i m facing the problem of network failiure from last 2 days.i have submitted complaint also but they are not taking any action.i m completely pissed of by this kind of behaviour of idea cellular operator.plz help me to solve my problem....

I have received port number from Idea IW613G , and submitted to Tata Docomo.
After 7 days I came to know that Idea has not approved my MNP..

Can any one help on my issue for [protected]

They are not listening. we mail to all authority and no one replying.. customer care is charging 50 paisa for 3 mins,. and have no answer why it has been not approved....

i want to unsubscribe the service of bollywood from tashan.co.in . which i am unable to unsubscribe the service & 20 rs per week is dedected from my mobile . please unsubscribe this service . my mobile no. is [protected].

The “idea” is not customer friendly.
 On 8th January 2011, I purchased “idea net Setter “from authorized shop at Thane.
 The SIM card no is[protected] .
 It was supposed to be activated on 10th January.
 Till 17th January it was not activated. The shop owner told that because of technical problem it could not be started.
 On 19th January I got a call from Shop owner...

My idea post paid connection no. ([protected]) is running since 8 month before. The plan was like that 0.50 paise/min STD, 0.30 paise to other local and in roaming incoming calls charges 0.50 paise as well outgoing too. But the group (calls are free) because we took the post paid connection in a group of ten people in alwar pharmacy college, alwar. what happen from last two month (December and January) when i was in roaming it was charges...

Regarding : Inappropriate Balance Deduction from Prepaid connection

My name is Ranjith Nair and I am an Idea Netsetter post-paid subscriber holding the number [protected].
Idea net setter is the worst net connection i have ever used.
Idea customer care is blessed with even worse people who have absolutely no courtesy / decency / manners all put together. All this makes me feel whether having an Idea Netsetter or any connection is such a good idea after all.Idea connection brought humiliating...

The Idea crew specially the one sitting in Aundh Idea showroom is awful... they are rude to customers , are not willing to help them in any way and are least bothered for what is teh Requirement of their customers.

Other than this IDEA NET SETTER is a big lump to digest with such an insupportive team of Idea....

My idea connection number is [protected]. I raised a slow speed GPRS complaint on Dec 26th, 2010. No proper response from the customer care. Guess how many times I called up for the same problem.... till 15th Jan, 2011 it was 21 times.... whenever I called up one or the other executive will pick the call and raise new complaint all the times... some of the reference ticket numbers are as follows...[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].....br...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 100% confident that I have not made any calls to the above number on 26th Nov 2010 but still I have been charged for more than 900 Rupees in Dec Bill.

Totally 5 calls are reported in the bill and surprisingly there is not even a single second delay between contigous calls which is definitly can not be done by a human being.

But Unfortunately I have no proof that I have not...

Who ever providing service in mentioned location, I dont know what they are doing, every month I have to request their service providers to unbarred my outgoing calls, Alyays they are giving temparory solution. If some one is working their having responability can call me and can get the right feedback which will help them to make their customers satisfy....
