Hi Team,

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my consent. This is truly unethical and the plan should be deactivated at the earliest.
Hope a strict acation will be taken ASAP.

2-3 days ago I got a call from oneassist assistant stating that he is calling me from ICICI bank regarding any insurance policy.I just heard and today on 4th of April they straight away took off Rs 1899/- from my ICICI Bank account.Isnt it unprofessional that without customer permission, how can you directly take off money from anybody's account...This is pathetic...I feel to file a case...

I m continuously calling to cancel the service and refund the money, but they are not cancelling the servicing.

But today i got mail from one assistant as per the renewal notification in that mail they mentioned amount 1899 rupees.
I dont have any trust about one assistant...

about unnecessary renovation for oneassist plan.

By mistake that plan was added to my a/c last year and charged for membership but i have not provided any a/c and card no's to them. This year also they charged for membership balance. I dont want to continue with this plan. Renovation is not necessary. Kindly do the needful.
