    One of your new franchise is been opened at Muvattupuzha, Kochi, Kerala. And following issues been found while our first visit.

    1. The best combo plan is not allowed eventhough it is already listed in the board (ultimate savings pack)

    2. Washing area is too small and inadequate for such a large dining area - only 2 wash available

    3. Response from the billing person doesn't met the standards we experienced from other franchises

    4. Quantity of the food is too low. & One cup of sprite =71rupees

        On the 27th of September I've ordered online for a KFC on their website. The store from which I've ordered was- KFC store in RK Cineplex, Road no.2 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

        I've paid Rs 523 for it on their website using my Paytm Wallet. The payment was successful and the store received the order request under order #70855.

        But as it was raining that day, there was a delay in the delivery. I've waited for some time and then cancelled the order. After cancelling it, I called up the store and asked it's incharge about my refund. He said that I would get it within 7 days.

        Still after 7 days I didn't get the refund back. So I've called up the Customer Care to complain to them about the delay in my refund. Everytime I've called them, they said the same thing that I would get it in the next 7-14 days.

        This has been happening from the last 3-4 days and I seriously got fed up of it. So I am writing it here. I hope that it would get resolved ASAP.
        Also please find the payment proof and transaction id in the photo that I've enclosed.

          I have paid money in KFC and they said transaction got cancelled and I will be getting my money back into my account.
          But still the amount is not credited and KFC is not responding properly

              I ordered for delivery from KFC rajahmundry on 4th september 2021. Order not delivered . Called to customer care. They said amount will be refunded but still now not received any refund. So send refund amount immediately.
              Your app is too worst. Your service is also very poor. Try to improve.
              I sent nearly 17 mails to kfc india...But there is no proper response.

                On sep 13, 2021 I ordered food online from KFC and payment was done through paytm ₹964 to sapphire Foods India Private Limited but due to some tenchinal issue my order was cancelled by them but payment was done from my side with details below

                Same day I dailed customer care number for refund procedure and mailed them the screenshot of the payment.One of the executive talked to me and told me that i will get refund within 2-3 days
                But its been more than 15 days i didn’t get back the amount although i got reply from thier Side with quote-REFUND INITIATED
                but still I didn’t get the refund
                Again on sept28, 2021 i dailed their customer care number .Again they said the same thing that i will get refund within 2-3 days but till now they are either not responding to me ni ether providing me refund

                Please look into this matter so that i can get the refund . Thank you

                    Refund/ Worst Management

                    I placed an order on the 1st September in Police Bazar Shillong through the KFC app. I had paid for the food but my order was not delivered, and I was contacted by the manager, her name is Normalin Lyngkhoi, she promised the refund but failed to comply. She was rude and incompetent. I never expected this from an international brand. Please resolve this issue!...

                      I have placed an order on 3rd October 2021 at 10:46 pm via KFC app. My payment was deducted and I received order confirmation on my email address as well. However, I have not received my order yet. Neither do I see anything in the order history in my app.

                      This is fraud which you guys are doing. I am unable to track my order and there is no contact number available as well.

                      You guys are pathetic.

                      I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

                          I order from KFC, on 2nd October 2021. My account got debited of Rs. 792.01 and order was not confirmed. Again I made another transaction of same amount than I could place the order. But I got debited twice. I approached my bank, they said amount has been credited to the merchant YUM Restaurant india pvt.ltd with PRN WUTI[protected] and is successful.

                            I had placed a take-away order, on the KFC app, on 28th September. The payment was successful, the money was DEDUCTED from my bank account (₹636) and NO ORDER was placed! Since then, I have kept CALLING the customer service number but they kept saying they'll raise a COMPLAINT. I have sent MAILS and they say they'll get back to me and they never do. I have created a twitter account and have sent TWEETS only to get GENERIC RESPONSES. The app was UPDATED just a day before I ordered from the app and still this is happening.

                            This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a restaurant chain as big as KFC.

                            ATLEAST GIVE ME MY REFUND.

                            THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED BUT THE MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. SO I CANNOT PROVIDE YOU ANY ORDER DETAILS.

                                I received an Invoice message form KFC. I never ordered anything from KFC. I don't know whether the message is from real KFC or some web security threats.
                                If the message is from KFC, then how the hell did they got my number?

                                  I ordered lunch to KFC India through their app on 25th Sept/2021. The payment was successful while the order unfortunately failed. The money was debited from my account. I request for a refund by calling their customercare and sending email. They assured me that they will get back to me within 24hrs which they never did.

                                  I sent another email on 28th Sept which they replied by saying refund has already been made. Since i don't received any refund and sent another email on 29th sept asking for a receipt of their refund, clearly showing my bank account number and others. But till today, 1st Oct/2021, I haven't received any receipt or refund from them. They never replied to my email. I already approach my bank and they said there is no refund coming from KFC India
