      When i switched from 3G to 4G, everyone in reliance (including customer care, store and website) promised that there will not be any change in the data plan after migrating to 4G. So, i was forced to buy 4G dongle. After using it for a week, they disconnected my device stating "you data plan has been exhausted". When i spoke the customer care, they said that my plan is limited to 5GB (which was 999 24GB umilited). On top of that i received the bill of 2604 Rs stating i have used additional data and barred the services again. This is truly rubbish service from reliance, they exist just to cheat customers.
      I have raised several complaints, but no solution or waiver so far.

      My request is to get a new bill with the correct amount and change the plan to a decent one.

      Hi,

      Your team has taken number of complaints till now, but no one is interested to call me back or resolve the issue. They are very proactive in barring my services and billing triple amount than the plan.
      Hope someone takes it seriously this time (I'm complaining since a month already) to fix my problem.

          When this 3G to 4G conversion was taking place i was aasked by the customer care executive at Maraimalai Nagar Reliance store to get a new 4G Wi-pod since 3G dongles wouldnt work later. And also He had told me that i would be having the same plan which i used to have i.e., unlimited 3G for Rs.1148 when i get converted to 4G. But on 5th of september during my bill generation time I am getting a message saying my plan has changed to to a limited one.when came to know that I immediately stopped using it and after a month I am receiving a message saying I have a due of 2300, they even forced me to buy 4G dingal that cost me around 800₹

And on the 8th of sept I am receiving a message saying I have to pay a bill of Rs.12052 as that months charge which is not acceptable because they should have informed me in the starting of the month when my 4G dongle got activated that my plan will be changed to a limited one. So i need a solution for this and I'm not going to pay this much money.

                I have buyed a new Reliance 4G wifi pod in the nearest reliance shop " Datta Shop" Nadgir communication, opp: Jain mandhir", Dharwad, Karnataka. first day only they told me within 3 hrs it will connect. then i tried but there was no response. i wen to the shop again they said they have to change sim and it will come to ur home u have to swipe that sim. again they called me and said v will give sim they gave the sim card. they asked 3 hrs time. then i went and asked they again and again postpone and rejected to give me wifi-pod. yestereday (i.e[protected]morning i went to take wifi pod i asked him wen it will connect the shop person(Sumit) told you have to check wat i know. like this caeless ansers they are giving and i called him again he said i[censored] dont know to use then y u take it. like this stupid things they will speak with customers. so i have returned wifi pod. i just need my money back. if they dont know how to speak then close the shop.

                i m going to give consumer complaint forum, dharwad on this issue if they do not respond me and give my money back. ill teach them how to speak with others. ill take this seriously. they are not telling wat is the problem, and asking me wat is ur problem.

                  I have received bill of 809rs in a 199rs combo plan reliance. I was told i get 2g data unlimited in order to retain my with the company. I called 198 several times for confirming the allowances combo plan i use for mobile after getting this information from them. My call was put on 20minutrs hold disconnected, several times transfer without permission and every time get a different information. It has been disconnected also by their supervisors. Plz assist reversal n port out of my number

                    I purchased Wi-pod dongle outside with cost of 2500 and at the end of fith month you have shutdown CDMA services to upgrade to 4G LTE. I called customer care. Explained them and asked for Free 4G dongle as i bought this last 5 months back but no response at that time.

                    Now you are making harassment calls for due amount of Rs:1515.0 0.

                    I am still ready to pay bill if you give free 4G device with prepaid.

                      I had purchased jio sim from reliance store, jai ganesh vision, B Wing, shop no.03 akurdi, pune411035 at 320₹ & it is not activated yet.submitted all necessary document at 3 sep, but still not activated.
                      file FIR agents Reliance dealer because they are taken money even sim is free of cost, 1st time I am visit reliance store they are said that sim not available yet but you wrote name and no. we will call you. after 1 day I had received call for availability of sim. i visited store bit they take me outside of store and given me aim which is costly but when i visited after 6 day they said your not taken sim.frim this store. From whom you buy go to there. and there is no buddy. no stole is there. file criminal case against shop member. fraud and making bad impressien of company.

                        why should reliance want the bank balance of a holder. it nothing related to any bank account.
                        you should care only whether bill are been paid in time by person.

                        why this question is coming now.
                        KIndly we needed new doogle at free of cost, as you promised at time of changing from 3g to 4G

                        when i got sim from relaince shop(Sim no[protected] from rajajinagar relaince shop on Rajkumar road bangalore. they told that no shipping charges will be charged for existing constumer.
                        now they are tell to pay Rs 2999 shipping charges Instead of that i can get new connect.
                        moreover the upgrade is from 3G to 4G is for not for my benifit. it your plans

                          I have been using reliance PRO3 ( data card no.[protected]) from feb’16 with 999 unlimited data plan (NCPLUSPRO3_999_40GB) and the same has been upgraded with 4G on 14th aug’16.

                          Data plan also changed without my concordance, same is disclosed after many follow-up with your customer care and hall road kilpauk chennai branch.

                          At the time of taking 4G data card I was not informed about plan change, and halls road branch executive told me that “same plan will continue after 4G conversion”

                          Now I am getting only 3GB 4G data for Rs.700 monthly rental plan. It’s really ridiculous.

                          Your executive used 40GB 3G unlimited data for 999 as a prime key to convinced me for purchased of 3G data card at the of surrendering my 2G data card.

                          There is no proper response for above query so I decided to surrender my data card for that I have approached reliance store for more than 5times for surrendering my data card all the time they are telling that server is down we can't accept your request.

                          reliance commutation not able to keep its own server alive all the time than how could able to provide the uninterrupted service to their customers?

                          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                            Now 21 rs is deducted from my account I called to CD they said it deduced for my tone service &I'm not authorised to refund
                            Why it only happen with reliance ...trai is not doing anything on this matter??
                            Every ppl should case on reliance, what u want, by d way I want my money back ...I don't want to stay to long with reliance i[censored] will not refund my money i'shall port out with Airtel or it's equvallent .

                            Today reliance deducted 15 rs in my account w/o giving any call or msg, when I called to customer care they said we can't refund your balance bcoz we are not authorise
                            Please refund my balance as soon as posible, its happen in every 2 days I'm irritated with reliance u are cheap but not trusty, u r taking money by doing wrong thing.

                              With reference to the above i after having a word with the reliance help line for the non working of 4g data on my sim was told to recharge with 297 rs pack and and my sim would work fine but to my surprise after the recharge there was no 4g speed atall and and when i checked my data balance it showed 499.87 MB in just about 2 mins..REAL CHEATERS ..i immediately called the help line one more time and was told in an absolute rough manner that the systems are down call after 2 hours where in i had spoken to them just 5 mins before..feeling helpless..these guys should not be forgiven..

                                  Intel games scheme was act by the activated by the company automatically on 07.07.2016 because of which my account balance of rs. 21 was deducted.It was the mistake of company and was not activated by my side.The time of activation of this scheme is at night 12.30 am.and I am also not able to contact with customer care representation.So i suppose i will get my refund of rs.21 immediately & also I am receiving messages relating to auto renewal of this scheme.

                                      I recharged for Rs 1500 to get 10 gb (3G) pack for 3 months. its only been a week and 3g has been stopped working. Only 2g is showing up on my phone. Sometimes it shows roaming even though i haven't left my home city. i called up customer care 4 times but of no use. i am fed from from this useless service provider. if reliance can not provide 3g network then plz tell customers not to buy reliance 3g. i want them to refund my money. if i knew reliance services are so poor i would have switched to airtel or other service provider
