the flight of Go Air for 31st jan has been rescheduled and now flight would be take off.
                          Now its been more than 10 days and I haven't received the refund from Go Air side. I was supposed to received the amount by 7th Feb however the refund has not been initiated from Go Air.
                          Its been very disappointing that being as a Brand in market still Go Air has not transferred the amount. I can't chase for a small amount on a daily basis.
                          You guys need to understand that Customer satisfaction concept is very important. Now kindly do the needful and return the amount as soon as possible.

                          i have booked a ticket bearing PNR: BCN7FB for 17th of October 2015 Mumbai to Delhi on 21st march 2015 and got it cancelled on the same date. i have made the payment of Rs 3998/- on 21st march 2015 through my internet banking account.
                          As per the communication with your go air customer care and refund team i have been informed that they have credited the refund amount in my account on 23rd of march.
                          But there is no credit entry pertaining to the refund account in my account till date.
                          I have already contacted the customer care for more than 5-6 times, but they are always giving me the reply that they will be needing 24 more hours for getting the information. I have been contacting them since 5th of April. Please look into the matter and process my cancellation request and make my funds available to me.

                          I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 804 for travelling date of 117th feb 2018 from Ahmedabad TO .Bangalore The flight was 6 hours late due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of cleartrips They said money refunded within 15days.BUT still now I haven't receive.

                          I need grateful on this issue within 5 days else I am going to lodge a complaint against Go airlines and ClearTrip Travel Agent .

                            I FIROZ I KHAN BOOKED TICKET WITH GO AIR ON 7TH OF NOV THE TICKET WHICH I GT IT WAS COSTLY THEN NORMAL TICKET BECAUSE IT WAS A DIRECT FLIGHT FROM MUMBAI TO SRINAGAR, WHICH WAS VERY COSTLY THEN OTHER WHEN I ASKED TRAVEL AGENT HE SAID OTHER FLIGHT ALSO AVAILABLE BUT U REQUSTED FOR A DIRECT FLIGHT I SAID FINE.
                            BUT AFTER FEW DAYS WHEN I CHECKED THEY RESCHEDULED FLIGHT AND ADD ONE STOP OF APPROXIMATE 90 MIN,WHEN I WAS BUYING THIS TICKET I COULD HAVE TAKEN THE ONE STOP FLIGHT WHICH I WAS GETTING FOR 3200 RS, THAT TIME TRAVEL AGENT CHARGE MEAROUND 5000 FOR THE SAME IF THEY R ADDING STOP THEY SHOULD CHARGE FOR THE STOP FLIGHT NOT FOT THE DIRECT FLIGHT, my concatct no is [protected]

                              I reached Delhi airport @ 6:25 AM for my Ahmedabad flight that was to depart @ 6: 35 AM, due to heavy rains in Kanpur and trains getting delayed.
                              I urged GoAir to help because the flight status was still shown as 'Now Boarding' but they did not extend any help

                              1. Tried calling the airport number of GoAir for about 1 hour (5 AM in the morning) but nobody had courtesy to respond to my call.
                              2. The Airport duty manager for GoAir was rude and unethical. They could have easily accomodated us since we had a valid ticket and the flight had departed only after 7 AM
                              3. The Airport duty manager Shikha earlier agreed to rebook my tickets but later refused without giving any reasons. It was all left to her mercy to even let passengers who have paid for the tickets to travel.
                              4. When I said I am from Asia's largest IT services company and I would share my experience, she responded saying she does not cares who I am .. I might be from President's house..
                              5. I am sure there was a case of discrimination with caste that she refused to rebook my ticket. Later when I got the Airport Authority Manager intervene, they rebooked my ticket but charged me 1700 instead of 1500 Rupees for evening 6 PM flight
                              6. The evening 6 PM flight got delayed to 7 PM. See the double standards of the airline. They can delay the flight for whatever duration they wish. I asked for the reason for the delay of the flight in writing and the GoAir Aiport duty manager Guarav refused to help.
                              7. The flight only got depared at 8 PM. The boarding was only over at 7:30 PM though the flight departure time was supposed to be 7PM.

                              The airline did not accomodate me in morning flight to earn more money since they would always have free seats in either of the flights.

                              I want the airline to refund me my money and compensate for my loss I incurred and the hardships I had gone through being at Delhi airport for entire day and also an apology (written and verbal) from Shikha.

                                Refund of ticket cancellation

                                On 24-June-2009, I had booked a ticket on GoAir flight G8452 for 19-July-2009 (from Cochin to Mumbai) via credit card. Subsequently, I had to cancel my travel plan and cancelled the ticket through Internet on 14-July-2009. Cancellation charges of Rs. 750/- have been deducted; however, GoAir has only issued a voucher (valid upto 14-July-2010) instead of refunding the balance amount of Rs. 2721/- to the credit card account.

                                I had recently booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangalore for 10th July 2009, the flight number is G8-101. My Confirmation Number is EM5R5B. By some reason I am not able to travel so I cancelled the tickets, but I was not refunded the Fuel Surcharge of Rs.2400 the only amount refunded was PSF charges Rs. 224 that through the Voucher to use it in 1 year.

                                The issue is the fuel surcharge has to be refunded back to the passenger who is cancelling the tickets you cannot retain the the Fuel Surcharge, as the other passenger who is going to travel in liue of me is also going to be charged the same fuel charge so the issue is that how can the same fuel charge can be charged twice to 2 different passengers when only one is travelling on board.

                                  I would like to draw your attention towards the lack of efficient services among recently opened airlines in India. I am a post doctoral research fellow at Univ. of South Carolina (US). Recently while transit from Delhi to Chandigarh, traveling with GO-AIR AIRLINE I lost my baggage.

                                  Immediately after reporting the incidence to ground staff, I was shocked to see the lethargic and lousy attitude of ground staff at Chandigarh.

                                  Added to this it’s been ONE MONTH while enquiring with Chandigarh airport authorities of GoAir Airlines regarding my lost baggage. They neither could find my baggage nor did they give any compensation till now.

                                  Please note that I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE MISPLACED BAGGAGE (which may be quite acceptable) but it is completely LOST. Who took it? Where it went? Who should be blamed? There seems to be few loopholes in the current security system or there seems to be some black sheeps among the airport staff. It’s difficult to conclude anything for me.

                                  The bottom-line is that the whole incidence poses a BIG question on the SECURITY ISSUES AND BAGGAGE SAFETY for all the people routinely traveling in these airlines. If a BIG 23kg trolley baggage altogether can be missed (despite of all those security cameras and a tight check they boast about) without any knowledge of airport ground staff then anything can be expected.

                                  The least precaution I can take in future is to avoid traveling with such cheap airlines however it won’t solve the problem at large.

                                  i'm sailing in the same boat as u ...yesterday lost my baggage while i was travelling by Go air. till now they haven't found it. its really upsetting me :-(
                                  I feel sorry for your loss. I received my luggage yesterday at Chandigarh Airport after 3 days of wait. The luggage seem to be opened But fortunately no important things have taken out surprisingly. This shows the irresponsibility of the Go air staff. and Only one of the go air staff showed genuine concern and made my worry less at the Chandigarh Airport.Rest were least bothered about the whole thing. I wish such incidents should not happen to Go air passengers in future.

                                  I am sure the GoAir staff are involved into this. My uncle too has been a victim of this a few days back and in exchange of the lost checked in baggage, he was offered INR1800, thats roughly USD40.

                                  I am taking up this case with the right authorities in India. But then the higher authorities themselves are corrupt which is clearly evident from CommomWealth Games status. If something good happens, I shall keep this post alive.
                                  I filed a case against goAir just to fight against corruption going on in these airlines. It's been more than a year now. Goair lawyer tried to suppress the case by offering a free trip. At last they the court ordered compensation according to some old 1970 rule rates. That's ridiculous! I have already lost trust in the Indian judiciary system. After spending money on lawyer and so much delay in judgement I got nothing than a disappointment. I give up..
                                  I travelled from Bnagalore to Lucknow Flight on 18th of December. My ticket was not appearing on their system. So they made my manual boarding pass 1.5 hours after everyone. Over that my luggage was lost that I had checked in. I have making several calls and no one has responded well till now. Moreover they talk rudely now and say to call me back but never do. The luggage was around around Rs. 25000 in value and had some very expensive clothing that I had taken for a cermony. Go Air please respond on how to get a claim, else I will have to move Consumer court.

                                    I was booking for 3rd May 09 for travelling to Srinagar from Delhi on Goair website, it showed me there is no availability at the end moment, Then I bounded to prepond the journey for 2nd May 09 for which I got confirmation in the website as well as mail also. For the first trial neither I received any massage from their side. But when I checked my bank statement, the money was debited twice for the ticket. When I made a complaint to Goair, they first said that there was some problem in their server so they will refund my money. After ten days they mailed that my ticket was booked for 2nd as well as 3rd May also so they cant refund my money. and refunded only Rs.1284/- instead of Rs. 7134/-
                                    How can I get refund of my money from them?
                                    I have travelled on GoAir Delhi Mumbai flight.
                                    i was carrying 2 bottles of imported liquor, and i have asked the ground staff to put a fragile tag on the bag.

                                    After reaching mumbai, i noticed that both the bottles got crushed and because of it i had faced many problems.

                                    i have never seen such irresponsible staff and its a serious worry for me to travel through GoAir again.

                                      We purchased GoAir etickets for travel from Bangalore to Delhi for my wife Hita and infant son Paraj. The journey date was 13th April and the flight time 8:30am.
                                      We started from home at 6:45 on the 13th April, it takes 30minutes from our home to the Bengaluru Intl. Airport. However on the way my son Paraj vomited and his dress had to be changed and he comforted also
                                      my wife's dress needed to be cleaned, this caused a delay. Despite of that we reached the Airport at 7:45am still well within the time to make the flight(the check-in counter closes 20min before the flight time).

                                      Since we did not have the printout of the ticket I needed to get it from the GoAir's counter at the airport. I loooked for the counter but could not locate it! All the airlines had put up prominant signboards on top of their counters. Amongst these there was no signboard of GoAir. I searched the entire row of counters
                                      twice in vain. I asked several people including security people and some airport staff who said they dont know. Finally I went to the only counter without the board and found out that it was indeed the GoAir counter. They had just put a small printout near the transaction window, very low much below the signboards of other airlines. I reached the counter at 8.05am.
                                      I was late by a few minutes but for no fault o[censored]s. I asked for the printout of the ticket. The people manning the counter refused!! saying that we were late! We explained the signboard problem and how it
                                      turned out that we were late by a few minutes - for no fault of ours. But all our pleas and extreemly rudely rejected. The counter was manned not by the GoAir airline staff but some contract staff representing them. One contract person Mr. Sebastian Xavier was specially rude even to my wife and crying son. The ticket printout is right of passenger booked with the airline, which they refused us.
                                      The security people wont allow my wife and son inside without printout and these contract workers
                                      wont give us the printout.
                                      Finally despite we begging they did not give us printout of the ticket and delayed us, so we missed the flight. The check-in time of the last passenger who boarded the same flight was 8:15am !! So we were
                                      actually well within time !! We reched the Airport at 7:45am and including the time to get the printout in normal circumstances (say an exaggerated 15min), my wife would have reached the check-in queue by
                                      8am. The delay caused by searching for the airline counter was entirely GoAir's fault.
                                      We had to bear the trauma of crying child and delayed travel-plans, but when finally the GoAir personnel
                                      appeared at their counter (replacing the contract staff) they told us we (my wife and son) would be considered as "no show" passengers and hence wont be given any refund or ticket postponement at all!!
                                      We pointed out that "no show" was not our fault was entirely GoAir's and their contract staff's fault but
                                      they GoAir people did not head to any plea.
                                      We felt this not putting the signboard was a simply a trick to delay the passengers so that can be robbed off their money. I think the airline GoAir must penallized severely for causing us trauma of
                                      cancelling the prearranged travel plans and and resorting to very cheap trick to rob us of our Rs5000/-
                                      Also for being rude to us.
                                      I had very similar issue. These ppl really try all tricks to rob money from us. I was already traumatized by dear one's death and the staff member behaved so rudely with me and dint allow me to check in before 40 mins of flight take off, that I broke into tears on the airport itself. And there was scope of refund from these beggers but they dint even pool the amount. Really they should be severely fined for all the cheap things they do.
