auto renewal without permission and then not refunding money after repeated complaint

Oneassist employee call me multiple time for card protection. Even after refusing they deduct my money.. When i again call they refund half money saying cancellation charge (Which i found one year later that they have downgraded my plan instead of cancelling it). rejection of claim as the reason of damage was similar

I had bought this insurance for my iPhone 7 in may 2017. The first year of insurance of my phone id paid 5500 for the insurance, and made no claims( as there were no damages). The 2nd year I paid 3500 approx to extend my insurance. In September 2018, my phone fell from my hand when i was walking home from the gym as someone pushed me by mistake from the back and the screen crashed. one assist - cancellation and refund of amount

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 07/03/2019. Without my permission, i also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m being continuously charged 1899/-every year since 2016 i believe and i couldnot understand what is it for.

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1614 without my concern on date:08/03/2019. Past two years i was with membership plan of 2499 with one assist.
My membership renewal date : 7-march-19.

I called them for cancellation on 5 of feb 2019 on saying proceed for cancellation no money should be deducted from my account.
Customer care executive told me that complaint will be raised & no money will be deducted assured.

membership cancellation request not processed

I got a call from one assist about the protection plan, without giving our concurrence they created a account and debited 1899 rs.
We requested to cancel the membership after making 2 ~ 3 calls dated 7th march and agreed to cancel to membership and confirmed the amount will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs.
We got a cancellation confirmation mail on 8th march. However on 9th march we got a mail stating the membership plan has changed...
