On availing new credit card from hdfc bank previous year i got automatically enrolled to one assist plan without my consent and automatically membership fee got debited from my credit card. So, i contacted both hdfc bank they told me contact one assist in this regard. After contacting one assist they kept on persuading me to keep the plan and started enumerating its benefits. I told them i strictly do not at all want to continue it after that they said we are providing a discount just for you and they just persuaded to carry forward the plan and they said the plan is already active and will remain for a year. I strictly said then i do not want to avail the plan and no renewal should happen the next time. They assured me that no auto debit will happen the next time. But to my surprise they are auto debiting rs 1399 on 09th april 2019 from my credit card even this year without my consent. I am really frustrated with one assist.

I want my full refund of my debited amount at the earliest.

    I have got a message today from hdfc bank that membership fees has been deducted from my credit card ending... 0585 and debit card ending 7182. I am no longer membership of one assist. Money also deducted from my account without prior permission from me. Amount 275.92, 551.85, 965.73 total amount loss my rs 1793.50

      I got message from your company toward payment of 1299 from my credit card without my concern.
      Sir i m not at all interested in this service so please deactivate and refund my money.

        I am homeassist plan customer with membership id: [protected]

        I have been requesting oneassist for servicing of my 2 window acs for last 5 days. It is not yet resolved. I was given one number of some technician named bunty - [protected] on 10th april (After 3 days of lodging my service request) and after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes on the phone. He called he will come in evening but in the evening he stopped taking my call. On 11th april, another technician named sahil [protected] was assigned. He said he has not received any message from oneassist. Then he said some other technician has been assigned but his number is being used for service messages because other technician does not have android app used for booking the service request. He gave another number of a technician named dheeraj solanki [protected]. Now both the numbers are switched off.

        God only can help oneassist from becoming bankrupt if they continue providing such pathetic service. Such companies should shut down shops. Its customer care executives do not provide any phone number or email id for escalating the matter.

          I am a icici bank credit card holder. Recently i received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after that they activated this plan on my card. I no longer want this feature over my cards. Wish to cancel this policy and request you to kindly refund the debited amount for this purchase as soon as possible.

              Hello sir, the one assist service applied on my debit card dec'18 or jan'19 year. Please cancel this service immediately and refund money 1899. My relation ship number 6095149. How many times i have sent mail. But no response. Cancel this service as soon as possible. Why you people not at all responding. Don't make me fool. Immediately cancel this service.

                I had taken a mobile protection plan and the mobile got damaged. I raised a claim after 4 days due to a death.. Now claim is rejected bcos the claim is 4 days old.. No humanity.. While giving the inurance plan they were behid the money now when it is coming to giving insurance they ask many things.. Just o stop giving money

                We understand your concern however, as per the Terms & Conditions laid down by the Insurance company one needs to inform the handset damage within 48 hours to us. Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has rejected your claim.

                We are sorry but we won't be able to help you in this matter. We request you to get your phone repaired from an Authorised Service centre and provide us with the Invoice.

                        I have taken up up a plan called "home assist plan" with membership id [protected] valid through june 22, 2019. The plan includes servicing of air conditioners twice a year. First service was done on 10th december 2018 which was smoothly done. This increased my faith on oneassist. I even recommended this company to my procurement department who bought mobile handset insurance for about 100 samsung handsets. But to my utter shock this company is not able to get my acs serviced even after 4 days of logging the request. They just have to say "we have escalated your issue. Please wait, we are personally looking into your matter".

                        How frustating experience they are giving me this time. How can one expect to renew this plan or recommend it to others? Only god can save such companies!!!

                        Rupees 1899 has been debited from my account for One Assist. I did not even apply for this.
                        Please deposit my money back in my account. This is completely wrong to debit money without permission/consent.

                          I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card account. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

                            One assist has been activated on my hdfc card without my knowledge/conformation, & at[protected] i got a simply message with deduction of rs 1299.

                            I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I have a bank account in icici bank a/c no.[protected]. Recently i got a call from oneassist to register my cards with them. Now i have noticed a an amount deducted from my account as the charge of oneassist. I have not signed any agreement with oneassist. Evenly i have not updated any of my card.
                              Please deactivate my relationship with oneassist refund my deducted amount asap.

                                I got an sms from ICICI Bank that my account has been debited with Rs-2599 towards a OneAssist WA Enhanced premium plan on 6th March 2018 without my consent.

                                There has been no response from the OneAssist customer service team even after contacting them on their customer service email address.

                                Kindly refund the deducted money asap and cancel the plan.

                                Such a deduction of money from my personal bank account without my consent is a criminal offence.

                                  I had submitted a request to cancel my one assist membership on may 7, 2018, 1:57 pm. Till date, i haven't received any information related to my cancellation. But, i am just receiving mails pertaining to the renewal of the membership. Have sent nearly 4-5 mails to "[protected]@mail. Oneassist.in", but to of no use. If called to the customer c are, there is no one to answer the call too (I am on the call for nearly 15 mins, while typing this complaint). Kindly provide the exact status of my cancellation request, which was put to you a year ago.

                                    Pleaae discontinue the services for my credit card.

                                    I am not using any of your services and want to discontinue the membership as you have deducted 1399 rupees without any permission from my ICICI bank credit card.

                                    Immediately discontinue the services. As i have not used your services till date and not planning to use the services anymore.

                                        I had bought this insurance for my iphone 7 in may 2017. The first year of insurance of my phone id paid 5500 for the insurance, and made no claims (As there were no damages). The 2nd year i paid 3500 approx to extend my insurance.in september 2018, my phone fell from my hand when i was walking home from the gym as someone pushed me by mistake from the back and the screen crashed. They accepted my claim, and sorted my phone out also charged a processing fee of 2800. After 6 months, in the same spot outside my house this same incident happened. (Ther road outside my house is a bit crowded sometimes) but when i tried to claim insurance they rejected it saying the cause of damage can not be the same for them to accept the claim. I want to understand that something as basic as walking on the street being pushed by someone/ someone brushing against you while walking can surely happen twice in a span of 6 months in a city as crowded as kolkata. Does this company expect me to make up a reason instead of being honest. Also i would like to note that the reasons given both the times were not word to word copy pasted (I wasn’t even aware of the last claim cause written, the company’s agent read out to me) this is so outrageous, i’ve paid a sum of 12000 to the insurance agent in a span of 1.8 years, with no claim in the first year and only one in the 2nd year. How can they question my genuinety. I would definitely like to point out that i will never ever buy one assist insurance after this episode, and infact the mental harassment caused because of this is inhuman. It’s not that i cannot afford another phone, or that i have demanded a phone replacement. But the reason one buys this insurance is to make life easier, and that in the back of one’s mind one feels secured. But this has left a bad taste. This company expects one to lie. I cannot help it if my phone fell from my hand while walk from my gym back home twice. And when i was buying this insurance they painted such a lovely picture saying hassle free claims, and never pointed this out. Nowhere in the terms and conditions also this is written that the cause of damage can not be the same.
                                        I would request you to take this case forward, and make sure the future customers don’t face such issues.

It’s been 3 weeks and i’ve yet not got any revert. This is very disheartening and i don’t think i would ever buy insurance from this company again.
