Today rs1399 was deducted from my account for the service which i get 1 year before and they told me that this is for one year but why are u deduct it now i gave the money once. I want to cancel my service and i want my refund back. Your customer care number is also invalid how can i contact you people. I want my refund please accept my complaint..

I am a HDFC Bank credit card holder with ending no. 1368. I am not interested in this service. Hence I request to cancel the membership immediately.

For one time assistance processing fee on 20.04.2019they are debited rupees 2999.00 with out my knowledge.At the first time they confirmed me and i am also accepted for three years as 2999.00rupess.Now i don't want to continue the service.Hence i requested you to return my amount ..

Hello,
I used one assist services on my hdfc credit cardt. When i started it they said they would ask every time whether i need service or not. But this year, i didn't receive a call and the money was deducted automatically. Iam no longer wish to use oneassist services. So, please deactivate one assist services on my account.

Make sure to deactivate this plan as soon as possible. and return my amount2999.00 rupees to my account

    I had received call from one assist team and said 1399/- will be deducted from your credit card for the security purpose. I mentioned them i don't want this service. Now they deducted 1399/- from my credit card anyway. Please help me with getting my money back. Money deducted on 23, apr 2019.

      I have been a victim of one assist auto renewal process. When i took the credit card 3 years back, i was not even aware of such services linked to my account, till i check my credit card bill. And immediately i called them, and they told that amount can't be renewed please use the services for now and next year it can be cancelled. I don't know the renewal date of next year and i forgot that the next year and they have got deducted the amount again, where again i was forced to use the services of it. But this time i have informed them earlier in the month of jan and asked to cancel the services, they told it will get automatically ended after the expiration date, and then i have removed the cards from the account and closed it and not even checked my emails, as i have got a mail that cancellation service request is under process. But in the month of april in my credit card bill again there was a deduction. I called within 2-3 days of deduction and the same story they repeated, and forcing me to continue it. Even after talking to 6 of their executives, what they finally concluded is that, its my mistake of not calling them again and intimating to cancel the services. And finally i have asked them to cancel and refund the amount of 1399 which they have deducted. After a long conversation of 25 minutes the executive agreed
      To refund an amount of 300 rupees out of 1399 deducted. One thing i understood is they won't refund the money. And second thing is, there is no security provided by hdfc on my account, as such third party organizations is granted access and can directly deduct the amount they want, with out any pin number or otp, or else that one assist team has all the sensitive information of my credit card, like cvv or else my pin and card details stored in their database.

      This is the level of security providing by hdfc to their credit card customers. Great...!

      One assist purely looting money from innocent customers.

For the same issue they have opened 5 claims and closed as unresolved stating that customer is not ready to pay additional amount where as i was ready to pay the difference.         I received sms from hdfc bank that rs 2008/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information.           Since last 3 years one assist have been deducting my money from my hdfc credit card for the services which I even don’t know and won’t want such services. Without my request they started the service I tried to deactivate it but no one responded till now. It is to bring your notice that I don’t want to waste my money by such useless services so kindly deactivate it asap.

            I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/4/19. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

            Sir I received cal from one assist employee I ask my card details and otp for refund amount but he take my total amount of credit card limit
            My icici credit card has been debited with rs.1399 for credit card prtection plan..But i am not aware of that..Please refund my amount immediately.

              I have a credit card regilia issued from hdfc bank. I have not used the credit card once and i even was not able to use the card as its deactivated. But on 12 th of every month there is unauthorised deduction from my credit card against one assisst transcation. I got a phone call from one assist who told me that it’s necessary to do the transction if i want to use my credit card without any monthly fee however my branch manager told me the service is free earlier. I am also getting mail from one assist from last two months charging me against my credit card but my credit card is not active. Please deactivate the one assist service as i dont require it and also waive off all the unauthorised charges against my credit card and refund the amount.

                Sir there is deduction of 1800 rs for one assist service from my hdfc bank account on 12/04/2019 reference no q[protected]. I have never take this service how could the amount deducted from my account without my authorisation.                   After opening account with icici bank these guys called me and told i[censored] will use ur credit card then they will deduct the money 1399, so that u will get further card securuty, i told ok, then the next day without using my card they deducted my money, when i asked to bank, they told u will get back ur money, but these guys are telling money has deducted, we wont give, it is deducted bcz u have told ok, i want my money back, neither i wll go legally.

                      I had received a call from hdfc bank for the one assist plan and i hadn't opted for purchasing the plan. Still, this insurance has been subscribed and a fee of rs. 1899 has been billed to my credit card. Please deactivate the one assist insurance plan on my hdfc card ending 5767 and issue a refund.

                            I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. I am not aware about the company at all. Though icici people informed me and i thought they are going to deduct it. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    I am icici credit card user.

                                    On 11 april, received sms from icici stating amout of rs.1399 are debited from my credit card account - xx2006 without my permission. I am no way interested in one assist plan. I need refund of rs.1399

                                    Before one year one assist did same thing (Deducted rs.1399) and later customer support person informed that plan will be deactivated after 1 year. And they repeated same thing again which is not at all acceptable.

                                    So please deactivate plan and refund my money asap as i am not at all interested in one assist.

                                      Hello,
                                      I used one assist services on my icici account. When i started it they said they would ask every time whether i ned service or not. But this year, i didn't receive a call and the money was deducted automatically. I no longer wish to use oneassist services. So, please deactivate oneassist services on my account.

                                      Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will also no more as a icici customer. Thanks!
