I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7548 without my concern on date:18/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
Till now i dint use the card from past 2 years onwards

    I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/-deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 25/01/2019. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. Deactivate my plan and refund the amount

      I had been subscribed to this membership without being given proper details over call - regd the amount deducted. I am not using this facility and wish to end the oneassist subscription immediately.

      I tried to look for cancelling membership on their website. However, there is no facility to do so.

      Please cancel my subscription and refund the balance amount.

        Sir,
        I was out of station as of my marriage, i know one assist have tried to call me up for uploading my cheque image, but i have landed to howrah on[protected] and uploaded the cheque image, one assist has returned my unrepaired handset without taking my view moreover my handset was having problem with power button but was working fine, to my surprise the handset which was delivered is not at all working, what is the use of such insurance, and while renewing the handset they have told me of giving courtesy handset and i have renewed with that facility, but while claiming it they have said my pincode doesnot have this facility, i hvae renewed for rs 1800/- approx all in vain.
        This company is a fraud company which doesnot take into consideration of the customer

        Never ever gofor one assist which has provide my unrepaired handset with full damage causing mother board issue.

            I hereby wish to confirm that i am opting out from oneassist and the same was communicated to you. However amount was auto deducted. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
            Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. Axis bank customer id:[protected], oneassist relationship no. Is 3518649. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

              I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 04/09/17 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

              I already called on [protected] and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

              Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

                          I got call from icici and they just activated this oneassist plan on my name without asking any document or sign or anything.

                          Back couple of years i called many times customer care and asked to cancel my any active plan with oneassist as i don't require that.

                          Once the customer care lady angrily informed me that the plan will be deactivated. I thought they cancelled my plan. But till date it is not. And they are keep deducting money from my account.

                          I didn't notice that deduction until i looked each suspicious entry of my savings account and googled it to find out some information about that transaction.

                          Oneassist cancel my plans/subscriptions asap with you guys. You are just stealing my hard earned money and you are feeding on clients like us to prosper. Shame on you.

                                    I received bill indusind credit card that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      As per my refund option you says i will receive rs 699. But yesterday credited (10 dec 2018 as bank records) 500 only. Rs 35.56 credit in my account, i don't know from where they arrive, if this amount not sent by you credit the balance 199 rs to my account today. And send the plan closed letter to me by mail, other wise company will deduct again in next year. Company is trying to catch fish without wet their hands. My past 4 years experience was very bad about this company. I don't trust this one assist company even for a single paisa.
