      My card was charged 4342.70 INR on Oct 26th which is converted to emi with the emi charges of 199 INR. This wasn't initiated by me. I got a email from termloans.creditcard.com saying there was emi on your card. I ignored thinking its scam unless I noticed this transaction on my credit card summary on net banking. I raised complain on Facebook even called them and they are just giving scripted answers and more over adamant that the transaction was made on amazon when the transaction is named OFFUS. I see this transaction is posted as OFFUS transaction and loan type is OFF which is really fishy. I checked online and noticed it's already a known issue with hdfc credit card

        My credit card is showing a charge: offus emi 2212 and additional charges 229 automatically i didn't do anything so no please solve the issue and remove that emi i also tried to contact care but they didn't help me with this issue now what to do

          This bank account has been charged RS.5534.02 without any prior notice
          due to non-minimum funds. thIS Debit regANow I have maintained a minimum monthly balance.

          Besides that I am doing EMI transactions in this account.
          I have register the complaint in hdfc support they are not give proper response and reply.
          Stiil now my complaint was pending .

          It's been more than a month now it is showing as unhold.

          I have not received any sms nor any communication regarding the same.

          Kindly unhold and refund the amount for my bank account it ASAP.

            My credit card is showing a charge: offus emi,
            for INR 4541.70 and it is converted to emi for which there is charges of 199 INR. I haven't heard name OFFUS and this was not initiated by me. When I looked up on internet, I see that it's a known issue for all the customers of HDFC Bank, HDFC bank still haven't resolved it. SCAMMERS!!!

            I want it to be reversed as early as possible and the emi loan has to be closed

              Hi HDFC Bank,

              My name is Rinu Thomas. My account number is [protected]. This was my salary account and now I am not using it as a salary credit account. I have been settled in London for the last 6 months and am having some issues with this account now. Amount 29.5 is getting deducted and I don't have any idea about this. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this. Request to reverse the charges. I am having 2 loans with you so that I am keeping this account. If things are happening the same and I am debiting hidden charges, I should transfer my loan to another bank which leads me to close an account with you. Also you are holding an amount of 29236 rupees for something I couldn't understand. I need that money back in my account as well. I tried many times to connect with you and did not find a solution. As I am abroad I send my siblings to the bank. but the bank said they do not know the proper reason and they asked me to come to India which is hard on these days.

              Only after I get a solution from your side, I can add my loan amounts every month. Do something immediately or else I should think of having an account with you. Also I should say HDFC has a bad connection with people who live abroad.

                I maid a transaction of approx 9500 using credit card, and used the EMI option. Now this amount was debited from my card, and I repaid the whole amount in same day.

                Now, after some days they add this extra same amount in my card, convert it as an EMI and expect me to pay the same amount again. Outrageous.

                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                    I had used HDFC Bank credit card which comes to me with my salary account. I used the card for 4 years and paid on time. But my company closed south region branch (Techzone). So that I got fired from job. On next couple of months i paid minimum dues because of no job. Then i contacted customer care and asked for settlement, they said me to pay minimum due for the month and they will make my dues as EMI. But after paid minimum due when i contacted them, they said it's not possible. And i asked for settlement also they said, if bank want only they will close the settlement. After couple of months i got cal from one agency and he met my mother and asked them to pay however. My mother promised for 50k as i used and late payment everything was around 1, 23, 000. But they made settlement of 1, 05, 000. I rejected that, then i got cal from the same person and shouting me for rejecting the settlement. They asked me to accept the same. And i promised of paying 50k in 6 month slot. Then i paid rs. 43500 in 5 months. Last month no one contacted me, even i called they didn't responded. But after that they are asking me to pay 60k. I explained them. But currently they are asking me to pay 2, 82, 000. Even I'm not having a proper job still I'm struggling they are threatening me. Because of the threatens my mom itself not well too. Currently I'm able to pay only 35k. That was also my previous organisation PF amount. I am searching for permanent job. So i request to help me to close.

                        I received a PVR Gift Voucher using my HDFC credit card, but it didn't work when I tried to redeem it at http://www.pvrcinemas.com (I also tried at bookmyshow, and it didn't work). While booking ticket from the site, I received this error message (screenshot attached)- "Invalid promocode". The voucher value was Rs. 200.

                        I tried to call customer care while booking my ticket, but the call center is not active 24 hrs so nobody replied. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Still, as a fair compensation, I am requesting you to credit Rs. 200 to my bank account and mark the voucher code as used. Below are the details:

                            Hi Team,
                            This is very disapponting that Check for credit card payent has been deposited in Gaur City 2 Branch( HDFC bank Check Only -374999) for credit card payment on 12 th October 2022 . Till now the payment is not being reflected anywhere. When I check with branch they said it is being collected send to credit team for clearnce, they dont tract credit card payment checks.
                            They have record with them at branch.
                            I called many times customer care, they dont have any record for my check .

                              I received a message on 30th oct 2022 at 12:33 pm that otp is 328731 for txn of 23391.31 at paytm rental on hdfc card.

                              After a few seconds amount got debited - 23391.31 from my card ending with 5732 at paytmren5289173 which i have no idea about.

                              I immediately called the hdfc bank within 5 minutes and as blocked my card.

                              I don't understand without otp how can be transaction is successful.

                              When can i get the complete refund, so i can apply for a new card.

                              Please find the attached proof.

                                Hello Team,

                                Rs. 550 extra charged on 2nd September 2022 credit card bill. Requesting to waive off my 550/- which was already paid. My credit card limit was 50000/- and I used less than amount.
                                Hope my request will taken a correct action. Or else I will close my credit card and find some other market lenders credit cards bank.

                                  I had open the salary account in 2019 but somehow i stop using the account after 1 year. and later it got converted into saving with min. 10k average monthly balance, it got negative around 700+ so the bank told me that somehow you have to pay the amount and i got agree with that and paid it and i converted the account into salary.
                                  In the month of october 2022 bank charge me again with 950+ as an AMC
