I have got a message today from hdfc bank that membership fees has been deducted from my credit card ending... 0585 and debit card ending 7182. I am no longer membership of one assist. Money also deducted from my account without prior permission from me. Amount 275.92, 551.85, 965.73 total amount loss my rs 1793.50

I have been requesting oneassist for servicing of my 2 window acs for last 5 days. It is not yet resolved. I was given one number of some technician named bunty - [protected] on 10th april (After 3 days of lodging my service request) and after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes on the phone. He called he will come in evening but in the evening he stopped taking my call....

I had taken a mobile protection plan and the mobile got damaged. I raised a claim after 4 days due to a death.. Now claim is rejected bcos the claim is 4 days old.. No humanity.. While giving the inurance plan they were behid the money now when it is coming to giving insurance they ask many things.. Just o stop giving money

The details i found out from their website are as follows

I have taken up up a plan called "home assist plan" with membership id [protected] valid through june 22, 2019. The plan includes servicing of air conditioners twice a year. First service was done on 10th december 2018 which was smoothly done. This increased my faith on oneassist. I even recommended this company to my procurement department who bought mobile handset insurance for about 100 samsung handsets. But to my utter shock this company...

oneassist deactivation

I have a bank account in icici bank a/c no.[protected]. Recently i got a call from oneassist to register my cards with them. Now i have noticed a an amount deducted from my account as the charge of oneassist. I have not signed any agreement with oneassist. Evenly i have not updated any of my card.
Please deactivate my relationship with oneassist refund my deducted amount asap.

money from my icici bank account debited without my consent

I got an sms from ICICI Bank that my account has been debited with Rs-2599 towards a OneAssist WA Enhanced premium plan on 6th March 2018 without my consent.

There has been no response from the OneAssist customer service team even after contacting them on their customer service email address.

Kindly refund the deducted money asap and cancel the plan.

I had submitted a request to cancel my one assist membership on may 7, 2018, 1:57 pm. Till date, i haven't received any information related to my cancellation. discontinue services of one assist on my credit card

Pleaae discontinue the services for my credit card.

I am not using any of your services and want to discontinue the membership as you have deducted 1399 rupees without any permission from my ICICI bank credit card.

Immediately discontinue the services. As i have not used your services till date and not planning to use the services anymore.

Hi there

Please stop/deactivate one assist plan. You deduct amount of rs 1399 from my ICICI bank account for renewal next year. I am not interested to take this facility provide you & you deduct the sum without take any approval from me.Request you to return my money ASAP.

mobile insurance

I had bought this insurance for my iphone 7 in may 2017. The first year of insurance of my phone id paid 5500 for the insurance, and made no claims (As there were no damages). The 2nd year i paid 3500 approx to extend my insurance.in september 2018, my phone fell from my hand when i was walking home from the gym as someone pushed me by mistake from the back and the screen crashed. They accepted my claim, and sorted my phone out also charged...

I had claimed my phone's screen in insurance and they had got the approval for approximately rs. 20, 000.
When the phone came back, which they took 1.5 months for, the screen was not working properly.

I had complained within the 48 hours timeline that they have (Which is quite unreasonable a deadline to have, since one needs time to check their device).
