Last month on my complaint, Reliance refunded Rs.593.66 & informed, they corrected my plan.Hence, I should have received bill for
Rs.399+taxes=Rs.59.85=Rs.459.85,
because after consumption of original DATA, speed is reduced and it becomes unlimited.
But again they have sent bill#:[protected]for Rs.714.28.pl refund

i did not receive any refund or reply from reliance communication in this regards. i still awaits refund of excess charged.

There is lot of call drop, Voice break in Reliance communication after the lot of complain situation remain same
Respected sir
i went to official reliance jio store for buy a sim for my xiaomi MI 4i .they asked me that the sim will be worrking on this mobile.but its 10 days left.they now refused.and said it will not work in MI.my city is district and city roopnagar pin 140001 .punjab state.my contyact no is [protected]
Cheating people by asking them to upgrade to 4g with current tarrif but after upgrade changing the plan without notification. That too 5gb for 1200 where in a broadband with different network i get 50 gb for the same amount. Useless service and network .No value for customers. Its better shut this down as soon as possible.

    I am using Reliance CDMA since last 4-5 year but as it is change to GSM, there is worse network that we even could not talk. We have to use different company SIM card and other handset.
    Reliance was advertising us to give about 4G data 10GB bt as we receive the bill, they charges us for data and bill was in thousand.
    We called to customer care on 198 so many times but none of them response us positive and even too many times they disconnect our call.

    Our problem is,
    - Worse Network
    - no any response from customer care
    - we give complain on 198 and after some days, we call them for the same problem and asked about our complain. They told us like, complain shows us solved!!! (without any solution). and we were not aware about the solution.
    - not giving us batter service.
    - Disconnect our calls.
    - keep on hold us by telling, "we transferring your call to our executive officer". they keep us on call minimum upto 15-20 mins and still call will disconnect.

    Today again we have complained in customer care and again got complain number [protected].

    Hope for the best.

      I am using reliance SIM with phone no [protected] . The monthly plan opted was Freedom350 . But the Aug 2016 bill of Dt 9/9/16 came with Basic rental of Rs 470 as against Rs350 mentioning following 2 subscriptions .The same was not opted by self and not used at all .So please request you to waive of these charges and adjust in the next billing cycle.

          I never expected such type of worst services from a big brand like Reliance there is no connectivity to bsnl/idea/Airtel network and at the beginning the data download was excellent and now it's worst than 2g speed I hope they will meet consumer expectation as promised other wise the way users got shifted to Jio network same way they will go back to earlier network I hope they will consider my points which I have mentioned above

          There they used slung language to me . even i did not use any bad language ..
          And they cut my call ..
          Even they use many bad language to my family member ...

            Respected sir/madem,
            My name is HEMANT SINGORIYA. i am the student of the NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI. i am from shajapur madhyapradesh. i am using reliance gsm sim for communicate with my family which is from madhya pradesh. every month i recharged with the perticular roaming pack.
            The problem is that when i recharged with high amount then they cut the balanced on that so that is very disgusting. when i try to contact customer care but i can not why? because i am in roaming. if you are not able to provide the customer services then please close the bloody services. you have no rigths to cheat with the innocent public that are believe on you.
            if they are not solve the problem i will break the sim as well as tell to my frnds and family also.

                Actually on 31st, August my mom([protected]) received a call regarding reliance postpaid plan and she told the guy to call in the evening so that i(her son) can get the plan properly and make the final decision...in the evening i had a conversation with that guy and he told that it will be a reliance jio sim so i told him to confirm after some time but he was constantly forcing me to accept the plan so i disconnected the call...next day he again called and my mom confirmed him to deliver the sim expecting it to be a jio sim...in the evening when i came home i found it to be a normal gsm sim so i tried calling him ([protected]; [protected]) and after trying several times he picked the call and said that he's in a meeting and will call back later but he didn't...today morning he called through [protected] around 12:02 and after some exchange of words he STARTED ABUSING ME BADLY and said "JO KARNA HAI KRLE"...i don't know his name but most of the time he called through the above two mentioned mobile numbers.The guy who delivered the sim was named SHAKEER and his senior is named VIKAS.

                Hope any appropriate actions will be taken against him as soon as possible as it's a big big harassment done by him...he used very offensive words which no one could ever expect from an empoyee of such a big MNC.

                I have also dropped a mail to reliance grievance cell but got no reply...

                  And my Reliance no. is [protected] and i'm not able to make any single call from 12jan2017 to till now. as i try to contact to the care but my call not connected with reliance care. when i contact them with other person's mobile number then executive says there is conjection problem which solve shortly and disconnect my call second time when i called there and want to talk with there senior they put me on hold and no response after that. before one month i was customer of Airtel circle and via porting facility i convert my connection to this company and now i'm trapped now i haven't any to escape this problem. On 16Jan 17 i was send a email to the care of reliance but till now no response of that email.

Customer care executive Mr. Joy Biswas said that this kind of plan tariff not available, so you would not get anything for that.                       Phone no [protected] reliance gsm delhi ...in my 9 aug bill cycle video subsrciption was charged which i called customer care and remove the charges and i told them to deactivate the service but now in bill cycle 9 sept im charged again with same service and customer care is saying we cant register a complaint against it as these charges cant be waived off again in two subsequent months .. why should i pay for the service which i have never used ... u ppl are trying to trick me out as unbilled charges cant be told and when bill is generated the charges for next month are already applied and u cant remove charges for subsequent months ... i will sue u guys on this for sure i[censored] dont resolve this fast

                        My bill amount for August Month is Rs. 2604.00. My pack plan is 40 GB unlimited for Rs.999. The device also works only two days a month. I don't know how so much bill got generated. If this issue is not sort out soon, I prefer to disconnect my connection.

                        Since your 4G upgrade started, problems have started. I want someone to speak in my regional language. Don't expect me to speak in HINDI.

                        Still people are speaking HINDI and are giving irresponsible responses. Holding the line for 5 minutes and getting back and asking again about the problem. Finally, They didn't solve the problem. I'm expecting someone to call back and help me in disconnect the internet services and also want someone to help me in use the 4G modem with other network sims.
                        Customer care is making fool out the customers.

                          I can't able to do a call from my reliance no.([protected]) n luck by chance if call connect then voice don't go/come then after you can tired but call can't connect n you see
                          When I call I got on display. - error connection /not coverage area at all.

                            I purchased Wi-pod dongle no. [protected] reliance out late in Pitampura after using 2/3 months they shutdown CDMA services to upgrade to 4G LTE. I called customer care they asked me to buy new 4G dongle since they have converted service to to 4G and already issued 4G sim to me without my consent, sim which they are talking about never reached to me.

                            At the time selling CDMA Wipod they should have told me Reliance is going to stop CDMA service.
                            After that I requested customer care service over phone, I do not want reliance service and cancel my number. Without resolving they have closed my complaints no[protected] and[protected].
                            Still they are sending bills to me without having any connection.
                            I request Reliance once again to cancel my Wipod number and bills.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                    This is Kuldeep from chennai. I have been using reliance netconnect + postpaid connection (Unlimited 599) for more than 6 years and recently you have informed me to purchase the datacard device (Wi-pod) which costs of Rs 1600 to avail your new 4G service. I had called and asked your customer agents many times about the plan cost before I made a purchase request for this Wi-pod as you told me that there is no change in your current plan or bill amount.

                                    But i have received a bill amount of Rs 1156 which I didn't really expect. I have also called your customer executives and they have been saying like that my plan got changed to 4G default plan for which I didn't get any intimation about my plan change from your end.

                                    Please tell me this, How could you change the plan without customer knowledge/acknowledgement???

                                    I made a big mistake of believing reliance and purchased a Wi-pod of Rs 1600.

                                    And I will not going to pay the bill amount of Rs 1566 as this was completely your mistake that you didn't inform me about this plan earlier. I will only pay the bill amount of Rs 632 which I used to pay every month(with tax).

                                    Kindly take strict action on this and revoke the extra bill amount for the same.

                                    And also, please take my connection termination request as i will not be able to afford the amount of your 4g plans in monthly basis.
                                    However, the reliance mifi dongle which i purchsed for Rs.1600 gone waste now, as it doesnt even supports other telecom's sim (as confirmed by your reliance customer care chat agent).

                                      Hi,

                                      I am S. Ganesan and existing Customer for Reliance Postpaid Data plan and I was in 40gb @ 999 + service tax plan for past 1 year.

                                      Upto Aug'16 I have paid Rs.1148/- everymonth and used the plan. It is Reliance WIPOD Data card and by mid of August Reliance provided new SIM card and New WIPOD Device which switched over to 4G.

                                      They haven't informed about the tariff change and informed that it is for the same plan and provided the Device.

                                      On Sep'16 I got message and email for Bill amount of Rs. 4750/- which is very shocking to me. Also simultaneously I got message that my plan changed for 3GB @ 700/-.

                                      It is simply cheating the Customer that without announcement, notification, or atleast SMS the bill and plan given later.

                                        I want to raise complaint against one of your executive and against Reliance Communication because today I had received a call regarding bill payment and he asked me to pay the bill for 2 months in advance and he will port my same Reliance number in Reliance Jio, So I made a payment of Rs 1360 in advance now the guy is not receiving my phone and not replying to my messages also. I've called him around 40-50 times, He's such a fraud guy, So I want to know that whether you guys are #making fool o[censored]s or doing #fraud to your customer.

                                        If you will not resolve this issue then I will raise legal action against him which I don't want to do.
