    Hi,
    I want my one assist plan deactivated and full refund initiated. Despite making it clear well in advance (Gave written application to the local branch) that i want the plan cancelled, the renewal happened automatically from 9/10/2017.

    As per the t&c, i'm owed full refund if the cancellation happens before 30days of reactivation. But neither calling the customer service and sending written complaints are working. The customer care personnel are admanant at not cancelling the plan, and keep insisting upon downgrading the plan instead. And i'm afraid the deadline of 30 days will be crossed in this manner, starting the cycle again for next year.

      Hello,

      I received sms from hdfc bank of inr 1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I also got a call from them asking for assistance. I am not even aware of the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act that too without my permission.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        Hello last year november upon auto renewal of my plan i asked one assist executive to discontinue my card protection policy however he promised me to stop the auto renewal of the policy but this year also my policy has been renewed without my getting into my notice

        Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

          Big fraudsters
          Recently only on 26th october 2017 i filed a claim for my phone as it got damaged. After filing my claim and doing all other document uploading formalities, i was asked to wait for 24-48 hours for the validation to be done. After 48 hours completion, when i didn't get any response from their end i used their one assist app to inquire about the claim. They asked me to wait for some more time so i waited for another 24 hours and did the same and got the same reply from their end. After 5 days i got a call from their end informing me about the rejection of the claim citing my negligence in handling of the phone (Which was in itself a weird excuse). Whereas in my insurance it clearly stated that any accidental damage, liquid damage, theft or phone being stolen is covered. Thereby i would request every one looking to get their mobile phone insured please don't get it dine from these cheat people.

            I am dinesh tripathi. I have a salary account with hdfc bank. Last year an amount of 1799 was deducted from my account by oneassist without any prior notice or communication. When i called customer care, then i came to know that one assist has started a membership plan without my consent. I have been trying to stop these services for almost a year, but none of the customer care executives are cooperating in cancelling this service. Again for the second year the membership renewal date is approaching and i am yet to receive any communication regarding the cancellation of these services.

            I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership.

              Hi,

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4752 without my authorization on date:30/10/2017.

              I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

I tried to cancel it many times but they are not cancelling it. I want my refund back. Maybe they are waiting for first 30 days to pass, so they can refund only 50% of total amount. They cheated me.                           I applied for an hdfc credit card after being assured of no charges to be paid. I myself went through the application and specifically opted out of oneassist membership.

                          Even before activating my card, i get a message of rs 1299.0 being debited with smartemi for oneassist. Without my intent or approval.

                          Oneassist's customer executives are immensely uncooperative. They argue, lie and even refuse to provide complaint/ref number.

                          I do not want this membership and i want my money to be refunded. This is fraudulence in bright daylight.

                          Also, this made me lose faith in hdfc as i had no control over the transaction and i was made liable to pay for it. I will close my credit card.

                          Sorry to hear that izeeshan, websites are flooded with complaints regarding OneAssist. Seems like they've been cheating people since a long time now.
                          Strict actions should be taken against such companies. Whats worrying is that banks like HDFC are providing them full access and are hand in gloves with them.

                              Dear OneAssist,

                              I am a HDFC bank Credit Card Holder .Without any consent, HDFC deducted money for OneAssist MFEE Membership Plan.

                              I dint get any call to activate this one assist Membership. But the One assist Mfee of Rs.1299 is automatically debited from my HDFC credit card. I am surprised How Bank did this type of illegal activities without taking my approval. As I recieved a Text Message that OneAssist Membership Fee is being deducted from My Credit Card Balance without Mentioning exact Amount. While I check through Net Banking, I saw Rs 1299/- is being Deducted.

                              Therefore, I don't want this service anymore as this is my personal decision. I need my full money back as earlier as possible

                                I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited of rs.1899/- on 30/10/2017 in my credit card without my permission. And i didn't get any call to activate this one assist membership. I am not interested about this service. So you please cancelled my one assist membership and refund my money of rs.1899. Hope i will get back my money as soon as possible.

                                  I have been using hdfc credit card ending with 9869 and
                                  Has been debited with rs.1299/- towards one assist membership fee

                                  I dint get any call to renew this one assist membership. But they are
                                  Automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

                                  Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

                                  It's unnecessary for me to renew a one assist relationship, hence
                                  Kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never
                                  Repeat it again without my consent.

                                  Hope i will get back my money asap.

                                    I had taken an insurance policy from one assist (Ma apple total protection plan) for my iphone 6s which covers accidental physical and liquid damage to the phone.

                                    When my phone was damaged in an accident, the claim was rejected from one assist on the basis of 'wilful negligence' (Stating the insurer failed to take precautions and safeguard their device), which does not make any sense since i got the insurance in case there was any accident. They refuse to give the criteria on which they decided that the accident was due to my negligence. I filed for my claim on 30th september 2017. The repair cost amounted to rs 25000/- but they rejected the claim and returned my damaged phone. My insurance expired on 23rd october 2017 and now i am left with a non functioning device.
                                    I want to get my phone repaired. They never gave me a valid reason and kept apologizing instead of helping me. They clearly stated on their product that they provide insurance against accidental liquid damage but they still refuse to approve the claim.

                                    they also failed to provide me with a temporary handset, for the time being they had my phone, which was part of the package i bought.
                                    overall very poor experience and very disappointed because they are cheating their customers by advertising false claims. i want my phone repaired at any cost.

                                      I have been charged rs1299 as oneassist membership fee from my credit card without any prior intimation or approval taken.

                                      I have already logged a complaint with the hdfc bank. Reference id - [protected].

                                      Today i received a call from oneassist saying that they cannot cancel my membership. I need to know why it is not possible for them to cancel the membership which was started without informing the customer. I need my complete refund of rs1299 which was deducted from my credit card or else i will discontinue my hdfc credit card.

                                        I dint get any call to renew this one assist Membership. But they are
                                        automatically debited my KOTAK credit card.

                                        Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.
