Dear Sir,
I got the my car insured from ICICI Lombard and got following details
aa) Policy number or Cover Note number if you have:[protected]cover
note number). Policy number 3001/[protected]/01/000
bb) Engine number : 7D43961
cc) Chassis number : MAJBXXMRJB7D43961
dd) Vehicle registration number : UP11 S 8955
ee) Cheque Number : 963044
Regarding this kindly note when the ICICI Lomard representative Mr.
Aamir Alam came to renew the insurance policy he took the required
signatures and cheque ( amount 12989 / - INR). Cover note for the same
was issued immediately. After few days the policy was issued to me for
the same.
Note: for one we thought our vehicle is safely insured to one of the
India's best motor insurance company, and we were relaxed while using
the vehicle on road for complete one year.
When we went to renew the policy next year (2009) we were told that we
had no insurance cover for previous year (2008). When they inquired it
was found that they have recorded that the cheque has bounced, whereas
on checking thoroughly by ICICI Lombard staff it was found that cheque was never
presented to the bank. Also a complete statement for that duration
state sufficient fund was present in the bank account during the entire
year.
No information in this regard was forwarded to me. ICICI Lomard simply
nullified the policy on there own without informing the customer ( As
no fault of customer was also not found in this regard).
The above information created an undue stress to me.

They are now not ready to give me next year insurance, thus i am loosing my cash back claim without fault of mine.

    Sub:- Reimbursement of the claim policy no:- 4034/CHT/04178487/00/000
    Dear Sir,
    This is to referemce to the denial of cashless claim for my above said policy for which i would like to state as follows:-
    1) i was admitted in yashoda hospital on date 10/11/2009 because of Dengue fever. On investigation it was found that i am suffering from Diabetes for which I totally unaware.
    2) The claim was approved and then called off because of the Diabetes.
    3) I was reffered to forties Hospital Noida where the same story happened.
    Now I would like to state that I was totally unaware of the fact that I was suffering from Diabetes.
    I would like to request you again to reconsider my case as I was suffering from Dengue Fever and reimburse me the claim.
    I am looking forward for your kind consideration as already i have suffered a lot physically, mentally, and monetary also because of Denial.

        Dear Sir,

        This is regarding ICICI Lombard Claim of late Shri. Xavier Sebastiao Rodrigues. The said Loanee member is insured under ICICI Loambard General Insurance. The Details are:

        Loanee Name: Late Shri. Xavier Sebastiao Rodrigues
        Policy No : 4005/0011066

        The loanee had obtained loan from The Quepem Urban Co-op Credit Society Ltd against Truck no- GA-02 Z-6872, expired on 07/03/2009 is insured under page No.15 of ICICI Lomabard above referred policy.

        1) Claim request of the said loanee was send by " The Quepem Urban Co-op Credit Society Ltd " on 24/04/09 (Ref No:QUCCS/HO/RC/44/09-10)
        2) Second claim request was sent on 20/06/09 (Ref No:QUCCS/HO/RC/383/2009-10)

        However ICICI Lombard did not response to the same nor made any attempt to explain the reason for non-settlement of the said claim.

        We Spoke to Mr. Rai, Mr.Nilesh, Mr.Mousin and Smitha Swant, but was of no use. Everytime we got the reply "WAITING FOR APPROVAL"

        I would be very greatfull if you kindly help me.

        ICICI Lombard General Insurance — non payment of insurance claim

        Respected Sir,
        My husband late Shree Subodh Kamar Sharma was a group policy holder No.4005/0005612 Certificate 712003 having a sum insured for Rs 100000, passed away in road accident on 05.04.2008.The claim with requisite document has been submitted on 09.07.2008.
        The claim has not yet been finalised after making numerous efforts.
        I am in acute finnacial hardship.Please finalise the insurance claim as early as possible.

          I got sms from TA-NSURE PL " Your Motorcycle Insurance Policy is due for renewal on 21 Nov.' 09. Kindly visit your Nearest Hero Honda Dealer to Renewal your policy thru NsurePlus system" I am located at vadodara. This sms has no any details to keep any paper proof with me. A deler of Hero Honda is 6 KM away from my Address. A person who is handling this thing at delers space ask me to brought a policy & RC book, If both things are mentioned in sms i may keep with me. Due to incomplite information provided i was forced to visit again. A time is precious & that is wasted. Though i have furnished all the requiment of paper proof & renewed my policy today. My policy No. is 3005/6390117/00/000. This is 3rd time renewal. Your system & software knows to me by my mobile no. only. If I am telling my mobile no., bike regi. no. or my name, software can find me out & my problem can be solved within few seconds. I can save my time & money. Another thing is they have accept CASH not in CHEQUE why it is so?

            Hi

            I have a customer of ICICI Lombard and having A Medical Policy Holder.

            I had applied for your cashless policy once for Liver Biopsy as suggested by doctor of a very renowned hospital (Paras Hospital Gurgaon) but it is rejected. I had sent a email regarding this to TTK and TTK executive told me on phone and email You had to sent this case for Reconsideration again and it will be approve as he told me on phone . I had applied again on 14 nov but it is rejected again with the same reason. They are asking it is for investigation purpose. But as per doctor it is must.
            I had applied once in 3 year and i got such a bad response to you.
            I am very frustrated with your service and planning to renew the policy in future.
            I had sent lot of mail to TTK but there is very late response or didn't respond.Communication is very poor .Even the customer care of TTK doesn't respond to query properly.

              Sir,

              I Mohd. Yousuf Khan, I complaint through mail earlier also but no use, no body is responding, and so many times telephoned to mumbai, regarding my problem, my problem is I submitted a claim againt my policy No. 4034/CHC/02646633/00/000, the claim approved and I received a cheque bearing No.13622699, by curior post for Rs. 9149/- and the same I deposited into my account, but not yet credited the amount into my account, when I enquired with the bank, they said the cheque returned to Mumbai ICICI Lombard, Health Insruance Office. I request them so many times kindly enquire the matter and solve my problem.

              icici lombard (i health care ) — not get claim cheque

              My name is Anil Kumar.
              I have taken a policy from icici Lombard dated: 26.02.2008 and policy no. is 4034i/FFH/W-117922/01/000. DATED 27.05.2009 : I have submitted my claim (claim no.[protected] against this policy. They issue me two cheque (cheque no. 490346 and Cheque No : 534223). but till date : i have not received them.
              I have call many time to customer care. (Mr. Hari kishor (supervisor), Mr. Imran, Mr. shahid and Mr. Prashant)...
              But I have not get any good responses from them...
              Please help me to find out this my cheque ..
              Please look into the matter very seriously...

              Cheque — difference in cheque amount

              Myself naveen kumar agrawal having a saving ac in Noida sector 18 branch, AC no [protected].I have issued a cheque in favour of HSBC for rs 250 no 373807 dt 11.05.09.I have been deducted Rs 2500 from my account.HSBC confirms me in writing that it has got rs 250 only.I have contacted ur branch so many times for image of my cheque but failed.
              Please give me scan copy of my cheque or correct my account.

              These guys are cheat or they have a tie up with the hospitals in such a way, that they keep on raising query & the hospital keeps answering something else . this is a way they linger the process & as I was trying to approve my cash less, but ultimately after waiting for 12 hours, I took my wife by paying cash dont get into any tieups with ICICI or their TP - Ihealth care ...The biggest cheat .
              i will send a stay way mail against them in everyway possible

                I was insured for the ICICI Lombard health care scheme which is valid up to 24th feb 2009 . ( policy no : 4034/fpp/03294458/00/000, Card no: IHPN[protected]/01)

                During the insured period I fell down at the toilet and was admitted to a hospital listed in your handbook ( MIMS – calicut). At the time of insuring I was told that this is cashless treatment option and no need to pay any cash upto 3 lkhs. Also the executive told that I will be paid Rs.1000/- per day at hospital ( ref. the tele conversation recorded at your office )! But at the hospital they didn’t allowed for cashless treatment!

                I paid all my hospital bills from my pocket and I sent the bills to your claims settlement department – TTK ! The total claim amount was only Rs.5057.00 + 1000x2 for 2 days at hospital (which was told, will credit to my icici account) . My hospitalization was a genuine case and I submitted all documents as instructed but still I was only paid Rs. 2607/- initially. Again I communicated with TTK health care and then they settled Rs.2165/- as second part ! still I lost Rs.285/- + agreed 1000/- for 2 days ie Rs.2000/-

                The reasons informed me for not allowing Rs.285/- was that hospital registration charges are not payable and No lab reports for some amounts ! as you know normally a patient will pay registration charges in hospital only when he /she is admitted there to take treatment and not for attending any party or star show at hospital !!! Also the full lab report was submitted from my side which I am ready to prove at any extend!! ( refer the copies of letters & documents of earlier correspondence with Ttk , attached here with for your kind reference)

                My total loss in this case was Rs.2285/- I have approached TTK directly for settlement without the help of any agents! I think that is the reason for loosing money for me !!! Bcos I can see people getting claim amounts without any issues if submitted with the help of insurance agents!

                So now please let me Know that , if you were at my place, will you renew your ICICI Lombard policy further to one more year? Will you recommend this company to your friends ?
                i can prove all above said information with solid supporting docs

                  I have Icici lombard mediclaim policy no-4034/CHT/03518946/00/000.

                  I admitted my wife in condition of pain in Dipak memorial Hospital.and send all the paper

                  to TTK its third party of Icici lombord but they reject to pay the money becouse they told me that

                  it is pre existing desease but she faces this problem only one month before.

                  Sir this company is cheat and always try to denial their clint.

                  please help me to get my hard earn mony

                    1. I was approached telephonically by customer care dept. of ICICI Bank Credit card offering me a increase in credit limit from existing 40000/- to 1,00,000/-. For which I was asked to buy a ICICI Lombard health insurance policy. I refused saying, I am not interested to incur any financial liability for health insurance. They said that it is a formality, they shall immediately cancel the insurance policy and no charges shall be attracted.( No increase in the credit limit as yet- Hence a false offer)

                    2. The customer care dept. confirmed that it has forwarded a request to cancel the ICICI Lombard health policy. I reiterated that I am not willing to bear any financial liability for the health policy, I was assured that policy shall be cancelled.

                    3. Then after few days I was called again by the ICICI Bank Customer care Dept. saying that there was some difficulty in reversing the policy issued in my name so they asked my spouse name saying that same policy shall be cancelled against my wives name. I gave them my wives name. Also I ensured that I am not willing to buy any policy or increase my liability, I was confirmed that my policy shall be cancelled. Also I was told that the premium against the policy may reflect in my credit card statements, that I should not pay for first 3 months and the amount shall automatically get reversed.

                    4. I was billed for policy issued in my name and separately for my wives policy in the month of May. I did not pay the amount pertaining to the premium.

                    5. I was billed the 2nd Installment for both policies in month of June as well. The amount of 1st Inst. Of May was carried forward in the month of June. I made payment of the outstanding amount after deducting the amount payable towards premium of health policy.

                    6. I the month of July also I was billed for the 3rd Installment along with the accumulated outstanding of May and June. Also in this month, I got a credit of 8,400/- against cancellation of some previous purchases made. My outstanding amount of Premium was adjusted against the credit in my account.

                    7. I approached the customer care dept. in the month of July stating the whole issue, they asked me to wait till they verify the whole thing with ICICI Lombard. In the process, they continued billing me with the 4th, 5th Installment for both the policy. I kept on corresponding with the customer care dept. And the Customer Care Dept. kept on asking for extension of time.

                    8. In the month of Sept. the bank has reversed the EMIs against the policies, but a fresh debit of 6200/- was created which, as per my records is illegitimate. I have stopped making payments against the ICICI bank credit card bill after clearing all the liabilities as per my records. But, the Bank is continuing to bill me adding late payment charges and interest thereon. I have been writing to the customer care Dept. regularly but now they have stopped responding to my mails. I have also written to the deputy manager ICICI bank also about the matter attaching the whole statement of account payable by me but in vein.

                    I treat this as shear harassment of a regular customer. And later the accumulated amount may invite troubles for me. The purpose of this communication is to lodge a complaint against the bank and the ICICI Lombard Insurance Co. as to carry out a detailed enquiry against the ICICI Bank Customer care Dept and the ICICI Lombard Ins. Co. as they have issued me 2 policies against my intent to have any health policy and billing me unduly for the same.

                    I expect an immediate action shall be initiated and I shall be provided a relief from the harassment from the bank.

                      ICICI Lombard Surveyor, Mr.Kishore behavior and customer handling was very rough & bad. He took 10 days time to meet me on lots of insistence from me.

                      Met Claim manager, Vivek & Siddhartha & Rajesh as well. Siddhartha have also taken more then 10 days time with a promise to offer me better solution but when I met him today after lots of request, the solution offered by him and Rajesh was much inferior in comparison to the offer they talked 10 days ago. Again as usual they suggested me to take a repair of the car with pillars of body shell having cutting and wielding instead of replacing it.

                      It is more then 20 days now and everyday I am under going this mental trauma.

                      When I called customer care, Mr.Yashwant, he registered my complaint no [protected] and informed that it will take 21 days. I have already got exhausted by losing more then 21 days time to reach this unsatisfactory stage and if now again I have to wait for another 21 days to get reply of my complaint. This long delay will be become unbearable and unacceptable.
                      Kindly forwarding the complaint to highest level of customer support and help me to come out of mental trauma which I facing toward having insurance policy from ICICI Lombard.

                      If delayed further, I would like to approach Insurance Ombudsman to get early and satisfactory solution to my insurance claim no MOT 01277127, Vehicle no DL 4 C AF 5063,policy No.57294779

                      Look forward to get satisfactory resolution on Priority

                      i purchase medical policy by icicilombard.my father had accident four months ago .my father do operation.after then i send document for claim .but till today the claim is not set .if i call ttk customer support they say the claim is process or claim set in two days or three days.i fill chite or forde.

                        My car chevrolet - spark whose ex-showroom worth is 2,67,000 - had an accident and the damage reported was close to 100% - So, the company instead of issuing us the cheque worth Rs - 2,50,000 after some salvage deduction got the car repaired at their workshop in Jaipur (Triumph motors) at Sitapura industrial area. We had a person visit at our house who stated that file has been transferred to Delhi and he has been taking care of the case and assured us that it has been considered as a full claim - Later on following up with them - the company states that the person is blacklisted and our car has been put to repair and now the company is asking us to pay 69,000 to get this claim settled..

                        The company has no control over the issue - and the whole settlement is on the discretion of the surveyor, who is involved with the triumph workshop guy - and they are putting in the old damaged cars parts to get your car up and running - which has no guarantee to run for even 100 miles.

                        My concern is from what possible it was justifiable to get a 100% damanged car repaired - which is of no worth for us now.

                          Ever since I have been corresponding with concerned people in Bangalore to let me know the status of transfer. Every time I get a reply "Check with Mumbai RO". I even tried to contact my previous employers on this. Even their intervention with the PF RO there failed to get the work done.

                            Myself Bhupesh P Kirad From ahmedabad .Please let me know that how can we file the complaint against the insurance company because icici Lombard took more premium on my two wheeler insurance without inform and explanation me , when I contact to customer care centre of icici Lombard so miss ramya and the senior supervisor mr. shrikant told me that the circular is passed from IRDA that they have to take more insurance premium from their customer because IRDA implement new rule that now the insurance company can take extra charges on PA cover for unnamed passenger and I have also the receipt in which they took extra charges from me without any information and explanation .I also sent the complaint to IRDA feedback deptt. to nithya madam.
                            and therfore i need your help and also try to get the information that why they charged me because last year i paid 854/- rs and now this time i paid 1021/- rs premium instead of less amount from the last time premium because the rule said if we paid premium so next year the premium shoul be come less than last year but they charged me more than 150/- rs on my premium without any explaination and any intimation letter and i paid and whhen my some friends suggest that the company can't take more premium from your last premium so i decide to knock your door.

                            Please do the needful and help me that how can I take necessary steps against them.

                            ICICI Lombard General Insurance — REFUND OF PREMIUM

                            Dear Sir

                            My policy No:4034/FPA/02196752/00/000 in the name of Inul Marliya and Mariyam Zulaiha.Policy Renewal date is 17th may 2008, I sent a cheque for that renewal but still now the policy not yet renewed.my cheque no:0536814 dtd:[protected]. The cheque also debited by ICICI Lombard General Insurance on[protected].
                            Herewith I attached my Bank Statement.
                            Last Week i Renewed My policy :4034/FNP/02084375/00/000 along with my wife:Inul Marliya and My Daughter : Mariyam Zulaiha.
                            So let me know the staus of my amount Rs:3525 and refund to me early as possible.

                              I have submitted a proposal for family floater policy of ICICI Lombard through an agent, same day i paid the amount by Cheque for Rs. 16822/- for 2 year premium, after 25 days i got a cheque for Rs. 16822/- and a letter it shows my policy is cancelled. I don’t know with out approving a proposal how they can cancel it. After 5 days again i got a letter from ICICI Lombard that my policy is cancelled because Renal Failure of Spouse.

                              It is clearly mentioned in ICICI Lombard family floater plan that


                              Exclusions valid for the first 2 Years by ICICI Lombard

                              Treatment of the following diseases/illness/ailments
                              Cataract, Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, Myomectomy, Hysterectomy unless because of malignancy, Hernia, Hydrocele, Fistula in Anus, Piles, Arthritis, Gout, Rheumatism, Joint replacement, unless due to accident, Sinusitis and related disorders, Stone in the urinary and biliary systems, Dilatation & Curettage, Skin and all internal tumors / cysts / nodules / polyps of any kind, including breast lumps, unless malignant / adenoids and hemorrhoids, Dialysis required for chronic renal failure, Surgery on tonsils, adenoids and sinuses and Gastric and duodenal ulcers.

                              If the Policy is renewed with us for two consecutive years, the above diseases/illness/ailments ( Dialysis required for chronic renal failure) will be covered from the 3rd year. If these are pre-existing diseases at the time of inception of the policy, the same will be covered from the 4th year onwards.

                              Permanent exclusions

                              Any illness/ disease/ injury/ pre-existing disease before the inception of the policy. However, this exclusion ceases to apply if the policy is renewed with the Company for 4 consecutive years (If they reject a policy like mine on the basis of renal failure for spouse then how can it be renewed for 4 consecutive years)

                              Any pre-existing illness - The claims arising on account of or in connection with any Pre-existing illness as defined in policy shall be excluded from the scope of cover under the policy until 48 months of continuous coverage have elapsed, since inception of the first individual health policy with the company

                              It is clearly mentioned in the website and brochure clearly that At the inception of policy Pre existing disease/ illness like Dialysis required for chronic renal failure will not be covered and the same will be covered form the 4th year onwards.

                              Please help me with a solution to get a mediclaim policy for my family.

                                i broke my meniscus in the knee while playing football last week, so my doctor told me that i need arthoscopy for that. then i taught of cashless surgery. after filling their pre-authorization form with all necessary documents attached the hospital personnel sent them to the concerned department for cashless treatment for approval. but they denied my treatment by saying that documents attached and i know that they are attached but they are Harassing me. if anyone can help and give a way then please tell me.

                                  I have renewed an insurance policy for Honda Activa vehicle over Web on 30-August-2009. An email received from the ICICI Lombard regarding the same but the insurance policy has been issued in the name of different person. Vehicle is owned by by my wife since it's registration last year.

                                  I have registered ths issue with ICICI Lombard customer care over phone as well as over email I was notified that the the corrected policy has been sent by courier after a lot of follow up. The policy has not been received till now. Probably it has gone to the address of the wrong person.

                                  Am stil writting to the company but lost hopes now.

                                  ICICI Lombard Insurance — not issuing the policy document

                                  I renewed the ICICILOMBARD policy on june 5 2009, I paid rs 1031 for the insuracne. But I have not received the policy document from them

                                  I called nearly many times. Whenever I ask they will it is being processed will be reaching within 5 days.

                                  I have sent a mail they asked so many details through mail I gave all the details. After that I received the mail stating the document is sent through courier and given POS number also to track. But I have not received the policy document.

                                  I have sent so many mails and made calls in spite of this They always say my request is being processed but no action. Till today they yet to send the document.

                                  this is Purest form of cheating.

                                    PLEASE HELP & STOP THIS FRAUD!!!

                                    Please for God's sake send me my money back or send me the policy. This is my hard earned money and you people have no right to do things like this. You executives, managers, escalation points are simply of no-use as they don't take any action against such issues. I am repeating again that I was cheated by your officials. This has happened because of the intention of cheating the public on the part of your executives and to sell more motor insurance policies. If I don’t get immediate action on the said problem, I will have to take stern legal as well as criminal action against your company. The executive who sold me the policy was Pooja and her number was [protected], who is now not ready to pick up my cell and answer me properly as now the policy has been sold. Is this the kind of customer relations and support you maintain with your prime customers?

                                    I'm really concerned the way you operate in your business. I've not received my Car Insurance Policy (new) with a Car Vacuum Cleaner till date despite I've made the payment on 28 Aug'09. The executive promised me to give Car Vacuum cleaner with the policy, which is also not received.

                                    I've received multiple complaint numbers through SMS & E-mail, but till date my policy is not dispatched to my home. I'm not sure which one is valid request / complaint number.

More-so she was not having any details of the promised Car Vacuum Cleaner which is clearly mentioned on my cover note.

                                    I hope you will take this e-mail positively and throw out all such executives from their jobs. My intention here is to bring to your notice what all frauds are happening and that your customers should get justice. Also a suggestion here is to kindly publish the CEO's and Directors email id's in public communication tools like news papers, magazine, etc. so that we can directly contact them and male them aware of what all is happening in your company.

                                    Kindly reply me with my total refund and apology letter ASAP.

                                    Subject: Complaint against executive for false / wrong information for Car Insurance Policy

                                    This is Harish Chauhan from New Delhi. I got a call from your executive in Delhi, her name was Pooja and she said she is calling me from ICICI Lombard Cannaught Place Office, the number from which she called me is [protected]. In effect to that, I agreed to enroll my Car insurance Policy with ICICI Lombard and asked your sales executive to visit me. Your sales executive was not aware of any online mode of payment thru my credit card. As a result of which I had to visit your branch in Pitam Pura (New Delhi) and make a payment of Rs.9822 on 28 Aug 2009 and got a cover note "8589083".

                                    I done the payment thru my credit card (ICICI Bank).

                                    Its been more than one month, I have not received my Policy Document where-as your executive (Pooja) was telling me that you will receive the document in 3 to 5 days time. Its me who's calling them again and again for update of my policy document.

                                    Here is a list of your working staff members and problem in them and their behavior:

                                    1. Pooja ([protected]) Calling executive: She never picked up my call on the number she gave me and told me that policy will come to my address in 3 days time after paying the money.
                                    2. Akhil Jain ([protected]) Pooja's manager: He never picked up the call (called him 6 times continuously), and not at all responsible for his job.
                                    3. Teerath ([protected]) Branch Manager: Cannot even speak in English, when I asked him to speak in engligh with me, then he gave my phone to one of the lady there to talk to me. What kind of workof ICICI Lombard has !!!
                                    4. Sangeeta Kapoor ([protected]) Executive: She also said she will call me with half-an-hour to update me with my status of policy, but never had any courtesy to call me and update me.
                                    5. Munir & Acharya (Call center executives: on the Tool free number): Absolutely no-sense to talk to customer, denied point-blank on my face to generate a reference ticket number for this problem.

                                    Your executives don't even have the courtesy to update the customer about the possible delay and the right number of days it will take to deliver the policy. If your prerogative is only to make customers a fool, than I would suggest please remove name "ICICI" from your name. The name "ICICI" is a big brand and it does impact the over all brand of the bank. I'm surprised with the team you have in ICICI Lombard, with this attitude and work style I'm sure the bottom-line performance of the company will soon get impacted. In today's scenario where-in word of mouth is so easy to traverse across the world, I would advise all my friends and colleagues in office not to go for ICICI Lombard policies. I'll suggest all my acquaintance, relatives, friends, colleagues, not to ever assign any ICICI Lombard policy.

                                    I really disturbed the way you have treated me and immediately need an escalation for all the personnel responsible for this !!

                                        My online transaction failed when tried to pay the renewal amount for my 2 wheeler insurance. However I have received my ICICI Lombard two wheeler insurance renewal document the same day thru email which is actually valid document.

                                        I had immediately called the customer care (2 times) and informed the above issue. But I got two different replies saying the policy is not renewed and is renewed respectively. Then I had sent an email to the Customer care describing the issue. It took them 14 days to say that my online policy is not renewed.

                                        My worry is an established bank did not even have a courtesy to call me regarding this issue. Also in their reply to my email they had not even apologized, rather they are challenging me to prove the transaction with my bank statement when I had not even argued with them that the renewal is valid.
