I had placed an order with Indiaplaza.in on 6th May 2008. The shipping instruction was as "Normally ships in 3 days." I had anticipated that it must be trustworthy site for online shopping. I placed the order, which was a pair of D'Damas Earrings, which I wanted to be delivered by 11th May 2008, keeping two more days for Indiaplaza.in as tolerance. On 11th May I called the consignee and wanted to know if the gift has reached and the response was no. Then I called Indiaplaza.in customer care and that time they told me that they will check whether the product is available with their vendor or not. They took four more days for just confirming that the product is not available in the market and it is outdated.
Since I was not satisfied with their response, I requested them to cancel the order. I placed the request for cancellation on 15th May. I received a mail from Kannan S that it will be canceled by two working days and the money will be debited back to my account. After two days, i.e. on 17th May I got another mail from Rashmi that the process has been started and it will take two more days. By 21st May even it was not deposited to my account. See four working days were already running and they didn't even bother to call me to let me know about the status of the process. It was me every time, who was calling them. When I called them they told me their payment department is not having any track of my order cancellation request. Apart from that the care executives are very inefficient. They don't know the value of commitments to their customers. They say they will call me back and let me know about the status and then they forget it. The team managers are even damn inefficient. They also don't have a sense of keeping commitments. Altogether it is a messy situation. Now they are saying it will take two to three more days. By 25th May my statement will get generated and I have to pay Rs.3015/- extra for nothing, for the service, which I haven't even consumed, for the idiotic activities of the care executives and the managers. I suspect the organization is fraud and cheating their customers. Kindly take some initiatives and help the customers in staying away from this kind of cheat organizations.

In continuation to your communication to our customer service, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel this order for Creative 2 GB Mp3 Player Zen Stone Plus With Speaker. Please find the case history and the reason for the same.
We have shipped the correct ordered item Creative 2 GB Mp3 Player Zen Stone Plus and later we have sent the Speakers. After the delivery of the Creative 2 GB Mp3 Player Zen Stone Plus you came back claiming you thought the item would be with inbuilt speaker and you want to return back the item.
1. As per our returns policy Electronics item does not come under No Question Asked return policy.
We have taken a exception towards your satisfaction and we instructed our pickup partner Elbee courier to pickup the item from consignee. We knew that item was sent as gift and it might be a problem for the consignee to ship back the item. We have taken little longer to arrange the pickup and we apologize for the same.
2. As per our returns policy you need to send the item in unopened condition to get the refund.
We have received consignment in properly packed condition and without any tampering / external damage. On opening the package the item it is found in opened and used condition with lot of scratches on the item.
This item is not in condition to be sold as a new item and we do not sale any second hand product. Cancellation of the order means a total lose of the item cost for the company. Hence, we will not be able to cancel your order and refund can not be made.
As per your instruction, we have shipped back the item to your Bangalore address on 17th July 09 through DTDC courier consignment # B55063208. It was delivered to you on 18th July 09.
