Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5027 without my concern on date:27/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I have received fromy icici bank that i have got debited for one assist membership fee. I am not interested in this and i don't know about this. So please cancel it and please refund my money asap. Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs. 1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. i already talked to one assist customer care many times for cancellation of one assist plan but they are not cancelling...

a fraud company deactivate my plan and refund back money

I am calling the customer team since last 8 days and asking a simple thing to deactivate it and refund back the amount.

misuse of my credit card by one assist

Hi,

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation i have been deducted the amount of rs1899 from my credit card.

I'm not opted for this service and i don't want to continue this as well. It is strongly unacceptable and literally this is a mis-use of detecting any amount from my card with out my consent.

I have raised a complaint to cancel and requested to refund, but the response is not...

The transaction was made on 11th feb 2019 from your web site via pay u payments. I have not purchased or ordered anything in one assist. But i got a message saying unable to detect amount from my kotak credit card due to insufficient limit. When i have not applied any schemes why i am receiving this message. I fear that they will detect once i settle by credit due. Without my concern how they can first register with my credit card....
