We purchased a covernote no. GF5747143 for our Volvo registration no. HR-63-M-0108 in the name of Amarjyothi Carrying Corporation on[protected] by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., Amritsar branch through Mr. Anubhav Pabbi at Kotkapura. IDV was Rs.4149720 only. The vehicle met with an accdent and company declared as total loss and pay to us Rs.3998500+ Rs.1500 deduct as a clause but till date Rs.149720 still pending with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., besides our many reminders to the concerned company persons, Mr. Harman at Chandigarh and Mr. Aman at Amritsar. Please pay attention towards this matter.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have taken a mediclaim policy for my parents in May.2008 having policy No.4034/FPP/03609981/00/000 from ICICI Lombard. I have filed a mediclaim to the TPA of ICICI Lombard (TTK Healthcare Services TPA Pvt. Ltd) on 18/12/2009 for Rs17375.37 for treatment of PARAPHYMOSIS for my father Mr.Ashok Gupta. It has been close to 2 months since I have filed the claim and I have also submitted the short fall as per their requirement on 31/12/2009.

    I am regularly following with TPA and ICICI Lombard, but they said we are still wainting for varification of ducuments from senior doctors. I have also send two e-mails to TTK but they did not bothered to reply any of them. I have been mently harassed by both the companies. I have also compalined to ICICI Lombard with my service requurement No.21011049 but they did not done anything.

    Normally, the processing and payment of claim takes close to 21-30 days but its has been two months but nothing is done.


    I request the H'able forum to look it to the matter and facilitate me for the releaee of my payment.

      Sir, First of all excuse me if there exists a rule saying that no insurance need to given for two wheelers after 5 years of manufacture about which I am not aware of, otherwise this is purely a cheating case. In my case I had an insurance with Lombard which was getting expired on Jan 21st 1010. I tried to renew it thru online as I was doing in previous years, this time when I tried it was saying that my renewal notice was not updated in their database. I contacted their call center and they informed me that there database is having some complaints and I will definitely get a call within 48 hours. I waited for 2 weeks for thier call and nothing happened, I called them up couple more times and always giving the same answer. after two months I took the insurance through Oriental insurance company, there the amount was too less for me and have all the facilities of lombard. So i advice all the ppl who is reading this not to go for any pvt insurance. I am the great looser in this game as i thought that no claims will grant me a huge bonus next time.

        i have taken a car insurance from icici lombard. and did not get th epolicy after 20 days. then i started calling them reach till their branch manage but no one has time to respond properly the matter.
        they are woth less. they dont give me my cheque back. i paid them and i have not received my policy.

        I WANT A HELP FROM CONSUMERN COURT. TO GET BACK THE PREMIUM AMOUNT.

        AND I HAV A CLAIM FROM THEM AS I MET WITH ACCIDENT IN THIS PERIOD OF 20 DAYS BUT DIDNT GET CLAIM ALSO. AS THEY DELAYED THE POLICY.

        icici lombard/ car insurance — refund of excess amt

        certificate cum policy no: 3001/50051896/00/000 period 15/07/2006 to 14/07/2008.
        i had paid excess amt for this policy i am still waiting for my refund.

        icici lombard car insurance — Adjusted Insurance Premium amount not refunded

        HI,

        It is to draw your kind attention that I am having a very bad experience with ICICI Lombard regarding my car insurance and I am not getting back my refund amount.

        The insurance policy details are as below :

        1st policy no.3001/50413227/00/000 w.e.f 00:00 03/10/2006 to 02/10/2007

        2nd policy no. 3001/52528824/00/000 w.e.f 00:00 23/09/2007 to 22/09/2008 for Rs.9530.00

        2nd policy no. 3001/50413227/01/B00 w.e.f 00:00 16/10/2007 to 15/10/2008 for Rs.7987.00

        3rd policy no. 3001/50413227/02/000 w.e.f 00:00 16/10/2008 to 15/10/2009 for Rs.5260.00

        The 1st policy was OK.

        For the 2nd policy (3001/52528824/00/000) I already paid them Rs. 9530.00, but since this amount is more than what I should have paid, they cancelled the previous 2nd policy and created a new policy (3001/50413227/01/B00) whose actual sum is Rs.7987.
        But I still did not receive the rest adjusted amount (Rs. 9530 - Rs. 7987) = Rs. 1543.00 till date after repeated calls and visit to ICICI Lombard office.

        For the 3rd policy (3001/50413227/02/000) I gave them a check for the mentioned amount Rs. 5260.00, but later I came to know that they cancelled that policy because my check was bounced.
        First of all there was no reason of the check getting bounced and even if the check bounced then I should be intimidated for that before lapsing or cancelling the policy.
        Neither did they intimidate me regarding the bouncing of check, nor did they returned back me the check.

        I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter at the earliest so that I can get back my own money.

          I have renewed my Existing two wheeler policy with ICICI Lombard and I was told by the executive that I will receive the policy in couple of mins at my mail id as well as online. But I did not get the same till evening same day then again I made a call to the Customer care (Executives does not seem to be trained) and the response was that we do not send the policy immediately and it will take 24-48 hours. And no provision to send the cover note that is generated on the website. So there is difference of opinions in the words of two different words. And For your knowledge I did not receive the same till date and above all I did not receive any kind of message or mail or any thing for my policy. I know this just cause of knowing that I have made a payment. I am not sure whether they are really worried to provide any kind of service.


          Still I am getting calls from ICICI Lombard regarding calls to renew the same. What is this at all?


          Till date no communication from ICICI Lombard side regarding the policy booking either by SMS or by Mail and by any other means.

          That’s the quality of service.

          My suggestion never go for ICICI Lombard.

            This for your information that, my claim no MOT02051287 dated 27/05/2011 for damage Crank Case.
            But some body was came for the inspection against my complaints from any local surveyor dated 01/06/2011 its so late. But after that i havn't received any kind of information as per same. Please arrange the same as soon as possible because my bike was break down and it deposit to POOJA Automobile as Authorized Hero Honda Service Centre at Chirag Delhi, New Delhi-110017.

              2years back we have taken lombard health care cards for me and my family.
              Details.

              the above four policies is completed in last year november'09. I don't want to continue further and i informed accordinly also.
              but again i am getting due dates amount through my credit card. I am withdrawing from this policy so pl return my excess amount.
              If you continue the same then i will not pay the credit card amount.This is for your information and neccessary action.

                I have been given a quote of Rs 7200 as annual premium for insuring my 2004 Reva car under ICICI Lombard by the Reliance Finance guy (Nagabhushan) at a Reliance Fresh outlet in Bangalore. I proceeded to pay the amount as a cheque. The Reliance Finance guy gave me a cash reciept stating that he has taken the money but not stating for what. This was done on Friday 22nd Jan and he promised that the policy will be issued and sent to my email id on 25th Jan Monday. Today is Friday 29th Jan and I have made atleast a hundred calls to Nagabhushan and his ICICI Lombard counterpart Dhanjay. They give some lame excuse and keep postponing the date. Not sure whether I will ever recieve the policy.

                My view is - do not go to private insurers even for convenience sake. They are more inconvenient than the Public sector Insurance providers

                  "This is regarding the policy no-3005/w-1466146/00/000, in the name of Mr. Pramod ku. sharma dated as on 6th Jan 2010 which was made by customer care executive Ms. Jaya Laxmi. Basically she made wrong policy, this policy is actually in the name of Mr. Manu Dutt Sharma which was made by me and she misinterpret with the names thats why I cancel the policy and made a new one from her and she tell us that the policy will be cancelled within 24 hours and also refund the money, but after that policy was not cancelled by her, I also talk to Mr. Sanjay who is senior team member of your company, they give us so many reference no fopr this purpose but till now they are not able to cancel the policy and I even get the hard copy of policy through post. I request your customer support team to transfer line to any senior people who can handle this case properly but they are not ready to transfer calls. I request you to please help me on cancel the policy and try to improve the customer support team who are not capable to make correct policy. First they make wrong policy even we give the right information and after that they make wrong commitment.

                  Hope you will make this favorable to me.

Please look into the matter and cancel this instalment of 24 months as well as refund to me the whole amount withdrawn by you from my credit card till date.                       I Lost my m/cycle and claimed insurance for that with the claim number MOT00901516 dated 58 Sep 2009. Everything has been finished and verified and till date i have not received the amount in spite of several requests. Very idiotic irresponsible service from ICICI. Never take insurance from ICICI Lombard.

                        I have agreed for the health policy wherein i gave my credit card for the EMI option.
                        But without my approval they used my card and swiped for the complete one time payment. when i called customer service they dont want to cancell the policy but they told it will be converted to EMI . Escalation department people called and they confirmed its being converted to EMI and it will reflect in the next statement.
                        when i called my credit card and found its has not been converted ,
                        I called customer service for cancellation they wanted the cancellation charges of about 1400Rs.i scolded them like anything as the escalation person comitted if the amount is not getting converted to EMI , i will have my full amount refund.
                        Because i scolded the service agent dropped off the call , i got angry as he speaks only about the cancellation charges and i'm telling its not my fault you people charged with out my approval .So i called the customer service again , they now saying i need to pay 3100 Rs and its one month more .but my first call on Nov 1st 2009 is for cancellation request which they didnt process,. i'said if you people prove that i have approved for one time payment through the recorded call i will be ready to give complete policy amount they are not agreeing but they just wanted cancellation charges for cancelling the policy even though the mistake is from their side.

                        ICICI Lombard is a cheat , they are playing with customers money with customers approval and no proper customer service is being provided. I have recorded conversation which i had with the customer service.

                        I 'm going to take legal action against these people for cheating me.

                        ICICI Lombard is a cheat, Fraud and irresponsible service provider.
                        I have never seen a cheaters like this before in my life time.

                        Absolutely right /my icici health policy num 4034i/chc/05269216/00/000 and policy has been cancel 6 month back but till no refund .I have invested in phone bill 2000 rs calling first filght/blue dart but no solution .Last option raising a case in consumer coart
                        They are the real frauds... Agents are not trained with resolving customer complaints.
                        I had given the entire details at the time of registration and they have vomited some arts and when i had a claim to make they tell me that we frauded them, the fact is ICICI Lombard Health Insurance is a fraud.

                        No response for my 24 hr back quires...

                        The agents do not know how to behave or dont even give their proper names and proper information asked for. ICICI Lombard are real ROBBERS, CHEATERS, FRAUD, UNPROFESSIONAL...
                        Real Cheaters... They mentioned that they would block my credit card for which they took complete one time payment. I clearly mentioned that I was against this option. I called their Mumbai Headoffice only to find that I have to pay Rs. 3000/- just to cancel this policy.

                        Real Money Laudering, they just dont give a Damn to customer complaints... So much for their ads on TV claiming that they have honoured 5 Lakh claims...
                        very sorry for these persons but icici lombard is giving best survice in cashless process i had good experince about it.i thinh there may be some mistake in dedecting ivp system, but we can't blame 100% to icici lombard.

                          ICICI Lombard, does not train its employees, in how to deal with customers. I embarked on a journey abroad, and sought Health Insurance form ICICI Lombard. The person who did the necessary documentation, entered the wrong travel date, and when this was queried, he told me, to have it changed, he would need approval from the underwriter, and that he would deliver the corrected policy to my home.

                          I subsequently wrote to ICICI Lombard, and the respondent, told me that the company would not change the travel date, under any circumstances, leaving me, with inadequate cover, for the money they had cheated from me.

                          My advice to anyone who wishes to engage this thieving company, is to first ensure that the who takes your details, to read it out to you before creating the policy. My humble request to all, is to avoid this company as they cheat!

                            Anil kumar verma has fillop all documents ICICI Lombard in date of 12/10/2009 according to ICICI Lombard in working time my claim will clear in 24 days but i did not any claim in 16/12/2009 so I complaints 16/12/2009 my complanints num is Req no[protected] ICICI Lombard customer care excutive giv me 21 working days I call back in 08/01/2010 but he did not giv me information my claim so please help me

                            Just now lost our vehicle no.TN-07-AV-1584 -Splender PLus in
                            RAja Annamalaipuram, Chennai. If anybody trace it, please inform us in this mail.

                            Even after locking, this is stolen.

                              My self manjesh kumar singh residing in lucknow uttar pradesh.I had taken a mediclaim policy of icici lombord and in between I went to ill and addmitted to Batra Hospital Delhi in august 2006.After discharge I claimed or Rs 58000.I could not recieve any response till date.

                              I am working in hospital we have taken a policy for our employees from one of the nationalized insurance company, the period is from april 09 to march 10 and we paid sum premium now their are telling that they going to withdraw the policy why means your claim is crossing behind the premium amount.

                              My questing is whether any provision in Insurance rules and regulation and also the period is when not completed.

                              pls suggest me and which class or section they can cancell.

                                Tushar Trivedi (i am not sure about his surname. some times providing service at MANAN BAJAJ BHATHA PALDI) - [protected] came to me to provide me service for motor vehicel insurance. He made a mistake where my motor vehicel number got changed. After some days i called him for correct for my vehicle number and he told me you have to go to s g highway. If he can come to my office to collect premium amount of insurance then why he can not help me for correction as mistake was made by him.

                                He is also collecting RTO passbook after completion of vehicel loan but he after collecting money around 400 to 500 rs. he has not yet come back to provide mine RTO passback since last 6 months.

                                I agree with you Tushar is cheater one in ICICI LOMBARD. You have to escalate to ICICI LOMBARD for same.

                                  We are authrised Dealer for Mahindra&Mahindra Sales Service &Spare. Vehicle raported at our workshop for accidental repair claim no MOTO1099962 at VARDHMAN MOTORS SRE BUS STAND RRK ROAD MUZAFARNAGAR Mr A B KHAN deput by ICICI LOMBARD as surveyour . They have survey and photograph after check all original related document and allow for repair work .After comletion work allow for delivery in cashless claim
                                  We have recieved a massage through other surveyour that our claim had been rejected when we demand our balance payment
                                  Mr A B KHAN and Mr CHAUDHARY not provide us any information
                                  regarding claim
                                  They assure us that we are trying for reopen file and make your claim setelment .
                                  We aproach Mr ALOK AT LKO AND Mr SHIV KUMAR for
                                  urly payment then they have inform us that attech driving licence not
                                  valled for claim . pls see all matter vehicle take time for repair about
                                  4 month and in between so many visite and meeting held with surveyour but surveyour not stope work and not show abnormalty of
                                  related document
                                  please do needful and fruitful action against above matter and oder to insurance co for payment as soon as possible

                                      I took a poliyc from ICICI Lombard for my mother, the policy no. is W-085621, it is almost two years when this policy is going to expire and I need to renew , however the status of policy is still coming as "medical test pending"

                                      I tried to contact ICICI lombard several times in past,
                                      1. First no one is there to provide a help
                                      2. They do not give a interaction ID so that it can be escalated to further level's
                                      3. Lot of times the call itself does not go and if it goes people put on hold saying they are checking and then after few minutes it gets disconnected. Atleast it happened with me more then 20 times

                                      It's highly frustating situation for me, looks like I wasted my 2 years with this policy for my mother. Please let me know how can I get justice?
                                      Now calling from my mobile it's says this no. [protected] is put on a prime call and calling from this mobile no. unnecessary to toll free no. will be a offense and a court case will be done against me. ICICI Lombard can go upto this level.

                                      i am agree with this person about functionality of ICICI lombard call centre. They spend 20-30 minutes on call but no output.

                                        Dear sir, the icici had taken premium from for a year for 3 lakhs premium and got a call from lombard on 28th morning that yourr medical tests or ok and policy will be issued your can check on your computer by sangeeta, and latter in the eveing i got another call from sangeeta saying that your policy is rejected pl lelme know how you people are cheating customers and misguiding the public.

                                        Lombard Health Insurance Policy — Non Acceptance Health Insurance Policy

                                        This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior & negligent attitude of your staff. Pl find the details mentioned as under:

                                        I have savings & salary account with ICICI bank & I had applied for ICICI credit card no.[protected] which I got on around 15/11/2008. I had requested for the PIN for the same card. I received a call from your office & the lady who identified herself as Ms.Vibha Desai informed me about the procedure I have to follow to generate the PIN. She also told to give the confirmation in affirmative language, which I did so. She also told to say no in the second call, which I again did. As I was n't interested in the policy which they were explaining to me, but I followed the instructions as I was told that this is the procedure which I need to follow to get the PIN.

                                        Later on I got one SMS from ICICI Lombard in which details were mentioned of the policy which I never applied for. I was shocked to see that sms, then I enquired further, the lady(Mrs. Vibha Desai) at the other end told me that "Please ignore the message".

                                        Again, on 10 of this month I got the policy in my hand. I was really surprised as I was convinced by Ms.Vibha that I will not get the policy. I also wish to place on record & draw your attention towards the attitude while handling the customer. Daily I am wasting 20-30 mins on phone to speak to the person concerned but I am not being attended properly.

                                        You are kindly requested to withdraw the policy & want an apology for generating the same as I have wasted lot of my precious time in calling Customer care & the lady executive. It is very unfortunate the way you deal with your customers. If my request is not considered & appropriate action is not initiated at your end, I am left with no option but to approach "Consumer court".

                                        Kindly confirm telephonically after crediting the money back to my credit card account.

                                        I also faced a similar case. This is the worst attitude of ICICI. I think approaching a consumer court will give a better solution to this problem. People have to completely avoid ICICI product hereafter.
