Hi,
I want my one assist plan deactivated and full refund initiated. Despite making it clear well in advance (Gave written application to the local branch) that i want the plan cancelled, the renewal happened automatically from 9/10/2017.
As per the t&c, i'm owed full refund if the cancellation happens before 30days of reactivation. But neither calling the customer service and sending written complaints are working. The customer care personnel are admanant at not cancelling the plan, and keep insisting upon downgrading the plan instead. And i'm afraid the deadline of 30 days will be crossed in this manner, starting the cycle again for next year.
