I had a Go Air flight G8 222 to Mumbai on 5th April at 7:15am. I reached the airport at 6:15am and was in queue for check in. There were 2 Go Air flights operating in the morning, 7:10am to Delhi and 7:15am to Mumbai. The total passenger load was about 340 people. Check in Baggage damage

Hi,

I travelled Mumbai-Delhi on 10.2.10 by flight G8-452, PNR - R9Y4Y4. The trolley handle of my checked in luggage, baggage tag no. 536374, was broken to such an extent that it is not functional any more. I have registered a complaint on arrival. The file no. of the same is DBRG8452. I had been offered Rs 250 for the handle. I deny to accept it since the handle costs a lot more plus the inconvenience cost should be paid....

I had booked ticket on GO Air flight no G8 604 on Jammu to Mumbai sector for 6th Feb 2010.Scheduled departure at 10:05 am from jammu and arrival at 14:10 hrs at mumbai.
The flight was a via flight , details of route were not provided at the time of booking.

Forgot my mobile in flight

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 2nd Feb 2010, I travelled from Mumbai to Indore by GoAir flight no. G8-221 and my seat no. is C23. While leaving the flight I forgot to take my cellphone (Nokia CDMA 6275) which is kept in the front pocket of the seat.
I called airport offices of indore and mumbai and according to them no cellphone is found that day.

HI:

GO-AIR FLIGHT 451 (DELHI TO MUMBAI, 5.05 AM) WAS CANCELLED ON 03 JAN 2010 CITING BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. I RECEIVED A SMS FROM GO-AIR AT 2 AM ON 03 JAN 2010.

I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 311 for travelling date of 11th Desember 2009 from Delhi to Ahmedabad. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of Travel Agent. They said money refunded within 15days. still now I haven't receive.

RESCHEDLING AND SCHEDULE EXTRA STOP WHICH WAS NOT SCHEDULE

Unethical practices

I reached Delhi airport @ 6:25 AM for my Ahmedabad flight that was to depart @ 6: 35 AM, due to heavy rains in Kanpur and trains getting delayed.
I urged GoAir to help because the flight status was still shown as 'Now Boarding' but they did not extend any help

1. Tried calling the airport number of GoAir for about 1 hour (5 AM in the morning) but nobody had courtesy to respond to my call.

Refund of ticket cancellation

On 24-June-2009, I had booked a ticket on GoAir flight G8452 for 19-July-2009 (from Cochin to Mumbai) via credit card. Subsequently, I had to cancel my travel plan and cancelled the ticket through Internet on 14-July-2009. Cancellation charges of Rs. 750/- have been deducted; however, GoAir has only issued a voucher (valid upto 14-July-2010) instead of refunding the balance amount of Rs. 2721/- to the credit card account.

Non refund of Fuel Surcharge on cancellation of tickets

I had recently booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangalore for 10th July 2009, the flight number is G8-101. My Confirmation Number is EM5R5B. By some reason I am not able to travel so I cancelled the tickets, but I was not refunded the Fuel Surcharge of Rs.2400 the only amount refunded was PSF charges Rs. 224 that through the Voucher to use it in 1 year.

The issue is the fuel surcharge has to be refunded back to the passenger...

Concern regarding Baggage safety at Chandigarh

I would like to draw your attention towards the lack of efficient services among recently opened airlines in India. I am a post doctoral research fellow at Univ. of South Carolina (US). Recently while transit from Delhi to Chandigarh, traveling with GO-AIR AIRLINE I lost my baggage.

Immediately after reporting the incidence to ground staff, I was shocked to see the lethargic and lousy attitude of ground staff at Chandigarh....

Two times debit of money

Punishing passengers for GoAir faults

We purchased GoAir etickets for travel from Bangalore to Delhi for my wife Hita and infant son Paraj. The journey date was 13th April and the flight time 8:30am.
We started from home at 6:45 on the 13th April, it takes 30minutes from our home to the Bengaluru Intl. Airport. However on the way my son Paraj vomited and his dress had to be changed and he comforted also
my wife's dress needed to be cleaned, this caused a delay....

I have booked a ticket on goair airlines and subsequently could not travel. So I cancelled the ticket and the airlines had withheld the money in a voucher for 6 months and subsequently retained the whole amount. As per the DGCA guidelines and instructions no airline is supposed to retain any amount and the amount has to be refunded deducting the cancellation charges. However, Goair had taked away the entire money including government taxes...

Goair has disappointed me to the extent of me paying
Rs 25, 000 and under a offer that I will get a free ticket in 10days and I have not got any free ticket till date that is 60 days. I purchased 6 tickets via credit card over the telephone on 15 Dec. 2008 for a total amount of Rs. 26, 100/- for travel between Delhi-Cochin-Delhi on 20-Feb-09 and 23-Feb-09.

The only information provided for cancellation was that a total sum of Rs. 825/- (Rs. 750 = Rs. 75) will be deducted towards cancellation charges per ticket from the cost of the ticket.

Refund of money on cancellation of tickets

I had booked an air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi from GoAir. I cancelled the ticket after a month when my travel plan was cancelled. GoAir gave me a credit note saying that I can book another ticket against the cancelled ticket but I will not be refunded the money.
All the airlines in the world refund the money if the ticket is cancelled. How can GoAir force passengers to buy another ticket if they cancel one ticket? Even if they had...

complaint against Go Air airlines

I want to lodge a complaint against Go Air lines the most unprofessional airlines in the Indian aviation industry. Not once in the last 5 months of my travel schedule has happened that their flight haven’t got rescheduled/delayed or cancelled.

I am stunned and shocked on the behavior on the part of airlines to torture the passengers in this way and still on the worst side not even refunding the amount of the air ticket....
