Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5027 without my concern on date:27/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I have received fromy icici bank that i have got debited for one assist membership fee. I am not interested in this and i don't know about this. So please cancel it and please refund my money asap. My details assist no : 1824987. I got debited 1, 899 at 06/03/2019 at 02:14. Please kindly cancel and refund my money back.

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs. 1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. i already talked to one assist customer care many times for cancellation of one assist plan but they are not cancelling...

I received an email that rs-1399/- will be deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 29th of march 2019 without my permission.. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really behaving like fraudster.

I contacted oneassist team regarding this issue but there answers are not favourable.

This is to bring to your kind notice that oneassist is going to renew my membership after 29th of this month with out my permission, i had requested them not to renew my policy last year but they debited my card without my consent and we had a big issues with them and they committed that they have removed auto renew from my credit card, but today 25th of march...

This is clearly a fraud done by one assist, they activate a service of 1399/ through my credit card without my consent and permissioin.

I am calling the customer team since last 8 days and asking a simple thing to deactivate it and refund back the amount.

They keep on escalating the issue from one person to other and all the time their illiterate team keep on telling about the service, ignoring the fact that...

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation i have been deducted the amount of rs1899 from my credit card.

I'm not opted for this service and i don't want to continue this as well. It is strongly unacceptable and literally this is a mis-use of detecting any amount from my card with out my consent.

I have raised a complaint to cancel and requested to refund, but the response is not...

Referring to the above subject let me know you i have did the payment of inr 6999 to your web site before due date for renewal the plan. The transaction was made on 11th feb 2019 from your web site via pay u payments. I have been called to customer care approx 50 times and email the same issue and we have did the conversation approx 12 times but till now nor the plan is activated neither my money is refunded.
