This is clearly a fraud done by one assist, they activate a service of 1399/ through my credit card without my consent and permissioin.

I am calling the customer team since last 8 days and asking a simple thing to deactivate it and refund back the amount.

They keep on escalating the issue from one person to other and all the time their illiterate team keep on telling about the service, ignoring the fact that i am not at all interested and asking to deactivate.

Refund back my amount 1399 rs otherwise i will file a cyber crime fraud against you..

    Respected sir, one assist deduct rs 1899.in the year of 2018 without any concern. So cleverly sent me only a email about deduction. I hate such action by one assist. I don't like to continue with one assist any more. I asked my money back from one assist & cancel my members. I got refund only 300. But recently today i got mail still one assist in active status. I shocked by see the mail. I don't want to lose my money. Please don't take any money and deactivate the one assist.

      My nephew Mahesh R Garsha had buy the mobile insurance, unfortunately the Mobile has been damage in fire accident, actually he went to his friends house and there were some fire accident in their house and his Mobile had been damaged he had submitted all the required documents to company, and they accepted. they gave assurance that, claim will be given, after 3 months now they are saying that he had gifted to his friend, thats why the claim has been rejected, but its not true, he has all legal documents and he was operating that phone,

        Hi,

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation i have been deducted the amount of rs1899 from my credit card.

        I'm not opted for this service and i don't want to continue this as well. It is strongly unacceptable and literally this is a mis-use of detecting any amount from my card with out my consent.

        I have raised a complaint to cancel and requested to refund, but the response is not given properly.

            Hi, i received a message that rs-1899/- has been debited from my debit card to one assist plan without my concern. I do not need any such service and request you to kindly cancel the service and refund the amount in my account.
            I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging in my debit card.
            Check with the kotak mahindra bank they are not giving proper feedback.
            If we contact them directly no response.

                    Referring to the above subject let me know you i have did the payment of inr 6999 to your web site before due date for renewal the plan. The transaction was made on 11th feb 2019 from your web site via pay u payments. I have been called to customer care approx 50 times and email the same issue and we have did the conversation approx 12 times but till now nor the plan is activated neither my money is refunded.

                    When i asked to refund the amount they are asking me to contact amazon because one assist unable to refund. Could not understand if i paid the amount directly to you then why i shall call to amazon.

                    But i have called to amazon regarding refund but amazon clearly saying if i was not purchased the plan from amazon they how could they refund me.

                    Requesting this is to be escalated to higher authority at most priority. If appropriate reply is received from you then i shall take legal action.

                      I have not purchased or ordered anything in one assist. But i got a message saying unable to detect amount from my kotak credit card due to insufficient limit. When i have not applied any schemes why i am receiving this message. I fear that they will detect once i settle by credit due. Without my concern how they can first register with my credit card.

                            Many times i called u and mailed you with this regards but no response from your end. They only forced me to continue this program. They also sent me a mail regarding my cancellation is under process but after 7 days there is no confirmation from their end. I urge oneassist to cancel this one assist membership plan. If not, i’d be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

When i again call they refund half money saying cancellation charge (Which i found one year later that they have downgraded my plan instead of cancelling it).                                 I had bought this insurance for my iPhone 7 in may 2017. The first year of insurance of my phone id paid 5500 for the insurance, and made no claims( as there were no damages). The 2nd year I paid 3500 approx to extend my insurance. In September 2018, my phone fell from my hand when i was walking home from the gym as someone pushed me by mistake from the back and the screen crashed. They accepted my claim, and sorted my phone out also charged a processing fee of 2800. After 6 months, in the same spot outside my house this same incident happened. ( Ther road outside my house is a bit crowded sometimes) but when I tried to claim insurance they rejected it saying the cause of damage can not be the same for them to accept the claim. I want to understand that something as basic as walking on the street being pushed by someone/ someone brushing against you while walking can surely happen twice in a span of 6 months in a city as crowded as Kolkata. Does this company expect me to make up a reason instead of being honest. Also I would like to note that the reasons given both the times were not word to word copy pasted ( I wasn’t even aware of the last claim cause written, the company’s agent read out to me) this is so outrageous, I’ve paid a sum of 12000 to the insurance agent in a span of 1.8 years, with no claim in the first year and only one in the 2nd year. How can they question my genuinety. I would definitely like to point out that I will never ever buy one assist insurance after this episode, and infact the mental harassment caused because of this is inhuman. It’s not that I cannot afford another phone, or that I have demanded a phone replacement. But the reason one buys this insurance is to make life easier, and that in the back of one’s mind one feels secured. But this has left a bad taste. This company expects one to lie. I cannot help it if my phone fell from my hand while walk from my gym back home twice. And when I was buying this insurance they painted such a lovely picture saying hassle free claims, and never pointed this out. Nowhere in the terms and conditions also this is written that the cause of damage can not be the same.
                                I would request you to take this case forward, and make sure the future customers don’t face such issues.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 07/03/2019. Without my permission, i also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m being continuously charged 1899/-every year since 2016 i believe and i couldnot understand what is it for.

                                        I didn't wanted the renewal of the product i was using so i called them up regarding the cancellation as it was due for renewal, when i called their customer care services they were very helpful regarding the matter and assured me that it won't be renewed and i won't be charged for it, they even added if at all i am charged for it they are going to revert the charges. Yesterday when i got a text from the bank about deduction from oneassist consumer solutions for renewal of their product.
                                        When i called them about it they readily noted down my previous cancellation request number and gave me another number and assured me that cancellation team will get in touch with me and help me.
                                        When i got a call from them today they were ready to cancel the product but told me that once the charges have been deducted they can't be reversed. So they can't help me with that and i'll be charged for it anyways.
                                        I have all the recordings of the conversation i had with them and i hope that strict actions are taken against this company.
