how poor is their service! we paid for one month a so high price (1020Rs) that other provider neither ask, for a barely near to promised 2mbps (download only) and they gave us only 3 weeks of "operative service", filled with disservices, slowness, absence of net for several "technical" reasons; at the end, over 30 days of plan, we used only 24 days. Not only: service is no more, because they wanted money BEFORE the renewal!! (is the option AutoRenewal meaning some to you fellows?). so they suspended it...without advise. what the heck?! no countries in any other part of the world give such a unprofessional service and with such a poor company policies. They are just interested to get money first, then f* customers. shame on you i-On! 2 cheated ex-customers in Nerul West NB we invite you to alert as much as possible over all social media to share it with other customers.     Related complaints since last one month for service issues, but no permanent solution given. We called the customer service numerous times to send a service personnel for a visit to check the issues, but the service engineer arrived only after begging for 20 times on the customer sevice number[protected]. They switched to the new service provider from May 15, but till date services were not completely restored as promised. I was asked to send an email, which was also sent but no revert was received on the same till date. On calling the above mentioned customer care number, male staff answered the call on May 24 at 2330 hrs and hung up. Call was never answered after that point.

      From February 2013, internet services provided by I-ON (fka SSV) is very bad.

      All of a sudden internet gets disconnected everyday. Eventhough their engineer attends the problem, it becomes very frustrating to call them every now and then to register a complaint.

      Their tele[hone no. is[protected] at Vashi and[protected] at Kharghar.

      My id with them is a1ba.

      Through this complaint, I would request I-On to give a permanent solution for the problem.
