I received an sms stating deduction of 1899 for some enhanced protection plan on my newly issued credit card from icici bank.
I do not want any such protecction, please refund me my money back. That money is very important to me. Your complany is a fraud and deduct money without consent.

Please refund my money back in 24 hours, else i will lodge an official complaint against your fraud company.

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 7903 without my concern on date 08/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

    I kiran bashaveni. I got a bill from my hdfc bank for credit card purpose. Without my permission how to activate one assist plan. Please deactivate my one assist plan. If not resolved my problem i will go to consumer Cort for complaint by one assist team.

      We had insurance of our i phone 6 at the time of purchase in march18. Which covered liquid damage. We paid insurance premium rs 3000 for the same. On 31 jan 19 my phone had liquid damage. My handset was picked up by one assist on5 th feb. Previously they gave estimate of rs 10000 for repair they demanded rs 1200 as processing charges. We paid the same. They mailed about delivery of phone. The very next day they send a new estimate of 25000/- also stated that they will not repair the phone and send us back the damaged phone. Previously the phone was in bit working at least it was switching on. Now they took every part of the phone and gave us back fully damaged phone. Worth nil. They cheated with us badly.
      Please we are very upset and harassed by the company, help us in the matter. We want compensation.

                Complain on false rejection of insurance claim

                Dear sir,

                I, aman singh gaur policy holder of laptop insurance one assist, my relationship number is 6009027 and plan for laptop protection plan[protected], validity upto 29 dec 19. I got received service request id 3970921 for my laptop.

                Apple mac book air laptop stolen on 11 feb 19. On 12 feb 19 submitting a claim assigned policy of one assist. You have subsequently rejected my claim against the policy on the basis that mysterious circumstances/unexplained reason. I refute your decision to reject my claim for following reasons:-

                The definition of theft is covered in my case. (Copy enclosed ipc 378 sec)

                Every supporting documentation got received by one assist insurance agents. (Id 3970921)
                More document have been asked, true updation has been completed time to time (Mb [protected] available 24x7)

                My claim is duly covered by above policy and i look forward to hearing from you within 12 days with a proposal for settlement. If you not here from within said time then i refer the matter to the financial ombudsman service without further warning.

                  Hello there

                  Past two years i was with membership plan of 2499 with one assist.
                  My membership renewal date : 7-march-19.

                  I called them for cancellation on 5 of feb 2019 on saying proceed for cancellation no money should be deducted from my account.
                  Customer care executive told me that complaint will be raised & no money will be deducted assured.

                  On saying that no cancellation request was taken up till march 3 2019.

                  I called them again saying i not received any sms or mail regarding cancellation. No money should be deducted from my account.

                  Then they took up for cancellation request saying that i will receive call from cancellation department.

                  One executive called me forced & compelled me not to cancel the plan.

                  Again i call them i raised a complaint cancel my plan.

                  They raised request on march 6 2019.

                  On further saying them so many times money got deducted from my account without my knowledge on
                  March 8 2019.

                  Need refund of my money & cancellation of my plan.
                  One assist is irresponsible & debiting money from account without customer confirmation of renewal of plan.

                  Today i called OneAssist Consumer solutions customer support & asked for my refund saying i raised request on Feb 5 its your mistake that you not have raised the cancellation request.

                  The executive communicated to higher official & told me they deducted the amount and this cannot be refunded back fully & discounted the amount saying balance will be refunded.
                  I agreed to continue with them due to i cant able to communicate with them further.

                  Please note :
                  In future communicate to customer regarding renewal of plan.
                  Deducting money from customer account without prior communication is against the law.

                    On 17/01/2019 as one assist mfee deduct rs 1899.00 from my hdfc credit card ending 6341 without my concern by one assist. I don'tlike this service & don't want this membership any more. So please refund my money of rs 1899.00 & cancel membership. To renew my ac & deduct of rs 1899.00 from my credit card they never in talk or mail with me, just deduct unknowingly. Year before for the first time they talk with me.

                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I had already asked for deactivation of the one assist plan last year. The customer care assistant promised that he would do it but obviously they haven't done it. There is no option for deactivation in the one assist website. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

                        I got a call and the product has been forcefully sold in the name of icici bank. I have not given any written consent and still my account has been debited for rs. 1899/-. I don’t want such product and kindly refund the amount in my account failing which i will not have any option but to approach police cyber cell for the complaint. The account has been wrongly debited i have confirmed with icici bank also but they are not aware off this so i again reiterate that kindly refund the account to avoid any action

                          In the past i have tried many times to terminate my oneassist protection plan,
                          The amount was deducted without my knowledge. That time i was told that 45 days prior to expiration of my plan i will receive an email for continuation of the plan, which i have not received so far.
                          Infact i have not received any mail from one assist so far.

                          My plan should not get auto renewal without my concent.

                          This should not happen again in future, or else i will be forced to make a complaint to consumer complaint and also to ceo of icici bank.

                          Please deactivate this plan before 24 april which the expiry date of my plan, i don't wish to continue with protection plan.

                            I got a call from one assist about the protection plan, without giving our concurrence they created a account and debited 1899 rs.
                            We requested to cancel the membership after making 2 ~ 3 calls dated 7th march and agreed to cancel to membership and confirmed the amount will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs.
                            We got a cancellation confirmation mail on 8th march. However on 9th march we got a mail stating the membership plan has changed to wa power single plan instead of cancellation.

                            With repeated calls (Frustrated) to toll free nos. We are getting a firm confirmation on cancellation and refund details.

                            Kindly to the needful to avoid further escalation.

                              I tried several times to cancel this plan and they are not allowing this. I'm sick and tired. All they do is redirect the call to one or other agents but nothing happens. 1928446 is my membership id. It is nearing to renew this year which i don't wish to continue. Already used it for last 2 yerai due to this pushy customer care people and im not able to close it once and for all. Please help

                                I had given my iPhone x for repair in July 2018 to one assist.but one assist replaced my phone and gave me a new replaced iPhone but they didn't sent the replacement certificate or iPhone swapping certificate.
                                Now when I am trying to sell my iPhone, nobody is buying it because the IMEI number on the box and phone are not matching.
                                I have dozens of emails to the one assist customer care and also made hundreds of calls, but they always give the same excuse that this request is given to the backend team and they don't have any update.
                                Now I am stuck in nowhere.my phones value is getting depriciated as my warranty to going to end very soon and without this replacement certificate nobody will buy this phone.
                                I have given 10000 rupees when I opted for the one assist insurance service but this unprofessional behavior shows that this company is a cheat company as they charge money for repairs and replace the phone without informing the customer.

                                  I got a call from hdfcergo for credit card policy on around 25th january telling me the benefits and all and letting me know that about 2000rs would be debited from my credit card in 3 months emi, i approved them for the policy and bought it.

                                  After 2-3 days i got another call from, telling me about same kind of policy, same amount to be debited in 3 months emi, i told the guy that i already have the same kind of policy from hdfc ergo and already paid for it.in response he told me that they weren't able to process that policy for some reason and the amount (Apparently confusing me) and said they wanted to ask for my approval for the policy again, so i obviously got mislead by them into thinking they are the same people so i approved them for the policy again. Got my policy's hardcopy in around a week.

                                  The following days when i was checking my credit card emis i saw 2 accounts of 2000rs for 3 months emi, obviously i hdfc ergo for the issue and they told me there's only one policy i got and no extra amount was deducted from my credit card, after explaining them that i got another call telling me that the previous policy wasn't processed properly and all, they told me there was no problem from their end, it was a few days later when i got another courier from some oneassist for same kind of policy, checking further details and getting more info from the bank i realised the latter call that i got wasn't from hdfc, it was from oneassist and they apparently happen to have same kind of policy. But what's shocking is that how they fooled me into getting their policy and even lying to me that the previous policy wasn't processed, also until i realised all this already a month passed, now if i cancel this oneassist policy i would only get 50%amount refund.
                                  I'm really disappointed that how companies as big as oneassist do these kinds of frauds with people, i see no reason why i would suggest a company like this to other people to buy policies. I also wish to have my full money refunded but i wonder if oneassist can do this kind of shady work to trick people into getting a policy, they would really refund me my full money?

                                  I got a call today from oneassist customer care number, after hearing my complaint the person I talked to started asking details about the policy, after that he told me I'd get full refund and then started asking for my credit card details, I gave him the credit card number but then he asked for more details like cvv number, expiry date and finally an OTP to confirm transaction, on asking why would he need these details he said so that I can refund you the amount you paid for the policy. I knew something was wrong so I refused to give him any further details.

                                  Later today I was able to get in touch with your actual customer care team, told them the whole thing, the policy issue got resolved and I learned that some fraud/ scammer was somehow able to call me through the oneassist customer care number, even the oneassist team got a bit concerned after hearing this cause no one asks for your card details.

                                  The summary of this incident is that nowadays you gotta stay alert, you can now get a call from even verified numbers, too like from your bank/ policy provider and all acting as their support team, you'd trust them cause it's from their support number and you'll end up being scammed.

                                    Please cancel the one assist membership in my credit card. It has been 3years continuously they are taking my credit card amount of rs.2000 each for 3years..
                                    Am totally unaware how i subscribed to this one, i keep on calling hdfc bank customer service many times, totally no response from them.
                                    Kindly request you to cancel my one assist membership and repay my amount of rs.6000 to my card.

                                    Please note that, i didn't got the kit also, i don't know what does it contains. Anyways please cancel the one assist membership in my credit card.
