I ordered lunch to KFC India through their app on 25th Sept/2021. The payment was successful while the order unfortunately failed. The money was debited from my account. I request for a refund by calling their customercare and sending email. They assured me that they will get back to me within 24hrs which they never did.

I sent another email on 28th Sept which they replied by saying refund has already been made. Since i don't received any refund and sent another email on 29th sept asking for a receipt of their refund, clearly showing my bank account number and others. But till today, 1st Oct/2021, I haven't received any receipt or refund from them. They never replied to my email. I already approach my bank and they said there is no refund coming from KFC India

    I have order that but counter attended don't gave me complete order after 45 min i ask for my pending order but attended gave reason your order is cook and misbehaving with us. and ask us i[censored] have any issues so go for complaint. attended ask us i have no problem.

      Hi, I placed order on 20 sep for 610 and about got debited but order not confirmed it showed like it would take something week to initiate the refund but I haven’t received anything that moment I was damned pissed and very disappointed by kfc likewise I am still looking forward to eat kfc please help me out I will attach the ref no below

            Hi, i made an order for 3268 and due to a technical issue Kfc debited the amount but could not place the order . U immediate made another order which was placed and I got a message say REFUND IS INITIATED IN A MESSAGE AND MY EMAIL !! It’s been 20 days and since nothing had been refunded !!! I got to the erode Kfc and they said they will talk to their financial team !!! I showed them my bank statement as of 26/9/21. And said they are following!!!

            The erode Kfc manager put all the effort and had a procedure to solve refund issues !!! I got it the very next day after he initiated my refund Personally to Kfc India !!!

                  They served tomato sauce in small packets, and I really disappointed, even in local fast food hotels provide a tomoto sauce in a big bottles, and this is international fast food hotel(KFC), they provide sauce in small pockets and it's hard to eat with potato fries and all type of chicken foods and its very small amount, not enough for a full chicken burger and potato fries.
                  Please increase the size of the tomoto sauce and avoid small packets. It's really disappointed to customers.

                    I have visited ur KFC branch in hilite mall and ordered for 12 pieces chicken packages meal but not received the complete food items. Kindly let me know what are additional items along with 1454/- order. We received only 12 pieces chicken 😄. I tried to call ur branch but no response.

                        On sep I decided to order kfc knowingly online service sucks but still I ordered I spent 610 on order but it didn’t got confirmed and amount got debited and it has been a week the amount is not refunded to me very disappointing service by kfc as always

                          Hair in Food

                          Hi,

                          I just ordered this bucket from KFC and I’m truly disappointed with the food that I’ve received. I found hair in the food that I ordered for my niece’s first birthday because she wanted to have chicken. Now we can’t even consume this and all my money has went to waste. Kindly take this order from me and refund me my amount. Didn’t expect this from such a big multinational food chain brand.
