I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5170 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) few month back i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. And i got the same reply when i went to hdfc bank tilak nagar branch thrice. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. Yesterday i received a call from one of the executive who informed me that i have -6000 balance due to non-maintenance of the account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

          this is Ramesh Sandu, Faculty at Matrix College, Guntur. i had applied a personal loan on 12 th april with loan no. 56524333. but, still now it is not approved. All verifications including Bank Statement also completed but still no response from your bank. i am an existing customer to your bank from 2007. i had taken the SM contact No. by your customer care and spoke with Mr. Raghavendra, SM at guntur location and didnt get any proper information and response. I didnt seen an arrogant and irresponsible person at your bank in these 10 years. even i had a CIBIL score for 813 while getting at bank bazaar, i need to know the reason for why i didnt get the loan?

            I have the worst and worst experience with this bank. No professionalism no follow ups and no care . It was my first and last interaction with this bank. I would never ever recommend to anyone for any kind of service.

            Staff dsnt know the process of car loan file. They use to make you fool and they have wasted my almost 20days without any reason and none of staff are not even bother to follow up the case. I called them plenty if times. I am totally hopeless and fed up .

              I have already complaint for this company regarding a fraud they are conducting, i have bought 2 iphones on hdfc credit card on no amount, as i started those instalments they started my hdfc ergo policy without my permission and then gave me 10-12000 bill every month where my amount should be of 6300 now even after cancellation of that policy they are not refunding my amount taken by fraud and still they are giving me bill of 9000 per month without any details,
              Is this just and fair?
              I am fed up with this fraud please help me so that i can sue these people

                I have applied loan in HDFC bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ECS got rejected which in turn affecting my CIBIL Score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 Lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure.

                      I am a customer of hdfc bank from last 3 years and using all hdfc products

                      I have a dispute on my credit card and had lots of fraud transactions on it due to which my credit card balance was over due and i am regularly paying minimum amount to bank from almost one year.

                      This time also before the date strike i have paid 3000 rs to bank without knowing that my this month minimum amount is 3500. Just for the payment of 500 rs one executive of hdfc bank named as nissar called on my phone and abused me for not paying 500 less is this the quality of employees this company hires, he insulted me by saying that i am a thief and not paying banks money back although i am paying my minimum balance regularly every month.. I want to take a strict action against that person who called me and insulted me. Here i want to disclose that number from which i received a call from [protected]

                        I have noticed money deduction for isaqmc no.[protected] which is existing without my knowledge. Already i faced an issue with dmat account and now with this account. Everytime should i complaint anything with this bank. I don't understand, without a person's approval how you are deducting money. I did not get any communication regarding this isaqmc.

                        Please revert my money which deducted so far.

                              I cheated by hdfc life team, by sold me a policy number : 01377024 customer id : 60129345, there team contacted me by phone and promise for a loan, but later on when i knew about this fraud, i made complain to hdfc life office but they denied me. After a servel l time complain they replid me
                              This is with reference to your concern raised towards the aforesaid policy.
                              We have conducted a detailed investigation of the facts presented by you and found the following:

                              * the policy was issued post the documents and consent received from you in order to issue the policy.

                              * as we have not received your cancellation request within the free look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid against your policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘option to return/withdraw’/’cancellation in the free look period’ section of your policy document.

                              We have concluded that all the features and details of this plan were explained to you at the time of purchasing the policy.

                                I am a priority customer of HDFC bank. Hdfc is my primary bank too.. But last monday(16.04.18) I had such a bad expeariance with HDFC secuties. One lady, her name is Reshmi called me from HDFC SECURIES, Ernakulam and inform that she is my relationship manager and need to do some trading in my inoperative trading account. I replied her i have some issue with hdfc trading app after resolving that i would start trading itseems in my free time., she agreed to hepl me to sort out the problem with hdfc securies mobile app. She explained some product also meanwhile. By concluding the call Told her that i want to do self trading, dont do anything behalf of me.
                                After 2 days my account got deducted with rupees 442.50 with the narraion net PI to HSL. I called Reshmi and enqure about the same. Her attitude is entirely diffent from the first conversation we had. I requst her to cansel the product from my account and refund the amount to my account back.

                                Till today i dont have any reply from her. Such a bad experiance from her. I dont want to complaint againts her. But I need my my back.

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  With reference to the above, it is to inform you that last month, i have not received the credit card bill either in my mail id not the outstanding bill in my registered mobile number nor the hard copy in my address.
                                  The same i convey to the customer executive and then they send me after the due date.
                                  Then it started a regular call from last week towards credit card outstanding payment. The same i convey that i will make the payment before due date.
                                  But one of your executive head (May her name is marina) has blocked my credit card (Card ending no is 8014). I want to know why she has done this even when after you have imposed late fine and interest for my next month bill, and the same outstanding due date to make payment is 7th of next month.
                                  Further, i also want to state that my mistake is that i have not made the payment but i want to state that if the customer will not receive the statement how they will make the payment. But still, you have imposed penalty, late fine and interest and further that you have blocked my card.
                                  I also want to say that will blocked my credit card permanently, i will make the outstanding balance before due date i. E next month.
                                  1. Please, redeem my card balance and the same may be intimate to me.
                                  2. Today i. E 23.04.2018, i have made the payment of rs 20, 000/- which will receive to you within 3 working days.
                                  3. Rest outstanding balance i will pay after redemption of my credit card.
                                  4. It is also requested you to blocked my card not temporary but permanently.

                                  Till date, there is no response from HDFC Bank. I received only system generated message that they will contact me after two days but I have not received any call or email.

                                  Hello, Hope you guys are doing well.

                                  I tried to reach many time to customer care for changing the billing cycle of my credit card.

                                  The cycle that is given to me from the HDFC Company, it really not suitable for me to pay the Bill.

                                  I request you to please change my billing cycle so that I can use it more effortly.

                                    I have applied for fast tag with application number hfr029794. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well. I got my fastag but did not get any login credential details.

                                    Since then i have been trying to contact hdfc for the application status on the toll free number but no one picks up. Sent an email to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in no response.
                                    I'm not sure do i have to do anything else to get the details. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever.

                                      I have lost my food card. I had called and blocked the card.

                                      I have mailed foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com multiple times to provide me with a new food card but there is no reply to my numerous mail.

                                      I have mailed from the following email i. D: shivkumar. [protected]@tcs.com.

                                      I would like an immediate action to be taken and this problem to be resolved.

                                      I am an employee of TCS and have been facing couple of issues with my HDFC Food Card :

                                      1) Have been trying to update my demographic details (Address, Cell #) etc and have mailed the details to the customer care email id (foodcardsupport.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) without any luck. It has been almost 22 days and NO LUCK so far !! No one seems to even care for replying on it.

                                      2) Even though I am HDFC account holder and my food card was linked to my CRN, the food deposit amount has been rejected by HDFC bank citing non KYC for food card. Even in this case I have mailed my concern to the Respective Relationship Managers (Kiran Raul, Ganesh Kadam and Tapasya Pawar) and even in this case no reply since last 2 days.

                                      PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure why HDFC is offering the Food Cards when they cannot provide a decent
