I have claimed for a change of my display but its been 2 months i have claimed my request but still haven't got any responce after several attempts of contacting them. My insurance period will be over this month so please resolve this matter orelse i need to take legal steps. Now they are telling me to do it myself from the service center and when i have updated their app i cant chat with the support cause it says technical problem and its been like more than a month they are facing this technical problem.

    I was charged of rs 1899 for one assist programme. But i have not authorised for this programme. Please cancel the policy and refund the deducted amount which was debited from my credit card. I am here attaching my credit card statement.

    Please reverse the amount as early as possible.

      Hello there,
      I got my axis bank account statement, that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging on my account, and use of my account by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

      Please deactivate my membership and refund my money asap

          I had raised a request on 8th march, and the documents i sent got verified on 12th march, after their consistent request for mailing more and more details and pictures of the issue. After the device was picked up on 15th and repair estimate of rupees 34, 665 was made, they said the claim covered the costs and the repairs would be made within a week. After that it took them 2 weeks to "access the parts" and "make repairs", and my laptop was delivered on 29th march. Surprisingly to me the problems persisted and the malfunctioning had gone from bad to worse. Nothing was repaired and i had to suffer without an important object which contains most of my documents and being a college student most of my studying happens on it. I am constantly mailing and calling the customer center yet they haven't made any attempt to solve it, telling me to "send pictures and videos of the issue" now that that issue should be solved. The claim their service is completed. This is wrong and my claim will be ending in a few months after which i will have to pay to get it repaired even after i have already paid for insurance.

            On availing new credit card from hdfc bank previous year i got automatically enrolled to one assist plan without my consent and automatically membership fee got debited from my credit card. So, i contacted both hdfc bank they told me contact one assist in this regard. After contacting one assist they kept on persuading me to keep the plan and started enumerating its benefits. I told them i strictly do not at all want to continue it after that they said we are providing a discount just for you and they just persuaded to carry forward the plan and they said the plan is already active and will remain for a year. I strictly said then i do not want to avail the plan and no renewal should happen the next time. They assured me that no auto debit will happen the next time. But to my surprise they are auto debiting rs 1399 on 25.03.2019 from my credit card even this year without my consent. I am really frustrated with one assist.

            I want my full refund of my debited amount at the earliest.

            One Assist team member had contacted me over the cancellation of enhanced wa power single plan and assured me they would proceed at the earliest.Two of their assosiates contacted me and were trying to convince me to continue the plan but I strictly told them I do not at all want to continue the plan for wich they have auto debited Rs 1399 from my credit card without my interest .I had even told those guys to deactivate the plan the previous year also but they did not do so.I am waiting from them to do it at the earlist and refund the amount soon.
            As soon I get refunded of the amount Rs 1399 and deactivated from the plan I would mark the complaint as resolved.Eagerly waiting for their action.

                I am srikanth reddy had taken wallet protection plan on[protected]. We received a mail from one assist regarding that the plan will be renewed on[protected] automatically. When i called customer care of one assist for requesting discontinuation of plan after expiry i. E.[protected], they are telling that "we can not cancel the plan and plan will be automatically renewed and i[censored] want to discontinue then u call cancel the plan after renewal only".

                Hence i am requesting you to dont renew the plan. I[censored] renew the plan without my consent i will deal the same legally.

                          Yesterday i got message from one assist, that we're welcoming you to our family, without my prior conscious how's it possible. The debited transaction was of 1800 rupees and i want my refund. I've lost my faith over icici bank's policiies. They just want to trick their consumers into some kind of fraudulent. I've i am not the only one having issue with one assist, if it's happening with majority of the consumers then they should look after it or close it as soon as they can.

                              Cancellation of one assist membership
                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5027 without my concern on date:27/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                Dear madam/sir,
                                I have received fromy icici bank that i have got debited for one assist membership fee. I am not interested in this and i don't know about this. So please cancel it and please refund my money asap. My details assist no : 1824987. I got debited 1, 899 at 06/03/2019 at 02:14. Please kindly cancel and refund my money back.
                                I dont know how to deactivate it. Please help me in deactivating and refund my money.

                                  Received sms from icici bank that rs-1399 deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs. 1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. i already talked to one assist customer care many times for cancellation of one assist plan but they are not cancelling it till now. Please deactivate this plan.

                                      Hello there,

                                      I received an email that rs-1399/- will be deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 29th of march 2019 without my permission.. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really behaving like fraudster.

                                      I contacted oneassist team regarding this issue but there answers are not favourable.

                                        Oneassist membership id is [protected]

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that oneassist is going to renew my membership after 29th of this month with out my permission, i had requested them not to renew my policy last year but they debited my card without my consent and we had a big issues with them and they committed that they have removed auto renew from my credit card, but today 25th of march 2019 now they are saying that they will again renew my policy which i do not want to take.

                                        I request you to please stop their payment if they present any bill after 29th of march. I contacted your hotline numbers but they are saying they are helpless, so i am approaching you through this email to please stop any payment from oneassist other wise i will have no option to cancel my card as i am assuming that i must have a power to stop the payment which they are going to fraud with me again.

                                        Please do your best and let me intimate email regarding this issue.
