I am a HDFC bank Credit Card Holder .Without any consent, HDFC deducted money for OneAssist MFEE Membership Plan.

I dint get any call to activate this one assist Membership. But the One assist Mfee of Rs.1299 is automatically debited from my HDFC credit card. I am surprised How Bank did this type of illegal activities without taking my approval. As I recieved a Text Message that OneAssist Membership...

I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited of rs.1899/- on 30/10/2017 in my credit card without my permission. And i didn't get any call to activate this one assist membership. I am not interested about this service. So you please cancelled my one assist membership and refund my money of rs.1899. Hope i will get back my money as soon as possible.

rejection of claim

I had taken an insurance policy from one assist (Ma apple total protection plan) for my iphone 6s which covers accidental physical and liquid damage to the phone.

When my phone was damaged in an accident, the claim was rejected from one assist on the basis of 'wilful negligence' (Stating the insurer failed to take precautions and safeguard their device), which does not make any sense since i got the insurance in case there...

one assist membership charges deduction without approval

I have been charged rs1299 as oneassist membership fee from my credit card without any prior intimation or approval taken.

I have already logged a complaint with the hdfc bank. Reference id - [protected].

Today i received a call from oneassist saying that they cannot cancel my membership. I need to know why it is not possible for them to cancel the membership which was started without informing the customer....

Hi,
I have received a new platinum credit card for icici bank and i have received a call like welcome call. They told the call is from icici bank but didn't inform me that they are calling from oneassist card insurance team. Today rs.1399/- has been deducted from my account. I don't need this card protection plan. I want to de-activate and get refund of the same. Also i want to close this oneassist account to prevent similar charges...
