    I have been trying to change my registered number on my credit card for 2 months but to no avail... I have also filled three forms altogether and any action from the bank is yet to be seen. It is so frustrating that I now want to cancel my credit card with this bank

      I am a customer of hdfc bank from last 3 years and using all hdfc products

      I have a dispute on my credit card and had lots of fraud transactions on it due to which my credit card balance was over due and i am regularly paying minimum amount to bank from almost one year.

      This time also before the date strike i have paid 3000 rs to bank without knowing that my this month minimum amount is 3500. Just for the payment of 500 rs one executive of hdfc bank named as nissar called on my phone and abused me for not paying 500 less is this the quality of employees this company hires, he insulted me by saying that i am a thief and not paying banks money back although i am paying my minimum balance regularly every month.. I want to take a strict action against that person who called me and insulted me. Here i want to disclose that number from which i received a call from [protected]

        Hello,

        I have noticed money deduction for isaqmc no.[protected] which is existing without my knowledge. Already i faced an issue with dmat account and now with this account. Everytime should i complaint anything with this bank. I don't understand, without a person's approval how you are deducting money. I did not get any communication regarding this isaqmc.

        Please revert my money which deducted so far.

        That information was not helpful. If we are not aware of problem, then how do we know about closure form. Still I am tring to write mail to customer care. But ending with same reply saying "post a closure". They should help how to post a closure or atleast they should forward a closure form.

        I want to know what is this for & if it is a mistake i want my cash back.

          I use hdfc bank payzapp application e wallet for doing transactions.

          Had added rs. 5000 on payzapp wallet. Even though my kyc has been done by hdfc bank, application still showing pop up for kyc updation. I am still not able to do any transaction and my rs. 5000 is blocked on payzapp.

            Yesterday i tried to withdraw 1500 from hdfc bank atm (Kankipadu) with my andhra bank atm card but transaction declined in atm but my money was deducted my debit card number is [protected], i have complained to andhra bank but no use, and many people are trying to withdraw money but they're getting errors as insufficient funds, but there is no board saying atm is not in use.

              I cheated by hdfc life team, by sold me a policy number : 01377024 customer id : 60129345, there team contacted me by phone and promise for a loan, but later on when i knew about this fraud, i made complain to hdfc life office but they denied me. After a servel l time complain they replid me
              This is with reference to your concern raised towards the aforesaid policy.
              We have conducted a detailed investigation of the facts presented by you and found the following:

              * the policy was issued post the documents and consent received from you in order to issue the policy.

              * as we have not received your cancellation request within the free look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid against your policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘option to return/withdraw’/’cancellation in the free look period’ section of your policy document.

              We have concluded that all the features and details of this plan were explained to you at the time of purchasing the policy.

              After due consideration of the above facts, please be assured that this case does not constitute a missale.

                I am a priority customer of HDFC bank. Hdfc is my primary bank too.. But last monday(16.04.18) I had such a bad expeariance with HDFC secuties. One lady, her name is Reshmi called me from HDFC SECURIES, Ernakulam and inform that she is my relationship manager and need to do some trading in my inoperative trading account. I replied her i have some issue with hdfc trading app after resolving that i would start trading itseems in my free time., she agreed to hepl me to sort out the problem with hdfc securies mobile app. She explained some product also meanwhile. By concluding the call Told her that i want to do self trading, dont do anything behalf of me.
                After 2 days my account got deducted with rupees 442.50 with the narraion net PI to HSL. I called Reshmi and enqure about the same. Her attitude is entirely diffent from the first conversation we had. I requst her to cansel the product from my account and refund the amount to my account back.

                Till today i dont have any reply from her. Such a bad experiance from her. I dont want to complaint againts her. But I need my my back.

                  Dear sir/madam

                  With reference to the above, it is to inform you that last month, i have not received the credit card bill either in my mail id not the outstanding bill in my registered mobile number nor the hard copy in my address.
                  The same i convey to the customer executive and then they send me after the due date.
                  Then it started a regular call from last week towards credit card outstanding payment. The same i convey that i will make the payment before due date.
                  But one of your executive head (May her name is marina) has blocked my credit card (Card ending no is 8014). I want to know why she has done this even when after you have imposed late fine and interest for my next month bill, and the same outstanding due date to make payment is 7th of next month.
                  Further, i also want to state that my mistake is that i have not made the payment but i want to state that if the customer will not receive the statement how they will make the payment. But still, you have imposed penalty, late fine and interest and further that you have blocked my card.
                  I also want to say that will blocked my credit card permanently, i will make the outstanding balance before due date i. E next month.
                  1. Please, redeem my card balance and the same may be intimate to me.
                  2. Today i. E 23.04.2018, i have made the payment of rs 20, 000/- which will receive to you within 3 working days.
                  3. Rest outstanding balance i will pay after redemption of my credit card.
                  4. It is also requested you to blocked my card not temporary but permanently.
                  5. I just don't want any call from your executive tomorrow onward regarding the payment.

                    I have applied for fast tag with application number hfr029794. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well. I got my fastag but did not get any login credential details.

                    Since then i have been trying to contact hdfc for the application status on the toll free number but no one picks up. Sent an email to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in no response.
                    I'm not sure do i have to do anything else to get the details. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever.

                      I am an employee of TCS and have been facing couple of issues with my HDFC Food Card :

                      1) Have been trying to update my demographic details (Address, Cell #) etc and have mailed the details to the customer care email id (foodcardsupport.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) without any luck. It has been almost 22 days and NO LUCK so far !! No one seems to even care for replying on it.

                      2) Even though I am HDFC account holder and my food card was linked to my CRN, the food deposit amount has been rejected by HDFC bank citing non KYC for food card. Even in this case I have mailed my concern to the Respective Relationship Managers (Kiran Raul, Ganesh Kadam and Tapasya Pawar) and even in this case no reply since last 2 days.

                      PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure why HDFC is offering the Food Cards when they cannot provide a decent

                            I am a classic customer of hdfc bank with a/c number [protected] and today it is really disturbing to share the behaviour of hdfc bank sector 35 c chandigarh. I had deposited my water bills in cash (Municipal corporation zirakpur) in this branch. Now the concerned authorities have an outsanding amount towards me and update me that cash deposited in hdfc bank 35 is not credited with them. Despite my repeated visits to 35 branch no one is giving me solution of my deposited money duly stamped by bank. Today i met mr gagan sharda he, refered to me to mr kushal. Mr kushal clearly denied that we can not provide with any details pertaining to this. Behaviour they use while talking is quite pathetic, please help me in this other wise i need to take this matter to banking ombudsman.

                              I visited hdfc crossings republik ghaziabad branch today i. E. 23rd april 2018 to deposit some cash. After looking at cash staff at cash counter named parul said " kaha se aye ho"? She was treating me like a thief who has stolen cash from her home. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. She later told me that if there will be any discrepancy in notes it will be recovered from you, i asked her to check in front of me she completely denied that and said i can't do it right now, so how would i believe that these are the same notes which i deposited. I am sending the same to higher management of hdfc bank and i will close all my relationships with hdfc bank considering they hire such # who don't know what customer service is.

                                Sir,
                                As per the available offer in my hdfc diners rewardz card i have upgraded my card to club miles from rewardz.
                                During this process i have notices that my 13412 points were lost.
                                I have made a complaint regarding this but it was ensured that it will be recovered during the next statement.
                                My statement has been generated on 10.04.18. But still the same issue exist.
                                Pl. Help.

                                We wish to inform you that as per product feature, upon upgradation of your earlier credit card from Diners Rewardz credit card to Diners club miles credit card, the existing rewards points shall be carried forward to the new credit card on a proportionate basis the card variant as mentioned in the upgrade form. Accordingly, 30% rewards points of 4304 reward points is credited to your upgraded credit card account. Hence we seek your earnest understanding in this regard.

                                  Hi team,
                                  i have been seeing each of my trading, both for buying and selling brokerage changes are very high. Please verify my (Trading id - 1731736,) transaction and see the total brokerage deducted . I saw just for 10500 rs sell amount took around 600 as brokerage fee like i did almost rs 67000 selling and 70000 buying. I did it individually and come to know the brokerage fees is very high.
                                  Also i found that bank is taking depository charges for each time the amount credited to my saving account without any intimation, that also very high. I have faced it too may times even for rs 3000 credit, bank is taking 600 or 700
                                  As depository charges.

                                  I didnt receive any update from the bank side ( HDFC securities ) again today they have deducted Rs 290 .Please take an immediate action .

                                  Hi
                                  I have already raised the complaint . Again I have purchased 100 shares of Tata Motors on last week with Rs 257/Share. But from the bank it deducted 25931, almost 231 rupees extra that is more than 0.50 % of the total purchase value, It comes almost 1%.
                                  I have sent couple of emails and no response from bank side.

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6442 without my concern on date:18/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
